The bridal suite was the most impressive I’ve seen in the area; spacious, well-appointed, and perfect for getting ready. We comfortably accommodated 113 guests on the main floor for both the ceremony and reception, with ample room for a dance floor. Cocktail hour was held upstairs, and the transition between spaces was smooth and well-managed. The venue also features an elevator, which was especially helpful for older guests and those with mobility needs. Overall, I highly recommend this venue. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our day perfect.

They are organized, thoughtful, professional, and truly care about making your day as special and stress-free as possible. It was the best decision we made to host our wedding with them!

Julie and Nichole were fabulous to work with from beginning to end. Javiar and the catering team made magic for us day of from getting ready in the bridal room to the dinner and late snack. At the end of it all, the value was there with the customer service, space, and delicious food. We are thinking to go back in 10 years for a family celebration with our anniversary. The hotel should be up by then and we can stay there! No need to leave the campus. Like any wedding or large event, dollar signs can make someone question their decisions about the planning process. In the end, it was worth having all the people we love in one place and fostered mini-reunions for friends. It was a magical weekend.

Nichole took over once our event drew near and did an incredible job putting finishing touches and executing a FLAWLESS event on wedding day! The details, the something borrowed shop, the incredible staff, the natural lighting, the BRIDAL SUITE, the food and yummy drinks all came together for a memorable wedding. There is plenty of parking and great amenities on the property. The Bridal suite is DREAMY and there's a great getting ready space along with an extensive "getting ready" menu available complete with coffee, mimosas and brunch! Overall, the team truly provided a wonderful "all inclusive" experience that made the planning from our end easy! Their execution of our vision was flawless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Brentsville Hall for any future event and highly recommend them for couples looking for a phenomenal wedding venue. I do recommend asking to see a schedule of events as the co-located brewery had a major event happening at the same time that caused a few conflicts, but the Brentsville Team was fantastic in responding and correcting those minor issues. The food was absolutely delightful and we can't wait to go back to The Black Sheep for our Anniversary.

Hellen, the initial event manager at the time, was incredibly kind, very communicative and was thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. In late December/early January, the team transitioned over to Julie Harper and Nichole Koob, who was our day-of coordinator, and everyone stayed amazing and remained a huge pleasure to work with. They remained patient and thorough in answering all our many, many questions and come the day of the wedding, coordination was seamless! The staff at Brentsville truly made the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible since many aspects are handled in-house such as the catering, linens, furniture, etc. The food was exceptional and the staff exceeded our expectations. Despite the windy conditions, the team ensured we could have our wedding ceremony under the beautiful, covered patio and successfully improvised to fight against the wind. The guests kept talking about how gorgeous everything was and the wedding couldn't truly have come together if it weren't for the staff at Brentsville Hall. I cannot sing her praises enough. She is a true professional, always has a smile on her face and is just so much fun to work with. Her assistant Angela helped out the day of our wedding and she was wonderful as well. You will not be disappointed if you choose Brentsville Hall for your wedding and/or reception or event and you and your guests will be in awe of how perfect the venue is. Last but not least, it is a BEAUTIFUL backdrop for photos. I highly recommend a private last dance simply for the photos of you and your new spouse in the big, beautiful building with their gorgeous chandeliers in the background!
