Brilliant! My husband and I very specifically mapped out what we wanted (including no tours, no overly expensive hotels and no major crazy cities). They planned out everything, including airfare, and it was extremely affordable for us to get gone in Italy for 10 days. They made it very easy to figure out what to do when we actually landed there, as well. I can't sing their praises enough!
