I am always working to update and customize my teaching style to each client as everyone learns differently; striving to always give quality service to my clients! I love meeting/teaching different people and working with the variety of styles I get to teach! My favorite part of my job is seeing the happiness on my clients' faces when they accomplish what they set out to do with me! Brette was fantastic! We booked a last minute lesson 3 days before our wedding… and she responded immediately & helped pull together a choreographed first dance in our first lesson. As people who are not experienced dancers - We’re so happy and relieved going into our first dance after Brette’s guidance. Definitely recommend :)

Brette is AWESOME!! We were introduced by another couple who learned their wedding dance from Brette and we immediately liked her! We had no idea what we wanted or what our dance should look like. She gave us fantastic guidance from the beginning - choosing one song vs. making a medley. We kind of like different vibes so we chose a medley! My husband is totally new to dancing and Brette has been so patient and gentle. She knows how to teach us while we have very different learning styles! And when it was only 1 month before the wedding, I decided to add a solo dance. Brette has been so supportive and made magic! All our guests were so impressed by the interpretive meaning of my solo dance! A few told me that they even cried during my dance! For the couple dance, guests got a nice surprise every time we changed to another session (song) in the medley! They fell into our romantic atmosphere during our slow dance, clapped happily during our Sasa, and cheered excitedly during our jazz! The ending post was the most successful. Their cheers shook the entire wedding venue! All said these dances were meaningful and fun! They asked us how we learned the dances so well so I told them we had a wonderful dance teacher!

Coming from someone who is as stiff as a tree and looks awkward when dancing, Brette did an amazing job breaking down each step and move. She made everything easy to digest to where someone with no experience such as myself felt confident in my abilities by the time we concluded our sessions. On the day of our wedding when it was time for the first dance, her skills as an instructor shined as we wow’d all of our guests and had an unforgettable wedding day. 10/10 would recommend her and would not have had the same successful wedding without her guidance.

Brette is a great teacher! She is funny, passionate, experienced, patient, and truly wishes that her students perform well! We took lessons for our wedding dance and we enjoyed every moment! If there were any moves we weren’t confident about, she took time to adjust and come up with new moves on the spot to make sure we’re comfortable! Booked her for our wedding dance but looking forward to coming back and learning other dancing styles with her!

Never in my life did I think I would do two wedding dances. Yet again, never did I think I'd find the perfect choreographer. Brette was amazing and made the learning not only enjoyable, but achievable. She choreographed two dances that will forever be remembered. If you want someone with fresh ideas and great talent for not only her dance, but understanding and curating perfectly for her clients. I not only recommend her, but thank her for making our special day so memorable.

Brette is AMAZING. She choreographed our first dance of a mashup of Blink 182 and an acoustic version of First Date. She taught us all the basic moves and then put everything together. She is patient, kind, and sought our feedback to choreograph the dance. I haven’t danced since high school and my husband has no experience and she made us look amazing.
I wasn’t sure what to expect for dance lessons but Brette blew our expectations away. Our first dance was one of our favorite parts of our wedding. Our friends and family keep telling us how fun and great it was.Thank

Brette is exceptional! Words cannot describe how incredibly talented, patient, kind and inspiring she is. She was our choreography instructor for my daughter’s Quinceañera, which is very much like a wedding. She choreographed a Waltz for my daughter and her escort, as well as a surprise dance for my daughter and her court (6 young ladies). Both were phenomenal, easy to learn with her fantastic instruction and super creative. The routines were the hit of the night and the fun part were the practices leading up to the big day. I cannot say enough about how much of a blessing Brette was to us. She is super responsive, dependable and is a natural leader/instructor. Hands down the best of the best!

Brette is nothing short of amazing. Brette choreographed and helped us learn our first dance all in the 2 weeks leading up to our wedding. She was so patient, kind, talented, and multi-faceted! Something that seemed so daunting to two non-dancers actually turned into a FUN activity and great pre-wedding stress reliever.
If you’re on the fence about taking dance lessons before your wedding, just do it! It was memorable for us and memorable for our guests. It was also a lot of fun and great way to be active.

Brette is the best! She helped us choreograph our wedding mashup of 5 songs in only five lessons! She was able to explain and simplify all the dance moves for both my husband and I. Okay this is long over due but Brette truly deserves recognition and credit for being the best instructor to my husband and I! We got married at the end of Feb, and somehow we were able to learn a whole choreo to our wedding song since the beginning of Feb within 4 lessons! (Supposed to be 3 but she was super kind to give us an extra lesson to make sure we were ready for our big day) My husband and I have no experience with dancing, but Brette was very patient, made us feel comfortable, easy to follow, and had confidence in us. We were recorded at the end of the lesson so that we can see and practice our moves at home, and would check in with us to stay on track. I didn’t think we could pull this dance off since it was my fault I decided pretty last minute to take professional lessons instead of learning from YouTube (& luckily she was available and got us right into it) but she worked with us by being so flexible with both of our schedules and came up with an amazing choreo pretty fast. We learned the dance in less than a month and even switched the versions of our song midway through. Brette is amazing at what she does & will HIGHLY recommend.. it was truly a fun experience!

We cannot thank Brette enough for her help with our first dance. We had the pleasure of working with Brette and she was extremely attentive to our emails, prioritized our vision and made our wedding as special as ever! I had decided to work with Brette because I had taken both classes with her at SoundBox and also took private lessons with her before. So when we were looking for first dance choreographers, choosing her was a no-brainer. From the initial planning of the first dance to the actual sessions, Brette was by our side every step of the way! My partner was very particular about what he wanted and it was our very first time doing waltz together, so it was definitely a learning curve on top of the many other stresses that come along with wedding planning, but Brette made the process easy and helped us with options when we came to some difficult parts! Not only that, but our song was in a completely different language, but Brette executed a choreography that represented the song flawlessly and we wouldn't have chosen any one else! We have received non-stop compliments on the choreography and, if you want to do a litte more than just waddle on the dance floor, then just go ahead and do it! We would highly recommend working with Brette. I can guarantee you won't regret it!

Brette truly allowed us to have the first dance song of our dreams. She’s SO talented, patient and hilarious — she was an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I had never danced together before our wedding and went to Brette to choreograph our first dance. Brette was very thorough and patient with us and perfectly choreographed a dance for us within a few short weeks. The dance was a perfect fit to our wedding song and had the crowd gasping and applauding for us throughout the dance. We would definitely recommend Brette to anyone in need of some dancing help and some professionally choreographed dance moves.

Brette choreographed our first dance! She was everything we needed, she was high energy, patient, and easy going. She taught the steps first before teaching the choreography. She was maintained her availability outside of class and oftentimes reminded us that she was available to help with questions or critiquing our home practice videos.
Everyone loved our first dance and it also inspired our friends to take dance lessons for their first dance.
We highly recommend Brette for all the reasons above!!

Brette was so amazing to work with. We just chose the song for our first dance for our wedding and she put together the most perfect, simple yet sweet and elegant choreography that was easy for us to learn. She went above and beyond for us and each practice was so fun! She has such a cute and fun personality that made us feel like we had known her for a long time already. Our first dance turned out beautiful and we got a bunch of compliments on it from lots of guests at our wedding. 10/10 stars ⭐️

Brette was amazing to work with and would definitely would work with her again. My bride-to-be and I worked with her to put together a short choreo for our first dance for our wedding. Being the groom, I wasn’t thrilled to be doing this but gave it a chance. She took the time to understand us and how we move before coming up with how to choreograph us. We worked with her for several weeks and she put in the extra effort of providing videos, motivational messages, helping us practice and pushing us with guidance and positive reassurance we could do it. Wedding night came and left and our guests loved our little performance. Brette was professional, kind, attentive and knowledgeable how to make our song work for us and our dance steps. Fully trusted her and the process and she delivered big time! I was not open to it at the beginning but Brette was an amazing way of guiding us to through the process and I definitely loved it as much as my wife. Thanks again for everything Brette!

Brette is simply amazing! She was super professional in every aspect of the word, but the thing my husband and I enjoyed most was how much fun she made our dance lessons! We had a very specific choreographed dance from the 90s that we wanted to learn and surprise our wedding guests with. From the moment we met Brette, she already had the entire dance choreographed, memorized and ready to teach, wasting no time. In 1 session, she changed our mindsets from 'this is impossible' to 'WE GOT THIS.' Each session was so much fun, and Brette was so patient with us, always giving us the best tips/tricks/reminders, kept us on the right track and by the time our wedding rolled around, we felt like we were pro dancers. It was all because of her and not only her incredible dance skills (because hello, anyone can instantly tell from her IG that she has SICK talent), but her ability to break down every step of the dance, and teach it to two people who have never so much as thought about dance before. She structured each session so that it wasn't overwhelming, and explained everything so clearly. She's personable and made us feel comfortable. We can't stress enough how much fun it was to learn from Brette, and she was so kind to go out of her way to follow up after the wedding. Our dance was my favorite part of our wedding night and it's all thanks to Brette!

We love Brett! My Husband and I looked around for a dance choreographer for our first dance. My husband has never danced in his life with or without and audience. I was hesitant bc I didn't know what to expect. We did our trial lesson with Brett and she definitely made us feel comfortable and made sure we feel confident in ourself. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dance choreographer. Brett definitely helped us and catered to our needs. Brett has given us a skill that we can use throughout our lives and it was special bc we enjoyed the dance lessons like it was a date night! We both are very happy and our weddings guest was aswell!

Brette was amazing to work with for our mother/son wedding dance. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and flexible for the dates we had available to practice. We sent Brette the song we planned to dance to, responded to a few questions (dance skill level, special moves we wanted to have in the dance, etc.), and we were good to go. Brette created custom choreography, scheduled our rehearsals in a private dance studio, and helped to tailor the choreography while we practiced. She made sure we were confident in our dance and gave us recommendations on how to improve. The dance on our wedding day went perfectly—I can’t recommend her enough!
