I don't even know where to start! Working with Brian was such a great experience. Our engagement shoot was so much fun and Brian made us feel so comfortable. We particularly loved how encouraging he is - it makes the whole process so fun with zero awkwardness! Brian and Rachel were absolutely amazing on our wedding day. We got every single photo we wanted in a very efficient way. We had a huge bridal party and they were able to manage all of us all day! We had a full wedding gallery within just a few weeks and we are in love with the photos! You really cannot go wrong with Brian!!

Brian is the absolute best! I knew straight away when our intro call lasted an hour and flew by that Brian was the greatest fit! During our engagement photos - he made us feel so comfortable that we felt more like being with a friend than on a photo shoot. And for the wedding day...there is too much to rave about! Brian has a knack for slowing things down to capture all the little moments you don't remember or think you need. He listened to everything I had to say and edited our beautiful gallery so that all the details I dreamed of were captured and showcased. Where things didn't go as I wished for details in the decor, he transformed them in our photos - just by listening to me. Brian is one of a kind and the team he has hired is cut from the same cloth. I highly recommend working with Brian! He captured our wedding day beautifully, was accommodating and easy to work with, and was so fun! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our wedding day turned out very different that I originally imagined, but the small intimate day was captured perfectly by Brian. I spoke with Brian on the phone multiple times leading up to the wedding day and he rolled with the punches as we kept making changes and was very understanding. I could not speaker higher about my experience with Brian L. Coss Photography for our Engagement photos! As a Wedding Planner myself here in Chicago, I have connected and worked with Brian in the past, and just knew I wanted him to shoot our engagement photos before I was even engaged! Brian is such a personable person with a heart of gold! He goes above and beyond for his couples, he is so fun to be around, and SO incredibly talented at his craft! Where do we even begin? From the minute we talked to Brian, we knew he had to be our photographer. His attention to detail and fun personality was the perfect fit. On the day of our wedding, Brian created some of the beautiful shots. He made us feel comfortable behind the camera, since we both tend to be camera shy. He was especially made sure to get all of the pictures on my list! Thank you Brian for everything! We can’t wait to see the finished product!

Brian was truly a pleasure to work with in every aspect. From the first phone conversation, to the engagement session, wedding day, and follow up after, he was on point and accommodating to our every request. Brian is very serious about his job and it can sometimes be confused with him being distant, but he is a professional and knows exactly what he is doing every step of the way. He is funny, has zest, an unreal eye for aesthetics, and knows when to step back and let the magic happen organically. My husband and I knew he would be a great match for us from the first conversation we had with him and we were 100% right. He was with us the entire day, from the moment I started getting ready until after dancing had begun at the reception. Our wedding photos are so beautiful I could literally cry looking about every one of them. We will cherish these memories for the rest of our lives and can’t thank him and his team enough for their undivided presence and attention on that special day. Brian did an amazing job with our engagement photos AND wedding. He makes you feel comfortable and gets great shots! For our wedding there were SO many awesome pictures, especially ones that I forgot we even took - and it rained ALL DAY LONG. That took away a lot of photo opportunities at locations I wanted that were outdoors, but he knew exactly what to do/get/where to go to make up for it. He is worth every penny.

I would definitely not recommend Brian to be your wedding photographer. We were impressed with his work & we loved our engagement pictures so we were excited to have him as our wedding photographer. He was also very nice & funny during the engagement pictures. We put majority of our wedding money towards photography as that was very important to us. There were several things that went wrong with his services throughout the day & after. 1. When asked before booking with Brian I asked how many pictures we could expect & this was his exact message from an email I have: “each wedding ranges from 1000-1300 images. Way more than you’ll ever need LOL LOL” but we only received 712, half of which are just black & white copies so 356 pictures. That might be okay for some but it isn't for me, especially when some are of pictures of the food that was out when we were getting ready such as sandwiches, rice krispie treats, fruit, cinnamon rolls. That was the biggest issue I had...we were told via email how many he gives to clients (1000-1300) & we were given 712, 356 in color & their black & white copies. I asked him how many we would get before we booked & that was the deciding factor when officially booking with him. 2. We took pictures before the wedding to get majority of them out of the way which is what we discussed beforehand. After that, we felt he stopped working. I'm not sure if the hall didn't have good lighting & that upset him but the whole night he had a mean look on his face...even my mom & brother asked my husband & I what was wrong with our photographer. I can understand being 'in the zone' but it was overkill & made myself & my husband uncomfortable like we did something wrong. We should not have had to even worry about that on our wedding day. 3. We were told we would have a 2nd photographer, which we did & she was great, but we weren't told she wouldn't be at the reception so for one we paid for her plate because we assumed she'd be at the wedding as we were told & for two those were just more pics from the reception that we did not get. I wish we could have paid him for half of the day because that's what we got...a half day's work at full price. He asked if he could take off earlier & we said yes because honestly we didn't see him taking many pictures anyways. We ended up giving his tip as an extra tip to the wait staff at the end of the night. 4. We spent money on sparklers & were looking forward to the pictures for the 'send off' & there were only 13 & we had to redo the walk 3 times. And my husband & I only have 2 pictures of us actually both looking at the camera from the entire day. Two. None of our twirls during our dance, none of my dad & I looking at the camera during our dance, etc. We understand that some people don't like to be bothered for pictures at their reception but he didn't ask us once for pictures at the wedding reception. $3500 is a lot of money to most people, to us it is a lot, we splurged & were very excited but were extremely underwhelmed with Brian's services. Thankfully all of our other vendors came through & were amazing from our DJ to our videographer & florist. We still had an amazing day but were bummed out by the things listed above. If we had to do all over again we definitely would have went elsewhere.

Absolutely perfect! Brian is so incredibly TALENTED! My husband and I knew we wanted him to be our photographer for our wedding right when we saw his beautiful work and spoke with him. He was so very kind, helpful and professional. He was there whenever we had a question and that meant a lot to us. We live a ways away from Brian and his family and he took the time to travel to us for our engagement photos and for our wedding and we could not be more grateful! We wanted our photos to be very natural and organic and Brain captured just that! He did such an amazing job capturing each and every special moment throughout our special day! As a thank you he even sent us these wonderful chocolate chip cookies! Mike and I would highly recommend him to be anyone’s photographer! We can’t thank you enough Brian for everything! If you are looking for a talented photographer who will work hard for you that is fairly priced, (that’s comfortable shooting pets too) Brian is your guy. Like many couples, my fiancé and I were not comfortable in front of a camera before we started working with Brian and, to be honest, we were a little nervous about our engagement shoot. To be even more honest, we didn’t even think we wanted engagement photos. Of the vendors I was vetting, he was the only one that insisted we have a phone call to talk through all my concerns. After that, I felt totally comfortable and excited about working with him. He’s extremely personable, and helped me understand how important it is to do an engagement shoot to “practice” for your wedding day. We started our shoot at our apartment in Chicago to get comfortable. The second he walked through the door, he won us (and our Goldendoodle) over by immediately greeting our dog and letting her lick him in the face. He had a lot of tactics to help us as a couple get more comfortable and feel more relaxed in front of the camera. For example, he asked my fiancé to whisper his Chipotle order in my ear, I laughed so hard at the sheer ridiculousness of it and the photo turned out so authentically silly. From that point forward he was super helpful in the planning process leading up to our wedding and even decided to come out a night early just to scope the venue which he didn’t charge us extra for. We were so impressed at how hard he was working for us, as if he didn’t have tons of other couples to worry about. He and his second shooter Rachel work very well together and are a great team, we got great photos from both of them. If Brian suggests golden hour pics DO IT. They were our favorite photos by far. Brian took his time with edits which we respected because he turned us in many more pics than we expected and was even flexible and open to sending us some previews (I wanted some of my dad early because it was his birthday). The photos turned out beautiful and we are getting so many compliments on them. Brian even offered to send me a USB with the photos when I was having trouble downloading them all onto my computer. Brian is very hard working and is very creative and talented. You can tell he really loves his job. We are grateful to have found him and will cherish his work through our wedding photos for years and years to come.

My fiancé and I are currently in Iowa and Brian lives in Illinois, but Brian had zero issues with going along with our crazy ideas for a location for our engagement shoot. SO, we ventured through Starved Rock State Park and Brian went above and beyond for us! I cannot thank him enough for his time AND his efforts! Even though our shoot didn't start until 3 PM, Brian went up to Starved Rock and hiked the trails starting at 9 AM that morning to find the best spots for our shoot. He EVEN wrestled a couple of snakes for us (LOL not really but we did run across TWO). He also allowed us to get a little spicy at the end! Our pictures are BEAUTIFUL and the work he put into our location and getting the perfect lighting was definitely not expected and I don’t know if any other photographer would have done that for us. I am so thankful for him! Highly, highly recommend Brian Lucas Coss as your photographer for your engagement/wedding! Nothing short of the best!

Brian was great to work with both with engagement and wedding photos! He was open to any ideas we had and he even had great ideas of his own to capture the perfect moments! Our photos turned out absolutely stunning and it was so hard to choose my favorites! What is there to say about Brian Coss?! Everything he is amazing he did such a great job and seeing our first night shot photo I can't wait to see the rest of his beautiful work. I have to say that he went above and beyond on our wedding day and engagement photo shoot! He kept me calm when I was freaking out, reassured me that everything was going to be ok. The second shooter he brought with him Jess was amazing as well. she was my train and veil wrangler haha. They worked so well together and made everything fun! As always there is something that goes wrong or multiple things that go wrong at a wedding and Brian was there to give me a hug and tell me everything was going to be fine! I can't say enough good things about his character, personality and his work. He is amazing and if you have the chance to work with him DO IT!! You will not regret it!!!!! Words can't describe how happy we are with having chosen Brian to shoot our wedding. We were worried that it'd be a weird awkward affair having someone photograph all our private moments of the day but Brian completely invalidated those fears. From the first meeting through the final shot of the night, he maintained SUCH an amazing attitude and work ethic. He has this indescribably amazing ability to just roll with anything that comes up without batting an eye. All that would have made him a great choice but on top of it his work is just SPECTACULAR. He's got such a great eye and threads the needle perfectly between un-staged and journalistic style photography right up to setting up some amazing set-piece shots that feel natural and look incredible. We are so so so happy we went with him and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer.

When we first booked Brian, we had seen his beautiful pictures on Facebook and booked him solely for that reason. I am so glad we did!! Our engagement session was a blast. He sat down with us right before the session and made a point to get to know us, because I truly believe he thinks he will photograph a couple better together if he knows them better, and to me that is just so important. Our engagement session weather was crappy, but he still made it work! The photos were so incredible that it took me 2 whole weeks to pick one for the save the date. And then - DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE WEDDING DAY! HE WAS AMAZING!!! He thought of every little thing to photograph. He thought of things I would never think of. He was so accommodating to everything. He knew it was our day and he was just there to help everything go according to our plan. His wife came with him to assist him for the day and they were both just genuinely nice and caring people. We just got our wedding photos back (way faster than expected, BTW!) and I am in total awe. They are BEAUTIFUL. They are the most beautiful photos I’ve ever seen!!! I can’t even describe how in love I am with them. I feel like I’m reliving the day over and over again every time I go through them. He didn’t miss a single detail. Timing and weather didn’t quite go according to plan after the ceremony, so my husband and I didn’t get the scenery pictures we wanted after the wedding, and at first I was bummed about it because I didn’t think we’d really captured enough of just the 2 of us. But when we got our photos back, Brian had made the ones we did get so beautiful that I was worried for completely nothing. I am so glad we booked Brian L. Coss Photography - I would recommend him for anyone’s wedding 10 out of 10 times! He is the best and I can’t thank him enough for making our day so special!!!

We heard about Coss photography by a referral from my cousin Who was getting married shortly before we were. We first met Brian during our engagement photo shoot in Chicago. Despite the cold and rainy weather, Brian was incredibly patient and adaptable and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Brian also kept in close communication with us in the weeks leading up to our wedding to get a strong sense of any special photos we wanted as well as the specifics of our wedding and reception venues so that he could prepare appropriately. He was very easy to reach out to and he took time to chat and understand what we were looking for. We were very stressed about wedding planning, he explained to us about the timeline and what we can do with our schedule. When the day finally came, Brian and his team went above and beyond to capture every moment from make-up/ hair and first looks to golden hour shots and family photos. Brian and his team were on top of everything which gave us the peace of mind to enjoy ourselves without worrying about whether we were getting the photos we wanted. He doesn't have any wedding photos with animals on his site, but he got the best photo with us and our fur baby. It has to be one of our fave photos for all time. Brian mentioned wedding photos usually take 3-4months for the album to be ready. As I'm very on top of my social media, I was nervous that I was going to have to wait a long time to show off my special day. Within 48hours Brian got us a sneak peek photo. It was the most incredible photo and it was one of my top requests (golden hour photo). It is still on our phone screens as our wallpaper. Exactly one month after our wedding, we got an email from Brian letting us know our album was finished. He delivered our wedding album to us only ONE month after our wedding. We love every single one of them and we have received many compliments from our family and friends. We have no reservations when we say Brian is the best photographer you can find. We were definitely on a budget for our wedding, and it was a challenge to find a great photographer who can commit to an all-day wedding, especially since our ceremony and reception were an hour's drive apart in the suburbs. Brian and his team were there with us all day from 9am until at least 9pm/10pm, they kept his energy and professionalism for the whole day. The package we picked from Brian came with not only an engagement shot, all day wedding shoot with him and a second shooter, it also came with custom photo prints. Brian has a lot of wedding shoot each weekend, but he was able to print our portraits and have them delivered to our front door in a week. The print is extremely high quality and we cannot wait to show it off to all of our guests. Of course we hang it in the center of our living room. Brian is so incredible, we just want all of our friends book him for their wedding/special photo shoot, so we can keep seeing all these beautiful faces get captured into our forever memory photo book.

When I found out Brian was a wedding photographer I had to book him! We saw each other at the gym from time to time and he was always so friendly and I knew he would make my wedding day special. During the engagement session, I had so much fun and was laughing the entire time. Brian is definitely more than I could’ve asked for!

I can’t say enough good things about Brian! If you need a wedding photographer he is your guy! My wedding party and especially my sassiness were far from easy to deal with and Brian handled us all so well! If I could nominate him for the most patient and kind hearted photographer I would in a heart beat! He answered all my paranoid questions and always did his best to calm me down LOL. He was such a blast to have around! He’s super fun and always had my wedding party participating! He did an amazing job of making sure everything I wanted captured got done. He asked me multiple times if there was anything else I wanted or missed. His attention to detail and determination to make everything perfect for me made him one of my favorite people on my wedding day! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding photographer! Oh and have you seen his pictures?!? :)

When you get engaged everyone tells you as a couple to sit down and list out the things you want for your day. When looking at that list the top few things should be the things you spare no expense on. For my now husband and I that #1 thing for us was pictures. We both come from families where pictures mean a lot and have been a big part of our lives. Right at that moment I knew from following him for a while that Brian was the photographer for us. His pictures don’t just capture the couple but help tell their story. When we arrived at our engagement session I was about as nervous as they come and I think my now husband was as well but Brian made it so easy and effortless, and my gracious when we got those pictures back they were absolutely beautiful! Then when it came to our wedding day Brian again was constantly making me feel comfortable (I hate being the center of attention) and asking me if I needed anything . If you ask anyone who has a lot experience with weddings, they will tell you how important it is to find a good photographer. The photos are the best memories for your life because the actual memory will become blurry, but the photos will always remind you of the the happy moments. I looked at all of the options online before choosing Brian. I can definitely say I made the best choice. Brian is very easy to work with, and he will give you specific instructions for how to pose and move, which magically turn out looking like natural pictures. Everyone is telling me I had the best photographer during the wedding and even more after they saw the results. He will discuss every detail about the wedding flow in advance. The only problem you will have trying to limit how many you print out because they all turned out perfectly. Brian, thank you so much for your hard work. You are a genius!

I don't even know where to begin with Brian, but let's just start with perfection! Honestly! 100%, hands down, the most talented, down to earth, gracious, patient, organized, kind, silly, and hilarious man/professional you could ever dream to work with. Brian is a blessing. He's taken countless hours to converse with me, and sometimes to just put my mind at ease. I love his passion and that it radiates through him; you can actually FEEL that he loves what he does! My husband and I also had the pleasure of working with his assistant, Jessica Crane, who is Amazing! She picked out my wedding jewelry for me and it was on point, like I literally panicked, could not make any more decisions that day and just said, "here, I trust you." she was probably super nervous and not ready for that one, but Jessica just took charge like a boss and everything was perfect! like so perfect! She reminded me to breathe and take it all in, was full of joy, took amazing photos, assisted in the craziness of my dress bustling (taking pictures while using encouraging words to calm me and walk me through it... talk about multitasking!) I could go on forever. These people truly care about you! Plain and simple, if you want to work with some of the most talented professionals who deeply care about not only their jobs, but also you, call Brian and work with him and his amazing team. You will not regret it.

Brian is THE BEST! When we got engaged, it did not take long for me to begin searching for a wedding photographer even though we had two years to plan. I found Brian on Facebook and I knew right away that I wanted him to photograph our wedding. His photos are so creative and absolutely stunning. Going into our engagement session, my husband and I were a little nervous, as we are not in front of a camera very often. But Brian made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun! He really takes the time to get to know you as individual people and as a couple. And he was just as great the day of the wedding. He really knows what location and lighting will be best for photos and he does not leave until he has gotten everything you want photographed. He asked multiple times that day if we got all of the shots we wanted. He also gets your photos back really quickly, which is so nice. I will always recommend Brian to anybody looking for a wedding photographer! Brian is absolutely amazing and if you have the option to be so lucky to have him as your wedding photographer do yourself a favor and go with him! We literally just got back from our honeymoon, however I felt the need to write a review immediately. Brian actually shot my sister’s wedding in September (she found him as he had shot a close family friends wedding a couple months earlier). After my sisters wedding and seeing the quality of his work, and experiencing first hand how easy going and fun Brian is to work with there wasn’t much of question on who we would be going with for our wedding photographer. Brian has a passion for his craft that you can see simply through reading his emails. It is not just a job for him--it is a passion. This passion could not have been more evident as both our engagement pictures and wedding day took place in extremely adverse weather conditions. Our engagement pictures were taken in January, along lake Michigan, in negative degree weather. Then fast-forward to the end of June and we were so lucky (←sarcasm) to have our wedding on the first hot weekend of the summer, like we are talking heat index in the triple digits. However on both occasions you couldn’t tell, even a little, that it was affecting Brian. He was completely focused on his craft in giving us truly amazing photos. He took every shot I had requested and obviously so many more without the slightest inkling of a complaint. Brian was also a dream to work with; if you reach out to him (via any means of communication) he is very likely to get back to you within the hour if not a few minutes, answering any and all concerns. On the topic of punctuality, he is also top notch. He arrived for our engagement pictures and wedding day, a day early to scope out the scenery. I can guarantee you, you will not find many photographers or people in general who are willing to give you that kind of commitment. As far as his quality of work, well if you’ve taken a gander at any of his photos, well they speak for themselves. His pictures are truly breathtaking. I have had countless friends, family members, and co-workers not only compliment me on our photos but also ask, “Who took those amazing pictures?” We were so lucky and appreciative to have Brian as our engagement and wedding photographer, and we 1000% recommend you do the same!

When we got engaged, booking a photographer was a top priority of ours, as everyone kept telling us not to skimp on pictures and that these are the only physical memories we will have from our wedding day! We had been following Brian's work for quite some time now, and knew we wanted to book him. We booked him a little over a year in advance, as he books up very quickly! Brian was amazing to work with! He responded quickly to our emails, texts, and calls, and thoroughly answered any questions we had! Brian was very patient and walked us through everything, gave us great suggestions (e.g. location for photos, timeline of wedding day, first look), was upfront when answering our questions, and was SO personable and easy to work with and talk to (which was huge for us!...because we have been in other weddings where photographers were not so pleasant)! Brian was extremely helpful and knowledgable in instructing the bridal party on what to do and how to pose/stand for the pictures. We received our photo galleries quicker than expected from our engagement session and wedding day! And, we were blown away, to say the least! The pictures were everything we could've asked for and more! Brian did not disappoint! Remember that you get what you pay for...so, if you pay for the best, you get the best! These photos are the take-away memories that you will have from your wedding day and can look back on forever! Brian is the best in the business and worth the investment!

Brian has been more than we could've ever asked for in our wedding photographer. He truly loves his job and it shines through him & his work. Working with him has been such a wonderful experience. He is kind, creative, funny and really knows his stuff!! We had so much fun with him at our shoots because he makes you feel so comfortable infront of the camera. He nailed our engagement shoot & I cannot wait to see what he produces from our wedding! I would give him 10 stars if I could!

Easiest wedding decision I made! Brian knows weddings like the back of his hand & I knew I could trust him with anything. Because of him, the whole day went smoothly without it feeling like he was dictating every move we made (which was important to us. We wanted to remember the day with each other, not remembering it with each other + a photographer). Brian’s photos are out of this world and we are SO glad we chose him :)

Okay seriously. My first decision I made after I got engaged (maybe even a little bit before!) was that Brian Coss would be my photographer. And let me say I’m SO happy with that decision! Brian is friendly, personable, honest, and beyond talented. He made me and my fiancé feel comfortable before and during our big day. I can’t recommend him enough. He knocked it out of the park. My pictures are perfect and he captured everything we could’ve wanted (which he knew because he’s THAT good) Best wedding photographer around! And he travels too. I cannot say enough how wonderful Brian was to work with. The weather conditions of our wedding day were not perfect, (a blizzard!!!) and Brian not only captured every emotion and moment of the day, but he also kept me calm as every detail I had planned slowly fell apart. I could not have asked for a better photographer for our wedding day! The weather was rainy one second and sunny the next, and Brian kept us all in good spirits and timed out everything perfectly! He worked with us when we wanted to split our engagement session up into two sessions, one in the fall which is my most favorite time of the year and trying to recapture some of the winter atmosphere of when my husband proposed. Brian was really helpful throughout the whole planning process. He was available for all our questions and was wonderful to work with on our special day. I cant say enough how perfect Brian was for our wedding day! From the engagement session to the wedding day I felt at ease having Brian as our photographer. Pictures were a major deal for me for the wedding say, I researched 100 photographers in the central Illinois area and I kept going back to Brians page. There was something about his photography that I just couldn't get over and I loved how most of his images weren't posed, they were more in the moment photos which I love. During the sessions Brian cracked jokes and asked about our lives and I truly felt like he wanted to get to know each and every couple. I have had numerous complements on my photos from the wedding and a ton of people telling me those were the best engagement/ wedding photos they had ever seen. We can't tell Brian enough how much we are in love with our photos. One of the major aspects my husband loved was how Brian came up with ideas or pushed limits for photos. During the wedding Brian found a field for our sunset photos and I am so glad he took us on a quick car ride for some amazing photos! I didn't do any searching for a photographer for our engagement and wedding. Brian's photos popped up on a couple of social media sites and I knew I had to have him to capture our day! I literally searched an entire bridal expo for his booth and skipped over every single other photographer. Fast forward two years later and we have ZERO regrets in booking Brian. We've received so many compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos. We had a 2 year engagement, so I had random questions for Brian come up several times and he was always extremely quick to respond. I spent weeks pouring over photographers in central Illinois trying to find someone whom we could afford, who would be able to cover a full day of wedding activities, and whose pictures we absolutely loved. Brian was all of these things and more!! From the beginning, Brian went over the top to make sure we had the best pictures of our wedding and for our engagement. He was so kind and fun to work with, and made all of our friends feel comfortable during a long day of photos. But most importantly, he was always there!! He came to New York City to take our engagement photos, and followed us all around the city as we visited our favorite spots. It was so important to us that we captured the city we lived in and fell in love in and Brian made that a reality. He was always there whenever I needed to call or text with questions for the big day. Brian made multiple scouting trips to Bloomington to ensure we had the best locations. He was there with me and my bridesmaids in the morning at the salon, and he was there at 11:30 at night when we made our sparkler exit from the reception. Brian was outstanding during both our engagement session and on our wedding day! He does such an amazing job making everyone feel comfortable and at ease for the photos! Brian was so wonderful and easy to work with. He traveled over 2 hours to shoot our engagement photos on a Sunday evening, and even sat down with us after to relax and chat and get to know us. Our engagement photos were amazing and we got so many compliments on them. He stayed in contact the entire time we were planning our wedding, and then traveled 2 hours to cover our wedding day as well. On our wedding day, he was even helping me pick up my dress and made sure I wasn’t stepping on it while walking in the grass. When I started the search for a wedding photographer I came across a few I liked but I LOVED the style of Brain Coss's photos! When I messaged him about the availability of our wedding date I was so excited to hear that it was available! Brian was always quick to respond to any questions we had! We had a wonderful experience with Brian as our photographer. He used the engagement session to really help us figure out what we would like and what we would not like for our wedding photos. He spent the entire day with us-no time limit. He was non-intrusive during the ceremony and made us feel comfortable during photos afterwards. When Brian takes photos for his clients, it’s more than just his business. Brian displays so much passion while taking photos, discovering different points of perspective as he takes his pictures. While taking the pictures you know you’ll be getting the greatest photo because he actually cares. Brian is honest during the photo shoots, always telling you if a photo he took could be better. Not that the photo was bad, but he strives for the best picture, not only for his clients but for himself. He finds beauty where the average person wouldn’t see. After the fact, he gives it a quick glimpse of the photo and we’re all smiles. Brian took me away from my groomsmen to take some pictures by myself. My wife had given me a letter to read and I read the letter for the first time while he took pictures of me. Brian caught all the raw moments while I read that letter. After I read the letter and wiped my face from the tears, I noticed Brian seemed to have teary eyes as well. He came up to me and hugged me and told me how awesome it was to be a part of that moment. It was a moment in time, and he caught it on camera. Brian is full of compassion, excitement, positivity, humor and joy as he takes his photos. When my wife and I first met Brian, he was our photographer for our engagement pictures and wedding pictures. After our wedding, my wife and I can call Brian our friend.

Brian was fantastic!! from the very beginning he made us feel so comfortable, our engagement session was full of laughs and my nerves were immediately calmed! I really enjoyed how Brian contacted us a couple months before the wedding, a couple weeks and even the week of just verify all times, venues and small details! We chose Brian to capture our wedding in June and he was very easy and wonderful to work with. When looking for a photographer, I had a lot of questions and he was very patient and friendly. He's pricey, but for the quality of his work, and the fact that he sets no time limit for when he is going to be with you on your wedding day, it's worth it. Our engagement session and wedding day was perfect and he was so fun and charming to work with. Brian is a spectacular photographer, but he is also so much more! I met Brian at a bridal show January 2017. Our personalities just matched perfectly and his photography style was exactly what I wanted. I was immediately obsessed with looking at his previous weddings and social media! I knew I needed to book Brian. I set up a conversation for Brian and my husband (at the time fiancé) to talk on the phone, and Jarrod was automatically hooked as well! We booked him immediately after that conversation. The next time we saw Brian was for our engagement photos in August 2017. My parents have a beautiful backyard, and it is very meaningful to me, so I asked Brian to meet us there and maybe take a few photos. He was so accommodating to any of my requests! The engagement photos were the first time we took any sort of professional/candid photos together, and I was SO nervous. Brian calms the nerves. You feel like you’re just hanging out with a friend, and start to forget he is even snapping photos. We talked micro breweries, baseball and joked the entire time. We got sneak previews of our engagement not even 48 hours later, which was amazing! He has a wedding questionnaire that you fill out, as soon as you have all the details determined. Then, 2-3 weeks before the wedding day Brian sets up a call, essentially helps you put together a timeline, and recommends where we should go to take photos based on time frame. That conversation helped tremendously with outlining the day! On our wedding day, Brian arrived early to my parents to start photos. This is when I realized he is SO much more than just a wedding photographer. He came with his second shooter for the day, Aimee (who was also amazing!). They didn’t start by coming in and taking photos. They come in, meet everyone, and actually get to know my bridal party and family, you feel like he is just another member of the wedding! They were there the whole time we were doing hair and makeup, before Aimee went to shoot photos of the men. He is seriously amazing at taking pictures without being all up in your face! A few times, I would be standing weird, at an odd angle, or making a weird face, and Brian just recommends politely moving or changing (so thankful for an honest photographer!). Brian and I were worried about a tight timeline, but he kept us to schedule all day. We have all our pictures back now, and they are STUNNING! It is impossible to choose favorites. The photos are so much more than I could have imagined. He seriously captured our favorite day, as if it was from our own eyes. They pictures are relaxed, beautiful, colorful, silly, serious, passionate, funny, and just full of love! During photos with the wedding party he played music, making it so much more natural and fun. It was really the happiest day of Jarrod and I’s lives and that shows in all our photos. I wanted photos that I could look through and relive the day, and that’s exactly what Brian gave us. Brian captures the natural, genuine emotion of the day perfectly. He stated it himself very clearly when he told us at the end of the day “Most of the time I am not capturing the pose, I am waiting to see what happens after the pose.” Brian truly gave us memories that will last our entire lifetime. Brian did my wedding, my older sisters wedding, and he will be doing my younger sisters wedding coming in November of this year. We absolutely LOVE HIM and his work (obviously since we all hired him!) He is extremely personable which I loved because i can be a little shy/awkward. He makes the shoot fun and not awkward at all! Finding the righ photographer was extremely important to me, so I am so happy that I was able to find Brian! He responded back so quickly to my Facebook message and immediately made me feel like we had made the right choice. We had phone calls, several meetings, and the engagement session before the wedding. By the time the wedding came around, I was already comfortable with Brian. He brought along a second shooter with him who took great photos of the guys. My photos turned out absolutely amazing! He captured little moments with different people and the detail photos look amazing. He helped to keep everyone on track and not so stressed (okay by everyone I mean me, lol) My bridesmaids and family adored him and I’ve gotten nothing but compliments from his pictures.
