He asked for a list of photos we want taken in advance, and gave us some good ideas. Then he gave us a quick call to ask some questions, as well. preceding days of our engagement photos and already had some great ideas for shots. Same with our wedding venue. He made communications stress free and straight forward. Most importantly his photos came out phenomenally. You will immediately see the photos have great editing with well thought out cropping and tweaks to light/color/background or foreground objects. Very artistic and experimental but will a solid core of traditional shots as well. We opted to have him design a book for our wedding and it was beautifully constructed & formatted. Would we work with him again? For sure without hesitation. Highly recommend. Massive step above the lackluster work of photographers that are mere company employees. Will be looking to him again for family/baby photos in the future.

eautifully, but it was a pleasure to work with him on the wedding day. Throughout the entire experience, I felt like Brian would really take care of us in case something went awry - and even if it didn't and there was just something we needed. I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. A few things I really appreciated about working with Brian: 1. When I initially called Brian, I got to speak directly with him to see how we communicated and worked together. Most of the other places I called had a front-end business person answering the phones, discussing the wedding plan, and then assigning a photographer. I appreciated working directly with Brian from day 1. He made time for phone calls from me throughout the whole process, and made us feel like a priority. 2. Brian was flexible with rescheduling our engagement session due to weather, and I felt like this was different than many studios who had said that the engagement session would happen on the scheduled day and time, rain or shine. 3. Brian is fun to work with! There were often times where he got inspired in the moment and very excited about the potential of location, lighting, etc. It's delightful to work with someone who really cares about what he's doing and about the couple. He never treated us like a job - he treated us like human beings who he wanted to create something beautiful for. 4. The second photographer Brian hired to work with him was also a great photographer. I loved that she was very skilled and acted as a second photographer rather than an assistant. 5. Brian gathered people for photos decisively, yet politely. He has an uncanny ability to blend into the background when needed, but also to direct people without being overbearing. He kept people informed about when he needed them, and he kept family portraits moving along very efficiently. 6. Brian made our wedding and our photos all about us. I've been a bridesmaid several times with photographers who are quite loud and overbearing, and they make the wedding photos about them. Or, some photographers are too sheepish to say what they need. Brian balances perfectly in the middle ground. 7. We were given space as a couple to relax and take laid back candid photos without feeling like we had to pose and look at the camera the whole time. Brian was excellent at telling us when we were taking a posed picture, and when we could relax and talk to each other while he adjusted camera settings or just wanted to give us time to ourselves. 8. Brian was incredibly open to other people's ideas. The second photographer suggested a few shots which turned out beautifully, and Brian responded enthusiastically. My husband and I were tired at one point and sat down in chairs on the opposite side of the room (being silly). Brian was inspired by it and took one of our favorite photos of the entire wedding - completely unplanned. My husband made a few suggestions which Brian ran with, too. 7. Brian was incredibly quick to return our photos to us. He also designed a wedding album for us, and I really appreciated that he was responsive and helpful even when I procrastinated on making decisions. 8. Overall, Brian was a delight to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

He went above and beyond our hopes in every way.

He really told a story of the day through his photos. We didn't just get posed photos from him. We also got candid shots and a lot of shots that describe the details of the day that will help us remember it even more. He is easy to work with. He is punctual and professional. He has really good ideas for posed photos that makes everyone looks great. He is a specialist on lighting. He loves doing photography and it really shows in his work. He always describes how the lighting will work with pictures and picks his locations based on multiple factors to make the photos look the best they can. Booking him as our photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding and 100% would recommend. We are overjoyed with how our photos turned out after the wedding. The turnaround time was pretty quick. All the photos look amazing! He also makes sure there are no issues in getting the photos to you after the wedding. He pays attention to detail, and is thorough in adjusting for the best light. Brian was affordable, even with having a second photographer. Brian also prints photos, and was able to deliver us a large print (of our family at the wedding) the day after as a birthday gift to my mom -- needless to say she was speechless.

he weather. When we finally were able to do them, he had already been to the location and had picked out multiple, beautiful locations. He was so patient with us and gave great directions and feed back. For our wedding, we ended up having to completely change our original plans due to covid. Like always Brian was more than happy to roll with the punches. He even made more than one special trip out to our new location and the surrounding area. On the day of the wedding, he arrived on time and was ready to go! He wasted no time in getting to business and because of that I have some amazing pictures of me and my girls laughing and having the best time getting ready. Brian was able to work quickly ( it was a little bit warm that day) and make sure that everyone was in the correct formation, so we could get back inside to the air conditioning. For every single photo configuration that I wanted, Brian double checked and made sure that we had it. I'm pretty sure he didn't stop moving for the entire reception, or at least thats what it seemed like! I would highly recommend going with him for your big day, I know we plan on using him in the future as our family grows! From start to finish Brian was quick about responding to emails or phone calls. And the turn around time for the photos was superb, as it turns out I'm not as patient as I once thought I was, so that was a big selling point for me! You will not be disappointed if you choose Brian for any of your photo needs!

Absolutely LOVED receiving the sneak/preview photos the NEXT DAY which were absolutely stunning and received hundreds of accolades from viewers on social media. My son is getting married in eight weeks in a different city, and I only wish that Brian would be shooting his wedding as well because his photos and professionalism are unmatched!

the hunt for a new photographer. Based on reviews, we contacted Brian and after seeing previous weddings he captured we both knew we had to book him! Brian was so accommodating and helpful as we worked to create a backyard, COVID friendly wedding (our third attempt at a 2020 wedding). Not only did he work with us every step of the way and answer any and all questions we had, but he captured the most beautiful pictures! It was an incredibly hot day and he stuck with it with a smile and and got every shot we wanted. But the candid moments were the ones we truly cherish! They were all so incredibly beautiful and captured each moment so perfectly. The sequence of our wedding, everyone’s spirits and joy are all on camera for us to cherish forever. It could not have been a better experience and I highly recommend Brian to anyone planning an event! He’s awesome!!
