Brian was INCREDIBLE to work with! We can't express that enough, he is extremely professional in every aspect. From start to finish Brian gives it his all, our phone conversations and virtually he makes you feel like you are the only customer he has. Any email we sent he responded quickly. When it came to our wedding day, he helped make the day so special. He read the crowd and played music that kept everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. Brian was great! He excels at the most important skill for a DJ - reading the crowd and keeping the energy building from song to song. Our dance floor was rocking all night with a diverse guest list. Brian was also great to work with before the event, and he uses a nice online system to input your music preferences.

Brian did our wedding ceremony and reception and was absolutely amazing! He is more then just a great DJ, but also just a great person to work with. We were drawn to Brian by his responsiveness and organization. He really knows his stuff and made the whole process so easy! We live out of town and Brian went out of his way to come meet us one Sunday when we were in Portland prior to the wedding. He even came to our rehearsal! When I first met Brian in person, he was so kind and calming. He was professional, prepared, and very knowledgeable. He had good suggestions when I needed help with music selections, and was not pushy or judgmental when hearing my ideas. He was excellent at reading the crowd during the event and was able to get everyone on the dance floor! He received rave reviews from my friends and family as well after the wedding. Brian was awesome! He really knew how to read my guests and what he should play to get everyone on the dance floor! And that he did!! But he also took into consideration our request to not play certain songs! I would definately recommend Brian to anyone!! He is the best!!!

Brian Zutter Productions came highly recommended by our wedding venue and from a previous bride I spoke with, and we were not disappointed. We planned our wedding from out-of-town and Brian was extremely accommodating every step of the way - from the initial phone conversation and sending voice clips for my husband to hear, to check-ins along the way and a Skype call so we could "meet" him before the wedding, everything was super easy and perfectly handled. He secured a lapel microphone for our ceremony officiant and met with him in advance to make sure everything was good to go. He worked closely with our venue during the wedding to ensure perfect timing for the dances, speeches, cake cutting, etc. He played all of our requests and kept the majority of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. We had a wide spread in ages at our wedding and everyone was raving about how fun the party was. It truly felt like we had met Brian several times before the wedding, even though we had just met him earlier that day. I would highly recommend Brian for his professionalism, experience, and complete focus on ensuring your event is perfect!

Working with Brian was such a pleasure both before and during our wedding day. I will be honest and say that the wife and I had no clue what we needed to do when we first started talking about booking a DJ for our wedding. How do we choose music? What songs will people want to dance to? Do we need to come up with every song that should be played during the reception? Will our DJ keep people up on the dance floor? We’ve gone to plenty of weddings where the music can either make or break impressions on the entire day so of course we were nervous. Added to this fact was that we were 4+ hours away with no chance of meeting any potential DJs face-to-face! I ended up having a skype call with Brian before we booked him. As soon as the call was over, I knew that he was perfect for our day. GREAT personality, SO easy to work with and VERY responsive to every question or request that we had. The DJ planning event website that he uses for requesting “must play” “optional” and “do not play” songs was a neat feature that I had no clue existed. It also allowed us to create a timeline of when we wanted certain songs to be played (first dance, mother/son, father/daughter, etc.) that we actually used for all of our vendors to coordinate timing. He even took time to have a call with me to go over the schedule, that we created a few weeks before our wedding, and gave us some great ideas on music to play at different times (cocktail hour/cake cutting/etc.). The best part was that because he has done some many weddings, we didn’t have to come up with an exact playlist for our day. We gave him a few songs that we really wanted to be played and he was able to fill in the rest of the playlist based on the type of music that we liked. We had our wedding in the early afternoon (not typically the best time for dancing) yet Brian’s music selection kept people on the dance floor the entire time – much to our relief!! That would not have been possible without Brian’s help. Bottom line, Brian was absolutely great to work with and we would highly recommend him. Thank you for everything Brian!

Brian was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He is fun and easygoing, but also very professional. When we first talked with him on the phone we immediately liked his "vibe", and were even more impressed by his professionalism when we met in person a month before the wedding. His website is well designed and made it easy for us to organize the different parts of the ceremony and select special songs to play (and some to avoid ;). He was happy to work with us to set up a smaller system to play music for the ceremony as well as the main reception space, and his experience was invaluable as we nailed down the logistical details. His tone on the mic was perfect -- fun and happy but not overbearing. And his song selection was perfect! Our dance floor was full the whole night, and everyone loved the music. I strongly recommend Brian for any wedding!

Perfect Fit! The music for my wedding reception was extremely important, as I believe it sets the tone for the whole celebration! Working with Brian Zutter was an absolute joy! Since we lived a state away he did Skype meetings with us and his online service gave me freedom to pick certain songs to play at special points throughout the evening. Brian has great attention to detail and made sure of how to pronounce names of our bridal party before the entrance and worked seamlessly with our reception venue and guided us through the evening from cocktail hour, entrance first dance, dinner service, ect ect. If you are looking for a DJ who is professional, fun to work with and has the flexibility to make your reception music just as you want then Brian is your guy! Not only did Brian provide great music that kept the guests up on the floor, he helped out with other aspects of the cocktail hour that came up in the last minute. Once the reception started and he took over as Emcee, I knew we were all in good hands. He was very much a part of the entire wedding team!

Our wedding was the most beautiful and perfect day! Everything fell into place and went just how I imagined. None of this could've happened without Brian. We gave him a few rather vague genres of music to play and he did a fantastic job keeping the dance floor absolutely packed, playing exactly the kind of music our guests loved. Brian was an absolute gem to work with. I knew we were going to be a great fit from the moment of our first meeting. He was able to make me feel at ease all while being professional. Because of Brian, we had a full dance floor all night (even on a Sunday). He was right on target with the music he played and took requests in stride. Brian is incredibly organized,professional, easy to work with and fun! He has an amazing ability to lead the event with a personality that is fun and not at all overbearing. My husband and I had chosen Brian because we had attended a number of weddings over the years that he mc'd - all off which ran smoothly and kept people on the dance floor all night long. For our own wedding we purchased the up lighting and dance floor lighting package and I can't express how worth it it was...it transformed the entire room! We also used Brian for both the reception and the ceremony....he coordinated everything perfectly! At the end of our 8 hour long event, all of the guests were still on the dance floor and chanting for Brian to play one more song!!! I would recommend Brian Zutter for any event that you want to run smoothly and enjoy!

Brian made our wedding! We had people on the dance floor from the first toast until the bar closed. He brought great ideas to the table and was very easy to work with. I would give him 6 stars if I could. He also supplied lights for our dance floor and all the acoustics for the actual wedding. He did a stellar job. Such a pleasure to work with.

Excellent DJ. Experienced, professional, excited to work with the bride and groom to make their wedding special. He meets with you before the wedding to plan everything out - the special songs and which songs you want and what songs you don't want. Definitely recommend to other brides.
