Jean at Briar Rose did an exceptional job for my destination wedding in Jackson Hole! Other florists did not want to work with me because of my low budget, but Jean treated me all the same. I had to communicate my vision via email/phone calls as I was planning my wedding from Texas. I had no idea how my flowers were going to turn out and they were all PERFECT! Cannot recommend Briar Rose more!!!!

The Briar Rose did a magnificent job to make my daughter's wedding and event to remember! Jean Johnson, the owner, listened to our vision, and gave ideas and helpful suggestions to enhance it. It was a pleasure to work with reliable professionals!

Jean did the flowers for my wedding and they were beautiful! Just what I wanted. She knows her stuff and has great quality flowers. She's affordable and will go above and beyond for her clients to make it the way you want it. We also ordered a tux and had no problems.

My husband and I planned our Wyoming wedding from Texas, so we were unable to meet with any of the vendors beforehand. I called Jean at Briar Rose based off of online reviews. I ordered 5 boutonnieres and a big bouquet of flowers to be placed on our cake. I described the basic colors to her, and gave her a couple of flowers that I liked in terms of style, but didn’t go into too much detail. I didn’t want to worry about whether or not they would be exactly as expected, so I didn’t make my expectations very big. I was so happy with the results! The boutonnieres were sweet, and the flower selection was gorgeous and fit our theme perfectly. They looked great on the cake and there were extras to add decorations on the cake table. It was perfect, and Jean was a sweet woman to work with. Definitely recommend her!

We were able to get a bunch of flowers at a low price, but they definitely were not of the highest quality. Also, I think that they tried to get a little too creative with my bouquet. We had to pull our some ugly flowers right before the ceremony.

This florist seemed distracted and unorganized. She got the main flower arrangments for the ceremony wrong and did not show up for our appointment to get the groom and his men measured for tuxes. When we got the tuxes the grooms tux had a cigarette burn on the front.

Jean at the Briar Rose did the flowers, decor (draperies, hanging butterflies over the dancefloor, chair covers, etc.), and tuxedo rentals for our June wedding last month. I could not have been happier with how everything came together. She was always very attentive to my needs & desires and fulfilled them perfectly, making everything run that much more smoothly on the wedding day. I only gave her some ideas and photos of flowers that I liked, and I asked her to use her expertise to come up with a fitting bouqouet for me & my bridesmaids. Well, she came up with a floral combination better than I could have ever imagined! We had a couple of issues with tuxedo sizes that worried me because all of our groomsmen were in from out of town and we didn't have much time for corrections, but Jean quickly corrected the issues the day before the wedding and made sure everyone had their correct wardrobe on the wedding day. That's why it's important that the guys get their measurements at a tux shop using the Jim's Formal Wear sizing sheet. I would definitely recommend her as she charges reasonable rates for her services and did such a great job putting it all together.

This review is for their tuxedo/suit rental services, NOT their floral. My husband went to the Briar Rose to get fitted for a suit for our ceremony. The suit was supposed to be delivered the day before. I called the store to find out how it was being shipped so I would know if I had to wait to sign for it. It was then they realized the suit was sent ground, not overnight. BIG problem, but they made steps to correct it by sending a new suit overnight - problem was, next day was Saturday, and our party started at noon. The earliest guaranteed delivery they could give us was at 10, 20 minutes away from our hotel. When we got to the pick up location, NO suit. 30 minutes later, it got there...OK, so we'd be running a little late...no big deal. But when he put it on, the pants were 4 sizes too big and the shirt sleeves 2 inches too short. The pants were literally held up by 2 binder clips. I would not use this vendor again.

She really worked with me to get what I would need for my wedding!
