Briarmist cakes did an amazing job with the cake, Misty made the cake just how we wanted it. She is one of the preferred vendors from our venue. I recommend her!

I was a little nervous because I chose misty off of the internet and didnt know anything about her work. The cake ended up being the best surprise of my wedding. It was so beautiful and was exactly what I wanted.She had a good variety of flavors and her cake is very moist. She delivered and set up the cake at my venue for no additional charge. I will now tell everyone about her!

Misty did such an excellent job on the cake. We love the ocean and everything tropical so we asked Misty to make a cake completely from scratch. We had dolphins, sea turtles, the Hawaiian Islands, Palm trees, and Hibicus flowers on the cake and it came out so amazing and it was so moist and tasted delicious. She was willing to go above and beyond to make the most perfect cake that she bought and used a Cricket scrapbook machine to make sure all of the images came out perfect. Her attention to detail is unbelievable and she is so great to work with.

Misty was great to work with. She did exactly what I asked, and I was so pleased with the outcome. My cake was not only beautiful, but delicious!

My husband and I chose this vendor after tasting at VGs in cardiff... I thought VGs cakes did not taste well and when we were taken back into their kitchen to look around ALL of their cakes are frozen, probably because they have too many to do to make them all fresh. Misty at Briarmist did an amazing job and it was VERY fresh! We chose the red velvet with cream cheese and an apricot with apricot cream cheese.. it was awesome! She is reasonably priced for how detailed and beautiful her cakes are. The only thing I would recommend, is that you don't go with a colored frosting for the cake. We had a beautiful cake with blue frosting and white detail but it turned everyone's mouths blue! That is the only reason I gave quality 4 instead of 5 stars. Had we gone with a white frosting or a lighter colored frosting it would definitely be 5 out of 5! Other than that, it was delicious and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!! Well worth the money!

We loved our wedding cake. My husband found a perfect cake topper but we were worried it might be a bit heavy and Misty provided options that made it work! All of our guests absolutely loved it!

our cake was delicious - it was moist and light and absolutely perfect. it was decorated perfectly - matched our colors and theme so well, and was exactly what i had wanted. working with briarmist was so easy and she was so helpful. i can't speak to the value because the cake was included in our package with la costa resort.

I was SO pleased with our cake! Briarmist cakes not only designs beautiful wedding cakes, but they taste amazing too!!! So happy with this vendor, and would use her again!

What a beautiful creation! She really did take a simple enough idea and make it something special. We got a ton of complements on how classy and original our cake was. Even the people who worked the venue told us they'd never seen a cake like that. We're thrilled with Misty. She was easy to work with and really helped us pick a cake that was perfect for the theme and our personalities. Perhaps more importantly the cake was so yummy. It was tasty and moist! Briarmist really is something special. We couldnt be happier!

We knew Misty was the one for us when we went to meet her for the first time! She was very sweet and talked with us to help give us an idea of what we wanted for a cake! We chose our cake, gave her a ribbon swatch for the color and the sugar flowers she made were gorgeous - they looked so real! The cake was very elegant and it was perfect - just how we pictured it, but it was so much better in person! She did a great job and I would definitely use Misty again for other occasions!

The cake was included with the package we had for the crossings at Carlsbad, so I didn't expect much. Wow was I suprised! We had a red velvet cake and it was delicious! Super moist and yummy and I can't wait for our one year anniversary to eat it again!!
