Brick & Mirth is a wedding and event venue located in Historic Downtown Pleasant Hill, MO nestled among charming boutiques, stores, and restaurants. Our space is filled with historic charm including exposed rafters and original brick blended with modern sophistication. Whether you're looking for a ceremony & reception space, a rehearsal dinner, or a gorgeous venue for a bridal or baby shower, our beautiful space is perfect. Although we seat up to 120 guests, the venue provides a cozy atmosphere for more intimate affairs. The Historic District of Downtown Pleasant Hill embodies charm and nostalgia.The whistle of the train provides a reminder of times past, and the train depot is now a fun shopping experience. There are many reasons your guests will love our small town. From the historic buildings, to the historic theater, to the notable biking trails, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The team at Brick & Mirth is committed to making certain that every guest has an amazing experience in our venue. We will work with you to bring your vision to life. All of our rentals include tables, chairs, linen, staff, and an option of full-bar service. We offer an open vendor policy for your convenience with a list of local and trusted partners to make your planning effortless. In addition to our open catering policy, we offer in-house catering options including an inclusive Brunch & Mimosa Bar. We love all occasions, but we especially love working with our Brides and Grooms. We offer a comprehensive wedding package which includes access to the venue for you and your vendors from 11 am-11 pm, access to our dressing suite, two planning meetings, a complimentary venue ceremony, and uncompromising attention to every detail of your event.
