I seriously cannot say enough good things about Brick Street Bridal! I went to a few other bridal shops and nothing compared. Natalie is so attentive to detail and really takes the time to understand your vision. My dress from Brick Street Bridal was everything I wanted and more. I highly recommend coming here to look for your wedding dress.

Natalie does such a great job!! She curates picks for you based on what you share with her that you envision or like. She also made many great recommendations. Her communication is great and her pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend her and Brick Street Bridal!

Natalie is absolutely great to work with!! I was nervous to try on dresses and she made the whole process so easy and helped calm my nerves. Her shop is quiet and we had her full attention. She knew exactly what to pull to try on from what I said I liked. Her communication was great on getting my dress ordered and when it was ready to be picked up!

10/10 RECOMMEND! This was the last place I went to on a long day of looking for the perfect dress. I showed up to Brick Street Bridal a little discouraged from not finding my dress yet, but as soon as I walked into Brick Street Bridal, I was greeted by Natalie with a big smile! My mood immediately shifted! She was so kind and helpful. She asked about different things that I had seen that I liked, and directed me towards some dresses she thought I would love. I never felt rushed as I wandered around the store and picked out some dresses to try on. As I started to try on dresses, she gave great advice and helped me articulate my thoughts on what I liked and what I didn’t. I ended up finding my perfect dress at Brick Street Bridal! The whole process was stress free and FUN for both me and my party. Natalie is truly one of the best in the business and I would absolutely recommend Brick Street Bridal to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

Natalie is incredibly helpful. She was able to go through my Pinterest board and go off of the preferences I provided in email to pull dresses that were both beautiful and in budget. I flew in from out of town and she made the whole experience wonderful. I was expecting to feel a little overwhelmed, but it was a stress-free experience and I found a dress I love and am excited to wear at my wedding. Thank you Natalie!

Natalie is amazing!!! I absolutely LOVED my experience at Brick Street Bridal! Her shop is so nice. All of the dresses she has for brides to try on are really high quality. My matron of honor told me about Natalie’s shop, and I was surprised because for a smaller boutique, she has such a large variety in both dresses and veils. I definitely thought her dresses were going to be more expensive than they were. I was amazed! Natalie schedules one appointment at a time and closes the store for each bride - she puts a sign outside and locks the door - so you’ll get her undivided attention, and no one will interrupt your appointment. I loved that she asked me to send her my Pinterest board before my appointment, and when I got there, she had a dress in the fitting room picked out for me to try on. My group and I went around the shop, picking out other dresses for me to try on too, even getting one off of the mannequin in the store window. Then, Natalie actually helped me into dresses and clipped them. (Not every place I went to did that.) I loved the giant mirror in the fitting room, so I could get a good look at myself in each dress before going out and showing the others, and I loved the mirrors and pedestal out in the showing area too. Plus, there’s plenty of seating for your whole crew while you try on dresses. (I had 6 people with me!) Additionally, she has a robe for the bride to use if she needs to go out into the showing area between trying on dresses. When I was pretty sure I’d found my dress, she didn’t put any pressure on me getting jacked up, and when I was ready, she helped me pick out my veil too. She was attentive and could tell when the veil wasn’t quite right for me and when I needed to try something else, even when I couldn’t quite figure out what should change. She was so kind, patient, and friendly with me and my group through the whole appointment, keeping the environment calm when it could have been very stressful. We all think she’s awesome! The most impressive part was after I’d found my dress, I realized that the dress I had chosen was the one she had picked out ahead of time based on my Pinterest board! In fact, both my dress and my matron of honor’s wedding dress were the ones Natalie picked for each of us from our Pinterest boards! She’s amazing at her job and you can tell she loves it, which makes the whole experience so much better! I cannot say enough nice things about Brick Street Bridal! I was so impressed, and my whole crew was too! I would recommend anyone go check out her boutique! You’ll have a wonderful experience! Thank you so much, Natalie!!! Can't recommend Brick Street Bridal enough! The entire experience was great, from the moment we walked in to deciding on my dress. Natalie was very sweet and professional the entire time. She has a great selection of dresses that are not easily found elsewhere, and walked through alteration options for each design. My family who accompanied me can be a bit much sometimes ;) and she was great at keeping them engaged and focused on the details that mattered to me. We all loved our experience with her and I was really happy with my dress selection.

It was important for me to find a dress in my hometown so my mom and I booked a few appointments around Indianapolis, Zionsville and Carmel to try to find the right dress. I had a few experiences during the trips that made me doubt whether I would find a dress at all. Walking into Brick Street made me instantly at ease and confident that I would find something I would love. Natalie made the visit so enjoyable - she made it a point to both let me choose options on a dress as well as making a few recommendations for dresses she thought might be of interest. The dress I chose was one she recommended I try - needless to say, she was able to figure out what would make me happy in not a lot of time at all! Natalie made me feel so supported and picking my dress at her shop was the easiest decision I've made to date. I cannot recommend her enough!

I was blown away by my experience at Brick Street Bridal!! Natalie, the owner, was sweet informative and all around fantastic. The selection of dresses was beautiful and I could not be happier with saying yes to my dress after the perfect experience I had. It was my first bridal appointment and my last. Thank you again Natalie and if you’re in the market for a breath taking dress, I 100% recommended heading to the lovely Brick Street Bridal!!!

As a plus size bride it is hard to find bridal salons that have extended sizing. I reached out to Natalie ahead of time to see what she had available, and she was kind enough to set aside time to let me come in and preview the selections before making an appointment! The shop was clean and beautiful, and the dresses were gorgeous. While the plus size section was very limited, this is standard for boutiques and she mentioned her wish to grow it as her business grows! Natalie was great to work with and I would definitely suggest booking an appointment at Brick Street Bridal.
