What a great place to find your perfect dress for the special day! They have wonderful selections. They have great people there to help you find what you are looking for. Even if you have something specific in mind they pick out dresses that you might have missed. I said yes to a dress that the bridal consultant picked and it was exactly what I was looking for!! When trying on dresses they have a great setup where you can have your friends and family (maximum of 4) to sit and see all the gowns you try on! They make you feel special! I would highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal to find the perfect dress you are looking for!

I booked an appointment with Brickhouse and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Its a large salon with a TON of dresses. When I arrived the staff at the desk was very welcoming! I was quickly put with a stylist, Kelsey, who as absolutely amazing. She was great at picking up on my vibes, hearing what I want and getting me into the dresses I wanted to try as well as options that worked with what I was looking at. When she saw we had a dress out of my price range, she immediately asked and made sure I wanted to try it on. She was thorough and efficient and honestly just so great to work with! I ended up finding the dress of my dreams here and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt great about my decision. Can't wait for the dress to come in!

Brickhouse Bridal and the Sample Suite are THE place to find your dress. From professionalism & honesty, to really caring about the bride and what SHE is looking for. I had seen Ashley twice and on my last visit today I decided on THE dress. Conversating and working with her was absolute privilege and not once did she try to sway me in one direction or the other. She always took the time to explain the dresses and fits down to the very last detail. My experience with Brickhouse Bridal was amazing! It was the second salon I went to my first day dress shopping, and I said yes to the dress here! All the dresses are beautiful, and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. My consultant was Paris, and she was phenomenal! She actually picked out the dress that I said yes to! I liked how my family/friends and I could see and clip dresses before trying them on. I also follow their Instagram, so that helped a lot with what style I liked from pictures. Paris was able to pull the exact dresses that I had saved from their Instagram page as ideas. The salon is also gorgeous. It is very clean, well designed, and the natural lighting is wonderful. When my dress arrived at Brickhouse for me to pick up, the measurements and accuracy on the fit were amazing! Also Paris was there to help with the first try on, and that was awesome since she was my consultant when I bought it. I highly recommend Brickhouse Bridal!

I had a great experience at Brickhouse Bridal - everyone that I met was extremely helpful and accommodating, my dress came in right on-time, and I could not have been more happy with choice! Brickhouse was the first and only bridal shop that I went to, and during my appointment, I feel in love with the bodice and fabric of the sample but had the skirt customized to another style. My dress came in exactly as I had dreamed and fit me like a glove; only requiring a few alterations from Jenny Kim Couture. I've already recommended Brickhouse Bridal (and Jenny Kim Couture for alterations) to several friends!!

Wonderful experience shopping for wedding dresses this past Saturday. Jackie was amazing and made this the experience every future bride deserves. She helped us find the perfect dress and then the vail, omg the vail is amazing! The only thing that I’m disappointed about is that it’s over. We had planned to go to 4-5 dress shops but found the perfect dress our first day shopping after 2 dress shops. Brickhouse has such an amazing selection of quality designer dresses and they know how to treat their customers. I didn’t plan on spending over $5000 but I have no regrets at all!

I am so grateful to be an Brickhouse Bridal bride! I had the opportunity to work with Kelsey when I was in the salon. When I parked at the studio, I was so hopeful that I would leave with a dress ordered that I felt confident in. During my appointment, Kelsey was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgable. I trusted her as an expert in her field and she delivered! Her genuine heart shined as she dolled me up and her sincere sense of humor melted away any nervous feelings I had. She is incredible. The BEST bridal suite that you could ever go to. I love these girls SO much. I was so worried about not being able to find dresses that fit my curvy body, but do not worry. These ladies make you feel so welcome and supported throughout! I also was worried that I wouldn't find a dress that fit my unique style...I found my perfect dress in 10 minutes. Don't worry about options there, because they have a ton! It was pricey, but they don't make you pay for everything all at once. I can't say enough positive things about this shop!

The first and only place I ended up going to look for dresses! My consultant, Casey, was wonderful. I knew that I wanted a ballgown but other than that I was open to anything. She picked beautiful dresses and with each dress she was able to take my likes and dislikes and pull another dress that was more what I wanted, and everything was in budget. I think I tried on 7-8 dresses total, “THE” dress was the 3rd or 4th that I tried on. I immediately knew when I put it on and she saw it in my face that it was THE dress. However, she let me continue trying on to make sure it was truly what I wanted. She also handled my loud and opinionated family very well and made sure I walked away with the dress I wanted, not the one they wanted. She also picked a gorgeous veil to go with the dress. I ordered the dress the day I tried on (January 29th) and was given an estimate of early August delivery. It actually ended up arriving in mid June and I was able to pick it up on June 29th so a 5 month turnaround. I also got to try it on during the pick up appt and take more pictures and fell in love with the dress all over again! All in all I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Brickhouse Bridal to any bride.

I loved every minute of being at brickhouse bridal. All the staff members are amazing, funny, and kind. they made it very smooth and easy, I found my dress after trying on 4 dresses! Highly recommend going here (bonus everything is pink and sparkly)

Let me just say, that this boutique is AMAZING. They have soooooooooo many gowns. There was definitely no shortage of dresses to try on and fall in love with. But they were so unbelievably helpful and kind and patient and it made the experience just wonderful. I had two lovely ladies helping me, ashley at the sample sale location and and then Casey at the main location. Both women were so kind and ultimately Casey ended up helping me find my dream wedding dress. I am so grateful for everything they did. I cannot WAIT to wear this beautiful dress!!

Brickhouse was amazing! It was the first place I went and Paris put my in the dress of my dreams. I think it was the first dress I tried on and nothing else I tried on compared. They were able to expedite shipping and my dress came in exactly when it was expected! Have recommended to all my friends getting married!

I went only to look “real quick” and came out with a wedding dress. Only complaints are that I didn’t have my family with me to champagne toast my dress because I had no idea the first dress I put one would be the one. 😂 Be careful brides your dress is probably in here! But in all seriousness I really loved my wedding dress and am so grateful I found it here!

Brick house Bridal is a beautiful bridal boutique that offers a variety of dresses; however, does offer minimal long-sleeve dresses. That being said, the staff was wonderful and Casey helped ease my anxieties over being the center of attention and in picking my dress. Definitely recommend this bridal boutique to future brides

I cannot say enough good things about Brickhouse bridal! The staff is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and the salon aesthetic was beautiful. The experience was everything I wanted and more! During the whole process they really make you feel so special and beautiful! This was the first bridal shop I went to ever! My stylist really understood what I was looking for and ultimately found me my dream dress! I was hesitant at first because it was the first bridal shop I visited so I went to one other bridal shop across town and was NOT impressed, it was not even close to how Brickhouse made me feel. So the same day I drove back to Brickhouse to retry on the gown I loved and even the stylist who helped me quickly try it back on was so sweet! When I returned to pick up my dress, the staff again was so welcoming and just genuinely happy and excited for me and my big day! I highly recommend going to Brickhouse Bridal, you will truly feel so special!

Jacqueline (Jackie) was amazing to work with! She came highly recommended by a friend and we couldn’t agree more! Brickhouse Bridal was beautiful, full of gorgeous lighting and had lots of windows (but plenty of A/C) and had a LOVELY ‘aisle” leading down to a mirror so the bride can see herself in her chosen wedding dress. Just awesome! My daughter had a horrible experience at the first salon we visited (little room, no A/C, tiny dress sizes) and had lack luster visits at the last 2 salons we visited but thankfully had already bought the BEST wedding dress at BHB with Jackie’s help. My daughter has a Very Curvy figure and Jackie did an amazing job helping her find the dress of her dreams and fitting into it. Thank you !

Sarah was amazing to work with! This was my second round of trying dresses. The store itself is so nice and full of light! I loved being able to walk around and pick some out myself. I feel like Sarah really listened to me. As a plus sized bride, I was really nervous about having to try on too small dresses, but they know how to make it doable. It was a better shopping experience than trying to shop for everyday clothes, tbh. I ended up really falling in love with a dress, but was set on going to my second appointment to try a different designer. Halfway through that appointment, I realized I was just comparing them all to the one at Brickhouse! We hightailed it back to the store and I bought my dress like 10 minutes until close. I felt silly for having gone to the second appointment after having found the one, and am grateful they stayed open a few extra minutes for me. This store was absolutely worth the drive from Austin, and I’m so excited to be a Brickhouse bride! 💗

Brickhouse Bridal was AMAZING to work with. I actually originally ended up leaving without buying a dress, as I was extremely conflicted between my original favorite and a wildcard dress of completely different style, but as I went through a few other appointments at other salons it became clearer which dress was THE ONE. My MOH called Brickhouse Bridal asking if we could come back and unfortunately they were closing, but my stylist stayed over an hour late to wait for me to drive back across town, retry the dress on, and help me pick out a veil with the greatest attitude and genuine excitement for me. I am so happy they took such amazing care of me, it’s no surprise why nearly every bride I know has found their dress at Brickhouse Bridal! Besides the above and beyond customer service, the salon itself is beautiful with tons of natural lighting, gorgeous decorative details, and a really nice space for my group and I (MOH, future MIL, and Mom) to try on. My stylist made the whole experience so great, really understanding each comment I made about the dresses to get an idea of my vision and what I was comfortable in and she was so knowledgeable about the designers and their dresses she was able to pull additional options that I loved. The store had such a large selection but it didn’t feel overwhelming at all, which was nice for someone like myself who really doesn’t enjoy shopping). It was a huge contrast to the other salons I had appointments with later in the day.

Thanks to Brickhouse, I wore my dream dress on the wedding day. My consultant, Paris, was absolutely a sweetheart and knew more about my taste in bridal fashion than I did going into the appointment :) Picking up the dress was also so easy - everything about the experience was perfect. 5 stars!

wonderful, is all I can say. COVID has had a big impact on many peoples weddings. When I went to go dress shopping is was June of 2020 right in the mist of COVID. Staff were so friendly and really helped me find my style of dress which was completely different then what I originally had in mind. they helped me find the dress of my dreams in a very clean and safe environment. 10/10 would recommend this bridal shop saying "yes to the dress" moment

Please read before you considering buying a dress from Brickhouse Bridal!! I do not want brides to have the same experience I had. I bought my dress from the off the rack location. I fell in love with a beautiful dress however it was too tight across my butt, hips and tummy. The girls assured me over and over that the designer has fabric built in to allow the dress to be let out 3" and they even put me into a similar style dress that fit me better and said this is what it would look like after letting it out/tailoring. I feel so silly that I didn't check the seams myself, but I'm not a tailor and was just so excited to find the one Long story short and with much back and forth, Brickhouse bridal did little to nothing to be accountable to their mistake. I suggested they offer to pay for alterations or give me a percentage of my money back. I complied with getting a second opinion with their tailor by sending photos (I now live out of state). The company seemed more interested in trying to evade responsibility than just showing a little integrity and customer service. With all the back and forth with the owner, it was clear she was not going to take ownership of the mistake so over the 2 months of back and forth I lost over 10lbs and stopped doing CrossFit (that i love!) to fit my body to the dress. And I'm not a large girl. As a female who is very comfortable in her body, having to alter my body and give up a sport I love to make the investment I made in the dress work was honestly such an awful experience. I do not want a bride to feel the way I did. The owner was defensive and evaded even owning that they made a mistake until our very LAST conversation. She cut me off in conversation and wasn't really interested in listening, only deflecting. When I told her I would have to escalate, she told me she did appreciate threats. There is a difference between threats (meaning to cause injury) and a warning. I told her that I would be leaving customer reviews. Only then did she offer to give me a full refund if I returned the dress. Unfortunately this gesture was not made with sincerity and is a little too late, we are less than 70 days until our wedding. I only post this so that other brides may not have the same experience. If you do buy from the off the rack location make sure you check the dress over carefully!! I have more details regarding the interaction if you have more questions, just comment below. I tried to remain calm and civil during all the interactions with the owner and really wanted to give them a chance to make amends. Melanie, the owner, however rude and cut me off talking several times. The whole thing was just ugly.

The team at Brickhouse Bridal is such a delight to work with!! They were extremely attentive to all of my ideas and always willing to help!! I got both my wedding dress and veil with them and could not have been happier! My mom also got her mother of the bride dress at Brickhouse Bridal and had the most amazing experience!!! Brickhouse is the absolute best! I had just started dress journey. My experience at the very first shop I went to was beyond disappointing. I felt extremely rushed and didn’t feel like a priority. So I left, and then I found Brickhouse while surfing Instagram. I made an appointment and when I went to the shop I was greeted with many smiles and walked into a shop that was immaculate and very neat and together. I soooo appreciate little details like that. My consultant was Casey and I loved loved loved her. She made my time there so fun and easy and stress free! She told me to take my time and she really listened to me. In fact, my dress ended up being one she chose for me!!! I will recommend this bridal shop above all others. Their customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Great quality dresses and service! I went to over 5 bridal shops including Kleinfeld’s in NYC, and Brickhouse Bridal’s consultants are second to none. I had a specific vision of how I wanted to look and what I wanted to wear for my wedding day. When I walked into Brickhouse Bridal I was hopeful, but it wasn’t until my consultant went to picking dresses that I ended up finding “the one.” My consultant listened to my thoughts and opinions as I tried on dresses throughout my appointment and she did a fantastic job by coming out with the perfect dress for me. While other bridal shops just had me choose my own gowns out to try on or were more interested in a sale, Brickhouse Bridal was truly interested in finding what I wanted in a wedding dress and what would look great on me. We even went back and bought a custom veil for my dress and also found the perfect Mother of the Bride dress. Thank you Brickhouse Bridal!

Beautiful bridal salon and very knowledgeable staff. I had an appointment with Paris and she immediately put me at ease, I was worried nothing wood fit or look good and I ended up liking so many of the dresses. I had tried on dresses at another place and it was like night and day. Huge selection and she was able to pull all the dresses I had saved and even pulled ones I would have never thought to try on. Ended up picking a dress that I had never even seen before and it was such a good experience.

From the second you walk into the building you get the full bridal experience. The shop is decorated so cute and I love their system of initially picking out dresses. I also love that you get your own designated area to try on so your appointment is more intimate and not everyone is looking at you. They have so many different styles to choose from and my consultant, Paris did an amazing job and found me the most beautiful dress I would have never though to pick for myself! Brickhouse bridal is amazing!! During my wedding journey , I tried on nearly 90 different dresses at different bridal salons. When I first walked into Brickhouse Bridal I loved it! They made me and my party feel so welcome! When I met my consultant she was so understanding of what I was looking and what I was having troubles with. Let me just say, my stylist was absolutely FABULOUS . I loved her! She didn’t make me feel rushed or forced to make a decision. I will alway refer my bride to be friends to Brickhouse. I had a great experience with Brickhouse Bridal. It is a beautiful bridal salon with a wonderful selection. This was the first bridal salon I visited so my first appointment was aimed at finding the overall style I wanted. I was so impressed with their selection that I went back a second time with a more narrowed approach and found the one! Casey was my consultant and she was a pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable on the dresses, listened to my likes/dislikes, and was extremely patient. My one constructive feedback would be I wish their communication would have been better during the dress ordering/arrival process. I ordered my dress in January 2020 and was told to expect it within 6 months. Due to Covid-19, it arrived in July 2020. I did not receive any updates during this period regarding expected delivery so I called the salon in June. My wedding was in September 2020 and I expected some alterations would be needed, but I would not know how much until my dress arrived. This was very stressful given the situation we were all in. Thankfully, everything worked out and the dress was beautiful!

I was happy with my experience at Brickhouse Bridal and glad they were able to get my perfect wedding dress. As only one of two salons in the Houston area who carries Martina Liana gowns, they contacted the designer to send a certain style I wanted to try on (of note, the other salon in Houston, which was actually much closer to me, was not even willing to ask - their loss). While they had many other styles as part of their trunk show, the particular one I wanted was not originally going to be included. But, they were very helpful and contacted the designer, who included it. From the moment I tried it on, I knew it was THE one. The designer's representative was also there and helped me customize the dress (slightly more shapely sweet-heart neckline and extra buttons down the middle of the train). I got so many comments on how beautiful, elegant, gorgeous, stunning etc. I/ the gown was ;)
