Our experience with Camp Aramoni was one I will never forget and a place I highly recommend. Not only is it a beautiful and gorgeous site to get married, Sam Masini, our coordinator was a dream to work with. While busy, she was always able to answer whenever she could and answered every question I had, and believe me, as a bride I had a lot. I honestly felt annoying, but she was always so helpful and encouraging. Sam worked tirelessly to make the day perfect and set it all up just the way I imagined it. My only hiccup with this venue was later in the night the music, played through a Spotify playlist, skipped and cut out a lot. I believe this was due to it being played on another staff members computer, who said their computer was out of date and glitchy. Nonetheless, it was still a magical evening. We had the Pizza Pasta Party for our dinner and it included the best lasagna I ever had. This venue offers a unique look, one that my guests raved about-- they said it felt like they weren't in IL, and somewhere far away. I couldn't imagine a better place to marry my person; I highly recommend this.

We cannot recommend Bricks & Stones highly enough as a wedding venue! We had our wedding there in June, with many of our guests staying onsite at Camp Aramoni, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with countless opportunities for amazing photos. The food was outstanding (we chose the taco buffet, which was incredible), and every member of the team was genuinely invested in making our day special. Our guests felt exceptionally well cared for throughout the weekend, and the attention to detail was remarkable. A special thank you to Sam, our wedding coordinator, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her organization, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. She helped make every idea we had a reality and put in an incredible amount of effort to bring our vision to life. Bricks & Stones at Camp Aramoni is a boutique campground and wedding venue awaiting your discovery in Tonica, IL, near the picturesque Starved Rock State Park. This historical site near Chicago was once home to a brickyard that operated from 1870 to 1981. Bricks & Stones was originally used as a blacksmith shop at the brickyard, and it has since been renovated to include modern amenities while also preserving its original architecture. The boutique campground is located nearby and includes 11 safari-style tents with lavish beds, air conditioning, en-suite restrooms, hardwood floors, and personal outdoor decks. Bricks & Stones is the only wedding venue in the Midwest located on a former brickyard. Upon entering the building, guests are greeted by its rustic industrial charm and grand fireplace. The indoor space includes seating for up to 80 guests in addition to a full-service bar, WiFi, and audiovisual equipment. The Bowers Suite is a private getting-ready space that includes garment racks, comfortable vintage seating, fogged windows for privacy, and an en-suite restroom with a shower. Bricks & Stones then effortlessly transitions into a large outdoor lawn with a covered pavilion. The space also includes a large deck overlooking the Vermilion River, two ponds, and native Illinois wildflowers. The open lawn features three historical brick kilns and a fountain. An outdoor ceremony set-up is included in the rental fee and on-site parking is available. Camp Aramoni is also the first and only boutique campground in Illinois. Located along the Vermilion River, the campground offers lavish accommodations in a secluded natural landscape. The site includes 11 safari-style tents with accommodations for up to 50 of your closest friends and family. Nightly rates include breakfast, dinner, firewood, and s'mores. In addition to chef-curated meals and breathtaking views, the campground is enveloped in miles of private hiking trails waiting to be explored. General Manager
Stephanie Bias is the General Manager here at Camp Aramoni. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Event Management from Iowa State University and now uses her background to create unforgettable experiences for Camp Aramoni's guests. Her day to day responsibilities include overseeing guest communications, guest experiences, marketing, PR campaigns and more. When she’s not working at Camp Aramoni, you’ll find Stephanie hiking or hanging out with her bulldog, Meatball.
Jennifer Bias
President/Co-Owner
Jennifer Bias is the President and Co-Owner of Camp Aramoni. The entire property exists today because of her vision and fearlessness to dream BIG! She leads our team with conviction and empathy always at the forefront. Jennifer is responsible for too many things to list, but her favorite responsibilities include tending to our gardens and bee hives on site.
Carson Barger
Executive Chef
Chef Carson Barger is the Executive Chef at Camp Aramoni. Traditionally trained in Lebanese cuisine, Chef Carson’s food is influenced by Mediterranean plant centric fare. After serving as the Head Chef at Social Kitchen, she then moved on to open a local juice and raw food bar followed by heading menu design at Tangled Roots Brewing Company. Her culinary talents and beautifully plated dishes caught the attention of McConville Studio, a photography studio specializing in commercial branding, where she was brought on as a food stylist for the studio’s various clients. Having adopted a plant-based diet herself, Chef now implements a plant-centric, upscale rustic menu incorporating locally sourced and foraged ingredients. Chef thoroughly enjoys serving her local community as well as the guests who stay with Camp Aramoni from out of town - an opportunity that she calls the best of both worlds!
Gretchen Gonzalez
Campground Manager
Gretchen Gonzalez is the Campground Manager at Camp Aramoni and has a background in bar management, event supervision and copy writing. Gretchen originally joined Camp Aramoni as the Events Supervisor, and she spent 2022 working weddings, brunches and everything in between. She is now the full time manager of the campground, and a fantastic leader and creative thinker for our beverage program, having owned and operated her own bar for almost a decade. When she's not working, you'll find Gretchen spending time with her family and attending fun concerts like Riot Fest!

The food was exceptional; our guests are still talking about the meal nearly a month later - wayyyy easier than having to track down and hire yet another vendor to coordinate with. If I could leave ten stars, I would in a heartbeat.
