Specializing in Day of Coordination (DOC) is SO IMPORTANT because there are so many moving parts during a wedding day. To ensure all goes as planned on your big day, we work behind the scenes directing your premier to the vendors and even the timing down the aisle. In crowd movement, photographers, caterers, and DJs are all so vital, it'll be like we're not even there. Just like Cinderella was the only one to see the mice turn into horses and a pumpkin into a carriage! There is quite a lot that needs to happen at once, so it's highly recommended to hire professional Bibbity-Boppity-Boopers to help!
Joy Alack started her wedding journey as a wedding photographer (for over 100 weddings!) and has specialized in troubleshooting, and taking care of the business aspects of the wedding.
Enjoy your day knowing all vendors will be on their A-game and all key people are where they need to be so they don't miss out. As a business and as wives, we pray for every couple and are honored to be a part of YOUR Happily Ever After ❤️👰💒

Joy coordinated the ceremony portion of my wedding day almost 8 months ago. My biggest regret is deciding to forgo her services at my reception.
Joy made sure the church where my...
ceremony was held was decorated to my expectations before my guests arrived. She coordinated with the hotel where my parents stayed to make sure the decor made its way back to me.
I had two coach buses to transport my guests from my ceremony to the reception, with a narrow window in between. Joy was highly communicative with me and with the transportation company. She sorted out logistics with them beforehand to ensure this transition went smoothly and my guests spoke about how well organized this was.
Again, I definitely felt Joy’s absence at my reception, where things did not run as smoothly. I did not have the helping hands and coordination that the reception venue led me to believe I would have. I highly recommend Joy for wedding coordination. She is thorough, focused and highly qualified to meet your needs. I hope to have the opportunity to work with her again!
Joy made our wedding day! From our first interaction in the planning phase, she knew the key questions to ask and completely understood our vision and needs for the event. Joy was ...
in contact with every vendor leading up to the wedding day, she greeted and guided our guests, and flawlessly executed the timing and pace of the beginning of the ceremony. Through the remainder of the reception, Joy was on top of everything with the event details, ensuring we stayed hydrated, and checked in to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. Having her as our coordinator was the best investment of our wedding and cannot thank her enough for the time and care she invested in us! Joy is Amazing and we highly recommend her!
Joy was extremely effective as our day-of coordinator; it was clear she knew what she was doing and executed the event flawlessly. We were impressed with her ability to think ahead...
of the curve and understand our vision to make executable decisions on our behalf. We want to make it clear we were very pleased with her performance in that realm.
We’re giving three stars as while her day-of abilities were great, we faced many frustrations working with Joy in the weeks leading up. Most were communication hurdles (on two separate occasions she ghosted us on a pre-scheduled call or would take days to respond) along with the many pushbacks we got went asking her to help with vendors. In the intro call, she made it seem like she was happy to help communicate with our vendors in the last few weeks and help sort out the last-minute details with vendors. However, when it came time to pull everything together, we got pushback from Joy (“oh that’s not my purview” or “that’s for you to handle, I just do day-of” etc).
These offers to help in the all-important lead-up set our expectations at a high level. It became incredibly frustrating to work thru Joy than with our already-difficult vendors. We would have faced less frustration had she just been straightforward from the get-go versus what we experienced—getting the run-around from Joy just to lead us back to dealing with vendor issues head-on ourselves. We understood she was “day-of”, but why did she mention she would do the additional assistance way back during the intro call? We’re all human and misunderstandings happen all the time, sure, but dealing with major logistics and communication headaches with the one vendor who is supposed to make communications and logistics easy just did not sit well with us.
Joy is a wonderfully cheerful woman and she did a great job for the 24 hours of the event we thank her dearly for her great work. If you are 100% positive that you will have every single detail with every vendor in a perfect place, then we recommend Joy. If you anticipate needing ANY help from your coordinator in the 2-3 weeks before your wedding (and trust us, you will), then we recommend you consider other options.

Joy played a huge role in making our wedding absolutely perfect and we really appreciate it!
As a venue manager, it's great to have someone that is organized and outgoing to work with! Joy was fantastic to work with for one of my recent couples!!
Joy is the BEST in the biz! I've seen her work before at MANY weddings and if it weren't for her schedule, it would have been an HONOR for her to work my big day! She is thoughtful...
, quick-witted, and insanely talented. She KNOWS what she's doing. Its like she was BORN for weddings; she works incredibly well under immense pressure and the fast-paced nature of the day.

ur wedding and execute it sight unseen. I never knew I was a control freak until I decided to plan my wedding on my own but I was more than okay to relinquish control to her and I couldn't have been happier with the job that she did. If you are a bride or groom that is planning your wedding without a planner, I highly suggest to make sure you get a day of coordinator and you NEED to have Lisanne as that person. Thank you for helping make our special day seemless!

nd my arrangements, props, and guests were exactly where they were suppose to be! Do yourself a favor and relieve soooo much stress by booking Joy! She will keep you in the loop of everything and ensure you know everything that is going on and is quick to make a decision for you if you can’t figure it out (which I loved)! She is a MUST!

hanks to her! After our wedding, we were told by several guests that she did a wonderful job of keeping everything on track throughout the night. We spoke to her a week before the wedding to finalize our time table and vendor list, which was really helpful as well. She reached out to all of our vendors prior to the wedding to discuss logistics. Our wedding was perfect! Thanks, Joy!
Joy was a pleasure to work with! She is a true, day of coordinator, so she doesn't try to impose her own vision on your day but focuses on making sure your plan goes the way you wa...
nt it to. Since she's been involved in so many weddings, she does have the knowledge to ask questions you might not have considered, but always did so with such tact and grace that I always felt supported.
I've learned since the wedding of a number of small, unobtrusive ways that she helped everyone at our wedding, which is exactly what I hoped for from a coordinator. Once it was my wedding day, I wanted to relax and have fun, and all the little fires she put out without me even realizing they were there absolutely contributed to my enjoyment. We were in a space that could have been very awkward (multiple rooms, like so many old New Orleans locations) and she made a point to keep tabs on anyone in a bridesmaid's dress or with flowers on to keep them appraised of what was happening. She made sure my husband and I got food and drink and stayed in touch with all our vendors throughout the week leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. Additionally, she set up decor for us (though we didn't need a lot of this, she was available to do it).
Overall, if you need a day of coordinator, it would be hard to find someone better for the job than Joy.

ests commented how wonderful she was. I left a specific time line and directions - Joy did everything exactly as requested. She also kept the wedding flowing well, herded guests with finesse, and would even appear out of no where to answer any guest's questions during the evening. She even helped us get rid of an unwanted wedding crasher! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joy and HIGHLY recommend her services.

rything while being busy as the BRIDE (of course you want to enjoy that too!).
Do yourself a favor and get Joy to help you out. Joy is friendly, warm, and most importantly she gets it DONE!! I'm not sure how, but we handed over her a box of decor for the venues, the schedule of the day, and had 2 phone calls, then viola + magic! Joy puts me at ease with her updates of pics / text throughout the day to assure me people are there, things were setup and most of all pave the way for me and let me focus on being a bride. All of our guests love her and she was super nice.
THANK YOU JOY!!

e to keep me sane! From all the emails and texts and Skype calls she was always there! I couldn't have done it without her! She did her research on all of our vendors and knew exactly what to ask each one of them! The day of she was on point at all times! She always made sure everything was running as it should and as it made sense. She always made sure I had a drink in my hand and that everyone was having a great time! I honestly could go on and on! She is amazing! Just writing this review brings tears to my eyes remembering that day and how amazing it was! You can't go wrong with Joy and honestly you shouldn't even hesitate when thinking about using her, DO IT!! She communicates well and knows exactly what to ask each vendor and the wedding party! Love, love, love Joy!!! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for making our day our fairytale wedding! We love you!
My band, Dat Band worked with Joy for the first time recently at Felicity Church and the Eiffel Society. It is clear that Joy did her homework on our clients - there was never any ...
question about what was coming next and she was accommodating as could be.
Her cheerful attitude no matter the circumstances is invaluable - you want a Joy in your corner when the little things don't quite line up. She will work in the background seamlessly and enthusiastically to make sure your wedding is stress free! I wish I had hired her for my wedding!!
It's clear Joy has a passion for working with couples to help them realize their vision for their wedding day. As another vendor she comes with my highest recommendations!

hilarious, caring, and our PERFECT day-of Coordinator. She made sure that above all - my husband and I had the most perfect day. I hesitated on the decision to hire a day-of-coordinator, because I thought my family and I could "handle it" - but I was WRONG!! Our day wouldn't have been as perfect without Joy making sure every little detail went exactly as planned! Thank you, Joy, for giving me the wedding of my DREAMS!!!!

. And cannot beat the value of the cost of her services. She is a busy lady but she did make me a priority and delivered on all her promises when we signed on together. She was an integral part to making sure our day went off without a hitch. She's great!

ed help with, like be a second pair of eyes on everything. We had a wedding coordinator through the hotel we were getting married at, but she only did so many things, which is why we needed Joy! She was great in helping us make sure that the event went smoothly, that the DJ and other vendors stuck to the timeline day of. We had some miscommunication, which resulted in a few mishaps during and after the wedding, but overall everything went well and she worked really hard to keep our timeline on track and thought of many things I wouldn't have to make sure our wedding was perfect.
JOY IS THE BEST DAY OF COORDINATOR EVER!! This is not a trick. I initially thought that since she was low priced that I would get what I paid for, but I was wrong. Joy was EXCELLEN...
T! She went above and beyond for me and my guests. She was prompt and very knowledgeable about anything and everything. It rained on my wedding day and earlier in the week she had tent companies ready with quotes just in case I needed it. She spotted things that were wrong and just fixed them without being asked. I can't sing her praises enough. The main thing that I will say about Joy in comparison to other coordinators is that she TRULY cares. I mean she really wants you to be happy on your wedding day and will do anything in her power to make that happen. I didn't use her for pre-planning but I'm past sure that she is more than capable of handling it. If you are thinking twice about hiring Joy, DON'T. It will be the best decision that you could ever make.
Joy was our Day of Coordinator but, she offered to help with as much pre-planning as we needed. She met with me once at the venue beforehand to go over details and followed up with...
vendors beforehand to make sure everyone was on track. I am a meticulous planner and although some details did not come out exactly as I had hoped, our wedding ran on schedule (thanks to her), our guests were happy and it was beautiful.
Joy with Bridal 911 was exceptional! I can’t sing her praises enough. Whether you are considering Bridal 911 for “day of” wedding coordination, complete planning, or something in ...
between, you can rely on Joy. There are so many details to consider, but Joy makes everything manageable and possible. She is personable and professional and can absolutely execute your vision.
I secured my vendors (caterer, cake, officiate, venue, musicians, bartenders, alcohol) and hired Bridal 911 to handle the details, coordination and “day of.” While this was a huge undertaking, Joy made it work – and affordably. Her attitude was encouraging and her advice was realistic. She kept me on track and we met regularly to discuss the logistics. She provided invaluable insight and helped guide me through the steps I needed to take. As the big day neared, Joy and I met more frequently to discuss outstanding tasks and I confidently handed everything over to her. She finalized everything with the vendors and even coordinated our rehearsal (which I had forgotten to discuss with her).
When the big day came, we had a beautifully coordinated garden wedding and reception at a private residence. She made everything I dreamed of come to life! I still receive complements.
Joy is amazing! . Joy came recommended by a coworker and is also available for hourly help. I only wanted a day-of consultant because we were using a basic hall for our receptio...
n...so I thought.
A few times close to the wedding, she saved me. I would get flustered and overwhelmed. I called her, and she immediately handled my load in just a few hours. When our getaway car canceled on us last minute ( a classic car that was a surprise for my hubby from his mom), she didn't just find us another. She found several options to choose from. She also went above and beyond what we expected at the reception. When we arrived at the reception, she had prepared us a beautiful little table with sampler plates of our food and drinks to eat before we went in. How many people actually get to eat at their own wedding?? She is amazing. She also coordinated the basics...set up, reception flow, and clean up.
Because of her, we actually got to enjoy our wedding. We didn't worry about a thing!
And just to add...she was 9 months pregnant by the time our wedding rolled around, and she didn't miss a beat. I would give 6 stars if I could!
