Bridal Accents Couture is the picturesque bridal dress shopping experience. There is a great selection of gowns. I worked with Alexa who was amazing! From dress fluffing to pulling dresses that fit my vision. She was incredibly sweet and helpful.

After visiting so many bridal boutiques and one bad experience feeling defeated. I decided to give another shop a try. I went in with the intention of just trying on a dress I was interested in and left with a totally different dress and had the best time because of my stylist Alexa. She was so kind and fun to work with, she listened but also didn't make me feel pressured when it came to buying my dress. Would highly recommend Bridal Accents Couture and my stylist Alexa.

This is was my first stop for dress shopping so I went in with low expectations. My mind was blown! I loved nearly ALL the dresses I tried on and ended up finding my PERFECT dress! Alexa was fun, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Ten out of ten recommend.

Bridal Accents Couture was the first and only bridal shop I went to for my wedding dress search. If you are looking for an elegant, comfortable, and relaxed wedding dress shopping experience, then this is the place to go. This bridal salon is beyond gorgeous with beautifully plush carpet, designer gowns displayed on mannequins that make your jaw drop, and a modeling area with soft natural lighting and massive angled mirrors so you can see every possible angle of your perfect dress. One thing I especially appreciated was how calm the salon was. I was the only bride in the salon with one or two popping in and out throughout my time there. Not only did this help to keep me calm, but it also made me feel so special. My consultant was Alexa, and she was an absolute gem. Not only did she do an amazing job listening to my wishes, but she also managed to keep me calm, cool, and focused when my entourage got a little overbearing (p.s. that's not something that only happens on 'Say Yes to the Dress')! If something wasn't looking quite right to me, or I had a question about a certain detail of the dress, Alexa and the BAC team had the perfect solution right away. My dress had 3 different color options, and I wanted to try a different color on, just to be sure. They didn't have that color available off the rack, so they called their supplier and had the other dress shipped into their shop. And it shipped in so quickly! Yes, you read that right. They legitimately ordered a full-blown wedding dress into the shop for me, free of charge, just so I could be certain of the color of my dress! How generous is that!? They will do anything and everything to make your dream dress come true, that part became very clear! I also went back twice for accessories appointments to look at veils and hair pieces, and Alexa was so helpful with this as well. She actively listened to what I envisioned for a veil, pulled beautiful veils that she thought best matched my vision, and provided super helpful feedback regarding the look and coordination of the different veils with my dress. I had such an amazing experience at Bridal Accents Couture, and I would HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop and my consultant Alexa to every bride looking for a fun and elegant bridal shopping experience! Thank you SO much, Alexa and Bridal Accents Couture! You truly gave me some beautiful memories that I will forever cherish!

What can I say about Bridal Accent couture!? they were hands downs the best! The atmosphere was perfect and Alexis was amazing to work with! We shared a love for Justin Bieber which made the experience that much more enjoyable! The music was great too while the ladies tried on their dresses! if I didn’t buy my wedding dress somewhere else I would have went here!

I absolutely LOVED getting my wedding dress at Bridal Accents Couture!! It was the first wedding dress shop I went to, and we had an amazing experience! My consultant Carole was so lovely and helpful, and made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses. I went to a few other dress shops afterwards, and came back to Bridal Accents Couture to purchase my dress, because I had the best experience there by far! The shop is beautiful and feels really luxurious. My group loved that we had a couch and lots of room to sit, a spacious dressing room, and the whole wall of mirrors with ring lights to see how the dresses looked from every angle. The staff was so knowledgeable and kind, and they gave me champagne when I said yes to the dress! 100/10 recommend, I can not say enough wonderful things about Bridal Accents Couture!

Bridal Accents was an amazing experience! I worked with Michelle and she took everything I had said about the dresses I tried on to find my dream dress! She made suggestions to make the dress my very own and I am so excited for it to all come together! The atmosphere was very welcoming along with all of the staff! We were also able to look at bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride and groom dresses to get more ideas and solidify the colors! I found my wedding dress here in November of 2021 for my wedding in August of 2022. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Their space is more boutique style, and only one other appointment was going on at the same time. It felt more personal and made me feel special to pick out my dress here. Purchasing my dress here was a breeze and I can't recommend them enough!

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Accents Couture! Michelle is such a nice person and very knowledgeable. She was there every step of the way with me from suggesting dresses that fit my style and budget to getting the dress fitted on me before “presenting” me to my group. She was so accommodating showing us what a dress would look like with straps or different belts, discussing different material colors and other options for the various dresses, and even helped me try on a couple of the dresses several times without complaint. Throughout the whole process I never once felt pressured that “my time was up.” Even on the ride home my group was talking about what a great experience we had with Michelle. I admit that I was a little nervous going to a boutique shop over a big box worrying if there would be many dresses in my price point, but there were so many beautiful dresses in my price range and style. I am SO HAPPY I trusted the reviews and visited this shop! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful wedding dress from Bridal Accents Couture!

1000% recommend bridal accents couture! I bought my wedding dress today with my mom and I am so excited about it! I had been to at least 7 other bridal shops prior to coming here and I found my perfect dress! Lexi was so awesome to work with! She made me feel so comfortable! I loved the selection of gowns they had and the lighting and mirrors to look at yourself in every direction was super helpful!! I had come into this store to look for a dress by myself because I had already been to so many places and didn’t find “the dress” yet. I ended up finding the one here and I came back a week later with my mom to buy it!

I cannot give enough high praise to bridal accents! I was so anxious to try on dresses and the moment you walk into their store the staff is so friendly, make sure you feel beyond taken care of/heard, and really go the extra mile to make it seem like you are the only one in the store! Additionally , all of their dresses are so well taken care of. At other shops I noticed multiple dresses were in horrible shape, but at bridal accents they are so well taken care of. I have referred multiple people to try on dresses here and each one leaves purchasing their dress here! This is THE place to go!

I had an amazing experience finding my wedding dress at Bridal Accents Couture! They were patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me so much flexibility in customizing my wedding dress. I ended up purchasing a dress that took about 6 months to custom-make but when I picked it up it was absolutely perfect. I had the absolute best experience at Bridal Accents Couture and would recommend it to any bride looking to feel special when they try on their wedding dress!!! The shop was stunning, peaceful and glamorous with lots of small touches that went a long way (slippers at the door, plush robes, floor to ceiling mirrors, they let you pull the dresses you want!). Carole was a great consultant with so much knowledge on the alterations process, designer modifications, etc. that helped me really see the vision when I tried on each gown. She made our day feel so special! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

This was my first and only stop for my wedding dress! Michelle helped me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable while trying on all sorts of dresses. She was patient and attentive to things I said I liked and didn’t like. She wrote down the top styles I liked when I was still early in the dress buying process and I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. I recently went back to purchase my favorite of the dresses! I can’t wait to receive my dress and I know it will be perfect for our wedding.

What an amazing experience! Bridal Accents Couture has such a wide variety of dresses to look at while not making you feel overwhelmed! Michelle (the owner) was absolutely amazing and took everything I said into consideration when picking dresses to try on. She even opened the store early for me when my dress arrived just so I could try it on and make sure it was everything I wanted!!! Recently purchased my dress there for a July 2022 wedding. This was the third bridal salon I had visited and was by far the best experience I had. The staff was all very professional and never pressure-some. Shania was the stylist I worked with and she was great and very patient!

The plush carpet, white slippers, and chandeliers are exactly what you picture when you think of wedding dress shopping, and these little details make the whole experience. I am very picky, and I went to the top 4 salons in the cities, and Bridal Accents was the best. The customer service was amazing, and my consultant Leigh Ann was so nice and understanding. I ended up wanting to try on basically all the dresses that were on mannequins and she got them all down for me quickly and I tried on so many dresses. She kept me informed on the time so I could plan to put my favorites on again at the end. If you're planning on spending a sizable amount in your wedding dress, don't go anywhere else! Leigh Ann wasn't pushy like other salons that try to put you in dresses because they want you to try things. And they have so much variety, and so much sparkle! love love love.

I was a bridal consultant for many years, so I felt I knew exactly what I wanted. Leah Ann was a gem to work with! She listened to my long list of necessities and was respectful of my budget. I was allowed to look through the dresses, which was very important to me, and my family had a gorgeous space to relax while I got ready. Leah Ann made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. Unexpectedly, the first dress I tried on was the one! Nothing could top the feeling and reaction from that gown. They even gave us champagne to celebrate! The ladies here are very welcoming and kind. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they really enjoy what they do! The showroom is very beautiful and elegant, with lots of natural light, and the fitting rooms are very spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Kate and Carol - they are the sweetest! At no point did I ever feel pressured in buying a dress. After I ordered my dress, Michelle made changing the color from ivory to white as stress-free as possible. The communication and attentiveness from this team is excellent!

My wedding is on the fast track, which made me very nervous about finding a dress. But this store carries a selection of dresses by designers who have them readily available in stock. Each dress I tried on was better than the first store I went to. The lace was pretty and didn't feel like a doily. Then I landed on "the dress". I can't say enough good things about the store! Brittany was a terrific help and didn't panic over my timeline. The dress selection was wonderful and full of good quality, unique dresses. The store had a lovely design and atmosphere. All together it made for an enjoyable shopping experience!

I went to a lot of different bridal shops and had experiences ranging from average to bad to awesome. The best experience was at Bridal Accents Couture. The shop is beautiful, they have a great, large selection of gowns, and they are welcoming, kind, and helpful! They let my sisters and I pull dresses we liked but also brought some of their own suggestions based off of what I told them. Kate assisted me in finding my dress, and she listened well, and pulled dresses she thought I might like. She was spot on. I didn’t feel rushed, or judged, or like I was being sold to, and Kate did her best to help me find something I loved and also to give me the best deal possible on the price of the gown. This was hands down the best experience I had searching for a wedding dress. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

This boutique is definitely something I recommend to all of my friends. Although I didn’t end up buying a dress from there, the whole atmosphere and customer service was amazing! I had Britney helping us out, and she was literally the best with helping us pick out different styles and giving us ideas we hadn’t thought of before. Seriously my favorite place out of all the shops I visited! Also this boutique is seriously the cuuuutest, so dreamy and princessey, you will feel like the bride you are! This salon is hands-down the best place in the metro area. Many of my friends have gotten married recently and our wedding was in September. We went to multiple bridal salons for bridal, bridesmaid, and tux rental. Bridal Accents Couture was the best experience out of all of them and they delivered the best service as well. I purchased my dress from there as well as our bridesmaid and tux rentals. It was awesome to do everything in one place and their selection is incredible. They have so many different bridal gown styles to choose from and tons of beautiful accessories. You will not get service like this elsewhere! Michelle, the store owner, is amazing and so helpful! I was SO fortunate to work with Mariah but also hear kind words from other consultants as well after saying “Yes”! I first experience BAC four years ago when my sister was shopping for a wedding dress. As a guest, the experience was great but because my sister and I have completely different styles I didn't originally considering going here for myself. After shopping at a few different stores, it's clear that Bridal Accents Couture cares just as much about your experience shopping as they do the dress you discover. Every bride-to-be should get to feel the way they treat you at this salon. Mariah didn't question my quirky style and jumped into action to find my perfect dress.

Staff is extremely helpful and one on one. They answer any questions you have and help you throughout the whole shopping process. The shop has amazing selections and a wide range of prices. We had the best time at Bridal Accents Couture! This was my first wedding dress experience and I couldn't have asked for a better time! It was everything I wanted it to be- beautiful dresses, a wonderful consultant (Carole- she's fabulous) a comfortable place for the family to sit and sip on mimosas. The whole place is beautiful and they make you feel at home. So thankful I chose to come here! And I found my dress!

I expected this to be the hardest day in my life. I hate dress shopping. Actually I hate clothes shopping in general. I am a big girl and 99.9% of the time everything fits like a garbage bag and I end up going home empty handed and depressed. I am newly engaged to the point that the only thing I could fill out on the questionnaire when I walked in was the wedding date (Between 2018-2025). This was obviously my first time shopping for my wedding dress. It was on a whim as I found out Justin Alexander had a trunk show happening and I had decided long ago that I wanted to wear one of his dresses. So I grabbed my mom and we drove up from La Crosse WI to try on his dresses. From the moment I walked in Leigh Ann greeted my mom and I with a smile and offered to take our coats and get us some mimosa's. (Who doesn't like shopping and mimosa's?). The shop was so clean, organized and well lit (with the good lights not the ones that flush you out.) Leigh Ann then asked me some questions about what I thought I wanted to wear. I had some ideas but was open to anything. She then sent us to the racks to see what we liked. I picked out a few different styles and we headed to the dressing area. Leigh Ann was so patient when I was getting into the dresses and even more patient while helping me into them. As I mentioned earlier, I am a bigger girl so I didn't expect any of the dresses to fit but she grabbed the clips and made it work. Each time I came out she waited for my opinion on what I liked and didn't like about it. There was no pressure and that was really nice. (I thought it would be like shopping for a car...high pressure, high anxiety,) but I was happily wrong. It was very casual. Had the experience been any different, I probably would have walked out empty handed but I ended up finding my dream dress in my first dress shopping experience in less than the time of the appointment. I am actually sad that it was over so fast but that should be the goal right? Leigh Ann was the best person I could have imagined working with and I would recommend her (and Bridal Accents Couture) for anyone who is shopping for their dream dress.

I’m giving the salon a five star because today I had the best experience you can possible have! I had Mariah as my consultant and she was phenomenal!!! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed and Comfortable. After a brief consultation she knew exactly what I was looking for and brought me the exact dresses I was wanting to try, she did everything she could to get me the dream dress in my budget. If you’re looking for a dress make sure you check them out I would go back to them over and over!!!

So I stopped in here very spontaneously, no appointment, no plans, just thought my mom and I could come look! I’ve only been engaged five days!!!! Well I came out saying yes to the dress within the first hour!!!! Mariah was amazing! We had no appointment and she treated us like we were the most special people in the world!!!! She is very knowledgeable and has great advice!!!! It was such a special experience!!!! My dad even came and got to share this special moment!!!!! Would recommend to everyone!!!!

Mariah was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and showed me plenty of options. She made the experience stress free and fun. I showed up not intending to find my dress, but ended up leaving saying “Yes to the dress!” Definitely recommend!

Everytime I went in, I had a fabulous experience. Felt so luxurious having to take our shoes off and put on slippers, and having a glass of champagne is also a great touch. I was also an out of town bride so they were very flexible with holding my dress until I was able to pick it up. They give you a bottle of champagne when you buy your dress which was such a nice surprise. Loved my dress and my experience.

Highly recommend Bridal Accents Couture! I went to two other bridal salons, and Bridal Accents Couture gave me, by far, the BEST experience for picking out my bridal gown! They made me feel like the most important bride in the room! Mariah did a fantastic job helping me find the dress!

Bridal Accents was the second store I went to when looking for my dress! They had a wide variety of dresses within a reasonable price range. I worked with Mariah and she was amazing! They also had the softest carpet of anywhere I went. I had a really great experience and I found my dress!

Upon first entering Bridal Accents, the store is beautiful and the staff made you feel welcomed and special. They had a wide selection and I was not limited and they encouraged me to look around and try on as many as I wanted to help find that perfect dress! I did not feel rushed at all and Leigh Ann was so courteous when helping me in and out of the dresses. She knew what I wanted and what would be good a good silhouette for me and really helped with her input! I went to another bridal store and felt Bridal Accents surpassed them with their quality service and my overall experience! I am honored to have given them my business and found the most beautiful and perfect dress from them by Martina Liana. I was very happy with my experience at Bridal Accents, and this is where I bought my dress. After an experience at another bridal "boutique," where the assistant stopped paying attention to me after it became clear I wasn't going to buy a dress that day, and a terribly rushed and hectic time at a "big box" bridal store, I was a little wary. The atmosphere at Bridal Accents and the friendly, flexible staff person (Brittany, I think) were so refreshing and helpful! I felt like my mom, my friends and I were the most important people in the store, and they really focused on me. They were upfront about the price ranges of the different designers, and I never felt pressured one way or the other. I ordered a bolero with my dress, and when it came in one of the buttons was damaged. They coordinated with the seamstress next door (who I also would recommend) to and the designer to have it fixed and paid for. I would recommend Bridal Accents Couture to anyone!

I had an amazing experience at Bridal Accents Couture! First of all, the store itself is so sophisticated and beautiful. They offer you slippers to wear while in the store, or you can wear socks or go barefoot. The white carpet is so soft and clean! I had a large group with me, 9 of us total, and they were so accommodating for us. We were the only group in the store for most of the appointment, so it was very private and relaxing. We got to browse through the gowns and select ones for me to try on. My consultant, Brittany, was so kind and offered several suggestions of dresses for me to try. She also did a great job of making sure the dresses we selected stayed within my budget. She was not pushy whatsoever. When I found my perfect dress, we were served champagne to celebrate! Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this bridal shop!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!! I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life :) My dress fit so perfectly and was absolutely unique!! I wouldn't have originally tried it on but my consultant suggested it- since I was looking for crepe fabric. BUT WHEN I DID- OMG!!!! I am not one to cry but I lost it, haha! I couldn't wait to order my dress and when I finally got to wear it on my wedding day- I made my fiancé cry! Beautiful gown, caring staff, and all around best place to find a dress- thank you so much Bridal Accents!!

Go here! I absolutely loved my experience here. They were so pleasant and friendly. I had Carole and she was amazing. She told us exactly which dresses were in my budget and we just picked the ones we liked and began to try on. She was so smart and helped me pick my dream dress for a reasonable cost! I knew I did not want a strapless dress so Carole kept adding straps to the strapless dresses I was trying on and it really helped me decide on the perfect dress! I just wanted to send a note to say a massive THANK YOU! To the team at Bridal Accents Couture. The woman who helped me was named Leigh Ann. I had recently been engaged and did not think much about my dress. It can often be so expensive and originally I planned to wear my mothers. Well, massive shoulder pads and 10,000 bead and sequins must've went out of style, if it was ever in, shortly after her wedding. I was discouraged and was not even wanting to go look at dresses when my sister, who has styled for MN Bride, told me her favorite shop is Bridal Accents Couture. So I thought why not, and we set off on a Saturday AM. I was made extremely comfortable by Leigh Ann who was patient, accommodating, and so respectful to me wanting to try, and retry dresses. It was the first time I started to feel like a bride! I chose my dress that day, a beautiful sample gown that coincidentally fit me like a glove. Then, after being away for a week, I came back to a card from Leigh Ann in the mail congratulating me again and thanking me for coming in! Customer service is A+. If I have any friends or family who get engaged, you best believe I will tell them the only store to go to is Bridal Accents Couture.

Great experience! I found the dress of my dreams and my bridal consultant, Brittany, was fantastic. I had been to 4 other bridal shops before this one and I wished I would have come here first.

The shop was beautiful and had a great selection of dresses. The set-up was comfortable with nice couches for guests to sit on and massive mirrors to check out each dress from all angles. Kyle was fantastic to work with! She was extremely patient and helpful as I tried on what seemed like 20 gowns. That is probably an overestimate, but we definitely worked through the selection quickly! I would highly recommend this shop and Kyle in particular!
