Bridal and Formal Boutique

Let me start off with saying how kind and amazing Whitney is! From the moment I walked in until I walked out, and even now when I have questions, she has literally been so amazing! I was unsure that I would be able to find my dress and have that "moment" but sure enough, it happened after 20 dresses and going back to the dress that never left my #1 spot. The patience, lack of judgement, kind words and amazing advice was just great. She even helped me find the veil to my matching dress!

I can’t say enough good things and Bridal and Formal Boutique. They were the first shop I tried on dresses at and by far the best experience. Everyone we encountered here was so kind and professional. I originally tried on 2 dresses that I loved, but couldn’t commit to yet. I went to a different store, found a dress I LOVED, but the salon was not for me. I immediately called Bridal and Formal Boutique, and they were able to order the dress I loved for a better price, too! I had 3 fitting appointments, and their on-site seamstresses knocked it out of the park. My dress fit like a glove and I had so many compliments on it and how unique it was. Anyone looking for a relaxed, stress free dress experience, this is THE place. We drove and hour and a half each time we visited, and would do it again in the future if necessary. 100% recommend!

*DO NOT RECOMMEND* My appointment was booked on the wrong Year. Also, I was told I would be able to order any dress in the shop when I made my appointment and that it would be here in time..Was told they sold capes and I could order one to match my dress if needed.When I got there, I was told I would only be able to pick out certain dresses because the others are “not in season”. So Whitney(sales girl) brought dresses to my dressing room that were on the sale rack.They were out of capes. Per Whitney-Since my wedding is in October 2021 there would be no time to order and have it here in time. So I ordered my own cape and tried it on with my dress when it came in. It did not look good. I panicked and called the dress shop. It took 5 days for the owner to call me back because “she was on vacation”There was nothing she could do.(of course I already knew I signed a contract that said no refunds or exchanges) She still did not try and help come up with a solution. She did not care. The tags were also cut out of the dress when I got home to try it on. The store owner did not believe me when I told her the tags were not in the dress. I needed the tags to try and resell the dress that was pushed on me to buy because there was “no time to order one”. I spent 2K on this dress. This is a very unprofessional dress shop with a rude owner who hung up in my face. I never leave reviews but I felt my story needed to be heard.Apparently the store owner cares about the money. Not a happy Bride.

I will never be able to express my gratitude to the lovely ladies at Bridal & Formal Boutique and House of Tux. So many of them have held my hand, listened to me cry and offered so many words of encouragement throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Each person in this boutique knows their stuff frontwards, backwards and sideways! I was always provided with excellent feedback on my choices, whether positive or constructive. Each person in there always offered me the highest form of professionalism and outstanding service! Bridal & Formal Boutique and House of Tux is your one stop shop for all things wedding! We purchased my bridal gown and accessories, bridesmaid dresses, groom/groomsman/father of the bride suits and even my invitations all at this one fabulous place!!! Every time I went into this bridal boutique, I felt like I was part of the family! I will forever seek all of my formal attire needs from you guys! Love you all so much!!!!

The ladies that work here were so helpful at helping me find my wedding dress. They helped me try on multiple dresses, and re-try on dresses when I was indecisive. They were professional, friendly, and timely with all steps in the wedding dress process. My dress and veil were beautiful!!! I can’t wait for the pictures.

Got my dress here and could not be more pleased! I’m kinda a brat and they were above and beyond my expectations!

Great service!! Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I walked in without an appointment and they fit me in within a half hour of arriving. Meanwhile we looked at bridesmaids dresses and even found some clothes in the consignment shop for my Fiancé. Cindie helped me with the fitting, she was very friendly, honest, and patient.

Customer service at this store is horrible. Do not waste your time!

My wedding dress buying experience was so easy that I convinced my husband to rent his and his groomsmen’s tuxes from Bridal and Forma Boutique. They provide you with the best customer service and I cannot recommend them enough.

Let me just start off by saying my experience at Bridal and Formal Boutique deserves more than 5 stars. I ended up having 2 separate bridal appointments and both times I had Whitney as my bridal consultant. She was phenomenal from the start. She made sure she knew exactly what I was wanting. She listened to all of my many many wants and expectations I was looking for in a dress. She spent a lot of time hand picking various different styles for me to try on. Around 20-30 dresses total. During both appointments, Whitney never complained - not even once. She always had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to make sure my bridal shopping experience was the most memorable and exciting time for me. I was also so thankful that Adrian, the owner, even involved herself with my bridal appointment! They have FANTASTIC customer service! I am so glad that I was able to say “YES TO THE DRESS” here! The consultants I worked with were extremely helpful and patient. They were willing to take pictures for me on my phone ( i came alone as my family lives out of state). I tried on a TON of dresses and they were always willing to put a belt and veil on so I could get the full picture. The dressing rooms are pretty sizeable, the dresses are listed at great prices and there's a nice big room for you to walk out into to really see yourself in the mirror. The only negative thing I have to say is that it was weird that they didn't have the clips used at most salons to clip you into the dress so you can really see what it looks like on your figure. But they were always willing to have one person hold me in and another to take pics for you. I didn't end up finding "The Dress" while I was there, but they even sent a nice thank you card to me to follow up and I really appreciated that.

Customer service is out of this world! Surely they must have been sick of seeing me for months on end, searching for wedding dress, bridesmaids, flower girl, tuxes, shoes, jewelry... Always a smile, always there to help, even during my breakdowns :) Wonderful people and they have anything and everything you could possible need.

fantastic selection of dresses with prices that fit all budgets. you deal with the same employee each time you go in so they have a history of what you have been working on and all the staff goes above and beyond to help find the perfect dress and accessories for your big day. couldn't have been happier with the service they delivered. we got my dress, bridesmaid dresses and tuxes all from this shop!!

I did find a dress in the House of Tux for my wedding day but the only thing that held me from buying it was the time frame and that the sample size was huge on me so I really didn't see how a fitted dress would look. It was very elegant and would of been the one if I didn't find my dress else where.
