o eat healthier without feeling deprived. She also really helped me keep myself accountable. She's honest but gentle with her recommendations.
All around I lost inches and my arms and belly were a lot tighter. I can't wait to see my wedding photos because I felt incredible.
I highly recommend Natalya if you're looking for a personal trainer. She truly delivers when it comes to personalized coaching.
Natalya is awesome! I’ve worked with a personal trainer before but Natalya is more like a friend than a wedding vendor you rarely see. She is very responsive and encouraging and he...

I hired Natalya in March 2022 to help me lose weight for my wedding. I thought I would only work with her for the initial 12 weeks but ended up working with her for six months. Not...
only did she provide challenging workouts, but she really focused on my form and technique so I wouldn’t get injured. She also helped me with nutrition which was a big factor in my weight loss. I’ve struggled with elimination diets before but she guided me through nutrition in a way that didn’t make me feel like I was dieting. I lost 11 pounds for my wedding and felt really proud of how my arms and back looked in my dress. I definitely recommend Natalya and will hire her again after having our baby.

oming pregnant and from previous experience working with her, I knew Natalya would walk me through it. I've now been working with her for six months and feel amazing. Her workouts are challenging but fun. I know I'll be in great shape for pregnancy because of how strong I've gotten. Natalya is great!
Hands down the best decision we made before getting married! I’m so happy I found Natalya and did her bootcamp 3 months before my wedding. I have never been as strong as I am and f...
elt as good physically and mentally. She helps you modify your choices in a realistic and non-restrictive way and her help has been game-changing! I always liked working out and thought I ate pretty healthy but had a lot of sugary bad habits, including cookies and alcoholic drinks when out with friends. She helped me make tweaks to my lifestyle and eating/drinking habits so I didn’t feel like I was giving up the things I enjoyed but wasn’t over doing it anymore. Her workouts will kick your butt but it feels so good when you complete them because you’ll know you’re challenging yourself and getting stronger. I always struggled with my upper body strength and I definitely feel stronger than I ever have before. I can do so many exercises I wasn’t able to in the past and even look the most forward to doing the upper body workouts! I also love how much lean muscle I’ve built and can see it when I look in the mirror. I have loved working with Natalya and continue to work with her every week so I can keep getting stronger! If you’re trying to decide if it’s worth it, I guarantee it is! The topper - she’s so much fun to work with and is an awesome, uplifting person you’ll be thankful you have helping you through your fitness journey. Obviously, I highly recommend! :)

et but she worked with me and created customized bootcamp classes for me and 4 friends which made it extremely affordable. Her workouts are some of the most challenging workouts I've ever done, but effective and super fun.
