In store for a several minutes before anyone even came out and acknowledged us and that was after calling back to see if anyone was even in the store. The lady seemed reluctant to ...
help us (didn't even ask our names) stating that bridal styles were going to change twice before my wedding date (1 year away) and after getting my size (14-16) quite rudely told me she didn't have much in my size and got frustrated when the gowns she showed us were not to my taste, stating several time "well this is a best seller". Would not recommend.
Originally, I went here to try on wedding gowns. The selection of dresses was smaller than expected and way more expensive than I would have anticipated. For someone looking for a ...
dress with alterations included, it may be worth the price; however, it was not the case for me. After I purchased my dress from a different bridal shop, I came here to have my dress altered. The price for a hem and a bustle was more than I expected. I chose only to have a bustle put in and decided to hem it myself. For the price I paid for my bustle to be done, I expected a more finished bustle. I took it back several times after issues with my bustle, including having too many layers bustled which resulted in it being pulled up much higher all over than it should have been. If I had a chance to start over, I would have left my dress with the original bridal shop to have altered - even with their expensive cost. The cost of the bustle was affordable if you're looking to save money; however, I definitely didn't save on time or quality.

else where. No where else in town had 5 ties the same color and we were super lucky to find them! The sales people were very helpful in finding what we needed and the rental price we paid was very reasonable.
There is a wide selection of gorgeous bridal gowns, and friendly service!
I would recommend and have to anyone looking for 'the' dress. Very helpful and friendly.
I was quite impressed with the service at the Bridal Boutique. I expected to have to go south to buy a dress, but decided to start my search in Cheyenne and I am so glad that I di...
d. The owner has a very good eye for what is flattering. When she saw me in one dress, she said, "I know the dress for you." I tried on her recommendation and couldn't deny that it was the dress for me. She also did a great job with the alterations. The store isn't much to look at from the outside, but the service inside is great.
They were ok, not as formal as I understand most shops are. What got to me was that when they altered my dress they weren't able to line up the top colored sections. I understand t...
hat there wasn't much to be done about it, but I was still sad about it.
