Brandi and Jeannie were both excellent at communicating and helping no matter how silly my questions were. Brandi made setting up my contract a breeze and always answered my questions. I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day from my amazing hair and to the eye lashes that I fell in love with. Jeannie also made my daughter feel beautiful and that was worth more then anything. We had so much fun getting ready and she made each of my girls look awesome! Thank you girls so much!

Hiring Bridal Brigade to do hair for my wedding will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make! Our bridal party never felt so beautiful, as their hair was top notch! We had 9 girls total to complete the day of, not only were we done on time but we finished early with extra time to spare for touch ups! Jesika was our assigned hair stylist, I could write a 5 page review alone on how talented, sweet, kind, friendly she was – I absolutely love her and she made this day EXTRA special. My entire bridal party including myself have been in multiple weddings, and everyone kept raving about how this was their favorite hair experience. Jesika worked with every girl to ensure that their hair vision came true and that they got exactly what they wanted. I really appreciated her commitment to getting every little detail right. In addition to amazing hair services they offer, they were also super prompt. We were actually done ahead of schedule and Jesika touched based with everyone prior to leaving for touch ups and still finished early. This promptness applied to the whole experience - The owner, Brandi, had reached for the booking Brice’s and was so kind, so easy to work with and she made the booking process incredibly seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Bridal Brigade and Jesika our favorite hair stylist. Our entire bridal party received compliments all night long and which made the big day that much more special. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it - you’ll be glad you did 10/10 recommend <3

Brandi and Ashley did a fantastic job on the big day! From start to finish the attention to detail was great. The attention to detail for each and every girl was amazing. Both Brandi and Ashley made the getting ready process fun and relaxing. They answered every question not only I had before the process but they genuinely cared about every girl and made them feel great. Highly recommend!

I used Bridal Brigade for my wedding. As someone who doesn't use a lot of makeup I wanted to look as natural as possible and they did an amazing job. My makeup looked great and they were able to accommodate my mom's allergies in the things that they chose to use on her. My hair turned out great and stayed perfect all night! Highly Recommend!

Jeannie, Hannah, Megan, and Alexis were absolutely amazing on my wedding day. I had 13 girls (26 services total) and they were able to get through everyone in a timely matter without rushing anyone's hair or makeup. All of my bridesmaids looked AMAZING!! Jeannie made my bridal dreams come true with my hair and makeup. The trial run was so much fun and she made me feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable to speak my mind and let her know what I liked and didn't like and she made adjustments on my wedding day based on my feedback. Overall, I cannot recommend Bridal Brigade enough!! Whether you get Brandi or Jeannie (or ANY of the artists), you are in good hands!!!

If you’re going to select Bridal Brigade- you MUST request Jeannie. Jeannie did both hair and makeup for my small group and myself. She was extremely patient while trying to find location for services- with changes up to the last few days. She went out of her way to check in with me throughout the process and honestly cared about my mental health. If I were to do my entire wedding over- I would have changed many things.. but Jeannie was NOT one of them. She was patient and spent the time needed to fix everyone up the way they wanted. Did not feel at all rushed despite starting later than scheduled. Truly the most fantastic part of the planning process and morning of. Thank you so much, Jeannie ❤️❤️

I had the best experience with Bridal Brigade. I had Charity as my makeup artist, and Jeannie for my hair - I consider myself beyond lucky to have had them get me all wedding ready! Both of my trials were great; I gave each of them some feedback and they made any necessary adjustments. Jeannie helped me with all my questions; hair related and not. Bridal Brigade was an absolute dream to work with! We had 9 people getting hair done, and 10 people getting makeup done and it was no problem for them! They took the vision I had and made it better than I could have imagined. Everyone looked beautiful and was so happy with their looks. They also were super accommodating with last minute changes in location and timing. Would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the Chicagoland area!

Megan Carranza was our makeup artist and - WOW - she is amazing! Not only was she super easy to work with and accommodating for my bridal trial, but she did a FLAWLESS job for each and every girl the day of! She took into account everyone's preferences, skin tones and wants/needs. She took her time, made everyone feel very comfortable, and made everyone look and feel amazing. Wow!!! If you’re in need of a makeup artist for your big day, look no further!! I booked with Brandi for my wedding day on June 6, 2021 and I was blown away. Brandi was so professional throughout the booking process, has excellent communication, and was so flexible and understanding throughout our wedding planning journey since we had to postpone 3 times due to the pandemic. Brandi made me, my bridesmaids, and mom/mother-in-law, look and feel so beautiful! Brandi also made the day so fun and worked with each bridal party member to tailor their makeup look for the day to their preferences. I’m blown away by Brandi and Bridal Brigade. Amazing experience, so professional and so fun, and not to mention my makeup made it through an outdoor ceremony in 89° summer sun and throughout the rest of the night still looking flawless. Bridal Brigade was recommended to me from a friend for makeup and hair services on my wedding day. Mikayla was great and I would highly recommend to others.

Brandi went above and beyond to make sure my wedding make up was amazing. She took plenty of time in the trial to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. She even made an exception and booked my wedding even though I didn't reach her minimum number of gals, it was really sweet. She was extremely professional regarding the COVID guidelines! And she was beyond patient with me when it came down to the details! I would recommend her and the Bridal Brigade any day! Wonderful to work with and fantastic communication!

I was supposed to be in a wedding recently. The mother of the bride was exposed to COVID and did not test or quarantine. I made Bridal Brigade aware of this and asked for a refund since I was not comfortable at this point due to some of the services being mask off. This would have put my health at risk, and being a healthcare worker I would then have to be off work for 2 weeks after being exposed. They refused to refund my hair and makeup. They did then refund other bridesmaids that were COVID positive.

Mandy was so kind and personable and had such talent. She made sure everything down to touch ups were done before she left and made sure that all of the girls were happy. Thank you so much Mandy!!

Brandi was absolutely fabulous throughout the whole booking, execution, and follow-up process. She was so understanding and accommodating, especially considering this was all happening through a global pandemic. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! Charity did my and my bridesmaids makeup and we all looked perfect!! Everyone was so happy with how they looked. even after my trial I emailed her to change a few things and everything went flawlessly the day of my wedding. Bethany did our hair and again everyone loved how it turned out!! She was able to produce exactly what we all asked for and we all got so many compliments. Brandi is running an amazing business! I can’t say enough great things about her and Jesika who did my hair! From the day you book they are nothing but helpful! The personalities of these two lovely woman are so amazing that the day of my wedding they just felt like they were meant to be one of the girls in the room! My original hair/makeup trial I went traditional with my eye makeup but come wedding day I wanted to spice it up and go with purple since that was my color! Brandi knocked it out of the park!!!!!! I was so incredibly thrilled I ventured off and she was equally as excited since she doesn’t get to do a lot of colors on her brides!!! She exceeded my expectations!!! As far as the beautiful Jesika goes well she’s a trooper! everyone thought I was crazy for putting extensions in my hair but not her and she made my head look like a Greek goddess with luscious locks!!! They both captured exactly what I was looking for and were easy to communicate with from the get go!! I also loved that they are willing to travel to you. It takes a load of stress off you knowing you don’t have to go out and can stay in one location! I will be recommending them to all the rest of my friends that need to get married!!!! If your thinking about booking them STOP thinking and do it you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Brandi and her team at Bridal Brigade were such a pleasure to work with! I am not much of a hair and makeup type of girl so I was very particular when it came to choosing a hair/makeup stylist for our wedding day because I wanted that natural look. Brandi knew exactly what I was looking for and paired me and my bridesmaids up with Mikayla who is AMAZING. I went in for my trial and had such a great time. Mikayla is so personable and easy to connect with and I walked away looking and feeling fantastic, and most of all like myself. On the day of our wedding, Mikayla jumped right in knowing we were on a tight timeline. She was able to complete hair and makeup for all of us with time to spare. Everyone was so pleased with her work and their look, I would absolutely work with them again!

To be honest, I was hesitant to have someone else do my hair and make up because I’m super picky and wasn’t going for the typical "bridal look,” but Jeannie listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen! I used Bridal Brigade for my wedding. Jeannie did makeup, and Mandy did hair. Both ladies are absolutely wonderful and I am extremely pleased with the services I received along with the services my family and bridesmaids received. Both ladies were able to take pictures of what I wanted from Pinterest and adjust them to what worked best for me and my hair/skin/etc. I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day (and on my hair and makeup trial day as well!) Jeannie did an amazing job with everyone’s makeup and was an absolute doll to work with! She is so sweet and funny, and able to put you at ease if you’re nervous at all! For my bridesmaids and family who weren’t used to wearing makeup (or wearing much of it), she was able to create natural looks that highlighted and enhanced everyone’s natural beauty. I loved having her there on my wedding day to make me and my girls look amazing. Mandy was fantastic to work with as well! One of my bridesmaids came in with a picture of a half updo that made her hair look like a flower and she was able to recreate it perfectly! I also had a bridesmaid who has half of her head shaved and she came up with the most amazing updo for her! I would highly recommend Bridal Brigade (and Jeannie and Mandy) based on my experience with them. I seriously wish I could have these ladies do my hair and makeup all the time!

Booking with Bridal Brigade for my wedding hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made. They were within my budget, and Brandi was extremely responsive to my bajillion emails and questions. I ended up booking with Libby, and she was so wonderful to work with! We had a hair/makeup trial a few months prior to the wedding, and she was so flexible and understanding of my vision. The last thing I wanted was to not look myself, and she just simply made me feel like the best version of myself - still me, but a little glammed up! Libby also did the makeup for me and 2 of my bridesmaids, and that makeup stayed put throughout all the sweat and tears of the day. Notably, my hair also stayed intact through our wedding brunch the next morning! We also had Marla as an assistant for getting my bridesmaid's hair done, and she was so easy to work with and did such a beautiful job on everyone's hair. My mom and mother-in-law had both been really nervous to get their hair done (both have very short and fine hair), but Libby made them look so sophisticated and they were blown away with the final result. Bridal Brigade is an amazing crew to work with!

Will you feel comfortable with them for the hours you will spend with them? After all, this person creates the look that will be in every picture and video of your special day! Jeannie has a comfortable, open personality, so don't worry about the possibility of an awkward first meeting and that you don't necessarily know her. She will leave you wishing you had more time! Jeannie has unique ideas for individual personalities of each bride. She works to ensure the style is appropriate in relation to dress style, wedding venue, and any special requests! Not sure what you want? No worries, Jeannie is an artist and knows just what will be perfect for your big day! She has now done my hair and makeup more times than I can count and each time I feel gorgeous!

The ladies were all very nice, but every time I was my wedding video or look at my wedding photos I'm so upset how my hair looks. For my trial, the stylist said she would put extra hold moose or creme (can't remember) for the actual day, so when my hair fell quickly for the trial I didn't sweat it. But it did the exact same thing! By the end of our ceremony (maybe 2 hours after my hair was done) it was almost straight! It goes from looking perfect to a mess. My friend used Bridal Brigade and warned me that he hair fell too, but the reviews were all so great that I thought it would be okay. It's just disappointing as there is nothing that can be done about it now.

Jeannie did my hair and makeup for my wedding and they were both flawless! She was extremely professional but kept things light and fun! She was extremely accommodating. I know I made the perfect choice having her take care of me on one of the most important days of my life!

Bridal Brigade did an amazing job! They were on time and set up so quickly I didn’t even realize they snuck in! I got married at Starved Rock so their bridal suit is just a room with no windows. Brandi had all her own lighting to ensure my makeup looked great in all lighting. They started at 9am and had 6 girls done with hair and makeup by 1pm. Which I consider wonderful timing. Mandy, the hair stylist was also so sweet and when a bridesmaid asked for her hair redone several times she never seemed bothered but pushed and kept us on schedule. They were amazing and worth every penny.

Brandi, the owner of Bridal Brigade responded so quickly to my e-mails and phone calls about the initial quote for services and worked with me to make sure the hair and makeup stylists I had were available for trials the weekend I needed them since I lived out of state. She worked super efficiently and was done well before the estimated time, but that doesn't mean she rushed, just super skilled! We tried probably 3 different looks before I found the one I loved, but she was so willing to do whatever I asked and I never felt rushed in my decisions. From the very beginning, Brandi just blew me away with her thoughtfulness- she saved the day when things fell through with my original hair and makeup plan, then her and Jeannie saved the day again the morning of the wedding when they gave up their larger room to my bridal party. spending the morning with them was like spending the morning with friends- just friends that will make you gorgeous. Brandi is running a well oiled machine here. She works with hair stylists and makeup artists all over Illinois who will travel to wherever you need them. I wanted vintage hairstyles for myself and my bridesmaids, so Brandi paired us with Marla, who was absolutely incredible at what she does. She is particular about each strand of hair and makes sure your hair is exactly how you envisioned! We also were given a second hairstylist because of the number of girls. Mandy was super quick and was also fantastic about ensuring hair was perfect. Charity did our makeup and everyone looked amazing and loved their makeup. I've had airbrush done before that felt heavy and looked cakey. Charity has a very light hand and made sure everything looked natural, but flawless at the same time. My makeup lasted all night, through the tears and the sweat! I highly recommend Bridal Brigade. They are professional, affordable and talented as heck.

If you want a stress free morning relaxing with your bridesmaids getting ready then you HAVE to have Bridal Brigade for your hair and makeup!! The girls drove an hour away bright and early in the morning just to make sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. All of the girls were friendly and attentive and made the morning of our wedding so much more enjoyable. Our hair and makeup was perfect when they were done!! I had three bridesmaids with very long, thick hair and they handled it no problem and even got us finished a little ahead of schedule! Brandi has put together an amazing team that does an amazing job!

Bridal Brigade is awesome! They are so knowledgeable on how long you will need for each person and when everything needs to start. I had Jeannie and Charity for hair and makeup and both of them are awesome! For my makeup trial with Charity I wasn’t sure how I wanted to look since I don’t usually wear much makeup and Charity did such a great job matching my fair skin absolutely loved my makeup. I showed up with a picture for my hair trial and Jeannie was able to look at it and duplicate it I loved my hair. Both Charity and Jeannie made me feel so welcomed and relaxed so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I highly recommend Bridal Brigade!!

Their team had to travel to meet my wedding party for the big day, and they all beat me there! Everything was ready to go and perfect for my big day, I've never looked better! The team was fantastic, friendly, excited, and efficient. They finished hair and makeup for myself, 7 bridesmaids, and mother of the bride in under 4 hours!

This company is great! Brandi will help you with anything you need and is very quick with communication! They traveled about 3 hours to come do my bridesmaids and I's makeup and it was perfect.

I was so impressed with Bridal Brigade. They came to my location completely prepared with great attitudes. I chose them because they had the best prices compared to everyone in the area. They also were able to do 21 ladies within 5 hours before the ceremony. They did hair and/or makeup on 9 bridesmaids, 3 junior bridesmaids, 5 flowers girls, 3 moms, and one very happy bride. All the ladies hair and makeup stayed perfectly in place throughout the entire day, which was very impressive for the little ones. If any girl had a concern, the bridal brigade fixed it and made everyone feel at ease. They worked fast and made it fun for everyone. I did a trial run about a month before my wedding and felt completely confident for the day of. My bridesmaids (whom many have been in multiple weddings) said they have never worked with such nice and quick hair and makeup artists. They took each ladies "wants" into account or were able to come up with great looks if they did not have a vision. I HIGHLY recommend bridal brigade to any bride, I promise it'll be one of the best wedding decisions you will make!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! They were so friendly and amazing and I was so beyond happy with them! So sweet and so detailed. When I got married I had been breaking out and after Brandy did my makeup you could barely even tell!! Such an amazing makeup artist!! Truly so talented!!

I was very impressed with Bridal Brigade. Everyone I worked with was very professional. I loved how both my makeup and hair turned out! My hair will not usually hold a curl and is very uncooperative in general. For once my hair turned out exactly how I had hoped, and the curls held all night!

Jeannie is amazing. I wouldn't have picked a better artist to do my makeup for my big day. She helped me step out of my comfort zone and try something better and i was thankful she did because my makeup turned out amazing. She listens to your ideas on what you want and makes you look fabulous. I recommend her for both hair and makeup. She is now my go to person when i need to get my hair and makeup done for any occassion. Choose her. Five stars isnt high enough for what she deserves.

I am so grateful I hired Bridal Brigade to do the hair, makeup and chair massages the morning of our wedding at Starved Rock State Park. There isn't a lot in the way of chiq salons in this farm country, and having Bridal Brigade come on site to our venue allowed us to get ready while able to go back to our hotel rooms if needed, have a groomsman walk up and drop off a gift for me from my groom, allowed other family and friends staying at the hotel to stop by and give well wishes... The airbrushed look, just right conturing , quick and flawless hair, and relaxing chair massages were wonderful. Brandi brought an extra girl to help make sure everything went smoothly and quickly because one of the girls just had a baby. She didn't have to do this, but it showed that she cared. Great customer service. The services were priced very reasonably, and I was able to pay ahead online which was great to have one less thing to worry about that day! I loved getting my trail makeup and hair a few months before our wedding, and the girls were easy to talk to and listened to what I wanted for hair and makeup including looking at pictures. I recommend them highly.

I just got married not even a week ago and couldn't wait to leave a remark. This is the best hair and makeup artists I have ever worked with. Such a great price and the makeup lasted all night. Brandi is so sweet and responds so quickly to emails and texts. Such a great business owner. I also had Jess do my hair. She is so down to earth and great. She does hair so nicely and so fast! Brandy and her team are amazing! If your looking for your face to look flawless and to last all night here is your girl/team. I am a hairstylist so I can be super particular with updos and makeup. This team killed it. All of my girls and myself looked beyond beautiful. The hair lasted all night and so did the makeup. The girls were all fun and professional to work with. Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough good things about this company! Marla was a joy to work with and the other two stylists were amazing as well. My bridesmaids were very pleased with how their hair turned out. All the stylists listened to the girls suggestions and then created a beautiful style that fit every one of them. I especially appreciated working with Marla. As the bride, the way my hair looked was a big deal to me since every moment of the day was being photographed. Marla did a great job on the trial run a few weeks prior to the wedding and did an even better job the day of! I also appreciated working with Brandi via email. She was so accommodating and made me feel confident about hiring Bridal Brigade for my big day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Bridal Brigade and would recommend them to anyone!

I used the Bridal Brigade as our hair and makeup team for my Halloween wedding at Starved Rock Lodge in Utica, IL. I had my trial the month before my wedding. I loved what they had done in such a short amount of time. And other than buying some extensions (which I voluntarily did myself), they were ready for my wedding day. The two-woman team showed up promptly on time, with enough time to set-up and heat up tools. They remained on schedule throughout the whole morning and had 7 people get hair and make-up (including airbrush and false lashes) done with-in a four hour window. Each of them had great interaction with all of my bridesmaids and moms, even though they had only met me once before. Everyone's hair and makeup lasted the whole day and through all the RAIN and TEARS! I could not have been happier with my bridal look, and I know my husband thought I looked gorgeous! Brandi and her team of amazing women know how to make you look your absolute best for your day! :)
