Wow! I am at a loss for words. For one, Brandi (owner) was so easy to work with- there were open and efficient lines of communication with check-ins, add-ons, trial information and more. Jeannie & Maggie were my stylists. They were super sweet and easy to talk to during my trial. When I asked for a few things to be changed, they were super open to it & made sure to make notes for the day of. I was so incredible happy with my hair and makeup on my wedding day. To boot, every single bridesmaids, mom, and grandma looked incredible as well! Every hair style and face of makeup lasted the entire day & evening. I love that they do airbrush because it truly lasted out in the August sun for photos/ceremony and hours of dancing. I recommend to any bride looking for beauty vendors!

What an amazing experience! Working with Natalie and Megan was incredible. They both made me feel seen and heard regarding my hair and makeup for my big day. The trials were so helpful and really gave me a good idea of what I wanted for the day of. Both were so kind, friendly, and warm. They were completely open to my thoughts and suggestions! I felt so comfortable talking to them and felt like I could really trust them in my vision. The Bridal party could not talk more highly of them and enjoyed working with them so much! The pricing was also so manageable and did not feel like they over-charged like other places. I would highly recommend and I would hire them over and over again!

Bridal Brigade did such an amazing job! All of my bridesmaids were extremely happy with their hair and makeup, and the massage was super relaxing. Brandi and Jeannie brought my vision to life, and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. My hair and makeup held up the entire time with almost no touch-ups.

Brandi and Jeannie were both excellent at communicating and helping no matter how silly my questions were. Brandi made setting up my contract a breeze and always answered my questions. I felt absolutely stunning on my wedding day from my amazing hair and to the eye lashes that I fell in love with. Jeannie also made my daughter feel beautiful and that was worth more then anything. We had so much fun getting ready and she made each of my girls look awesome! Thank you girls so much!

Brandi and her team are absolutely amazing! Not only is she a great makeup artist but she got married at Venue 5126 so there is a special place in our hearts for her. If you hire Brandi not only will you look amazing on your wedding day but you will enjoy every moment you spend with her and her team. Hiring Bridal Brigade to do hair for my wedding will be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make! Our bridal party never felt so beautiful, as their hair was top notch! We had 9 girls total to complete the day of, not only were we done on time but we finished early with extra time to spare for touch ups! Jesika was our assigned hair stylist, I could write a 5 page review alone on how talented, sweet, kind, friendly she was – I absolutely love her and she made this day EXTRA special. My entire bridal party including myself have been in multiple weddings, and everyone kept raving about how this was their favorite hair experience. Jesika worked with every girl to ensure that their hair vision came true and that they got exactly what they wanted. I really appreciated her commitment to getting every little detail right. In addition to amazing hair services they offer, they were also super prompt. We were actually done ahead of schedule and Jesika touched based with everyone prior to leaving for touch ups and still finished early. This promptness applied to the whole experience - The owner, Brandi, had reached for the booking Brice’s and was so kind, so easy to work with and she made the booking process incredibly seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Bridal Brigade and Jesika our favorite hair stylist. Our entire bridal party received compliments all night long and which made the big day that much more special. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it - you’ll be glad you did 10/10 recommend <3

Brandi and Ashley did a fantastic job on the big day! From start to finish the attention to detail was great. The attention to detail for each and every girl was amazing. Both Brandi and Ashley made the getting ready process fun and relaxing. They answered every question not only I had before the process but they genuinely cared about every girl and made them feel great. Highly recommend!

I used Bridal Brigade for my wedding. As someone who doesn't use a lot of makeup I wanted to look as natural as possible and they did an amazing job. My makeup looked great and they were able to accommodate my mom's allergies in the things that they chose to use on her. My hair turned out great and stayed perfect all night! Highly Recommend!

If you want individuals who truly care about you as a person and to ensure you look your absolute best on your wedding day, Bridal Brigade is the way to go! Brandi and Jeannie were incredibly professional and caring as they ensured all of my bridesmaids and family were taken care of and looked absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. While there services of both hair and makeup were absolutely amazing, the care they put into understanding what each of us wanted was what truly puts them above the rest! I can’t recommend them enough and encourage all brides to seek their services out if they want to feel absolutely beautiful the day of their wedding and cared for by the best in the business!!

Jeannie, Hannah, Megan, and Alexis were absolutely amazing on my wedding day. I had 13 girls (26 services total) and they were able to get through everyone in a timely matter without rushing anyone's hair or makeup. All of my bridesmaids looked AMAZING!! Jeannie made my bridal dreams come true with my hair and makeup. The trial run was so much fun and she made me feel very comfortable. I felt comfortable to speak my mind and let her know what I liked and didn't like and she made adjustments on my wedding day based on my feedback. Overall, I cannot recommend Bridal Brigade enough!! Whether you get Brandi or Jeannie (or ANY of the artists), you are in good hands!!!

If you’re going to select Bridal Brigade- you MUST request Jeannie. Jeannie did both hair and makeup for my small group and myself. She was extremely patient while trying to find location for services- with changes up to the last few days. She went out of her way to check in with me throughout the process and honestly cared about my mental health. If I were to do my entire wedding over- I would have changed many things.. but Jeannie was NOT one of them. She was patient and spent the time needed to fix everyone up the way they wanted. Did not feel at all rushed despite starting later than scheduled. Truly the most fantastic part of the planning process and morning of. Thank you so much, Jeannie ❤️❤️

I had the best experience with Bridal Brigade. I had Charity as my makeup artist, and Jeannie for my hair - I consider myself beyond lucky to have had them get me all wedding ready! Both of my trials were great; I gave each of them some feedback and they made any necessary adjustments. Jeannie helped me with all my questions; hair related and not. The best part was not only did I feel my best, but my bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law did as well. Thank you the Bridal Brigade team for making us all feel amazing. jeannie was absolutely 💯 amazing. let me start by saying the price might make u want to turn away. DO. NOT. Hannah and Jesika did an outstanding job on my hair and makeup as well as that of my daughters, sister, and niece. I will be forever grateful for them making me feel like a princess. Even at the age of over 50.

Bridal Brigade was an absolute dream to work with! We had 9 people getting hair done, and 10 people getting makeup done and it was no problem for them! They took the vision I had and made it better than I could have imagined. Everyone looked beautiful and was so happy with their looks. They also were super accommodating with last minute changes in location and timing. Would highly recommend them to anyone getting married in the Chicagoland area!

I got my hair and makeup done by Brandi and Jesika for both myself and my bridal party and they did a fantastic job. I made a change to both by hair and makeup the day of and it turned out perfectly. Their energy and expertise made for an even more perfect and stress free day!!

Bridal Brigade never disappoints. We used their hair and makeup services for my sister's wedding in 2014 and this year we used them for my wedding party's makeup services. Megan Carranza was our makeup artist and - WOW - she is amazing! Not only was she super easy to work with and accommodating for my bridal trial, but she did a FLAWLESS job for each and every girl the day of! She took into account everyone's preferences, skin tones and wants/needs. She took her time, made everyone feel very comfortable, and made everyone look and feel amazing. Might I also add that at 4am, my airbrush makeup still looked like it hadn't been touched! Thank you Megan!

Wow!!! If you’re in need of a makeup artist for your big day, look no further!! I booked with Brandi for my wedding day on June 6, 2021 and I was blown away. Brandi was so professional throughout the booking process, has excellent communication, and was so flexible and understanding throughout our wedding planning journey since we had to postpone 3 times due to the pandemic. Brandi made me, my bridesmaids, and mom/mother-in-law, look and feel so beautiful! Brandi also made the day so fun and worked with each bridal party member to tailor their makeup look for the day to their preferences. I’m blown away by Brandi and Bridal Brigade. Amazing experience, so professional and so fun, and not to mention my makeup made it through an outdoor ceremony in 89° summer sun and throughout the rest of the night still looking flawless. Bridal Brigade was recommended to me from a friend for makeup and hair services on my wedding day. Mikayla was great and I would highly recommend to others.

Brandi went above and beyond to make sure my wedding make up was amazing. She took plenty of time in the trial to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. She even made an exception and booked my wedding even though I didn't reach her minimum number of gals, it was really sweet. She was extremely professional regarding the COVID guidelines! And she was beyond patient with me when it came down to the details! I would recommend her and the Bridal Brigade any day! Wonderful to work with and fantastic communication!

I was supposed to be in a wedding recently. The mother of the bride was exposed to COVID and did not test or quarantine. I made Bridal Brigade aware of this and asked for a refund since I was not comfortable at this point due to some of the services being mask off. This would have put my health at risk, and being a healthcare worker I would then have to be off work for 2 weeks after being exposed. They refused to refund my hair and makeup. They did then refund other bridesmaids that were COVID positive.

Mandy was so kind and personable and had such talent. She made sure everything down to touch ups were done before she left and made sure that all of the girls were happy. Thank you so much Mandy!!

Brandi was absolutely fabulous throughout the whole booking, execution, and follow-up process. She was so understanding and accommodating, especially considering this was all happening through a global pandemic. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable! Charity did my and my bridesmaids makeup and we all looked perfect!! Everyone was so happy with how they looked. even after my trial I emailed her to change a few things and everything went flawlessly the day of my wedding. Bethany did our hair and again everyone loved how it turned out!! She was able to produce exactly what we all asked for and we all got so many compliments. I can't express how much I love Brandi! She's such a kind person, a shining professional, and a talented makeup artist. She was 100% safe for my bridesmaids during Covid. I received so many compliments on how gorgeous my bridesmaids were! I can't recommend Brandi and her team enough - they made planning my wedding during a pandemic as stress-free as possible.

They were absolutely amazing! Brandi & her team truly do strive for perfection & I am so lucky i had the opportunity to work with them for my big day on 11.9.19. Brandi and Jeannie did a great job with hair and make-up. They take the time to ask you about how you normally wear your make-up and add suggestions to make you look good. Also they take the time to see what you want for hair and they did great with accomplishing the hairstyle wanted.

Brandi is running an amazing business! I can’t say enough great things about her and Jesika who did my hair! From the day you book they are nothing but helpful! The personalities of these two lovely woman are so amazing that the day of my wedding they just felt like they were meant to be one of the girls in the room! My original hair/makeup trial I went traditional with my eye makeup but come wedding day I wanted to spice it up and go with purple since that was my color! Brandi knocked it out of the park!!!!!! I was so incredibly thrilled I ventured off and she was equally as excited since she doesn’t get to do a lot of colors on her brides!!! She exceeded my expectations!!! As far as the beautiful Jesika goes well she’s a trooper! everyone thought I was crazy for putting extensions in my hair but not her and she made my head look like a Greek goddess with luscious locks!!! They both captured exactly what I was looking for and were easy to communicate with from the get go!! I also loved that they are willing to travel to you. It takes a load of stress off you knowing you don’t have to go out and can stay in one location! I will be recommending them to all the rest of my friends that need to get married!!!! If your thinking about booking them STOP thinking and do it you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

Brandi and her team at Bridal Brigade were such a pleasure to work with! I am not much of a hair and makeup type of girl so I was very particular when it came to choosing a hair/makeup stylist for our wedding day because I wanted that natural look. Brandi knew exactly what I was looking for and paired me and my bridesmaids up with Mikayla who is AMAZING. I went in for my trial and had such a great time. Mikayla is so personable and easy to connect with and I walked away looking and feeling fantastic, and most of all like myself. On the day of our wedding, Mikayla jumped right in knowing we were on a tight timeline. She was able to complete hair and makeup for all of us with time to spare. Everyone was so pleased with her work and their look, I would absolutely work with them again!

I highly recommend booking with Jeannie! To be honest, I was hesitant to have someone else do my hair and make up because I’m super picky and wasn’t going for the typical "bridal look,” but Jeannie listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen! She works with your vibe and style, whatever it might be, and turns it into a polished look thats going to to last all day. It’s such a luxury to not have to leave the house on your wedding day and to be pampered while enjoying the company of your friends and family. I used Bridal Brigade for my wedding. Jeannie did makeup, and Mandy did hair. Both ladies are absolutely wonderful and I am extremely pleased with the services I received along with the services my family and bridesmaids received. Both ladies were able to take pictures of what I wanted from Pinterest and adjust them to what worked best for me and my hair/skin/etc. I felt like an absolute princess on my wedding day (and on my hair and makeup trial day as well!) Jeannie did an amazing job with everyone’s makeup and was an absolute doll to work with! She is so sweet and funny, and able to put you at ease if you’re nervous at all! For my bridesmaids and family who weren’t used to wearing makeup (or wearing much of it), she was able to create natural looks that highlighted and enhanced everyone’s natural beauty. I loved having her there on my wedding day to make me and my girls look amazing. Mandy was fantastic to work with as well! One of my bridesmaids came in with a picture of a half updo that made her hair look like a flower and she was able to recreate it perfectly! I also had a bridesmaid who has half of her head shaved and she came up with the most amazing updo for her! I would highly recommend Bridal Brigade (and Jeannie and Mandy) based on my experience with them. I seriously wish I could have these ladies do my hair and makeup all the time!

I would HIGHLY recommend bridal brigade for any bride looking for hair and makeup for themselves and their wedding party. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did on the day of my wedding! Every single person I talked to at my wedding mentioned how amazing my hair and makeup looked, and my hair stayed in all night long! So beautiful. But what sets Bridal Brigade apart from other places I have had hair and makeup done at (at friends weddings) is their personalities. She tackled makeup for 8 of us - with time to spare (and boy did we love the results!) Brandi is the type of person you can talk to and feel like you've known for years. She has such great energy and enthusiasm for what she does and is a true professional. I'm not one to know much about make up, but she was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products and knew what would work best for me. I wanted to look like myself more than anything and that's exactly what she did, she just made me a more glamorous version of myself! Booking with Bridal Brigade for my wedding hair and makeup was one of the best decisions I made. They were within my budget, and Brandi was extremely responsive to my bajillion emails and questions. I ended up booking with Libby, and she was so wonderful to work with! We had a hair/makeup trial a few months prior to the wedding, and she was so flexible and understanding of my vision. The last thing I wanted was to not look myself, and she just simply made me feel like the best version of myself - still me, but a little glammed up! Libby also did the makeup for me and 2 of my bridesmaids, and that makeup stayed put throughout all the sweat and tears of the day. Notably, my hair also stayed intact through our wedding brunch the next morning! We also had Marla as an assistant for getting my bridesmaid's hair done, and she was so easy to work with and did such a beautiful job on everyone's hair. My mom and mother-in-law had both been really nervous to get their hair done (both have very short and fine hair), but Libby made them look so sophisticated and they were blown away with the final result. Bridal Brigade is an amazing crew to work with!
