I ordered the size that should've fit, but it didn't. Thankfully, I was able to return it and I did get my refund. I did not, however, get responses to my emails where I asked if I should return and repurchase or exchange due to time constraint...s. Unfortunately, the second one also did not work out, but I was told I could return it. I sent it back but never got my refund. The USPS tracking shows that it was delivered to their PO Box and picked up. I emailed Heather multiple times and got no response. I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company. She told them the return was never received, though my tracking number says otherwise. Thankfully, my credit card company did end up giving me a credit. But overall I would say the size chart is inaccurate, the customer service is inconsistent, and I would not recommend buying from this company unless you really trust your credit card company to have your back.
