tore to yourself making it a private experience. Jess was fantastic and there was no pressure, just good vibes and fun. She also really knows her stuff and learned my style very quickly. Every dress she pulled was beautiful!

Absolutely incredible bridal experience!
I cannot say enough amazing things about Bridal by J and Jessica! This was hands down the BEST dress shopping experience I had, and I truly...
wish I could have taken every single dress home with me because every option was absolutely gorgeous!
Jessica was beyond amazing from start to finish. She listened to every little thing I said about what I liked, didn’t like, how I wanted to feel, and what I was envisioning, and somehow turned all of those thoughts into the most perfect dress options. It genuinely felt like she understood exactly what I was trying to describe, even when I didn’t know how to put it into words myself!
What made the experience even more special was how incredibly welcoming, supportive, and comfortable she made me feel. Choosing a wedding dress is SUCH a huge and sometimes overwhelming decision, but Jessica made everything feel easy, exciting, and completely stress-free. I never once felt pressured, she was there to support me, listen to me, and help me find what felt right.
Every dress she pulled was stunning, and I loved every single option she showed me. She truly knows what she’s doing and has such an amazing eye for matching a bride with the perfect dress based on what she’s looking for.
Honestly, my experience here was a BILLION times better than any other bridal shop I went to. If you are shopping for your wedding dress, PLEASE go here! You will not only have an amazing experience with someone who genuinely listens and knows exactly what to do with your vision, but you’ll also have the most gorgeous selection of dresses to choose from.
I am SO grateful I found Bridal by J and Jessica and got to have such a special experience. I cannot recommend her enough!!!
I visited Bridal by J this past weekend, and the owner, Jessica, helped me during my appointment. I was blown away by the experience! I enjoyed it so much more than another bridal ...
shop I had visited previously. Not only was I impressed, but my family and friends also commented on how much they loved the entire process while we were there.
Jessica is so knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I did find my dress, and I can't believe I still have to wait an entire year for my wedding day to wear this beauty! I could not recommend Bridal by J more highly.

ping can be such an emotional experience, and they made it one I will cherish forever.
Shelby was absolutely incredible. She listened to everything I envisioned, made me feel comfortable and confident, and helped me find the most perfect dress. She was patient, kind, and just as excited as I was throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured—only celebrated.
What truly sets Bridals by J apart, though, is the compassion and care they show their brides. After experiencing a miscarriage, my original gown no longer fit as expected. During an already emotional time, Jess went above and beyond by giving me the sample gown of my dress so that I could still walk down the aisle feeling beautiful and confident. That act of kindness meant more to me than words can ever express.
Because of Shelby and Jess, I felt like more than just another bride—I felt seen, supported, and truly important. They helped make one of the most meaningful moments of my life even more special, and I will be forever grateful. If you’re looking for a bridal salon that genuinely cares about its brides and will go above and beyond for you, Bridals by J is it. Thank you for helping me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on my wedding day. 🤍👰🏽♀️✨
Such an excellent team!! They were so accommodating of my wants/needs. I went three times ironing out my perfect dress, and every person was phenomenal

ress I thought I wanted, getting to know me, the vibe of my wedding, what I was comfortable with, and also pushing me to try some things that she knew would look fantastic. If it weren’t for the expertise and great consultation I’m confident I would not have found the perfect dress for me. Highly recommend checking out Bridal by J!

by listened to me, found options she knew I’d love, and helped me talk through what I was thinking until I found the one! Prior to the appointment I sent Shelby a bunch of dresses I thought I’d like, but then once being there, decided a different direction and she was so adaptable! I would recommend bridal by J to any bride. It was such a personal and special experience. I wish this business nothing but success!

I couldn’t have asked for a better dress-shopping experience and am so grateful to Bridal by J for making such a special moment so effortless and memorable. Highly recommend to any bride-to-be!

whole place to ourselves for the entire appointment time. Out of the 4 bridal shops I visited this was the only one where myself and my guests were able to go through the racks and actually feel and look at the dresses prior to trying on. I had a very specific idea of what kind of dress I wanted and after having no luck at the other 3 shops I was beginning to think it just didn't exist. Shelby immediately understood what I was looking for. My guests also mentioned to me what a pleasant experience this was and how great she was. The dress selection here was also amazing. They had a great variety of designers available and there were multiple other dresses I tried on that could have been "the dress" had I not tried my dress on that day too. Overall I would highly recommend Bridal by J and especially Shelby and I would say it was well worth the hour and a half drive from Buffalo!
I can not rave about this place enough! I went with a specific dress in mind, but still had an open mind! Shelby was INCREDIBLE and it instantly felt like we’ve been friends for ye...
ars. Turns out she knew me better than I knew myself…I ended up buying the first dress she picked for me to try on!
Shelby knew how to make me feel comfortable and beautiful. There was never any pressure to try something on that I did not want to. The shop is adorable and I loved that it was closed just for my appointment. I have been other shops where they’ve been multiple brides trying on dresses and it was very overwhelming. This was a very private and intimate shop, which was exactly the vibe I needed. I’ve already recommended Bridal by J to several friends and family and will continue to do so!!
I cannot even express how grateful I am to Jess, Shelby and Bridal by J ❤️
I was stressed for months that I wouldn’t find a dress I liked. I went into my appointment saying “we a...
re NOT finding a dress today” and well, that was wrong.
The scheduling process was incredibly easy and relaxed. We had the entire store private to my party. It made such a big difference to be the only bride there. The store is absolutely gorgeous. Comfy sitting area for my group and a cooler of drinks for us! She even was able to accommodate my 3 year old flower girl (who loves it there).
Jess immediately heard my vision and picked my perfect dress right away. The dress I chose was the first one I tried on! Jess was so helpful in asking the questions I needed to hear to be able to say yes to the dress 😊 Even came in under budget!!! Jess was able to take my measurements and order my dress (which will arrive in about 5 months, so start early brides!)
I cannot thank Jess enough and can’t wait to pick up my dress! Thank you for making my dreams come true Bridal by J!

tely helped put those fears to bed. She made me feel comfortable, important, beautiful, and like a bride. She listened to all my visions and brought them to life- I didn't realize there were so many dresses that fit my style! This salon was amazing in that they really sat down to listen to your wants and desires, then they take you to see all the dresses they have and get your input on their inventory, and you get the whole place to yourself to feel like a Rockstar. There was no rush and it was so relaxing that because of this experience, Shelby, and my wonderful bridal crew, I was able to say yes to the dress at bbj!
Easily the best experience I could have asked for. Jessica listened to every little detail I did/didn’t like and we found THE dress in 20 minutes. The shop itself is beautiful and ...
the vibe just made it perfection. The all inclusive sizes where I could actually see the dresses I wanted on my body made the experience that much more special. 11/10 couldn’t recommend Bridal by J more!!!

beautiful! I worked with Jessica the owner and she helped guide me through the entire experience, her expertise was so helpful. After going to a few other bridal appointments without much luck, it was nice to be somewhere I felt so comfortable. In the end I ended up saying yes to the dress and I couldn’t be happier!

kind and helpful, and made me feel so comfortable during the appointment. I loved that the appointment is so private, with just me and my family in the store.
Jess walked us through all of her dresses to start learning what I liked and didn't like. All of the ones she chose for me were spot on! She gently helped guide us through and listened to the feedback thoughtfully. I also loved how when it was clear what style I gravitated to, she still brought in one missing those details. She said, "I think you're not going to like this, but I don't want you to leave here wishing you had tried something like this on." We never felt rushed or pressured to choose anything.
I am really so thankful for Jess and the experience she provided.
Bridal by J is absolutely the best. They have the trifecta of a great variety of dresses, the best staff, and awesome space. This is one of the few (if not the only!) shops in the ...
area where you can bring your whole bridal party with you. Your appointment is private and intimate, and Jess and her team are SO helpful and patient. The designers and dresses are different than the other shops in Rochester and Western NY, and I was able to find EXACTLY what I was looking for. Jess and her team helped me to explore what customizations were available for my dress, and their variety of accessories really elevated the dress to meet my vision. I really can't recommend going to Bridal by J enough!!

d filled with gorgeous dresses. A really great part was she let my mom and I look through the dresses on the racks (many places request guests remain seated). The first dress I tried on here was THE ONE! Jessica made the process easy and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend getting your dress here!
