I went to Kotsovos for my prom dress in high school and it was absolutely beautiful and the alterations fit me like a glove. I decided to come back to get my wedding dress and I am so glad I did! They had so many styles to choose from and really focused on finding the perfect dress for me. I felt super comfortable with the stylist and found the most beautiful dress! Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back and get it altered because I know they will fit it to perfection!

Although the mother-of-the-groom dress I found on line was not in the store, Tina, was dedicated enough to call manufacturer to see if it was available and IT WAS!!!! Was so happy to get the one I was interested in. She was more than helpful in helping me select ones to try on plus they do their own alterations. Would definitely shop there again.

This is THE place for a mother of the bride dress! Tina is awesome. She listened, suggested, and I ultimately purchased one of her suggestions. It was a great experience.

I was looking for a dress for my son’s wedding. After one failed experience at another salon, I scheduled an appointment with Kotsovos. Victoria listened to what details that I preferred and colors that were in my palate. We pulled a few dresses and went to work. We found the perfect dress. It’s lovely and I felt fantastic! The salon was very clean and all the ladies very friendly.

I had a fantastic experience this morning at Kotsovos! Victoria was the best bridal consultant, and I am thrilled she was able to help me find the gown. Kotsovos has a great selection of gowns, and Victoria listens to what brides want, and picks gowns based on feedback. BEST experience!

I enjoyed my dress-buying experience at Kotsovos. I scheduled the appointment initially because I bought my prom dress from them and loved it. Kotsovos stored my dress between fittings until we picked it up. The alterations department is fantastic. We worked with Sharon, she's talented and I highly recommend alterations with Sharon at Kotsovos.

I've been looking for a Mother of the Groom dress for a couple of months in traditional bridal shops. It was very frustrating as I went through racks of dresses on my own and could not find anything in the style I was seeking. It seemed my only choice was online ordering and keep repeating purchase/return until I found a dress I liked and got the sizing right. I remembered my Mom purchase a Mother's dress from Kotsovos in 1987 and thought I would give them a try. Making the appointment on line was easy and I was able to put in style numbers of dresses I saw on their website. When I arrived the staff was very welcoming and understood exactly what type of dress I was looking for based on the styles I previously sent. I found a dress with 30 minutes and feel the after alternations the dress will be very flattering. When leaving the store I knew the weight of finding the right dress had been lifted. The attention and special touches I received from the entire team was worth the price of the dress.

I had the most amazing experience ever! Can you believe that I found my dream dress within 40 minutes??? Everyone was so kind and attentive, and they made the whole process so calm and enjoyable!

My experience with Olivia at Kotsovos was great! It was my first appointment ever trying on wedding dresses, and Olivia made me feel comfortable and at ease. She listened to my concerns and took my insecurities into consideration when pulling gowns. I appreciated that she did not try to coerce me to try on dresses out of my comfort zone. Although, it was only my first appointment, Olivia helped me narrow down three gowns I loved. I had scheduled other dress appointments elsewhere for the following days. Olivia encouraged me to go ahead and make another appointment at Kotsovos (knowing I could always cancel), in case I wanted to retry those three gowns again before making a final decision. I am glad I made the second appointment, because I wound up going back and buying my wedding dress! Olivia was very helpful in addressing my concerns I had about possible alterations and even was able to Facetime in the seamstress who I'd be working with for reassurance. Olivia is professional, efficient, and someone who cares about her job and the brides she's working with. Initially, was overwhelmed at the thought of wedding dress shopping. I had chosen Kotsovos because I needed less options for myself and wanted an intimate, personal experience. I got just that! I thoroughly working with Olivia and highly recommend future brides to make an appointment with her at Kotsovos.

Kate was amazing with helping me find my dress! She was so patient with my indecisiveness and the reviews of my mothers. And Sharon has my trust already for the alterations!

I had a wonderful experience at Kotsovos! I worked with Kate who was absolutely wonderful! If you book an appointment I would make sure that you work with Kate, she is so kind and great to work with! Their dresses are absolutely stunning, and I am sure you will find the dress of your dreams! I like that it is a small store with a small staff because it makes the staff very personable! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it felt like one of the owners was trying to push me out the door. I wanted to put my dress on hold (that I got off the rack) for 24 hours so that I could get my finances in order, and he was unwilling to put it on hold for me. This made my experience more stressful because I knew I found my dress but the owner wasn't being considerate. Other than that, everyone else was great! I highly recommend going to Kotsovos to find your dream wedding dress!

Kotsovos is THE BEST shop for all your dress shopping needs. They have world class, amazing staff who are more than willing to help. All the accessories, colors, styles, and sizes available to ease your mind and make dress shopping more enjoyable. After stopping at every dress shop from London, KY to Cincinnati, Ohio I am only regretful that I didn’t just go to Kostovo’s first. Hands down, the greatest experience, champagne, and laughter, with all the greatest choices. Plus, I found the perfect dress!!! Giana was fabulous. I had a beyond great experience at Kotsovos! Sharon was amazing to work with! She listened to my wishes and wants and helped pick out an absolute gorgeous dress for my big day! The rest of the staff including the owners were very welcoming and so nice to work with as well! Myself and the girls that came with me had a great time! I am so glad I chose Kotsovos to buy my wedding dress at!

I cannot say enough good things about the sales staff and alterations at Kotsovos. I originally bought a dress at another salon and took it to an independent seamstress in NC where I currently live. After multiple fittings I knew something just wasn't right. I flew home and took the dress to Kotsovos to have Sharon in alterations look at it and she (in the kindest and gentlest of terms) explained to me that my seamstress had basically butchered my dream dress. This was 8 days before my wedding. Needless to say I was devastated. Sharon assured me not to worry, that she would do everything she could to make it right but that so much damage had been done that the dress would never fit exactly the way it should. Enter Kate and the amazing sales team...a dress that I had previously tried on at the store and ruled out because it was too expensive was serendipidously still available through their sample sale at half the price. I could buy the dress off the rack. There was never any pressure to buy the Kotsovos dress, both Kate and Sharon assured me that they would either try to salvage my dress or I could buy the one I was standing in. Either way they said, "you're going to get your dream dress" After lots of agonizing I decided to buy the sample. Sharon walked me downstairs from the fitting room with the dress still on, to the basement where she handed me a glass of champagne, turned on some relaxing music, and proceeded to cut the hem for my dress and pin it for alterations then and there. Kate worked on the paperwork for me to buy the sample and offered a few suggestions for consignment of my ill fitting original frock. What an amazing team of kind and hardworking people. I would suggest Kotsovos to absolutely every bride. What an amazing experience to have your wedding dress saved at the 11th hour!

A true hidden gem! I have driven by Kotsovos for almost five years and stared at the dresses in the window. I never thought I would be able to afford a dress from them. I feel SO lucky I found my dream gown UNDER my budget. Katie was the sweetest and most accommodating person for both me and my family/“entourage”. I would recommend every bride to be to at least stop by Kotsovos and see what they have!

As a mother of the bride, I found the perfect dress at Kotsovos! Sharon in alterations was so attentive and creative, adding an off shoulder sleeve to my strapless dress to make it even more chic! My whole experience was wonderful-from the staff to the owner, but most of all the "angel" in alterations-Sharon! My daughter's wedding is in Mexico and Sharon made sure my fittings were prescheduled and my alterations completed in plenty of time to minimize my "stress!" Thanks to everyone at Kotsovos! An amazing place to find a wedding dress! I have tried so many places with no luck, I walk into Kotsovos and the first one I try on is the one! Amazing, unparalleled personal service and beautiful dresses!!

My friend recommended I try Kotsovos before checking out any other place. The environment was gorgeous and private for my group to enjoy a personalized experience. Randi sat me down first and asked me about my wedding & personality before even looking at the dresses. I tried on 6 dresses and LOVED the 6th, tears and all, but was told to check out another place before committing to a dress. I went to the other place, looked for 5 minutes, and knew in my heart I wanted the gown at Kotsovos. My mom & bridesmaids went with me, I tried the gown on for the crew, and Kotsovos popped champagne for us! It was an incredible experience and I recommend this store to all brides. Randi was amazing and calming through what was an incredibly overwhelming task for me. I highly recommend Kotsovos for their classy, intimate, personal and professional approach to helping brides find the perfect gown.

Kotsovos definitely has a beautiful line of bridal gowns and formal wear that stand above what can be found in many other bridal stores. I found the perfect gown for my destination wedding thanks to Victoria. Her knowledge and eye for fashion coupled with her patience and kindness made this girls search for the perfect dress a dream come true.

My dress was so beyond perfect and I am so happy I found it at Kotsovos! Katie helped me find my dress months ago and she made the process so easy and fun! Jo did all of the altering for my dress and she paid so much attention to detail! Every fitting was so easy and I really felt like the dress was being made for me!

The appointment at Kotsovos has been my most favorite part of planning so far! Rosa Clara is only carried at two bridal boutiques in Ohio and, to make things a bit more complicated, the line of my dream dress isn’t typically brought in to Cincinnati. Knowing how much I loved the dress, Victoria worked her magic and had it sent all the way from Spain to try on! Beyond this incredible customer service, the staff were welcoming and knowledgable. I cannot recommend them enough! There’s a reason Kotsovos is the first and last stop for so many brides, including myself!!

I could not be happier with my experience at Kotsovos. Their customer service and the quality of their dresses are amazing. My twin sister got her wedding dress here and when it was my turn to purchase a dress I knew right where to go. Everyone was so kind and helpful and they helped me pick the perfect dress for me! Their alterations department is also incredible. I could not recommend them more!

I bought my dress at Kotsovos and am so glad that I did! I worked with Anna and she made me feel extremely comfortable. She pulled dresses for me and also let my family pull some. She was knowledgeable without being pushy. The boutique is also set up to make the bride feel so special. I loved the feel of a small boutique, but they also had such a wide range of styles that I got to see a lot of different things. I can’t wait for my dress to come in so I can be in it again!

Kotsovos was my first stop when I was picking my wedding dress. I made an appointment, and went in with my mom and two of my bridesmaids. Anna was my bridal consultant, and she was wonderful! She listened to everything I was looking for, helped me find dresses that fit my description, and of course let my group and I pick some out too! After trying on only five (all beautiful) dresses, we decided on a stunning lace gown with an open back. I felt like there was something missing, so Anna suggested a belt. She helped me find the perfect ribbon to add to the dress as a mock belt, and it MADE the dress! When my dress came in a few months later, I met with Jo in alterations. I can’t say enough good things about Jo. I ended up meeting with her a few times, because she wanted to make sure my gown was exactly what I wanted. After my second appointment where she showed me the bustle, I went home and realized I actually wanted a different style. I freaked out for a moment and called Jo back. She told me to come back and we would make it perfect. I truly appreciated the genuine care she showed. Overall, my experience was wonderful. Everyone I interacted with made sure I was happy and satisfied. I have already recommended Kotsovos to friends, and will continue to do so!

This place is wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and eager to help. I did not feel overwhelmed or stressed. It was such a fun and pleasant experience, and they are willing to make changes so that your dress can be as you imagine. I could tell that everyone in the store had a great deal of experience. I hope all brides in Cincinnati check this place out.

All positive for this place! My sales associate McKenzie was so sweet and helpful. She stayed within our budget and read whether I personally liked dresses I was trying on very well. She picked some dresses based on a picture I had shown her of a dress from another salon that I thought was "the one" and found one I liked even better! There was no pressure to buy nor did I feel rushed ALTERATIONS were BEYOND. I expect people to be helpful when dealing with wedding day nonsense but Sharon was more than that. She was so sweet, willing to do whatever I asked. I met with her so many times to get my dress PERFECT and she was never frustrated or annoyed. Even during my last check in to make sure everything was perfect, I accidentally cut my hand and got BLOOD on my dress. She was calm and confident she would get it out (she did!)

Couldn't have been happier with the service and product from Kotsovos! I was searching for a mother of the groom dress and not finding anything that suited the color or style I wanted. I didn't make an appointment, but took a chance that I might at least look and come back if they couldn't fit me in. I had heard only great things about their service and quality of products, and was excited to see what they might have. The sales staff was charming and helpful--they were quite busy but made certain that I had the help and attention I needed, made suggestions that hadn't occurred to me, and made it such a pleasant experience that I can't rate them highly enough. I found my dream gown at Kotsovos! They were able to call in to have a sample gown sent out within days. All of the workers are very helpful and welcoming. They have a wide variety of amazing gowns to choose from. Their seamstress, Sharon, is absolutely amazing! Very personable, efficient, and professional. She took my dream gown and turned it into an even more incredible gown that fit me perfectly. I would highly recommend Kotsovos!

I have been driving past Kotsovos for the past two years and have always wanted to go inside, but never had a reason to until I got engaged. So when it was time to find my dress, I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. Katie was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted. She definitely knows what she has available in the store and was able to quickly pull gowns that were aligned with what I was looking for. I found my perfect dress and was in and out in just over an hour which was perfect! I can't wait for my dress to come in and was so glad Katie was there to help me find it!! I was so thrilled to have found my perfect dress! It was my first time trying on dresses and I didn't think I would find anything. Then as I was walking back into my room we caught the dress peaking out. McKenzie grabbed it for me and I put it on and fell in love. My entire entourage stood up in awe! Bridal by Kotsovos was my second stop of the day in search for my bridal gown. I had 6 months until my wedding. Katie was such a big help and was totally honest about which dresses would be able to arrive in a window that would keep me from stressing! She listened to the style that I was looking for, but also pulled some dresses that I would not have originally considered. One of those dresses ended up being my dress! Not only did my dress arrive in plenty of time, but it actually came in after about a month. It was so nice to have a less pressured experience in comparison to the other bridal salon I had visited.

Katie is awesome! I am so excited about my dress. It is stunning and so much better then any dress I found online. Katie is extremely helpful, makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. I had already been to at least four other stores and the customer service didn't compare to Kotsovos. As soon as I walked in Katie gave me a game plan and helped give me the tools to say yes to the dress! After I had already tried on 30+ dresses at other shops I only made it a few dresses in at Kotsovos when I was able to say yes. I had the absolute best experience at Kotsovos when buying my wedding dress! After going to the bridal district in reading to help my best friend find her dress I knew I would never go their to find my dress. I couldn't believe that bridal and formal packed 20 girls in the same room to try on wedding dresses at the same time. It was a crowded mess. My mom recommended that we go to the store she bought her dress at 20 some years ago when she married my dad. We got there about 45 minutes early because our other meeting ran short so we just hoping to browse not thinking anyone would be helping us at that point since we were so early. The immediately helped us! The whole top floor is dedicated to furs and bridal gowns so it was very private, we were the only ones up there. It was the most wonderful experience and they never pressured us about time or budget! I found the perfect dress and they even helped me pick out the perfect veil headpiece to go along with it! Also, the alterations lady is one of the nicest people I met! Every time I came in for an appointment she told me how beautiful I was and looked stunning. She also took one of my late fathers shirts and sewed it into the dress for my something blue! Finding the right dress was something I was most worried about out of all the wedding plans and as soon as I step into Kotsovos I knew I didn't have to worry anymore!

I went to Kotsovos to try on Wedding Dresses. It was the 3rd or 4th store I had gone to. By far the most relaxing, accommodating and friendly! Katie was great! She easily pulled dresses for me and made sure my opinion was heard within the group. It was exactly what I had hoped trying on dresses would be after a few subpar experiences at other stores!

So far I have only purchased my dress but everyone was great and I found my dress which I love!
