Our team of experienced stylists, seamstresses, and bridal concierges, are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for each and every client who walks through our doors. At SHL we believe that every love story matters, and deserves to be told, no matter race, religion, or sexual orientation, you have a place here!
Each and every dress in our store is hand-picked by experienced stylists who understand current trends, and timeless styles. Our team of expert seamstresses inspect every gown to better understand its construction, to ensure our clients are getting the best quality gowns.
Not only do we offer one-on-one shopping appointments, suit + tux appointments, gown preservation, in-house couture alterations, and gown storage, we also offer custom made gowns. If you've shopped around and can't seem to find the one, you can sit down with Liz and design your own custom gown! From the fabric, to the silhouette, to the tiny details, you can create your dream dress, from scratch!

I am so beyond thankful for their time spent on my gown as well as listening to any changes I wanted made. You can find your gown anywhere, but you won’t find this level of service anywhere else. ordered probably 3 sizes bigger in the chest. I then lost a significant amount of weight requiring Liz and her team to take in my dress in the lower half quite a bit more. I was also very adamant that I feel super secure in the chest area that included adding quite a few pads and what not. Liz and her team PERFORMED. My dress fit like a GLOVE. It was the perfect amount of tight in the hips and secure on the chest. I was able to sit and dance and do everything I needed to do very comfortably. It also doesn't help that I was gone for a significant amount of time during the alterations period, but Liz worked her magic, and the dress was ready and perfect with several weeks to spare. The pricing for the alterations was also extremely good. Liz also made it clear that she will make sure I love the dress before I take it home and she was true to her word!

nge so many things about them, so she suggested to go to custom route, and turns out it was actually cheaper to go to custom route that it was to buy a dress off the rack and then alter it the way I want. Liz worked with me for almost a year before my wedding to design it and made it exactly how I wanted to have the dress fit! I have more of an athletic build, and wanted the straps to be more up on my shoulders, like a sports bra, compared to most of the dresses that are on the outside part of your shoulders , but I also still wanted a deep V-neck in the front and the back to show off my back, Liz did just this! She was absolutely perfect and I never had any hesitation with working with her. She also let me pick out all of the fabrics and every little detail that went into my dress, but I did ask her for her creative style as well on some things, because I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to fashion , I have grown to become great friends with Liz and cannot thank her enough for being able to be real with me throughout this whole process and also to be a calming person to have on my side.

udget including alterations, and it was so bittersweet. It felt AMAZING to finally be in my dress and taking it home but so sad to not have a for sure reason to come back! Liz and team are more than I could have ever asked for. They were helpful, down to earth, kind, you name it. If you need a dress or anything just go. You won’t regret it, I promise.
