About this vendor
Congratulations on your engagement! Weddings are one of the biggest parties a couple throws and can really embody their personality's and relationship. A wedding gown is the most self-expressive garment you will ever wear. At Bridal Chateau, we focus on the bride's attire because every bride deserves to feel special for their wedding. This means that we carry gowns in sizes 00-40 in stock. Our gowns range mostly from $1000-$3500, with a majority of our styles falling in the $1200-$1800 range. You can choose from several appointment options, including our VIB appointment for an enhanced shopping experience with champagne for you and your guests in our private Platinum Suite.
It is recommended to shop for your wedding gown 12-15 months out from your wedding to have the widest variety of options. Since we are size inclusive and stock over 400 gowns, you can rest easy knowing that you can walk out the same day with a gown if your time frame doesn't allow for special orders.
We carry amazing gowns from designers such as Maggie Sottero, Morilee, Sottero & Midgley, Rebecca Ingram, Kenneth Winston, Julietta, and from smaller indie designers that offer styles you can't find in any other shop in Western New York. You can message us or jump onto our website for more information or to book your appointment: https://www.bridalchateauinc.com/. We can't wait to meet you!

So thankful for them and finding MY dream dress ❤️
I had a great experience shopping at Bridal Chateau, and Caroline was a fabulous stylist! It was nice to use the look book to narrow down styles before even arriving at the shop. I...
found a dress that seemed perfect, and was able to let Caroline know in advance that it was exactly what I was looking for. She heroically saved the dress I was keen to try on from being bought off the rack the day before, and it ended up being the one I ordered. My mom and I had genuine fun, and I couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience for dress and veil. Bridal Chateau also provided a list of recommended tailors (shout out to Dama at Colvin Cleaners), and suggested a stain-removing solution for wedding day mishaps. All around a fabulous experience!
Absolutely beautiful dresses. They helped my wife and I find the most incredible dresses that fit our styles perfectly
I went shopping at Bridal Chateau and I loved my experience shopping here! Olivia was my stylist and she found my dream dress on the first shot, and they had a great sale going on ...

ovely ladies were so wonderful and kind. I worked with Caroline who listened to my thoughts and what I wanted and found me the perfect dress. As soon as I saw it, i knew it was what I wanted for my wedding. It was everything I had dreamt of and I am so grateful for their help.

d to feel good and be excited but I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to fit into any dresses. Bridal Chateau has such a wide variety of styles and sizes to try on which made me feel so happy. Cathy listened to me so intently and helped me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. She was absolutely incredible and made me feel so confident and all around made the whole appointment so incredibly fun! Thank you Bridal Chateau! I will forever highly recommend checking you guys out! Thank you for being size inclusive as well. It really makes dress shopping far less stressful and more of the dream experience I had always hoped for.
Staff were so lovely and I found the perfect dress and veil! Highly recommend this bridal salon!
I had a great experience getting my dress and accessories here! I couldn’t have been happier with how my dress looked for my wedding day

my wedding gown and it was on sale, so it was way below budget. I highly recommend getting the sparkling appointment. It was a beautiful room and we were welcomed with champagne. The whole experience was something I will never forget.

compliments about my dress/veil at the wedding. I thank Bridal Chateau for helping me feel like a princess!
I worked with Molly at the Bridal Chateau after trying out two other bridal salons. I wasn't quite finding what I wanted at the other salons and many of the dresses that I tried on...
looked quite similar. Molly decided to go rogue and show me something completely different during the Maggie Sottero trunk show and I knew immediately she had nailed the dress.
During my appointment, I felt completely comfortable. All the dresses that I had tried on were well within my size range. I know that can be a stressful point for some curvier brides and that wasn't even a concern by my second appointment. The first appointment was a Sparkling Appointment ($50 upgrade) which was so worth the additional cost. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Everything felt incredibly private.
All the dresses I tried on were well within our budget. Molly was patient and never once seemed frustrated despite me sending her last minute to try something out of the box. I absolutely loved this appointment and have been referring friends to Bridal Chateau for their appointments. I haven't had a bad experience yet and their selection seemed endless!
I completely loved my time at Bridal Chateau, I worked with Francine and she made me feel so special and pretty and was able to help me build my own custom dress to ensure I got ex...
actly what I wanted and it was perfect!
Love the dress and the service during the appointment was wonderful. I got my veil, tiara, and dress here!
I had the best shopping experience here! Funnily enough I also bought my prom dress here (10 years ago when they still sold prom dresses) They reached out beforehand to get to know...
me and what I was thinking about my dress, when I walked in they already had dresses pulled and ready for me to try on. I worked with Haley and she was amazing!! She really listened to what I was saying and was in tune to how I was feeling to help me find my dream dress. From start to finish everyone was wonderful, very professional and accommodating. Cannot recommend bridal chateau enough!

er I like/don’t and being patient with me until I found the dress of my dreams. She made the process so easy!
Bridal Chateau is hands downs the best wedding dress shop in the area! Francine, my stylist, helped me find the perfect dress based on all the things I told her I was looking for. ...
From first trying on, to picking up the dress, they were professional and kept me informed of everything. I did not feel I was pressured or pushed into buying anything. They definitely have the best selection in this area. The try-on area was nice that it was secluded from others in the store, as well. Francine was also very helpful at finding accessories that matched my taste and dress, including a veil and hair piece. Can’t wait for my big day! 😊
I personally don't think I could have had a better bridal experience. Everyone at bridal chateau is absolutely lovely and my dress is perfect.
I had a great experience shopping for my wedding gown with my mother and now mother-in-law at Bridal Chateau. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they had a wide range of options...
and I absolutely adored my wedding gown. They also supplied a list of recommended tailors that I ended up using!
I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough! Right when you walk in you’re greeted by friendly front desk staff and it’s like walking into a magical princess world full of beautiful...
sparkly dresses. My bridal attendant let us pick some dresses off the floor and also grabbed several that she thought would fit my style based on what I told her. I’m so glad I kept an open mind because she brought me a sweetheart strapless (I didn’t want strapless) and paired it with a lace jacket that matched and it became the most beautiful combination I could’ve dreamed of – I got the two pieces sewn together and it really became a one-of-a-kind custom made dress for me. I got so many compliments on my dress on our wedding day – people told me I looked like a model and that the dress looked so gorgeous and expensive (but I had gotten it on sale off the floor for an insanely low price) and made for me! They also do cleaning and preservation so I can’t wait to have my dress as a keepsake for life!
Cathy was an absolute dream to work with. She expertly navigated the opinions of my friends and family all while listening to what I wanted and what was important to me with my we...
dding dress. Ultimately, I ended up choosing the very first dress Cathy had me try on, and it was perfect! I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at Bridal Chateau!
Molly was the best consultant ever!! This place has amazing hospitality and everyone was very sweet. Thank you guys, especially Molly for helping me find my dream dress. <3

out. Cathy was THE BEST. She made me feel comfortable and important, listened to me and best of all - found me my dream dress!! The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. Definitely recommend to all the Buffalo brides out there looking for their perfect say yes moment!

ed up being my wedding dress! They have a beautiful selection, and there wasn’t a dress I tried on that I didn’t like. I did not expect to find my dress on my first appointment, but Cathy made my experience so special and fun. Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

xation! Our consultant was Cathy and she is THE BEST there could ever be. I told her exactly what I wanted in my dream dress and she picked it for me on the first try. She knows her information in and out and made me feel like a princess! She took care of us as if I was the first bride to ever walk through that shop and that really stood out to me! The shop itself is beautiful and the prices are great! I will forever be recommending this shop to anyone I know getting married so they can all have the same wonderful experience I had!

onest, diligent, and patient. She definitely made my experience of trying on wedding gowns so enjoyable, relaxing and memorable. She was so quick on her feet to help me provide great experience, always smiling, and generous! All the staff there were so kind, gentle and sweet.
If you are looking for a wedding dress, please do not miss this place!! If I could give more stars, I definitely would.
They are seriously the best. Bridal Chateau has a great selection of dresses and the sweetest staff members to help you. I love my wedding dress from Bridal Chateau!

ltant, Molly, alone was worth it. The VIB package included the use of a giant personal room to show off the gowns and a sizeable changing room (perfect for the pandemic where my entourage could sit comfortably), champagne, a couple of charcuterie boards, and an extended appointment time.
Molly was an incredible consultant! Being a plus sized bride I was worried about finding a dress that would look good on me. Molly was able to identify exactly what I was leaning more towards and we were able to naturally get it down to my top two dresses! I appreciate that there was never a rush to purchase the dress the day of. That being said I am so excited that I found my dress!!! I can’t wait to wear it at my November 2021 wedding. I will definitely recommend Bridal Chateau to any friends of mine that get engaged in the future!
If I could give more stars I would!!!!!! I decided to do their VIB room for my appointment so I could have my closest family members with me (5 in total which can be a lot of opini...
ons to manage). Molly and Francine served us champagne to start which was so thoughtful. Molly was AMAZING. I was incredibly nervous to try on dresses for the first time and she really made me feel comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She listened to my likes and dislikes and picked out some really great options for me. When it came time to make a decision she kept me grounded and in the moment thinking about exactly what I wanted on my wedding day. My family also coudln't say enough nice things and how much fun they had! I would recommend everyone to shop here!

s search, and both times Molly was my consultant. She is such a gem - patient, a great listener, and helped me find my dream dress. Even after my dress was in, the salon was incredibly helpful in suggesting the best way to sew the bustle and how to adjust my workouts to ensure I didn't need any alterations in my dress. They have a great selection, but are also small enough to provide an intimate experience with your friends and family while finding your dress!

The shop also had a wide selection of dresses and sizes. I didn't get frustrated at all over the fittings and felt quite beautiful, having samples that actually fit!
They helped me find the perfect dress for me and were very accommodating of my schedule for fittings and alterations!

r the boutique it was amazing mirrors in the fitting room so you can see if "you" like the dress before you show it off. They had a great seating for family and they covered every detail down to reception lighting so you could truly see every every detail im the dress before you make the big decision. I will be back as soon as i makr my choice this is a wonderfil palor!
Utilized for bridesmaid dresses + alterations for 2 of the bridesmaids
Pros: very friendly staff in person and usually on the phone, good amount of bridesmaid dresses to select for...
m in all different price ranges, lots of colors to select from. Nice boutique experience. Good flexibility in allowing others to pick up for out of towners and quick alteration times even during busy season. Reasonable prices for my girls including on any alterations.
Cons: Every single dress was extremely huge on the girls (not even close to their true size) making every single one of them require heavy alterations, the 2 girls who got alterations there which are indeed reasonably priced and quick were overall good quality except they definitely forgot to make the straps shorter for the one girl (who lives in Maryland and ended up having to have them re-sewn by my mother-in-law because she couldn't travel multiple times). We would have had much worse issues if they were small on anyone though, I will admit. I had one bad experience over the phone with a woman who didn't seem to understand that I had additional questions and there was other follow up expected and tried to rush me off the phone - not realizing I was an out of town bride and so certain things needed to be discussed by telephone. She also freaked me out telling me all orders had to be in that day when she initially called me (almost angry at me, which is certainly uncalled for) and I told her how I discussed with the woman I worked with IN PERSON that payments and ordering was not due for another 2 weeks. She had to then check with management if this was okay, which it was but warned me that they'd come in later (they actually came in earlier so idk why she was so rude). That being said, I had an absolutely wonderful experience with everyone else and all other times I communicated with people. They were nice enough to send me some swatches in the mail as well as I decided between a few favorites for the girls' dresses.
I had an amazing experience at Bridal Chateau. From the initial appointment to try on dresses to my final fitting, everything went perfect. I liked how they let you browse the gown...
s because I didn't know what specific style of dress I wanted. I also liked how I never felt rushed there and all the staff was extremely nice. The seamstress who worked on my dress couldn't have been nicer. The dress was a bit tight on my first fitting and she reassured me that sue work led make it fit perfectly for my wedding day. I highly recommend Bridal Chateau!
My dress was "the dress" that is for sure. Maggie Sottero is a beautiful designer and the dress was everything I could ever hope for and more.
The service was okay. No major...
complaints but I didn't like that they push you to pay for your dress before you can see it or try it on. Alterations were excellent, but a little pricey.
The women were so helpful and patient. They were wonderful to work with. Alterations were perfect! I couldn't have been happier!
Do not go here. I had a horrible experience. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to let other brides know that they are not a good place. Yes, they have some designers and a...
re the only one in the area that have maggie sottero in buffalo, but I would travel to rochester instead. They are super pushy, fake and even though they stated I would have 1 1/2 hours for my appointment, 45 mins in they told me they had to hurry up. I had only tried on two dresses. Then I felt they kept trying to talk me into dresses that didn't look good on me. I was also told that I better hurry up and order even though my wedding was 10 months away. I felt rushed and put a down payment on a dress I don't really want. I ask if I could use the down payment on a veil or something, and they refused. I wish I would have read more reviews about this place before I went here. I found a lot of negative reviews on yelp and google. Do your self a favor and stay away.

I purchased my wedding dress at bridal chateau. The service was great, they make you feel special every time you come in. The only negative thing is the quality of the garment bag ...
(dress cover) that they give you when you take the dress home. I was expecting a high quality cover, however what i got was what looked like a pink garbage bag with really thin plastic. My dress was great and they had a lot of styles and designers to choose from. I like that they color coordinated the ribbons for when it came time to bustle the dress. Good experience!
Initial impression.. Wow. Once I bought the dress and had my fittings.. Not so wow. Word of advice.. Get the dress here if you want, but skip the alterations.

Bridal Chateau was absolutely fantastic! The best customer service if have ever experienced! When I arrived for my first appointment they quickly took me in and gave me a cute gift...
, a small box with a pair of pearl earrings. They had me select 6 dresses I was interested in and had me try them on. The dress I really wanted, we waited until the end to try it on. Absolutely amazing! And the best part was it was the price was cheaper than what I had set my budget to be. I also bought my veil from them and because I bought the dress there on that day, I got a discount for the veil. I've discovered they love giving discounts (when appropriate). The prices for alterations was super reasonable. And they gave me the skirt for under the dress at a discount as well. They were very flexible with my schedule since I was coming from out of state. Amazing! Simply amazing!
