Bridal Connection at Stone Oak

I so greatly enjoyed my visit to Bridal Connection to get my wedding dress! I truly wasn't sure if I would be able to find a plus-size dress in my budget. My associate, whose name I believe is Holly, gave realistic expectations for the price, and ended up finding me an absolutely stunning dress under $600. I was so close to just ordering a dress online due to frustration at not being able to find a dress that felt right, so finding a dress that was so beautiful and felt like me was an amazing experience. Holly was also an INCREDIBLE associate and was so warm, really listened to my thoughts on each dress, and just knocked it out of the park with the dresses she brought out for me. All of the associates were very nice and helpful. Lastly, Bridal Connection was so accommodating in shipping the dress to me given that I'm an out-of-state bride. The process was very simple and streamlined, and I received my dress in careful packaging around a week later. ABSOLUTELY recommend visiting Bridal Connection!

Zoe and the rest of the ladies have been great with customer service and detail. My dress came in earlier than expected which worked better for me due to timing.

I flew in for Randy Fenoli’s trunk show today and Angelita was amazing. I had no idea what silhouette would flatter my frame. We tried dresses to narrow down what looked best and then I found 2 Randy dresses within an hour! Angelita thank you for making my dream of wearing a Randy Fenoli dress come true!

HANDS DOWN the best place to shop! This was my second trip of the day. I was able to make an appointment the day of and come in right after my first appointment. Let’s just say I should have come here first! Heidi was the most helpful and patient person I could ask for. She took her time helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! I came in initially not knowing what I wanted, tried on a few dresses and thought I had found the one. We left and went to grab lunch ( so I could think about the dress) and came back about 1.5 hours later. They were busy at the time but they accommodated me and Heidi once again helped me!! I completely changed the “look” I was going for and she helped me find dresses once again and narrow it down to my dream dress! So so thankful for Heidi and everyone else at the boutique as they were all super helpful!

I should have STARTED here! Angelita was a gem and helped me decide on the dress I ended up saying YES to (not an easy task)! Couldn't be happier with the process and I feel so lucky they had the designer dress I wanted and in my size. They even carried a VERY close second place dress, which made it very hard to decide on! Angelita made me feel so beautiful and super comfortable. Coming from someone who gets anxiety from the word "bridal", the Bridal Connection at Stone Oak was a super quick and painless experience for me. I'm not sure how to begin how phenomenal everyone was to me and family and friends. I appreciate the patience that they had. Kaja and Alissa were super sweet and patient. These ladies are so genuine and show so much adoration to their customers. I didn't feel pressured and didn't feel any stress whatsoever. It's such an emotional roller coaster but it was handled so well and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Even though my first visit was not successful, they were okay for me to come back a second time. Angelita took care of me the second time and even showed me a dress I never knew I'd fall for. Angelita made it so easy and I am so happy that my family (cousins and friends recommended this place) showed me this salon. I'm so happy I found a dress and it was just amazing that I found my dream dress. Experience was wonderful and I felt so happy. I recommend this to any bride to look here. I went to Bridal Connection during a Randy Fenoli trunk show and got to meet the man himself! It was such a surreal experience and everyone was so nice and accommodating. My dress was of course a Randy Fenoli, his Drew dress was perfect for me! I got my "Say Yes to the Dress" moment and would never trade that for the world! Even after the trunk show the girls at the store were amazing to work with! Any time I have a friend getting married I make sure they make an appointment over there!

I recommend every bride go to Bridal Connection for their dream dress! Everyone was SO incredible and helpful. My stylist knew exactly the vision from my description (even though I wasn't super helpful with the terminology when I came in) and brought out multiple amazing options. They had a great selection of gowns in my size range, which I had been nervous about prior. The whole experience was laid-back, and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I found a dress way better than I even imagined!

The store has sooo many beautiful options, and actually had dresses in my size (every other salon had sample sizes that were much too large, and had to be clamped so much, it was hard to envision what the dress should look like). They help you find THE dress, even if it’s not what you think you wanted at first! I found my dream dress here and all my bridesmaids got dresses here as well! Bridal connection was the second dress fitting appointment that I had. From the moment I walked in, my experience was completely different from the one before. Zoe was absolutely phenomenal! She selected the perfect style of dresses that fit my preference. She was so kind and patient and truly helped my dress shopping experience exceed my expectations. She picked out so many beautiful dresses that it was truly difficult to decide. She finally brought out an absolutely STUNNING dress that left me speechless. She truly saved the best for last!! I highly recommend Bridal Connection if you are looking for a positive overall experience, as well as a choice of beautiful dresses.

This was an experience like no other. Bridal Connection jumped through hoops to get me my one of a kind Randy Fenoli gown and matching veil. It was a size 2 and I'm a 10 since it was the only one ever made. Their amazing seamstress Nazzy came into a corset and an off the shoulder. It looked perfect and you would never know it was changed. I love it so much, thank you.

Didn't plan on finding the one today. But omg I fell in love their customer service is above and beyond. They listened to everything I asked for and had it ready for me when I got there. ❤️ so happy I found a dress here and am getting it in ivory

So to start this off I didn't go here with the intention of finding my dress but I did! It was an all around great experience from beginning to the very end. I originally booked the appointment for during the shop hours but then heard about their private appointments before or after hours. I really loved the idea of having the shop to myself and those I invited to enjoy the experience with me. With this in mind I changed my appointment to the private booking which the lovely ladies here were so nice about me changing the appointment last minute. Getting there they showed us the room we would have and told us we could set up our food and drinks. Following that they pulled me aside and asked me what exactly I was looking for in a dress. When I explained my vision and the wedding theme they completely understood the assignment. They brought out all the dresses that were tailored to my body type while still keeping my theme in mind. When we put on my dress that I went with not only did my family and friends get emotional but Angelita and Valerie did too. Everyone just knew. It was such a beautiful moment and I'm glad I got to share it with not only my family and friends but Angelita and Valerie as well. I want to thank the lovely ladies at this shop for making my dream dress a reality.

This was the third and final bridal shop I went to. We had an appointment earlier that morning but I didn’t find ‘the’ dress so we called around to see where I could go later that same day. Angelita was able to help us out. I showed her some pictures of what I tried on and what I like about them. She was able to find what I was looking for instantly. I found THE dress of my dreams and knew as soon as I put it on. But Angelita suggested I see it in the natural light since my ceremony will be outdoors. It was even more beautiful! Thank you so much Angelita!!

Ms. Angelita was amazing! I’ll be honest to say that when I walked in; I did not have a specific dress in mind because I was more concerned and stress with the details of the venue and chapel. Angela measure me and asked if I had a specific dress in mind or my estimate. I gave her some very vague details but it was as if she knew exactly what I had envisioned. She knew immediately that I found my dress! She helped me every step of the way. I love her personality and charisma and let’s not forget her energy! I most definitely felt like family!! Thank you Zoe, Ralf and Angelita for helping me with it all. I must say that they definitely made choosing the dress so very simple and stress free!

Best experience! I had a vision of what I wanted and looked online see what stores might have what I wanted but I found nothing. This was the only store that I found that had what I wanted. I have never tried on a wedding dress till I went here and found my dream dress after trying on just 3 dresses! They really listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. I honestly recommend this place they really care for the bride and the energy is what you need when finding your dream dress

Bridal Connection was the most wonderful shopping experience! I was fortunate enough to find the perfect dress here, but even if I hadn't, it would have definitely been worth the experience. The ladies were so kind and really listened to what I had to say. They looked at photos I brought and listened to my family. By listening and communicating, the consultant pulled the perfect dress- one I would probably never have thought to pull. Definitely one of my favorite bridal shopping experiences.

My dress was so beautiful and lasted halfway through the night until all of my buttons in the back completely fell off as if they were all sewn on with 1 single thread. with this happening, I could no longer hook my train to any buttons, leaving it dragging all night. I am very disappointed with the stitch work done allowing this to happen

Bridal Connection was my second store to visit when I was shopping for my wedding dress. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted: a blush pink dress, full and flowy skirt, some form of sleeves, lace, and showed them all my pinterest saves lol! After about 3-4 dresses that I just didn't like one thing or another, the consultant asked if she could pull something that came to mind and that was it! I absolutely fell in love with the dress and ordered it that day! It came in the time frame they told me it would, and I had several alterations appts with one of the seamstresses there. Each time I went to the store the staff was so welcoming and pleasant to work with. Two weeks before my wedding I went into the shop on a whim for a veil. The consultant that day wasted no time helping me find one and offered suggestions, I left the boutique that day with a veil and it was absolutely perfect! I can't say enough great things about the staff at Bridal Connection. I feel like they truly listened to what I was looking for, have a wonderful collection/assortment, are friendly and attentive, they know bridal wardrobe!! I absolutely love them!! 10/10 recommend!

The ladies at Bridal Connection are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with. After having such a horrible experience at a different bridal store, these ladies were able to completely turn the situation around and save my dress and my sanity before my wedding day. Here is my story: I had previously purchased a dress from another bridal store and had some alterations done at that same bridal store. The alterations were more than just subpar. My dress was completely botched. The alterations ladies there downplayed their horrible mistakes and made it seem like nothing wrong was done. I left the store in tears because of how awful it looked. I even told them I would have to find another dress. I only had a month before my wedding and I never even received a call from the manager to apologize and try to remedy the situation. I was so upset I even showed my fiancé the dress and ruined the surprise just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. He agreed that the dress was unacceptable and wanted a complete refund. I paid $2,000 in alterations and spent around $8,000 for the dress and veil. I felt completely taken advantage of but I didn’t want to take any legal action and cause even more stress before our wedding. I didn’t think anyone could fix my disaster of a dress so I started looking around for another one. Bridal Connection was my last stop after visiting five other bridal shops. The ladies there were so nice and welcoming. I tried on a few of their beautiful dresses but nothing was quite like the original dress I picked. I showed Angelita, the store manager, my dress and she understood my frustration and sympathized with me. After I explained my horrible experience, she kindly and generously offered to have Nazzy, her alterations specialist, take a look at my dress and see what could be done. The next day I came in and Nazzy was able to asses the damage and come up with a solution. She told me “your dress doesn’t need alterations, it needs plastic surgery!” She also gave me some wise advice that made me feel more at ease. She said to not worry about what had already been done because she didn’t want me to bring that negativity into my marriage. She was going to make it right no matter how much work it was going to take. Nazzy and Angelita gave me so much hope and relief by assuring me that my dress would be fixed. A few alterations appointments later and my dress was not only fixed but a work of art! I felt so beautiful and confident! My situation was truly a blessing in disguise because if it weren’t for my horrible experience I would never have had the pleasure of meeting and working with these wonderful ladies. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.

I had seen this bridal shop on my IG feed one time, so when I got engaged, I knew I wanted to make this shop my first stop. I booked my appointment, when I went in, I had a lovely girl by the name of Sofia be my consultant. I feel in love with the 1st gown she picked for me( I tried on about 5 that day)! I decided to go to other bridal shops, but I couldn't get the dress Sofia had picked for me out of my head, I knew I had to go back and get it! Two weeks later, I went back and purchased my dress! Everyone at the shop were completely welcoming and very knowledgeable! I completely 100% recommend you shop with Bridal Connection at Stone Oak!!

Shelby was the best bridal consultant. I showed her some photos of my vision as well as my top contending dresses from other salons. She had the perfect dress, but it was backless- something I didn’t want. Shelby knew that they would be able to order extra lace and build a back for me when I came in for alterations. Nazzy did the alterations on my dress and it was absolutely the most stunning dress. Go see the ladies at Bridal Connection! Also, we are a same sex couple and our experience was that Bridal Connection is very affirming.

First off, the experience was absolutely amazing! They make you feel very welcome and put your best interest first. Angelita Sorensen help me out the entire process of finding the perfect dress, she knew how to help me with making a decision on whether I loved a dress or wasn’t really into one. Me and my bridal party had the best experience here! They were super attentive and picked up on what we were looking for in a brides gown. I found a perfect Cinderella gown that I always envisioned myself in!

I waited to go wedding dress shopping and didn't think that would be a problem. But Angelita let me know some dresses take 6-7 months to order. I came in with some numbers of dresses I liked and let her know I really wanted sleeves and more of a gown not mermaid style. She let me try on some of the dresses I picked out but she picked one that was sleeveless but could add sleeves and it was just gorgeous. This was my 3rd dress I tried on and WOW done! That is my dress. She is a miracle for helping me know what I would like and making it such a smooth process. She is getting the dressed ordered will be here in a week and we will have time for alterations. I highly recommend Bridal Connection!!! My wedding is March 12th. The date below is broke.

It’s amazing how time just flies by, I feel like I was just there a couple months ago trying on dresses. I found this place from a friend recommendation and had an appointment back in February. This was my first ever experience at a bridal boutique and it did not disappoint. The staff was so amazing! And I felt they truly cared about what I wanted and was looking for. Always stuck within my budget and never felt pressured. I was mostly impressed with how spot on she was on my style when I described what I did and did not like. She knows her dresses and you can feel she wants nothing more than to find your perfect dress. I loved the experience here and can’t wait to put on my dress again!

I found this shop on Facebook and had an appoint in April. Going in I really didn't have any idea on a style I was looking for. The consultant Brenna was very helpful and found me my top choice! This was my first time looking so I didn't want to commit. I Just had my 2nd appointment to be sure that was still MY DRESS. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and I highly recommend it.

I met a rep of bridal connection back in January at my venues open house and I just knew after speaking to them I was going to find my dress here. So I waited until my sister came to town and booked a appt. I had such a great experience. My appt was at 1pm. Got there ten minutes early and my appt began right away. There was another bride and a guest there but they were on the opposite side of the boutique. Showed Angelita what I was interested in and she started pulling similar dresses in my size. After trying on two in that style, I think I became open to various options. She pulled three more in a different style and completely nailed it with the way it curved my body and made me feel. So excited for my future husband to see it! Thank you bridal connection💕
