feeling quite yet. When I arrived, I was able to show Angelita the inspiration board I had made, and I was asked if there was a dress to beat. I really liked one from a previous store, so I showed her that one, and she enthusiastically said "I can beat that!" - I was interested to see if she could do it. She pulled quite a few dresses that were along the lines of my vision. When I walked out of the first dress, I was floored. It aligned so much better with what I wanted than what I was being given at the other stores. I was impressed and feeling good! My second dress was equally stunning, and I knew one of these two would be it. I tried on 3 more gorgeous dresses, all aligned with my inspiration board, and then circled back to the first two to make my choice. Both gave me butterflies and made me feel amazing - it felt great to have two different options that I was in love with!! Angelita was fun and you can tell - very proud and invested in what she does! She didn't rush me AT ALL. She kindly let me try on the dresses for a second time, we walked out to the lobby to see them in natural light, and she stood back, smiled, and let me take all the time I wanted to turn and pivot and pose and stare at myself to make sure I got the right one. I do wish the facilities were larger/updated. The dressing room was a bit on the smaller side, and I feel like a lot of the interior could use a facelift to keep up with the "instagramable" industry, but in the grand scheme of things, that really didn't have any bearing on my experience - I was treated kindly, encouraged, made to feel beautiful, and I found THE ONE! Angelita listened and observed my preferences and made adjustments and suggestions as needed. I hope the rest of my experience goes as smoothly as finding my dress was!

I believe is Holly, gave realistic expectations for the price, and ended up finding me an absolutely stunning dress under $600. I was so close to just ordering a dress online due to frustration at not being able to find a dress that felt right, so finding a dress that was so beautiful and felt like me was an amazing experience. Holly was also an INCREDIBLE associate and was so warm, really listened to my thoughts on each dress, and just knocked it out of the park with the dresses she brought out for me. All of the associates were very nice and helpful. Lastly, Bridal Connection was so accommodating in shipping the dress to me given that I'm an out-of-state bride. The process was very simple and streamlined, and I received my dress in careful packaging around a week later. ABSOLUTELY recommend visiting Bridal Connection!

hould have come here first! Heidi was the most helpful and patient person I could ask for. She took her time helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! I came in initially not knowing what I wanted, tried on a few dresses and thought I had found the one. We left and went to grab lunch ( so I could think about the dress) and came back about 1.5 hours later. They were busy at the time but they accommodated me and Heidi once again helped me!! I completely changed the “look” I was going for and she helped me find dresses once again and narrow it down to my dream dress! So so thankful for Heidi and everyone else at the boutique as they were all super helpful!

It's such an emotional roller coaster but it was handled so well and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. Even though my first visit was not successful, they were okay for me to come back a second time. Angelita took care of me the second time and even showed me a dress I never knew I'd fall for. Angelita made it so easy and I am so happy that my family (cousins and friends recommended this place) showed me this salon. e appointment for during the shop hours but then heard about their private appointments before or after hours. I really loved the idea of having the shop to myself and those I invited to enjoy the experience with me. With this in mind I changed my appointment to the private booking which the lovely ladies here were so nice about me changing the appointment last minute. Getting there they showed us the room we would have and told us we could set up our food and drinks. Following that they pulled me aside and asked me what exactly I was looking for in a dress. When I explained my vision and the wedding theme they completely understood the assignment. They brought out all the dresses that were tailored to my body type while still keeping my theme in mind. When we put on my dress that I went with not only did my family and friends get emotional but Angelita and Valerie did too. Everyone just knew. It was such a beautiful moment and I'm glad I got to share it with not only my family and friends but Angelita and Valerie as well. I want to thank the lovely ladies at this shop for making my dream dress a reality.

I found THE dress of my dreams and knew as soon as I put it on. But Angelita suggested I see it in the natural light since my ceremony will be outdoors. It was even more beautiful! After about 3-4 dresses that I just didn't like one thing or another, the consultant asked if she could pull something that came to mind and that was it! I absolutely fell in love with the dress and ordered it that day! It came in the time frame they told me it would, and I had several alterations appts with one of the seamstresses there. Each time I went to the store the staff was so welcoming and pleasant to work with. Two weeks before my wedding I went into the shop on a whim for a veil. The consultant that day wasted no time helping me find one and offered suggestions, I left the boutique that day with a veil and it was absolutely perfect! I can't say enough great things about the staff at Bridal Connection. I feel like they truly listened to what I was looking for, have a wonderful collection/assortment, are friendly and attentive, they know bridal wardrobe!! I absolutely love them!! 10/10 recommend!

these ladies were able to completely turn the situation around and save my dress and my sanity before my wedding day. Here is my story: I had previously purchased a dress from another bridal store and had some alterations done at that same bridal store. The alterations were more than just subpar. My dress was completely botched. The alterations ladies there downplayed their horrible mistakes and made it seem like nothing wrong was done. I left the store in tears because of how awful it looked. I even told them I would have to find another dress. I only had a month before my wedding and I never even received a call from the manager to apologize and try to remedy the situation. I was so upset I even showed my fiancé the dress and ruined the surprise just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. He agreed that the dress was unacceptable and wanted a complete refund. I paid $2,000 in alterations and spent around $8,000 for the dress and veil. I felt completely taken advantage of but I didn’t want to take any legal action and cause even more stress before our wedding. I didn’t think anyone could fix my disaster of a dress so I started looking around for another one. Bridal Connection was my last stop after visiting five other bridal shops. The ladies there were so nice and welcoming. I tried on a few of their beautiful dresses but nothing was quite like the original dress I picked. I showed Angelita, the store manager, my dress and she understood my frustration and sympathized with me. After I explained my horrible experience, she kindly and generously offered to have Nazzy, her alterations specialist, take a look at my dress and see what could be done. The next day I came in and Nazzy was able to asses the damage and come up with a solution. She told me “your dress doesn’t need alterations, it needs plastic surgery!” She also gave me some wise advice that made me feel more at ease. She said to not worry about what had already been done because she didn’t want me to bring that negativity into my marriage. She was going to make it right no matter how much work it was going to take. Nazzy and Angelita gave me so much hope and relief by assuring me that my dress would be fixed. A few alterations appointments later and my dress was not only fixed but a work of art! I felt so beautiful and confident! My situation was truly a blessing in disguise because if it weren’t for my horrible experience I would never have had the pleasure of meeting and working with these wonderful ladies. I will forever be grateful for their kindness and exceptional service.

girl by the name of Sofia be my consultant. I feel in love with the 1st gown she picked for me( I tried on about 5 that day)! I decided to go to other bridal shops, but I couldn't get the dress Sofia had picked for me out of my head, I knew I had to go back and get it! Two weeks later, I went back and purchased my dress! Everyone at the shop were completely welcoming and very knowledgeable! I completely 100% recommend you shop with Bridal Connection at Stone Oak!!
