My experience at Bridal Couture of Plymouth was beyond amazing! The team made me feel extremely comfortable and at home. I loved the fact that I was able to "shop the store" and pick out any of the dresses that caught my eye as well as my mom, godmother, and one of my bridesmaids. Jacqueline also picked out some styles she felt would look nice, but overall I had the freedom. I was not pressured into buying anything and felt that the team really made an effort to keep the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant. Not to mention they were so complementary and provided me with positive feedback which made me feel like a beautiful bride. I would highly recommend this dress shop being that I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!

Jacqueline was so helpful and kind! With COVID restrictions, we had the entire shop to ourselves and Jacqueline did a great job of being attentive to our needs and quickly working through the process of trying on multiple dresses, yet never making me feel rushed or overburdened. The shop is comfortable, has a great space for guests to sit, and has a variety of dresses to try on. I found my dress here! And it was 60% off with an ongoing trunk sale. I would be happy to recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I highly recommend Bridal Couture of Plymouth. I went for my first time just to look at dresses since I had no idea what I wanted, and ended up finding the perfect gown! The shop has a large range of styles from several designers, so you are able to find just about anything. Jacqueline was so lovely. She was very patient with me and beyond helpful with navigating through all the dresses. Prices are clearly marked and it was easy to find something within budget. I can’t speak highly enough of the store and Jacqueline!

My cousin recommended I check out Bridal Couture of Plymouth after she raved about her wonderful experience. I went to three other boutiques prior to my first visit, and I came in feeling a little discouraged and pessimistic about my wedding dress luck. My luck was instantly transformed and I found about 7 dresses I just loved! Jacqueline helped me and added so much wisdom, humor, kindness, and honesty to my time there. I can't recommend Bridal Couture of Plymouth enough! Jacqueline was able to manage the many personalities my mom and sisters brought, while still making sure to keep my experience beautiful and fun. Reviews online can be tricky to see the true experience-- the truth behind 1 star and 5 stars isn't always shown, but of the 4 boutiques I visited, I had the best service and selection here. Bridal Couture was my second and final stop in my quest for the perfect wedding dress. I didn't have time to order a dress so I know my options were limited to sample dresses in stock. Jacqueline was AMAZING...so took the time to help me try on many dresses and made us laugh and thoroughly enjoy the experience. When it came down to the final 2 dresses...she provided thoughtful suggestions but never pushy ...just sweet, kind and wonderful. And don't let me forget to tell you about my alteration experience. Debbie was INCREDIBLE. Everything was done to perfection. I just LOVED my dress and the experieince with Bridal Couture in Plymouth was the best!

This was an amazing experience! From day one the staff were very welcoming and got to know me on a personal level. They made every time I was in the shop a fun experience. We laughed, we cried and I loved every part of it. I found an amazing dress and they did a great job getting it ready for my special day!

I had the best experience at Bridal Couture of Plymouth! I have been to soooo many different bridal shops and was not finding “my” dress. I called one day after an appointment I had in Plymouth and Jacqueline was so kind and let me come in spontaneously by myself. I tried on MY dress that evening and Jacqueline was so kind, funny & helpful with the entire experience. I brought my mom and friend back two days later and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and moments that I shared with them. She made it so fun for all three of us! I highly recommend!

Bridal Couture made all my wedding dress dreams come true! The staff was so friendly and personable-- from the sells associate, to the manager, to the seamstress, everyone treated me like I was their #1 priority . They have a lot of dresses to choose from, whether you are going for classic, modern, or trendy. I would 1000% recommend this shop to any bride!

Bridal Couture was an amazing bridal shop. I live in Florida and planning a wedding across the country is difficult but all the staff at Bridal Couture made it so easy and simple. They were able to make appointments when I was in town randomly throughout the year and were even able to help me when I didn't have appointments! They even went out of their way to get a dress from their sister store that I wanted to see back to back to another dress (an yes I said yes to that dress)! I will miss seeing these ladies but maybe they are able to repair my dress because I may have had a little to much fun in it! Thank you Bridal Couture!

I could not have been more pleased with the service and the selection at Bridal Couture. From the moment I stepped into the store, the staff was overwhelming kind, insightful and helpful. Not only were they friendly and fun to work with, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that I had an amazing experience and found my dream dress. The ladies at Bridal Couture even accommodated me by letting me stop by minutes before they closed to borrow a veil when I forgot mine for my hair trial (procrastination at it's finest). I visited 3 wedding dress stores before finding Bridal Couture. I wish I had found them first! The second I walked in I was greeted by friendly and helpful bridal stylists. All of the dresses were beautiful and every dress I tried on looked great. It was actually hard to narrow down! The price range was very reasonable and the seamstress works in house so dress fittings were easy!

Absolutely amazing bridal salon. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I was so comfortable with all the women every time I went in for a fitting. The seamstress is amazing also! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and I am so happy I said yes to the dress here!

When it came to planning my wedding, finding my dress was the hardest part. After going to 15+ bridal salons and finding the same dress over and over I finally stumbled upon Bridal Couture of Plymouth. They had designers that the other salons didn't. When I walked in i found my dressing hanging in the front and I knew it was the one! When I tried it on it was perfectly made for me (I swear). I had SO many compliments on my wedding day that my dress was so perfect and so unique and unlike a lot of wedding dresses which was exactly what i was looking for. Something different, modern and classy. The ladies at Bridal Couture of Plymouth were SO amazing and helpful. The seamstress there is also amazingly talented. I would recommend this bridal salon 100%. Check it out you will not be disappointed.

Carol, Jacqueline & Debbie are simply amazing women. They made me feel like family ever time I stepped foot into the salon. I was always addressed by name even as I walked into the door before I checked in. They made me feel as if I was the most beautiful bride they had ever seen every time I put my dress on. Although the dress selection is small, I think anyone could find their dream dress with these ladies.

From the first time I tried on dresses to the day I walked out with my perfectly altered dress I couldn't have been more thrilled that I found this salon. Everyone there was so kind, patient, fun, and helpful at every appointment. My wedding dress turned out more amazing than I had ever imagined and it's all thanks to the wonderful ladies at Bridal Couture. I can't thank them enough!

Bridal Couture of Plymouth is absolutely AMAZING!!! Of all of the Wedding Dress shops I visited (which was about 5), Bridal Couture of Plymouth was the most helpful, relaxed, and impressive. From the moment I walked in to Bridal Couture for the first time, I felt unbelievably welcomed! They let me try on and take pictures of whatever gown I wanted! All of the ladies that work here are outstanding, helpful, and FUN! Not only did I find my perfect dress, but Debbie did an amazing job altering my gown to be exactly how I wanted it. Jacqueline also gave me a mini bottle of pink champagne to celebrate when I purchased my dress! I recommend Bridal Couture of Plymouth to every "bride" out there! :)

I found the dress of my dreams at this bridal salon! After a number of fitting appointments, I got to know the staff very well. They were polite and sincerely cared about how I felt in my dress. They wanted everything to be perfect and it showed in their work. I am the first of my friends to get married and I will suggest this salon to all of the future brides in my life.

I started my dress shopping 5 months out from our wedding date :/ Which after visiting the first couple Bridal stores I found out to be a BIG NO NO and was told I wasn't going to be able to find the dress I want, and that I am just going to have to settle for something off the sample racks. Bridal Couture was the only store that made me feel like it wasnt too late and that I was still going to find the Wedding Dress of my Dreams. I visited the Birmingham and Plymouth stores in MI and both were by far the nicest and cleanest stores I had been to. Because of the staff at the Plymouth store I found the perfect dress and veil for my big day! I was still able to order them and get all my alterations done it time for my big day! I can not say enough good things about this store and would/will recommend it to everyone! <3

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding gown from Bridal Couture. I had made appointments at a few different stores, and Bridal Couture was by far the most enjoyable experience I had trying on gowns. Once I said "yes to the dress," I especially appreciated how easy it was to schedule fittings as an out of town bride.

Bridal Couture of Plymouth was not at the top of my list for wedding dress shops, but I sure am glad I stepped in and gave it a chance!! Ended up finding my DREAM gown and had a wonderful experience doing so! Jacqueline was wonderful, so personable and very educated on bridal gowns. The best bridal salon! I went to this salon first, and after my next 2 appointments at other stores... all I wanted to do was come back. The staff here was so friendly- I felt so welcomed. At other stores, I felt like just another girl trying on a dress. I really got the personal and caring experience from Bridal Couture. Deb did a wonderful job listening to my style and I found the PERFECT DRESS. I would recommend this store to any bride!

I never felt rushed, they let me try on as many dresses and styles as I wanted, were reasonable with alterations, and helpful with pointers with the dress. Jacqueline is just a doll! Never felt pressured, always felt beautiful and it was simply a wonderful experience. They kept me updated with phone calls any time something came in (dress, veil, belt) and worked around my schedule so easily which was wonderful since I live in Chicago. Tailoring was perfect, fittings were comfortable and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Bridal Couture of Plymouth. My dress was my dream dress - Enzoani - Jodi - and I looked at probably 8-10 other places before finding Bridal Couture. So lucky to have stumbled upon this gem in Plymouth!

Bridal Couture was the absolute best Bridal shop I have ever been too!! Carol, Jacqueline, and Debbie really cater to the Bride's needs. They really want each and every Bride to be happy and to look beautiful. The customer service was superb. They made sure my dressed was packed up nicely because I had a destination wedding. They made sure my bridal party knew how to bustle my wedding dress. They truly made me feel special. Also, the store was never crowded so you can shop comfortably and enjoy your time. The staff at Bridal Couture was amazing! They made the whole experience from trying on wedding dresses, alterations, and final fitting fun and seamless. It was the first shop that I visited, so I had nothing to compare it to. But after going other places, I was much more impressed elsewhere. The layout of the shop is kind of awkward. The sales person I had was decently nice, but it was nothing compared to other experiences I have had.

Bridal Couture of Plymouth was by far one of the best bridal shops I went to! They had wonderful customer service - they spent so much personal time with me! I really felt special. I was not rushed to make a choice. Jacqueline was amazing to work with! She hits the nail on the head and knows just what to show you. It was so much fun working with her! She had my whole bridal party smiling and laughing. It was such a great time with so many great choices - I strongly recommend this shop!!

I wouldn't waste your time here unless you're a very small size and want a fit and flair or trumpet. There's not a huge variety, it's super small, and they aren't very friendly. I was told I should go to a different salon because they "have dresses for girls more my size".... I'm a size 16 and have lost 75 pounds to get this way, so that didn't feel awesome. Either way, there's a lot of better local salons.

Where do I begin???? Bridal couture was the last of my appointments scheduled for a weekend marathon of dress shopping and if only I had come here first!! Debbie was amazing to work with, she listened to me and immediately "got it" when I described my ideal dress for my wedding day. She made countless and invaluable suggestions on modifications to the dresses that could be made to achieve the look I was hoping for. My mother and best friend were with me and she made us all of us feel very welcome, which was not our experience with other boutiques. Debbie was so kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. In fact the entire staff was there to help including Jacqueline and Debbie the talented seamstress who is transforming the gown to be my own which requires significant changes that she is happy to make. I live out of state and the team is accommodating the alterations and subsequent fittings around my travel schedule which takes customer service to the next level. The boutique had a fantastic selection, is warm and inviting and should be the only place you go to find your perfect wedding dress. My mother adored the entire staff and the boutique that she refuses to go anywhere for her mother of the bride dress so much in that she purchased a gown from Debbie as well. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses.

LOVED my experience with Bridal Couture of Plymouth! All the ladies who work there are wonderful!! I felt zero pressure to buy a dress and I was able to try on plenty of dresses. All of my bridesmaids live across the country so I was alone when I picked my dress and for my fittings. All the ladies came and celebrated with me when I said Yes to the dress and sat around with me during my fittings!

I first met Jacqueline a year ago shopping for bridesmaid dresses and she was lovely! I loved her so much, I knew she would be the one who would help me find my dream dress. Jacqueline made the entire dress shopping experience an experience I will always cherish. She makes you feel like you are shopping with one of your girlfriends; she is not pushy and very attentive to details and your needs. I am an out of state bride and Jacqueline accommodated my schedule. I found out later that she came in on her day off to take care of me! I highly recommend Jacqueline and Bridal Couture, all of the staff is warm, friendly and professional.

I made an appointment for this store because they carry a particular designer I liked. When I arrived the women were really friendly and welcoming. My consultant, Jacqueline, talked to me about my wedding and the style of gown I was interested in. I showed her some pictures and she immediately brought me 3 or 4 dresses that were exactly what I described. She made trying things on fun - my whole group had a great time, especially my mom! I ended up falling in love with the very first dress I tried on but Jacquline encouraged me to try on some other styles just to be sure. She was very patient and answered all our questions. I can't wait for my dress to come in! We went back the next week to look at bridesmaid dresses and the service was just as good. Jacqueline worked with us again and made lots of helpful suggestions about fit and style. Of all the stores we visited we felt that the women here genuinely cared about my wedding and wanted to make sure I was happy. If you want to enjoy looking for your dress you should go to Bridal Couture of Plymouth.

I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Bridal Couture. Jacqueline was wonderful throughout the entire process. Everyone there was so patient and helpful! After ordering my dress, I decided I wanted to make quite a few changes to it (removing layers, adding full length lace sleeves, opening the back, to name a few :D). I thought they would hate me for it!! But the seamstress Debbie was amazing! She was so excited to work on all of the alterations I wanted. The dress was lovely in it's original form, but she really enhanced it and made it stunning! It really is a piece of art. I can't wait to share pictures with them when I get them! The amount of time and work that the ladies at Bridal Couture put in to my dress was above and beyond what I would have expected (and the prices were fantastic too!). Debbie spent so much time adding so many little details that I never would have thought of, and everything was amazing! I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me!

Bridal Couture was wonderful to work with! I was referred by a close friend and I could not have been happier with the service (and the dress!) from start to finish. I found a beautiful gown within my budget and Debbie was wonderful to work with for the alterations. In the end, the dress fit me like a glove and the bustle was gorgeous. Again I couldn't have been happier, and I highly recommend!

I was in town visiting family shortly after my engagement and had made an appointment at a couple bridal salons to try on dresses. We had made an appointment, but were a little early and Cindy graciously welcomed us. I found several different gowns and talked through with Cindy my likes and dislikes and also suggested that I was opening to trying whatever she thought would look best with my body type. After trying on several dresses, Cindy would provide information on the material type and how it might feel on after several hours along with how warm it might get. My wedding is in Texas, so that is a concern! One of my favorite dresses was one that Cindy selected for me and it fit beautifully. It remained as one of my front runners, but ultimately, I found another dress at their sister store, Bridal Couture of Birmingham. I appreciate Cindy's patience with me as I hadn't really decided what I wanted or what I was looking for and she just kept smiling and helping me in and out of the dresses we picked out! She was a star!!

This bridal store was amazing! They have such a great variety of dresses. The staff was professional and friendly. I had my dress altered there and it was perfect. I had such a good experience all around and would highly recommend this store!

This store was the friendliest out of all that I had visited. They made purchasing a dress easy, kept me informed about my bridesmaids and their dresses, and even found me a vendor for my flowers when I had mentioned that I was finding it frustrating to find one that was within my price range. Even when I changed my mind about having a veil, they were able to help me get the veil of my dreams (really!) on short notice. I enjoyed every bit of my time there, my mother and sisters really enjoyed their time, and the lighthearted and humorous commentary kept a possibly stressful period, fun! Thank you!

I went to about 7 different salons and was very impressed with my experience at Bridal Couture of Plymouth. When I first walked in I wasn't sure what to expect because the showroom wasn't as glamorous as I was expecting, but they have a beautiful selection of dresses (and different from other salons in the area) and I was treated far better here than I was at all the other bridal salons in the Ann Arbor/Detroit area. My sales consultant became a friend and was very helpful through the entire process. My dress arrived on time and they took care of all alterations as well. They handled my momzilla with a smile the entire alteration process too, and made sure the alterations were exactly what we both wanted. Ask for Jacqueline when you go there!

I was a returning customer. My close friend got married in 2013, and she got her dress and my bridesmaid dress from there for her wedding. I was so pleased with how the staff worked together that I couldn't wait to go there for my wedding dress. My first time looking for dresses, I purposely didn't go there because I wanted to see how other salons were. I did find a dress at a different place, but I wanted to make sure I went to Bridal Couture to see Jacqueline and the rest of the staff. I am so glad I did because I found the PERFECT gown for me! It was a little over my price point, but I didn't care. I knew it was the dress I was supposed to have. Once I found the dress, all the appointments with them were made in advanced at MY convince. Which was a huge plus. I also had my bridesmaids order dresses from them and Jacqueline and Claire were so easy to work with and made sure I knew what was going on and also my bridesmaids. When it was time for the fittings for my dress and my girls, Debbie was so pleasant to work with. All the BM dresses came in with a messed up hem, and Debbie didn't even blink an eye. She made appointments with all my girls so she could fix the hem and make sure the dresses were perfect for the day. I even had a BM that was pregnant and she was due two days before the wedding. Debbie was on "standby" to be able to make sure my BM's dress would fit her. All the women at Bridal Couture are angels and you will not be disappointed working with them!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Claire is friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and she helped me pick out a beautiful dress. Although the dress was a sample, and the wrong size, I was assured that Debbie, their seamstress would have no problem making it fit perfectly. I was a bit nervous at first, but Debbie did an incredible job. It was my dream dress, and I got so many complements on it at my wedding. My husband really liked it too!

My wedding budget was fairly low, so I was a little nervous about finding a dress, but from the moment I walked in the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and determined to find the perfect dress for my big day. The owner is the sweetest woman and each of the staff members treated me like I was the only bride in the world.
