As for the dresses, each and every one I tried on were in perfect condition, I could of walked out that day with one if I wanted to! All of the dresses I tried on were in my price range, yet looked like they were out of this world, especially with all the delicate designs and they were so unique!

In fact the entire staff was there to help including Jacqueline and Debbie the talented seamstress who is transforming the gown to be my own which requires significant changes that she is happy to make. I live out of state and the team is accommodating the alterations and subsequent fittings around my travel schedule which takes customer service to the next level. The boutique had a fantastic selection, is warm and inviting and should be the only place you go to find your perfect wedding dress. My mother adored the entire staff and the boutique that she refuses to go anywhere for her mother of the bride dress so much in that she purchased a gown from Debbie as well. They also have a great selection of bridesmaids dresses.

I am an out of state bride and Jacqueline accommodated my schedule. I found out later that she came in on her day off to take care of me! I ended up falling in love with the very first dress I tried on but Jacquline encouraged me to try on some other styles just to be sure. She was very patient and answered all our questions. I can't wait for my dress to come in!
We went back the next week to look at bridesmaid dresses and the service was just as good. Jacqueline worked with us again and made lots of helpful suggestions about fit and style. Of all the stores we visited we felt that the women here genuinely cared about my wedding and wanted to make sure I was happy.

She was so excited to work on all of the alterations I wanted. The dress was lovely in it's original form, but she really enhanced it and made it stunning! It really is a piece of art. I can't wait to share pictures with them when I get them! The amount of time and work that the ladies at Bridal Couture put in to my dress was above and beyond what I would have expected (and the prices were fantastic too!). gowns and talked through with Cindy my likes and dislikes and also suggested that I was opening to trying whatever she thought would look best with my body type. After trying on several dresses, Cindy would provide information on the material type and how it might feel on after several hours along with how warm it might get. My wedding is in Texas, so that is a concern!
One of my favorite dresses was one that Cindy selected for me and it fit beautifully. It remained as one of my front runners, but ultimately, I found another dress at their sister store, Bridal Couture of Birmingham. I appreciate Cindy's patience with me as I hadn't really decided what I wanted or what I was looking for and she just kept smiling and helping me in and out of the dresses we picked out! She was a star!!

My sales consultant became a friend and was very helpful through the entire process. My dress arrived on time and they took care of all alterations as well. They handled my momzilla with a smile the entire alteration process too, and made sure the alterations were exactly what we both wanted. Ask for Jacqueline when you go there!

. My first time looking for dresses, I purposely didn't go there because I wanted to see how other salons were. I did find a dress at a different place, but I wanted to make sure I went to Bridal Couture to see Jacqueline and the rest of the staff. I am so glad I did because I found the PERFECT gown for me! It was a little over my price point, but I didn't care. I knew it was the dress I was supposed to have. Once I found the dress, all the appointments with them were made in advanced at MY convince. Which was a huge plus. I also had my bridesmaids order dresses from them and Jacqueline and Claire were so easy to work with and made sure I knew what was going on and also my bridesmaids. When it was time for the fittings for my dress and my girls, Debbie was so pleasant to work with. All the BM dresses came in with a messed up hem, and Debbie didn't even blink an eye. She made appointments with all my girls so she could fix the hem and make sure the dresses were perfect for the day. I even had a BM that was pregnant and she was due two days before the wedding. Debbie was on "standby" to be able to make sure my BM's dress would fit her. All the women at Bridal Couture are angels and you will not be disappointed working with them!

I went to multiple bridal salons over the course of several months when I was searching for my wedding dress. I had many dresses that I liked and was getting ready to make the decision when I went to Bridal Couture in Plymouth for my last salon...

They have a smaller selection of dresses than some of the other salons I went to, but the dresses are higher quality- I absolutely fell in love with five or six dresses during my first trip there. I revisited one other salon again, but wound up debating between three dresses at Bridal Couture and ended up choosing a gorgeous Enzoani dress. The staff at the salon was very accommodating and friendly; I had no trouble making appointments and had to show up once or twice as a walk-in, and they always found time for me. My bridesmaids also ordered their dresses (Bill Levkoff) from the salon and received a discount; because all of the bridesmaids had different styles, they even made sure that they all cost around the same price even though a couple were slightly more expensive. The seamstress there is AMAZING and made my dress fit perfectly. I had a long train, and she made a custom bustle that was stunning. The salon really took the stress out of the entire wedding dress and bridesmaids dress decision/ordering/fitting process. Overall great experience at this salon, I highly recommend it!

intment and they were very quick to respond. I also inquired about a few other dresses to try on, most of which they had. My initial appointment was fantastic! I worked with Jacqueline who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and overall just awesome! I had a tough time deciding on which dress to go with and tried the same dresses on several times and Jacqueline never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much time. She was also very helpful in picking out accompanying accessories to try on with the different dresses. My follow up appointments for alterations went equally as well. Debbie was great to work with and she did a fantastic job altering my dress. Bridal Couture made sure I had a flawless experience in finding my wedding dress and I would highly recommend them to any future bride!
