l it was time to pay. She was not welcoming, did not say much of anything to us, and was very rude when she did. She also took a phone call while we were asking her questions and brushed us off to the side and made us wait until she finished. She motioned to me to try on the vest and pants she hung in a stall. Aside from that, I was very surprised and disgusted when I found old crumpled trash in the pants pockets upon trying them on. I immediately told her about the issue and she just stared at me. I handed her the trash and she just threw it away and went back to ignoring us. She did not offer to clean the pants or anything. If it were not for the brides family being set on this place, I would have tossed them in her face and walked out. Either way, rentals are supposed to be clean and this place has no quality control or care about their customers. Also, do your party a favor and shop around. I just priced out the same exact same suit rental at other locations, this place charged $142 for only dirty pants, a tie, a shirt, and a vest, and others charged $149 for the full suit also including shoes, socks, and the jacket. A better (more expensive) suit at men's warehouse renting just the same options was only $90. This place charges 158% more for dirty garbage. Let that sink in. They also know that they are ripping you off because they White-out the designer name, style, and model in a pathetic attempt to keep you from price matching. It doesn't take much to read tags and find the exact same suit elsewhere with pictures online though. Took me 2 minutes. So don't waste your time even checking this place out unless you are a masochist and enjoy being treated like crap leading up to your wedding or special occasion. There are many places nearby and this one is terrible. There are many other reviews that support this experience, so definitely keep clear of this terrible business.

. Now, this could have been a disaster, but the owner of Bridal Elegance was fantastic. She did everything she could to help and ended up having her seamstress create the dress I had envisioned. It turned out perfectly! I appreciated how they worked with me to avoid a dress disaster and make my day wonderful!
I purchased my dress (bride) and all the guys in the wedding rented their tuxedos from Bridal Elegance. Fairly priced, friendly workers, overall great experience.
They are super helpful and friendly and they have a room of inexpensive dresses (nothing wrong with them, just older styles). I had a blast!

hey ordered all the same dress. The correct dresses did not come in until 2 weeks before the wedding. On top of it they did not keep me in touch with what was happening with the dresses on a monthly basis. They also sent the one dress that was correct back to the designer even though I had asked them to keep all dress at the store just in case they other dress did not come in on time. They gave me an attitude whenever I was in there and by the end of it all I was ready to hit someone. I would never want any or my friends or family to use this store for anything.

stress -- she was WONDERFUL!!!! made me feel so comfortable when I was stading there half naked too! :) They have some of the most BEAUTIFUL dresses and a wide variety of styles. I had a scheduled fitting when my seamstress had to cancel. Well, the store didn't get another for her place, they just said that I would have to reschedule. My wedding was in 6 weeks, I didn't have the time to reschedule. I had to take my dress somewhere else because they just wouldn't get another seamstress to come into work that day.

were a few problems with with how some of the dresses were sized. One bridesmaids was 4 inches too small and my mothers was also too small. I didn't have any problems with mine. Everything was in on time and ended up great!
