However, several of my bridesmaids had issues with their dresses, ranging from having dresses ordered for them that were several sizes too big to having pins left in their dresses after they paid to have it altered. Furthermore, the staff at Bridal Elegance is not friendly, nor do they seem eager to help when you have issues with your clothing.
The groomsmen wore khaki suits for the summer wedding. The girls at Bridal Elegance were very helpful in ordering and making sure all the guys had all they needed on time.

ck up my dress (2 weeks before the wedding), my sister did (she paid for it). Long story short, they gave the a dress for another bride--not my dress. I had to take off of work and exhanged it for mine. When I came to get my dress the staff was short with me and rude. The shop owner tried to help, but refused to admit they did wrong and only offered to do my alterations. No way--you're not touching my dress. Needless to say I do NOT recommend them. Rude, careless, and not friendly--bad combination and a lesson learned the hard way.

and yet we still received almost no help the whole time we were there. The girl basically just stared at me while I looked around and tried on dresses--no advice/suggestions, nothing like that. If we needed something, we had to beg for it. Skip it and go to Andrews Bridal or Blushing Bride instead.
