Overall did not have the best experience due to a lot of communication issues with some of the employees. I did find my wedding dress there, even though some of the things ordered ...
for it took longer than expected, they helped make my vision come true. One of the owners Kimberly was fantastic and if you do go there I recommend having her help you!
I bought my wedding dress and ordered all my bridesmaid dresses through this store. My shopping experience for my wedding dress was great. They were helpful and even gave me a disc...
ount. However, several of my bridesmaids had issues with their dresses, ranging from having dresses ordered for them that were several sizes too big to having pins left in their dresses after they paid to have it altered. Furthermore, the staff at Bridal Elegance is not friendly, nor do they seem eager to help when you have issues with your clothing.
The groomsmen wore khaki suits for the summer wedding. The girls at Bridal Elegance were very helpful in ordering and making sure all the guys had all they needed on time.
Tux a little expensive but looked great!
Loved my dress and the lady's that helped.
Brandy and all the other girls were so sweet and made rented tuxes so easy, even though our guys waited until the last minute to get fitted. We got bridesmaid dresses somewhere els...
e, but they were able to match the tie color perfectly. All our guys looked great!
took 1 month just to get my veil.
dress was torn and tattered when i recieved. poor customer service
Awesome, got them quick and exactly what I wanted. Not bad on price either.
My family and I were here and found the perfect dress only it had a long train. I was reassured by the attendant several times that it could be altered. When time came for my to pi...
ck up my dress (2 weeks before the wedding), my sister did (she paid for it). Long story short, they gave the a dress for another bride--not my dress. I had to take off of work and exhanged it for mine. When I came to get my dress the staff was short with me and rude. The shop owner tried to help, but refused to admit they did wrong and only offered to do my alterations. No way--you're not touching my dress. Needless to say I do NOT recommend them. Rude, careless, and not friendly--bad combination and a lesson learned the hard way.
I was very disappointed. The former owner has sold the store and it is nothing like the wonderful place it used to be. We had an appointment and were the only people in the store, ...
and yet we still received almost no help the whole time we were there. The girl basically just stared at me while I looked around and tried on dresses--no advice/suggestions, nothing like that. If we needed something, we had to beg for it. Skip it and go to Andrews Bridal or Blushing Bride instead.
