Bridal Elegance and Pageant Perfect

Brandy and all the other girls were so sweet and made rented tuxes so easy, even though our guys waited until the last minute to get fitted. We got bridesmaid dresses somewhere else, but they were able to match the tie color perfectly. All our guys looked great!

took 1 month just to get my veil. dress was torn and tattered when i recieved. poor customer service

My family and I were here and found the perfect dress only it had a long train. I was reassured by the attendant several times that it could be altered. When time came for my to pick up my dress (2 weeks before the wedding), my sister did (she paid for it). Long story short, they gave the a dress for another bride--not my dress. I had to take off of work and exhanged it for mine. When I came to get my dress the staff was short with me and rude. The shop owner tried to help, but refused to admit they did wrong and only offered to do my alterations. No way--you're not touching my dress. Needless to say I do NOT recommend them. Rude, careless, and not friendly--bad combination and a lesson learned the hard way.

I was very disappointed. The former owner has sold the store and it is nothing like the wonderful place it used to be. We had an appointment and were the only people in the store, and yet we still received almost no help the whole time we were there. The girl basically just stared at me while I looked around and tried on dresses--no advice/suggestions, nothing like that. If we needed something, we had to beg for it. Skip it and go to Andrews Bridal or Blushing Bride instead.
