Amazing ladies/experts work here and if you’re like me, completely clueless about what dress to go with, I would definitely recommend you come here and they help you imagine what and how you want to look for your special day and these ladies will make it happen. I found my dream dress 3 dresses in, but tried a few more just in case and I kept going back to my third dress and I’m glad I tried others on so I wouldn’t have to wonder. Now I’m looking forward to my big day in September. I love the support to military brides and I’m thankful for being to experiencing a magical appointment

The only place you'll ever want to go for a wedding dress! Our daughter and son-in-law just got married and it all started at Bridal Elegance! Our consultant, Maryann, was so insightful, patient and talented, and their selection is amazing! They first got a sense of what our daughter liked, then helped her find out what was most beautiful on her. We went twice to look spent an hour each time. Before our second meeting, Maryann again went through all the dresses to show our daughter along with those she had liked the first time, and she found THE DRESS. Our daughter absolutely fell in love with it, and everyone who saw it on her loved it too. It was just her style and so flattering and unique! It came in on time as promised, all fittings and alteration appointments were carefully scheduled, and their seamstress Courtney made sure the dress fit absolutely perfectly, yet comfortably. Everyone was caring and professional and excited for us, and so incredibly helpful! They stayed within our budget and helped us find a lovely reasonably priced veil and the perfect earrings there as well!

This was my first stop on the dress hunting journey and it was a huge win! The staff was amazing, they are size inclusive, and they have pretty much any style and budget you could want. I also had my alterations done here and they did an amazing job! I wish I could go buy another wedding dress from them just for fun!

If you only go to one bridal salon make it this one. It was the only salon I went to. I was able to show them various styles that were my favorite and they pulled over 10 to 15 styles and surprised with a few more to see if I liked them. The person who helped me was patient and kind even when I wanted to try a few on 2 to 3 more times in the rotation. They even accommodated me coming again for a second appointment with my mom to pick the final one which happened to be the first dress I tried on in the store.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Bridal Elegance. I am so happy that I got my wedding dress with here! Louise, the owner, is so kind, compassionate and knowledgeable about dresses! From the moment I walked in she greeted us with a warm smile & knew EXACTLY what dress would look good on me. It didn't take more than 1 appointment in working with Louise until I bought my dream dress. The entire staff is so wonderful! They would make me appointments to come in and try my dress on whenever I wanted. Always so flexible and accommodating. I decided to use their in-house alterations, and Margo did an AMAZING job. Truly the best seamstress I've ever worked with. She was fantastic, quick and very educated in tailoring. I would recommend this store to any bride! Not only is it a cute salon with amazing staff, but it's also affordable & they have a TON of dresses to chose from. The reason for my 4-stars is only for my bridesmaids dresses. They were all measured to order and they all came back EXTREMELY large that every single one of them had to have it taken in 2-3 sizes which added up quick. We were told to have them size up, which didn't need to be the case. Other than that, my wedding dress was perfect and that's probably all that matters! ;) Best store ever!

Tried Wedding dresses on at Bridal Elegance with Mary ann. I had such a wonderful experience, especially being alone, and tried on so many dresses! I am still figuring out what style I want so that is not any fault of the stores. 10/10 experience

Thanks to COVID, this review is a bit over-due, but I can highly recommend getting your wedding dress and bridesmaid’s dresses for your wedding from Bridal Elegance. They had everything we needed, from an array of wedding dresses, accessories, and bridesmaid dresses, to a tailor that performed amazing alterations. Everyone is extremely friendly, organized, and were always prompt to reply to messages and questions. As a bonus, we were able to support a small, local business.

This Bridal Salon is the best! The girls are very helpful! The whole process was exciting, fun, and easy from start to finish! They answered all questions I had, and made me feel comfortable!

The ladies at Bridal Elegance were so friendly and made buying my wedding dress such a good experience. Plus, they didn't try to pressure me to buy with them the way other upscale salons did.

Bridal Elegance was the 3rd bridal studio I went to looking for my perfect wedding gown, and I wish I would have started here. Their selection is unparalleled in style and in price point, and their staff made the experience so special and fun. I was able to try on so many dresses in various styles so that I could really get a sense of the look I was going for. Based on what I liked, the staff also gave recommendations for other dresses I should try based on what I was liking and disliking. I would highly recommend this studio in the South Bay/LA if you are looking for your perfect dress!

As a disclaimer, this was the only bridal boutique I went to, but one stop was all I needed! I had a great experience trying on dresses here and never felt pressured or rushed. Louise, the owner, is the sweetest and you can tell she's very passionate about helping you find the perfect dress. I ended up also getting my veil here, using their seamstress, and went through them for my dress preservation. Again, I could not be happier with my experience at Bridal Elegance and would highly recommend them!

LOVED my experience here!! The owner Louise is so nice and she made me and my bridal party feel so welcome in her store. They have a wide variety of dresses for all different body types. They even have bridesmaid dresses as well! My consultant Kendall was amazing and used her expertise to find me the most beautiful dress. She was so patient with me in choosing the perfect style to fit my body and was really honest with her opinion which I really appreciated. I loved the vibe of this place so much that I want to go back on a Saturday just to hang out and watch brides select their dream dresses! You will definitely not leave here disappointed!

I was really happy with my experience at Bridal Elegance. When I went looking for dresses, I stumbled upon Bridal Elegance on my way to a different location. Samantha, the sales associate who helped me find my dress was an angel! She was able to find dresses that fit my style, budget and personality. She made recommendations and suggestions based on my body type that helped me find the perfect dress for me (and it was on sale)! The dress was delivered on time without any issues. Overall I think Bridal Elegance is a great smaller bridal salon where you can get individualized attention.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Elegance. From the moment we stepped into the store to even after we left, we all truly felt welcomed and appreciated. My consultant, Maryann, was the absolute best I could have hoped for! She made me feel so comfortable, was so encouraging during the appointment and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. She really listened to what I liked and what I didn’t, and pulled great dresses for me. And I found the one! The store is gorgeous! Very girly and welcoming with big couches for family/friends to sit and enjoy. They have a variety of sizes for their sample dresses, so everyone can try on dresses that actually fit. Overall just a wonderfully positive experience, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses.

Bridal Elegance was the third and last bridal salon I visited when looking for my gown. The search from a wedding dress is quite overwhelming when you first begin, and I was pretty overwhelmed and worried that I was not going to find my dress in time. What I appreciated about the service at Bridal Elegance was that they don’t make you feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. I got a feeling that they truly cared about your special day and had each of their clients and their preferences in their best interest. With their honest feedback and knowledge of selections, I was able to find my dress at my second visit. I also appreciated their professionalism and customer service, and felt comfortable in depending on them for my alterations through their seamstress as well. I would highly recommend Bridal Elegance for anyone who is looking to purchase a gown or even trying to figure out their preferred style.

After going into many salons to try on dresses, I felt so much relief when I discovered Bridal Elegance. The staff were friendly, accomodating, and realistic when it came to choosing a dress. The only thing that irritated me was that the owner claimed to have called me to pick up my dress when she truly didn't and tried to charge me a late fee which I wasn't about to pay. All in all, I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone looking for a wide selection and good deal on a wedding dress.

I didn't think of myself as a "bride" until I started trying on dresses at Bridal Elegance. I'd been to other salons to try on dresses, but the selection here as well as the knowledge of my consultant was really unparalleled. My consultant put me in so many different styles so I could see what I liked and disliked and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding (which was not what I thought I would choose!) and made me feel comfortable. The sizing, ordering, alterations, and pickup process was also easy and straightforward. I've sent 2 friends here already and they've both got their dresses as well.

Such a beautiful selection & great customer service! The salon itself is beautiful and inviting & made for a great day of trying on my dresses with my family. I ended up buying the first one I tried on which clearly shows that the stylist understood my taste.

I had the absolute best experience here. The ambiance was so cute, but also very neat, clean and professional. It was better than what i expected my wedding dress shopping experience to be. Louise the owner knew exactly what she was dong. She picked out dresses that i told her i liked, but also pulled out dresses that she thought would look good on me, which was so helpful. I wish I had just gone to this bridal shop first instead of trying others first. Bridal elegance had so many beautiful dress options and styles, that i had a hard time deciding because l liked them all! 10/10

This shop was amazing! The women working there were SO sweet, helpful and generous. I loved the ambiance too. I already had my dress and was looking here for a belt. They helped me find the perfect one, one that I probably wouldn't have even considered if it weren't for them! They were very professional and also made me feel really comfortable. I could tell that they truly care about their brides and love what they do. Definitely recommend this shop to any brides in the area!

Everyone at Bridal Elegance was so incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. Both Kendall and Mary Anne helped me and they both were so sweet and professional. They are all experts and the boutique itself is absolutely beautiful! It’s the kind of experience every bride hopes for!

I cannot rave enough about BE! Louise and her entire staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and happy to make the entire process a dream. Not to mention the bridal salon is exactly what you want for your bridal experience - pink tufted couches, velvet, and crystals everywhere. Straight out of Pinterest! *Sigh* We had an issue with the fitting of my dress - ordered the size the designer recommended, but it ended up being way too big and wouldn't be able to fit properly. Lou happily exchanged my too-big dress for their floor sample, had it spot cleaned and altered to fit me perfectly. Needless to say, they really go above & beyond for their customers & I would/will recommend this to every person I meet in a heartbeat!

My cousin got her dress from this shop for her wedding in 2007. At that time, it was owned by the mom of a friend I had in elementary school. I kept it in mind for my wedding. I found out it was owned by someone else but they were still great so I decided to go after going to two other stores beforehand (where I had no luck). From the get-go, I had a great experience at Bridal Elegance. The owner, Louise, helped me find the perfect dress! I showed her a couple of pictures and she pulled out several dresses for me. Every dress I tried on fit really nicely (even if the style wasn't what I envisioned). They have a seamstress to hem the dress and do any other alterations that need to be done. I had a corset built into mine as I gained weight after I ordered my dress. The dress wouldn't fit! Horrible but I had some work to do. Long story short, the dress was too loose on my wedding day but it wasn't noticeable at all. I only knew because I knew how it was supposed to fit. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone getting married or anyone who's going to be part of a wedding as they also have bridal party dresses.

Louise did a great job at helping me find the perfect dress. I had gone to a different boutique a few weeks prior and felt very rushed, leaving me frustrated that I would not find something that I was not completely in love with. Louise, however, was very patient and gave me great recommendations when I told her what style I was looking for. You can tell that she really has a passion for what she does. I left with the first dress that I tried on and couldn't have been more happy!!!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly - there was no pressure at all! Also, their gowns are beautiful!

The store was beautiful and had a huge variety of dresses. Louise was super attentive and knowledgable and made my mom and I feel very comfortable. She even worked around my schedule, which was super helpful! I ultimately didn't end up purchasing a dress, but I'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their dream dress.

So Bridal Elegance was my second choice. I should have gone to them first! I orginally made 2 appointments on this day and BE only had an opening on Saturday at 1pm So I went to the first place and they wasted 3 hours of my time on stuff I didnt even ask for That Girl was so unprofessional and it was clear she didnt know her job. The lady at Bridal Elegance clearly knew what she was doing it took her 10 minutes to find me what I wanted on my budget not hers. I wish i could remember her name. She wasnt bubbly and she was kinda serious, but she was totally professional! She brought out 3 dresses and one of those was the one I ended up buying, she asked me what I wanted and brought out those dresses based on what I wanted not what she wanted to sell me (unlike the first place). I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. She didnt waste my time and i appreciated her approach as being straight on and no BS.. I don't need Champagne or any other BS while I'm trying on a dress. Just bring me what I want and thats exactly What Bridal Elegance did. I appreciate that and wish I could remember the ladys name.

Bridal Elegance had the perfect mermaid-style, corset-back, ivory wedding gown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was gorgeous! Great place to bring your mom and girlfriends to try on your dress for photos. I even found my veil and headpiece there. Irma, the seamstress was very talented. She brainstormed ways to make the alterations more affordable and made my dress the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend them!

Nothing but good things to say about Bridal Elegance! After a sub par experience at a chain dress store, I made an appointment here. They are VERY helpful with appointment times and were able to help me find a time, despite my insane work schedule. Every person in the store was kind and helpful. Even when I couldn’t make up my mind, they were patient and gave me time to think. Grateful to have found Bridal Elegance and can’t wait to pick up my dress!

I said yes to the dress at Bridal Elegance yesterday! This was the best experience at a bridal salon I've had and I'm so thankful I made an appointment. I had the best help, and we picked several dresses to try on before finding "the one". The new salon is just gorgeous and comfortable. Highly recommend making a visit here!

I have to admit, I was NOT looking forward to finding my wedding dress. I am not much of a shopper and was so stressed about the whole experience. But when I walked into Bridal Elegance, all of that changed. From their professional and knowledgable staff to their beautiful selection of dresses, I knew that I had made the right choice by coming here. This was the only bridal shop I went to when looking for my dress and ended up picking the 3rd dress I tried on. It was so perfect and I knew that no other shop or dress would compare. I have been to large chain stores like David's Bridal for friend's weddings and truly believe their employees are pushy and the selection of gowns are not as beautiful. If you are looking for a more personal, stress-free experience when it comes to finding your gown, come to Bridal Elegance.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Bridal Elegance!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! The staff are AMAZING!! They made me feel like a top priority and never rushed or pressured me. They didn't blink an eye when I told them my somewhat low budget (unlike other places I visited). I showed them a few dresses I liked and as I tried on dresses they got to know my style and brought me others they thought I would like (and I did). I fell in love with one of the dresses they chose for me and could not have been happier.

I had gotten a tip from a friend that this place was a GEM, and they couldn't have been more right! I called just days from my appointment to check they had dresses in my price range, style, and parameters- budget was low, style was unique (bohemian lace), and parameters were "I'm getting married in less than 3 months". They couldn't have been nicer, and said they will pull somethings off the rack and make something happen! When I went in, I had the sweetest consultant and the back room is just a little slice of heaven, they really make you feel like a special bride. Luckily they had about 10 dresses that fit perfectly and she helped me choose the "one". Purchased, had some minor tailoring and loved every second of it, and recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone trying to find that perfect dress, they have something for everyone!

After visiting 7 other dress shops and feeling discouraged, I walked in to Bridal Elegance for my appointment and immediately could tell they knew me better than I did based on their experience and hearing what I was looking for. I picked out a handful of dresses, but my gal (I can't remember her name, but she is my angel) suggested a dress that was not what I thought I wanted at all. I said no and she asked me to try it on for her...so I reluctantly said ok. That was the first and last dress I tried on - I burst in to tears when I turned around to see it...it was "the dress". I owe my, my now husband's and all our family and friends' love of my dress to Bridal Elegance. They know their brides-to-be...trust them and you will not be disappointed!

This salon is truly amazing. I initially wandered in to scope out shoes, but immediately was captivated and knew I would be back to look for my dress. They have so many beautiful dresses in romantic, lovely styles and even though I found a clear winner in my Stella York dress, I loved many of the ones I tried on. The salon is peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful, and I have never felt rushed there. My dress has arrived with months to spare before the wedding and it looks beautiful, and I look forward to my fittings and to wearing it down the aisle!!

I got married a few weeks ago in late September and I could not have been happier with my wedding dress. I planned my wedding in less than 9 months and every bridal store I went to told me I was too late to buy a nice dress, or that there was nothing available in my budget. I also felt pressured into buying dresses at multiple stores. Bridal Elegance was the 10th store I went to and I happened to find 3 dresses within or close to my budget that I loved, which I didn't think was possible. Their collection is beautiful. Their staff was very kind and respectful. They did not pressure me to buy a dress. In fact they gave me approximately 3 weeks to decide and gave me the prices and designer names for the 3 dresses I liked. They also have an external person who alters the dress if necessary. She was fantastic. In fact, she advised me not to alter the dress more than slightly as it would be more expensive for me and the dress looked fine as it was. In addition, every visit was efficient and they have parking lot. Who could ask for anything more than beautiful, affordable dresses with a kind, respectable, efficient staff, with an available free parking lot? I have recommended any bride I meet to come to this store! You won't regret it!

I had an excellent experience at Bridal Elegance. I found a gown in Chicago that was out of my price point. The ladies at Bridal Elegance recreated the look for less. Moreover when they looked up the original Chicago dress their price was 30% less ! I ended up purchasing the dress of my dreams from Bridal Elegance. Their customer service has been warm, inviting and friendly. They do business the old fashion way by building relationships. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance!

I cannot say enough good things about this store. I purchased my wedding gown here in October and the experience was more than I could have ever dreamed. The consultant was patient and helped me select several dresses to try on that really fit my idea of my dream dress. I couldn't believe how many beautiful dresses they had, and how well they knew their inventory. When I mentioned I liked a specific part of one dress the consultant recommended another dress and when I put it on it was like that moment you see in every movie. I swear birds were singing and the sun shined brighter and there might have even been rainbows. I couldn't be happier. The dress was perfect and I got so many compliments on how good it fit me. You should absolutely buy your dress here!

Purchased a bridesmaids dress for a wedding here. The staff was wonderful, and super helpful as the bride and I tried to select colors that would be flattering for the whole wedding party. The dress came in early and didn't need any alterations, literally a dream! I'm bringing all of my friends here!

Since my dress was purchased in Clovis, it was not going to be easy to drive up again for alterations. I was referred by the bridal salon to get my alterations completed at Bridal Elegance in Torrance which was much closer to where I live. I am so happy I found a shop that came highly recommended and one that I trust with making changes to my dress at a reasonable cost. The staff was very sweet and accommodating to my needs for scheduling a last-minute appointment. Stacy and Maryanne were a great to work with! Irma is the seamstress and she really has an eye for making the dress fit to your body. They make you feel very welcomed and taken care of, that's what every bride wants to feel like during the Dress process. Thank you Bridal Elegance!

I was disappointed with my experience. They rushed me and the customer service was pretty poor. The person who was helping me seemed so burdened and annoyed from the very beginning. I introduced myself and she didn't introduce herself and greeted me in a very aloof manner.

I loved my experience at Bridal Elegance, the girls are SO helpful and sweet without being pushy. I never felt like they were trying to sell me a dress, I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find my dream dress and that they did. Two dream dresses as a matter of fact. They have the ability to somehow figure out exactly what you want in a wedding dress even if you can't seem to find the perfect words to explain it. Anyway enough about the girls... My 2 dresses were gorgeous!! And although most dresses in the store are under $3,000 they all look like a million dollars!

I had gone on a few bridal appointments at other stores and ended up feeling more confused and unsure of what kind of dress I wanted when I left the appointments. My Mom ended up visiting from Ohio and surprised me with an appointment at Bridal Elegance. When we arrived for the appointment, we were promptly greeted and felt right at home. I was open to many styles since I was so unsure because of the other appointments I had gone on so the B.E. team pulled a bunch of dresses they thought I may like and I ended up saying YES to the dress that day!! They were so helpful and I didn't feel rushed at all when trying to decide which dress was for me. It was such a good experience and I couldn't be happier to wear a dress from there on my big day! I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone looking for a stunning dress that is just you!!

I came in for an appointment knowing the exact dress I wanted. I knew they had it. so I came with my bridal party, and the dress I requested was waiting in the room.for me! after putting it on and crying for a while, my bridal attendant matched me with a veil and headpiece! everyone was so nice and easy to work with.

This was the 3rd bridal shop my family and I went to while looking for my wedding dress. I wish it had been the 1st!!! The dress selection was amazing. I could have gone with any of them in the store. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is exceptional. Samantha is fantastic. I initially went into Bridal Elegance with my best friend that was also getting married. We went alone so we both decided to try on dresses together. Little did we know that we would shortly find the perfect dress and say yes to the dress together. I truly loved my experience with Bridal Elegance. Stacey is a true gem and she helped me out so much. Bridal Elegance has world class customer service, they are so welcoming and make you feel so at ease during the entire dress shopping experience.

This bridal salon was amazing. The consultant understood exactly what i was looking for and I didn't feel rushed. My dress happened to be the first one I tried on. The owner is really helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely wants you to find what's perfect for you. i needed alterations and they had a seamstress that came to the store and did all the alterations. Everything looks perfect and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!

Going to Bridal Elegance was an amazing experience. Maryanne was so patient and sweet. She made the craziness of having my whole family with me feel not so crazy. I am still in shock!! Bridal Elegance is amazing!!! I don't know where to begin with my experience at this lovely place. From the first message I sent them (thru the knot) to the first call and then later visit to their establishment. I said "YES!!" to the dress!! Finally!!! After torturous trips to various bridal shops to find "the dress" I found "the dress" and I cant wait to marry my love in this dress. The ladies at bridal elegance took such great care of me. I called on a busy Saturday and they still gave me the time to listen to what I was searching for and tho they did not have the exact style number of something I found online they assured me they had something for me. I made an appointment for the following Thursday. From the first step in the door we were greeted and the rest is history. The selection is very good in size. I found more than one I LOVED. I felt comfortable trying on dresses I knew I could AFFORD. This was a BIG thing for me. I can't wait for the dress to come in so I can leave another comment on my journey in finding "the dress" at Bridal Elegance. ~One very happy Bride XOXO

I had the best experience with Bridal Elegance! I found my dress! They were really helpful!!

I had a really good experience looking for dresses here. Kendall was awesome and really patient. She knows a lot about the inventory in the shop and what looks good on different body types. The shop itself is also very adorable. Everyone here is very nice and accommodating and will make sure you are happy. It does get very busy though, so I would make an appointment a few weeks in advance, especially if you want to come in on Saturday.

Bridal Elegance was the first place I went to for my wedding dress and the last. They had so many options to choose from, and the dresses were gorgeous. I purchased a Justin Alexander, and could not have been more happy. Not just Stacy but her entire staff was welcoming, helpful, personable, caring and so sweet. They did a great job measuring me, my dress fit almost perfect just the straps needed to be altered. I also purchased my bridesmaid dresses here. It is hard to find a dress every bridesmaid likes and Stacy and her staff were able to do so. All our dresses arrived before scheduled, which was awesome! If you are looking for any attire for your wedding this is your place to go, I highly recommend them! Thanks Stacy!

I purchased my wedding dress at Bridal Elegance back in January for my wedding that was June 26, 2016. I got a Maggie Sottero dress and couldn't be happier. All of the staff who work at the shop are very personable, professional and helpful. Everything arrived on time and alternations by Petra were perfect. I love my wedding dress and how it looked on my on my special day.

After having an atrocious experience at another bridal salon my mother suggested we go to Bridal Elegance and she was right on! The women at Bridal Elegance are more than helpful, they do everything they can to make you feel at home and comfortable! I bought my gown with Bridal Elegance and they took care of the rest, alterations, helping me choose accessories, and even going above and beyond when I had a crisis with my bridesmaid dresses! I was blown away by Stacey and her team at Bridal Elegance. I originally went to a couple of other "fancier" stores in the same area, and felt a little uncomfortable/rushed. Granted, I did find a dress I loved at store #1, but I wanted to give Bridal Elegance a try still and went the same day. My mom, sister, and I picked out about 10 dresses to try on, and I came back to the one I loved in the first store. I had found both stores through Maggie Sottero's website and ended up falling in love with a Maggie dress. The girls who assisted me were lovely. They never pressured me, though they did point out that they knew I was in "the one" because I couldn't stop twirling and touching the dress. B.E. had this dress priced $200 lower than the first store, so I was sold. I put down a deposit with Stacey, and came back about 6 months later once the dress came in for a fitting. They were quick and easy, and the seamstress (who you pay separately) was lovely. I knew I likely wouldn't be able to come back for a final fitting due to living out of state at the time, so when my dress came back from alterations, Stacey not only shipped the dress and veil across the country for free, she set me up with a friend of hers in Chicago who owns a shop there so that she could assist me with a final fitting. Completely unnecessary because it turns out the dress fits perfectly, but the fact that she offered was really above and beyond the type of service you expect. I can't wait to wear it in January!! I was not expecting to find my wedding dress at my first appointment. When I arrived at Bridal Elegance Maryann was there to help me and made me feel so welcome. I had a dress in mind that she had ready for my appointment and then she let my bridal party and I pick several more to try on. The fitting room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for my bridal party to participate. In the end the bridal consultant found my perfect dress and I didn't want to take it off. She never once made me feel rushed and encouraged me to try on my top choices as many times as I needed. I ending up buying my dress that day and I am so excited for it to come in. I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone that would like a no pressure enjoyable environment. It was truly a one of a kind experience.

They helped me find my perfect beach wedding dress, veil, and belt! I was even set up with convenient alteration appointments. ALL of my bridesmaids were able to order their dresses here as well which made things so much easier. And when one bridesmaid had a last minute fitting emergency, they took care of everything!! I had a overall great experience at this shop. Everything was such a smooth process from setting up an appointment to trying on dresses and finally picking up my dress. There's a wide variety of dress styles from several designers and the employees of course assist you when pulling dresses. All of the employees are sweet and helpful. I had Stacy help me when picking up my dress and she was cheerful, helpful, and attentive. My dress arrived way sooner than expected, so they even offered to store it free of charge. It is very important to set up appointments because they can get busy.

Bridal Elegance Salon in Torrance, CA was my one stop shopping for all my bridal party needs. I had always wanted a Maggie Sottero gown. Low and behold there was a trunk show on the day I made the appointment. Dresses I was picking weren't working so Stacey, the owner, says "try this one". Wow, Perfect! I am a first time bride at 54 and I felt like a queen. Found my bridesmaids, jr bridesmaids and flower girl dresses there also. The prices are comparable to those "chain" bridal stores but the quality of the dresses are SO much better. I decided to get my veil there after the one I borrowed didn't work out and no problem being 2 months out of the wedding date. It will look marvelous with the pearl and crystal comb I had purchased there. Even though we didn't utilize their Tux services Stacey gave me beautiful color scheme advice on the groom and groomsmen to insure an elegant wedding. There is an in house alterations there. The fit was so good on dress all she needed to do was the bustle and add the extra lace I had purchased. My mother even had her dress altered even though she hadn't purchased it there. I think any bride in SoCal who doesn't shop Bridal Elegance before she makes that all important "The One" dress purchase is losing out. Bridal elegance was such a amazing bridal shop. They have a great selection of dresses! You want something long and full they have it. If you want short and sassy they have it! All of the ladies working there are so nice and definitely know their stuff. You could explain the dress you're looking for and they come up with several dresses for you to try on and even the perfect veil to match. It was such a wonderful experience, they all made me feel so special and that's exactly what you want when you're trying on a dress!!

My Wedding was in Feb 2015. Bridal Elegance will make you say those 4 words we all dream of saying...”YES, TO THE DRESS!” Stacey helped me pick out the absolute PERFECT Dress. I came in on a budget and told Stacey what I had been looking at online. Before I arrived for my appointment, she already had a few dresses set aside that she thought I would like. I had told Stacey what my hubby liked about my body and she helped me find the dress that showed off those features without looking overly provocative. I'm a Make up artist and attend a lot of weddings. My goal was to not have the traditional wedding dress style. I wanted "Different.” My Mom, best friend, and Stacy went out on the floor and had me trying on TONS of dresses (literally TONS!). I stayed in the dressing room while they brought me dress after dress to try on. I fell head over heels with the second dress and asked Stacey if she could add some bling and sleeves. Sure enough, she made anything and everything possible! My dress came in on time and I had all my fittings set in plenty of time before our wedding. It was organized, planned, and executed flawlessly. Stacey and her team made my dress experience simple and stress free. I wish I could post a before and after of my dress so you can see the detail from beads to lace my dream dress was created and still on a budget. Stacey and her team were amazingly helpful and to this day I still get complements on my dress (My Husband does too!). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bridal Elegance to anyone and everyone looking to make their wedding dress stand out as unique, detailed, and properly fit. I absolutely loved everything Bridal Elegance had to offer. They helped me find the dress of my dreams...even though that meant cutting about 5 inches off the bottom! This is a fabulous bridal shop! They have a great collection of dresses and a classy/spacious fitting area. My dress was available for sale at several nearby salons, but I chose to this one despite the fact that I had to drive 40 minutes each way to get there! The owner, Stacey, is a total sweetheart. She not only got me my dress almost a month ahead of schedule but she also helped me find a beautiful veil as well as the EXACT hairpiece that I had in mind (even though it was discontinued by the manufacturer). I couldn't be happier with my dress buying experience!

I went all over the greater LA area looking at dresses and actually found the dress I eventually bought from another boutique. I chose to buy the dress from from Bridal Elegance because they were so lovely to work with. I was impressed with the level of customer service, their timely responses, patience and the way in which they really took pride in the experience they offer all brides. Stacey and Maryanne are extremely easy to work with. There was never any pressure to buy. At all. This was a welcomed changed. They did however make sure I was aware of my options and was fully informed at each step of the way. This was very helpful because I was a little down to the wire with time. I came in multiple times to sort out undergarments, veil and alteration options. They were always extremely accommodating... even staying open late on a Saturday evening just so my mother and sister visiting from out of town could see my dress. My fiancé was also impressed with the shop. So much so that after buying a dress off the rack from another boutique, she came here for her alterations.

I ordered my dress here in December 2014 and was thrilled and amazed with the help and service I received here. I had gone to a few bridal shops and was unhappy with their service. Stacey and the ladies at Bridal Elegance are simply the best! I live in LA but made the treck down to Torrance because Stacey was the only one in the LA-vicinity who would order the dress I was looking for to try on. She knew that I wasn't necessarily going to buy it, but took a chance and did a rush order so I could try this particular dress on. Luckily I loved it and it was 'the one'. Throughout the entire process, Stacey, Maryanne and Petra (the seamstress) were very supportive, patient, friendly and accomodating and made the treck down to Torrance each time well worth it. The dress arrived right on time and the alterations were perfect. I left Bridal Elegance with a STUNNING dress that I received tons of compliments on, I felt so beautiful at my wedding and the dress was perfect. I highly recommend Bridal Elegance!

I had such a great experience with Bridal Elegance. I went to find my wedding dress and also brought along a couple bridesmaids to try on dresses as well. They had a great selection and a really friendly staff. Stacey and Hillary were great to work with and made me feel so special, which is exactly how a bride should feel when picking out her dress for the big day! My bridesmaids were also treated great and they loved the dresses the store offered. I would highly recommend this place! Oh and the shop itself is so cute and well decorated, which just added to the experience :)

They were very good at helping me find a great dress. I had a time crunch and they were able to find me a dress that I loved. The dress was everything I could have wanted!

I liked this place because they offered original wedding gowns here. Everyone told me that they loved my wedding dress. However, they are a bit expensive. So, if you have the extra money to spend and you want something different, then you should shop here. I bought my dress off the rack so I didn't have any problems with ordering or alterations.

I went to several different bridal shops before coming here, it's a small shop but they had the styles and brands of dresses I was looking for. All the dresses were beautiful and it was hard to choose. They allowed me to take pictures, which some shops restrict. They gave me suggestions on styling and had cute accessories & shoes at the shop. I loved the veil from there as well. They reply quickly to emails & were very helpful when I had questions or issues. They might be busier on days when the seamstress is there.

I adored my dress! I originally went to a major wedding chain store when I went dress shopping for the first time. When I walked in Bridal Elegance, the quality was dramatically better then other dresses I tried on at other locations. The best part was that everything was still in my price range. After I picked my dress, everything else went very smoothly. I did my alterations, tried my dress on a few times leading up to the wedding, picked a veil and underskirt to complement the look, and I just love my dress so much. It fit just perfect!

I really enjoyed my experience at Bridal Elegance. I came with an entourage of my mom and 4 bridesmaids. The lady helping us, I don't recall her name, was really good at listening to what I was looking for. I had gone to David's Bridal before and had a terrible experience but I at least narrowed what type of dress looked better on me. The first dress that the lady helping us picked out for me turned out to be the one I bought. It was perfect and almost fit me perfectly off the rack. I bought it right there and they gave me 20% off for off the rack. They were so nice and I really had a great experience.

Bridal Elegance was amazing! I always looked forward to going to the store and seeing the wonderful ladies that work there! Stacey is the owner and is truly dedicated to making your dream dress a reality...she really knows her stuff and she makes sure that her employees do as well. They are not pushy at all and listen to exactly what you want instead of pushing you into a style you don't like or a dress that is out of your price range. I had a 5 month engagement and they were able to find me the dress of my dreams, order it, and get it perfectly fitted in 4.5 months without any additional "rush" costs. They also helped me find an absolutely perfect veil (honestly it took them 5 minutes to pick it out for me)! In total the dress, veil, and alterations cost $2,200 ($1,750 dress, $175 veil, and $275 alterations) which is more than reasonable for Southern CA, especially considering how much I enjoyed working with the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also have bridesmaid and mother of the bride dresses, as well as a partnership with a tux rental company. My sister also ordered a "Soon to be Bride" sash for my bachelorette party from Bridal Elegance. It really is a one stop shop, with everything being very high quality! I have recommended this shop to one of my engaged friends and she found her dream dress here, too. I am sad our wedding is over because I don't get to wear the dress anymore and I don't get to hang out at Bridal Elegance anymore :(
