I give 5 stars for the actual shopping and buying experience but 3 stars for the alterations experience. So 4 on average.
Buying: all the associates I worked with were super nice ...
and accommodating. They were respectful to my mother and friend plus listened to my feedback. This was my 7th or 9th store (can’t remember) that I visited so I was already a bit burnt out from the process so I am VERY glad that I found the dress here. They steamed ($75) and held onto my dress and veil until the day before which was helpful.
Alterations: I am disappointed after the fact. On the wedding reddit, most brides say to NOT use the tailors at your bridal shop due to cost and quality. I saw Courtney given a ton of shoutouts so when I was assigned to her, I thought cool, we’re set. We had 3 appointments but 2 major issues.
Issue 1: On my actual wedding day, any time I walked in my dress, I felt like I was going to trip at any moment. I don’t know if it was the style of the dress and the amount of layers in the skirt OR an alteration issue where it should have been made shorter but I felt uncomfortable. My guests on the other hand said I looked like I was gliding so a relief that I didn't look as uncomfortable as I felt but still - for the amount I paid, I should have felt as good as I looked. I assume most brides do not know what they’re doing as they try on bridal dresses and get them altered (I sure didn’t) so I wish Courtney/the BE team had provided a bit more guidance with this as now my biggest tip is WALK AROUND IN YOUR DRESS. Don’t just stand there and let them shorten it with the pins and markers and such and call it a day. Fully walk around in it and see how it feels. When I go to my normal tailor they have me do that but I never did that here. Could I have remembered to do this myself? Sure but the whole wedding thing is so overwhelming so I would have appreciated this guidance from the team.
Issue 2: We bustled my dress as it had a long train. Again trying on the bustle in the store, it worked perfectly. The problem is given issue one with the general styling / length of the skirt in my HEELS, I also switched to converses for the reception so the length became even more of an issue. I brought my flats to fittings btw but we never tried them on due to timing / reassurance that if the dress is the right length for the heels, it will be for the converses. Well it wasn’t. I would have been better off with the wristlet-type bustle because that’s what I ended up doing all night. I probably look goofy as hell in my photos and videos trying to dance while holding my drink AND my dress (while it was bustled). Oh and the bustle wouldn’t stay, my coordinator had to readjust it multiple times even before the dancing portion started. Then I ended up just making a makeshift bustle tucking it into my hemline LOL. Similar to the walking in the dress advice, WEAR YOUR DANCING SHOES (if changing) AND ACTUALLY BUSTLE AND MOVE PURPOSEFULLY IN THE DRESS BEFORE FINALIZING. I would have loved more direction from Courtney and the BE team on this because, again, wedding planning is a whirlwind and not something we’re used to (and let's be real, dress shopping sucks because you're the center of attention in a room full of strangers who have full of you, it's not a comfortable experience already) so having that guidance here would have probably saved a lot of trouble.
Bridal Elegance was an incredible salon to work with! I drove down from LA because I knew they had a good selection of plus size dresses in stock (which is still rare for most brid...
al salons!), and they delivered! I had been to 3 other salons prior and none had the selection of designers, styles, price ranges, and accessories that Bridal Elegance had in house. Every stylist that I worked with was so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and knew how to manage group expectations for other people in the appointment. The show room is super cute and comfortable with enough room to bring several folks, and the in house tailoring team is super talented. I will highly recommend Bridal Elegance to any SoCal bride!

e to give some general ideas and I found my dress relatively quickly and with little difficulty. They really took all of the stress out of the experience and I was able to just focus on finding the perfect dress.

and 2 veils for my big day that worked so well together.
I came here because my sister in law got her dress there 6 years ago and highly recommended the salon. I am so glad I did. I was lucky enough to get Mary Ann as my consultant and s...
he was amazing. I picked out some dresses off their pinterest page and showed them to her and she came back with about 6 or 7 options for me to try on. I am a plus size bride, so I was super nervous about this stage of wedding planning, but Mary Ann made me feel so comfortable and beautiful the entire time. The dress I picked was actually the first one she had me try on! It's not even what I was really thinking I would get and I just ended up loving it. The sample I tried on was in a different color than I wanted, so she found some fabric in ivory that she pinned under the tulle so we could get a feel for what it would look like in that color. It was perfect. They had a team to do my alterations there as well who were great. I told them my budget and the dress I had was just slightly over. There was a trunk show for Stella York the following week, and to make sure I hit my budget, the owner honored the pricing for me. I am so gracious because I got my dream dress with alterations all at my budget. Thank you team BE and Mary Ann!!
I stumbled upon Bridal Elegance because distance from my home was a key factor in deciding on a bridal boutique. I knew I had to return multiple times to get fitted/alterations so ...
I wanted to find a nearby store to avoid driving in traffic to/from these necessary appointments.
The first boutique I went to was a well known one in Brentwood who was too pushy. Bridal Elegance was my second and last. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by warm attendants and beautiful decor. Everything was styled and decorated with this cute Parisian theme - my mom and I loved everything about it. I enjoyed my consultation appointment from beginning to end because I wasn't rushed and they listened to everything I wanted. NOTE: They make you go through their pinterest page that has every designer and dress option listed to narrow down your likes - it's tedious at first, but it really makes your appt efficient. I found my dress during my first appointment and you really do have that moment "This is my dress". Luckily, I found mine during a trunk show and got a good deal on a "one of a kind" dress... aka it's not out yet to the public. Alterations were easy and done seamlessly. I got a bustle for my dress added and it was done perfectly by the professional seamstress. In the end, I would always come back to this boutique to get my wedding dress. I would highly recommend this store!

Amazing bridal studio that helped me find my dream dress. Such a great team of people that work at bridal elegance. I would recommend 100 times more to all future brides!

nd how you want to look for your special day and these ladies will make it happen. I found my dream dress 3 dresses in, but tried a few more just in case and I kept going back to my third dress and I’m glad I tried others on so I wouldn’t have to wonder. Now I’m looking forward to my big day in September. I love the support to military brides and I’m thankful for being to experiencing a magical appointment
The only place you'll ever want to go for a wedding dress! Our daughter and son-in-law just got married and it all started at Bridal Elegance! Our consultant, Maryann, was so ins...
ightful, patient and talented, and their selection is amazing! They first got a sense of what our daughter liked, then helped her find out what was most beautiful on her. We went twice to look spent an hour each time. Before our second meeting, Maryann again went through all the dresses to show our daughter along with those she had liked the first time, and she found THE DRESS. Our daughter absolutely fell in love with it, and everyone who saw it on her loved it too. It was just her style and so flattering and unique! It came in on time as promised, all fittings and alteration appointments were carefully scheduled, and their seamstress Courtney made sure the dress fit absolutely perfectly, yet comfortably. Everyone was caring and professional and excited for us, and so incredibly helpful! They stayed within our budget and helped us find a lovely reasonably priced veil and the perfect earrings there as well!
This was my first stop on the dress hunting journey and it was a huge win! The staff was amazing, they are size inclusive, and they have pretty much any style and budget you could ...
want. I also had my alterations done here and they did an amazing job! I wish I could go buy another wedding dress from them just for fun!

tyles and surprised with a few more to see if I liked them. The person who helped me was patient and kind even when I wanted to try a few on 2 to 3 more times in the rotation. They even accommodated me coming again for a second appointment with my mom to pick the final one which happened to be the first dress I tried on in the store.

e about dresses!
From the moment I walked in she greeted us with a warm smile & knew EXACTLY what dress would look good on me. It didn't take more than 1 appointment in working with Louise until I bought my dream dress.
The entire staff is so wonderful! They would make me appointments to come in and try my dress on whenever I wanted. Always so flexible and accommodating.
I decided to use their in-house alterations, and Margo did an AMAZING job. Truly the best seamstress I've ever worked with. She was fantastic, quick and very educated in tailoring.
I would recommend this store to any bride! Not only is it a cute salon with amazing staff, but it's also affordable & they have a TON of dresses to chose from.
The reason for my 4-stars is only for my bridesmaids dresses. They were all measured to order and they all came back EXTREMELY large that every single one of them had to have it taken in 2-3 sizes which added up quick. We were told to have them size up, which didn't need to be the case.
Other than that, my wedding dress was perfect and that's probably all that matters! ;)
Best store ever!

point, and their staff made the experience so special and fun. I was able to try on so many dresses in various styles so that I could really get a sense of the look I was going for. Based on what I liked, the staff also gave recommendations for other dresses I should try based on what I was liking and disliking. I would highly recommend this studio in the South Bay/LA if you are looking for your perfect dress!

ise, the owner, is the sweetest and you can tell she's very passionate about helping you find the perfect dress. I ended up also getting my veil here, using their seamstress, and went through them for my dress preservation. Again, I could not be happier with my experience at Bridal Elegance and would highly recommend them!
LOVED my experience here!! The owner Louise is so nice and she made me and my bridal party feel so welcome in her store. They have a wide variety of dresses for all different body ...
types. They even have bridesmaid dresses as well! My consultant Kendall was amazing and used her expertise to find me the most beautiful dress. She was so patient with me in choosing the perfect style to fit my body and was really honest with her opinion which I really appreciated. I loved the vibe of this place so much that I want to go back on a Saturday just to hang out and watch brides select their dream dresses! You will definitely not leave here disappointed!

sociate who helped me find my dress was an angel! She was able to find dresses that fit my style, budget and personality. She made recommendations and suggestions based on my body type that helped me find the perfect dress for me (and it was on sale)! The dress was delivered on time without any issues. Overall I think Bridal Elegance is a great smaller bridal salon where you can get individualized attention.
I had the most wonderful experience at Bridal Elegance. From the moment we stepped into the store to even after we left, we all truly felt welcomed and appreciated. My consultant, ...
Maryann, was the absolute best I could have hoped for! She made me feel so comfortable, was so encouraging during the appointment and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. She really listened to what I liked and what I didn’t, and pulled great dresses for me. And I found the one!
The store is gorgeous! Very girly and welcoming with big couches for family/friends to sit and enjoy. They have a variety of sizes for their sample dresses, so everyone can try on dresses that actually fit. Overall just a wonderfully positive experience, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses.
Bridal Elegance was the third and last bridal salon I visited when looking for my gown. The search from a wedding dress is quite overwhelming when you first begin, and I was pretty...
overwhelmed and worried that I was not going to find my dress in time. What I appreciated about the service at Bridal Elegance was that they don’t make you feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. I got a feeling that they truly cared about your special day and had each of their clients and their preferences in their best interest. With their honest feedback and knowledge of selections, I was able to find my dress at my second visit. I also appreciated their professionalism and customer service, and felt comfortable in depending on them for my alterations through their seamstress as well. I would highly recommend Bridal Elegance for anyone who is looking to purchase a gown or even trying to figure out their preferred style.

ng a dress. The only thing that irritated me was that the owner claimed to have called me to pick up my dress when she truly didn't and tried to charge me a late fee which I wasn't about to pay. All in all, I would recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone looking for a wide selection and good deal on a wedding dress.
I didn't think of myself as a "bride" until I started trying on dresses at Bridal Elegance. I'd been to other salons to try on dresses, but the selection here as well as the knowle...
dge of my consultant was really unparalleled. My consultant put me in so many different styles so I could see what I liked and disliked and helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding (which was not what I thought I would choose!) and made me feel comfortable. The sizing, ordering, alterations, and pickup process was also easy and straightforward. I've sent 2 friends here already and they've both got their dresses as well.

ce to be. Louise the owner knew exactly what she was dong. She picked out dresses that i told her i liked, but also pulled out dresses that she thought would look good on me, which was so helpful. I wish I had just gone to this bridal shop first instead of trying others first. Bridal elegance had so many beautiful dress options and styles, that i had a hard time deciding because l liked them all! 10/10

hat you want for your bridal experience - pink tufted couches, velvet, and crystals everywhere. Straight out of Pinterest! *Sigh*
We had an issue with the fitting of my dress - ordered the size the designer recommended, but it ended up being way too big and wouldn't be able to fit properly. Lou happily exchanged my too-big dress for their floor sample, had it spot cleaned and altered to fit me perfectly.
Needless to say, they really go above & beyond for their customers & I would/will recommend this to every person I meet in a heartbeat!
My cousin got her dress from this shop for her wedding in 2007. At that time, it was owned by the mom of a friend I had in elementary school. I kept it in mind for my wedding. I fo...
und out it was owned by someone else but they were still great so I decided to go after going to two other stores beforehand (where I had no luck). From the get-go, I had a great experience at Bridal Elegance. The owner, Louise, helped me find the perfect dress! I showed her a couple of pictures and she pulled out several dresses for me. Every dress I tried on fit really nicely (even if the style wasn't what I envisioned).
They have a seamstress to hem the dress and do any other alterations that need to be done. I had a corset built into mine as I gained weight after I ordered my dress. The dress wouldn't fit! Horrible but I had some work to do. Long story short, the dress was too loose on my wedding day but it wasn't noticeable at all. I only knew because I knew how it was supposed to fit.
I highly recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone getting married or anyone who's going to be part of a wedding as they also have bridal party dresses.

something that I was not completely in love with. Louise, however, was very patient and gave me great recommendations when I told her what style I was looking for. You can tell that she really has a passion for what she does. I left with the first dress that I tried on and couldn't have been more happy!!!
Everyone was so helpful and friendly - there was no pressure at all! Also, their gowns are beautiful!

So Bridal Elegance was my second choice. I should have gone to them first! I orginally made 2 appointments on this day and BE only had an opening on Saturday at 1pm So I went to ...
the first place and they wasted 3 hours of my time on stuff I didnt even ask for That Girl was so unprofessional and it was clear she didnt know her job. The lady at Bridal Elegance clearly knew what she was doing it took her 10 minutes to find me what I wanted on my budget not hers. I wish i could remember her name. She wasnt bubbly and she was kinda serious, but she was totally professional! She brought out 3 dresses and one of those was the one I ended up buying, she asked me what I wanted and brought out those dresses based on what I wanted not what she wanted to sell me (unlike the first place). I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. She didnt waste my time and i appreciated her approach as being straight on and no BS.. I don't need Champagne or any other BS while I'm trying on a dress. Just bring me what I want and thats exactly What Bridal Elegance did. I appreciate that and wish I could remember the ladys name.
Bridal Elegance had the perfect mermaid-style, corset-back, ivory wedding gown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dressing room was gorgeous! Great place to bring your mom an...
d girlfriends to try on your dress for photos. I even found my veil and headpiece there. Irma, the seamstress was very talented. She brainstormed ways to make the alterations more affordable and made my dress the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend them!

d were able to help me find a time, despite my insane work schedule. Every person in the store was kind and helpful. Even when I couldn’t make up my mind, they were patient and gave me time to think. Grateful to have found Bridal Elegance and can’t wait to pick up my dress!

I have to admit, I was NOT looking forward to finding my wedding dress. I am not much of a shopper and was so stressed about the whole experience. But when I walked into Bridal Ele...
gance, all of that changed. From their professional and knowledgable staff to their beautiful selection of dresses, I knew that I had made the right choice by coming here. This was the only bridal shop I went to when looking for my dress and ended up picking the 3rd dress I tried on. It was so perfect and I knew that no other shop or dress would compare. I have been to large chain stores like David's Bridal for friend's weddings and truly believe their employees are pushy and the selection of gowns are not as beautiful. If you are looking for a more personal, stress-free experience when it comes to finding your gown, come to Bridal Elegance.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Bridal Elegance!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! The staff are AMAZING!! They made me feel like a top priority and never rushed or...
pressured me. They didn't blink an eye when I told them my somewhat low budget (unlike other places I visited). I showed them a few dresses I liked and as I tried on dresses they got to know my style and brought me others they thought I would like (and I did). I fell in love with one of the dresses they chose for me and could not have been happier.

nge, style, and parameters- budget was low, style was unique (bohemian lace), and parameters were "I'm getting married in less than 3 months". They couldn't have been nicer, and said they will pull somethings off the rack and make something happen! When I went in, I had the sweetest consultant and the back room is just a little slice of heaven, they really make you feel like a special bride.
Luckily they had about 10 dresses that fit perfectly and she helped me choose the "one". Purchased, had some minor tailoring and loved every second of it, and recommend Bridal Elegance to anyone trying to find that perfect dress, they have something for everyone!
After visiting 7 other dress shops and feeling discouraged, I walked in to Bridal Elegance for my appointment and immediately could tell they knew me better than I did based on the...
ir experience and hearing what I was looking for. I picked out a handful of dresses, but my gal (I can't remember her name, but she is my angel) suggested a dress that was not what I thought I wanted at all. I said no and she asked me to try it on for her...so I reluctantly said ok. That was the first and last dress I tried on - I burst in to tears when I turned around to see it...it was "the dress". I owe my, my now husband's and all our family and friends' love of my dress to Bridal Elegance. They know their brides-to-be...trust them and you will not be disappointed!

resses in romantic, lovely styles and even though I found a clear winner in my Stella York dress, I loved many of the ones I tried on. The salon is peaceful and the staff are friendly and helpful, and I have never felt rushed there. My dress has arrived with months to spare before the wedding and it looks beautiful, and I look forward to my fittings and to wearing it down the aisle!!
I got married a few weeks ago in late September and I could not have been happier with my wedding dress.
I planned my wedding in less than 9 months and every bridal store I went to...
told me I was too late to buy a nice dress, or that there was nothing available in my budget. I also felt pressured into buying dresses at multiple stores.
Bridal Elegance was the 10th store I went to and I happened to find 3 dresses within or close to my budget that I loved, which I didn't think was possible.
Their collection is beautiful.
Their staff was very kind and respectful. They did not pressure me to buy a dress. In fact they gave me approximately 3 weeks to decide and gave me the prices and designer names for the 3 dresses I liked.
They also have an external person who alters the dress if necessary. She was fantastic. In fact, she advised me not to alter the dress more than slightly as it would be more expensive for me and the dress looked fine as it was.
In addition, every visit was efficient and they have parking lot.
Who could ask for anything more than beautiful, affordable dresses with a kind, respectable, efficient staff, with an available free parking lot?
I have recommended any bride I meet to come to this store!
You won't regret it!

and helped me select several dresses to try on that really fit my idea of my dream dress. I couldn't believe how many beautiful dresses they had, and how well they knew their inventory. When I mentioned I liked a specific part of one dress the consultant recommended another dress and when I put it on it was like that moment you see in every movie. I swear birds were singing and the sun shined brighter and there might have even been rainbows. I couldn't be happier. The dress was perfect and I got so many compliments on how good it fit me. You should absolutely buy your dress here!

Elegance in Torrance which was much closer to where I live. I am so happy I found a shop that came highly recommended and one that I trust with making changes to my dress at a reasonable cost. The staff was very sweet and accommodating to my needs for scheduling a last-minute appointment. Stacy and Maryanne were a great to work with! Irma is the seamstress and she really has an eye for making the dress fit to your body. They make you feel very welcomed and taken care of, that's what every bride wants to feel like during the Dress process. Thank you Bridal Elegance!
