Bridal Exclusives

I am so livid, this is the worst place in the world of bridal dresses. Beauties out there please avoid yourself a heartache. First of all, I strongly believe that everyone should be treated Humanely and with respect. Second, I believe in forgiveness and therefore I forgive you Jessica, for being such a terrible person to my girl Natalie marrow. Thirdly, this is what happened. My girl Natalie went to get her dress from this shop and found “the one.” I mean she was so completely trusting that she had found her dress and that this shop would help her look like the queen she is on her special day. My friend she is a sweetheart and she is such a beautiful person. She had no idea what she was getting herself into. This shop cut up her dress way too shirt and in a very unprofessional manner. I am not a expert but even to me it was obvious that the dress was not properly fixed. Her breast would fall out of the dress when she moved around and her ankles showed, it was a disaster! They tried to fix the top of the dress by pulling it up but the more they tried to fix the top the bottom would rise and it just turned out not looking anything like the beautiful dress she fell in love with. The worst part was this Jessica person, oh my what a character! She was awful to my friend. She refused to refund her any of the money she paid for a dress that she was not going to be able to wear of her special day. She refused to let her buy a dress off the rack for a discounted price. I was livid and really wanted to give that woman a piece of my mind but Natalie talked me out of it because she is so nice and a child of God. This shop should not be I. Business! We know other women who have had a similar situation and had their money refunded but of course Natalie is not white. This Jessica is such an evil person. She was rude she tried to tell my friend. You can buy the sample dress but it will be full price! The dress was dirty full of make up and not the right size she refuse to refund and money or try to make up for the disastrous job they did on her dress. How despicable! They tried to give her a dress that was so damaged and it caused her so much stress and time and tears. These people should be taken to jail not only did they not refund her money they didn’t even let her have the dress they messed up. She walked out of there without her hundreds and her dress. Just 20 days before the wedding. She had to go buy a dress she settled for off the rack somewhere else that her mother paid for because she did not have money in her budget to buy it herself. Her mother worlds hard for her money she lives pays check to pay check she can’t afford to spend money like that. This Jessica girl should not be working any job that required human interaction because she has no customer service no empathy and no heart! She almost ruined my friend’s special day. There’s a special place for people like Jessica. And I will make sure my friend peruses legal action against this shop. If anyone else has had a similar experience please contact me so we can all sue together and make sure this doesn’t keep happening to beautiful brides out there!

Avoid this vendor at all costs. This is an "assembly line" style bridal shop. First off, we felt rushed to make a selection, managing to do it in less than 45 minutes. After choosing a dress and scheduling our fitting appointment (over a month ahead of time) they called and asked if we could change our appointment to another day of the week. We said no because the bride works 6am-6pm, six days/week. We had specifically made our appointment for a Sunday because that was simply the only day we were available. We drove two hours on the appointed day only to find out that they gave our time slot to someone else anyway. They were not apologetic and told the bride that she had called and canceled her appointment. We asked to speak with the manager three times. Each time the employee went to get the manager, but the manager only finally came to speak with us after the third attempt. It was finally the seamstress who came out and told us that she could fit us in for an appointment. Unfortunately, the story does not end there. When we picked up the dress, the hem was above the top of the shoe that she wore to the fitting. The dress was altered irreparably. We complained to the manager, Hope, and wrote two letters and received no response whatsoever. I have never experienced such dismal customer service. Don't be deceived by all their positive reviews. They give you a discount if you give a review on google before you pay your bill i.e. before you see your final dress. In general, this is a classless place and they treat clients disrespectfully.

I feel like two different reviews are needed for Bridal Exclusives, the salon and then the alterations. I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress. My consultant was Janiah, and she was so helpful and kind. I love that they have you try on all the different styles of dresses, so you are able to see what looks good on you. Janiah was so positive, and I never felt like she was pushing me to decide on a dress. Bridal Exclusives would get a 5 star review, however, I had a bad experience with the alterations department. At my first appointment, I felt extremely rushed and pushed to decide on the train of my dress. Since I needed time to think, I made another appointment to come back. The seamstress said that she would finish altering the top of my dress, and then it would be easy to finish the bottom at the next appointment. However, on our way to the salon for appointment number two, she called to cancel (30 minutes before the appointment). My mom had taken the day off work, and rescheduling was made even more difficult when the seamstress said that she was only available on Mondays. The alterations themselves were great and my dress was gorgeous. However, the unprofessional way we were treated throughout the alterations process added a lot of stress to the experience. I would suggest going somewhere else for alterations.

The consultant I worked with was so incredible! She picked out a dress that I never thought I would wear and convinced me to try it on. I ended up loving it so much and she knew exactly what I should wear for my body type. The alterations were always incredibly done and the whole process was made so enjoyable by the wonderful staff.

I did not have a great experience at Bridal Exclusives. After getting checked in I looked around at some of the dresses just taking a peek at their selection. When my consultant called me she took my measurements then let me know that I was considered a "plus" size bride. When going to choose dresses she told me to head to the back of the store because none of the regular dresses would fit me. I did not know what I was looking at nor did I know their stock. The consultant did not ask me any questions about what I was looking for and instead wanted me to choose the gowns as if I knew their stock. What made me annoyed was the fact that I knew I wanted a ballgown and the consultant said they wanted me to try on each silhouette to "be sure". This was a huge waste of time for me because I know my body and I knew what I was looking for. Sure enough, most of my appointment was me trying on gowns I knew would not fit my body's shape. I have pictures from my appointment and my consultant looked like she did not want to be there and I got the same feeling from my appointment. I ended up purchasing my wedding gown elsewhere.

I could have not asked for a better place to find my dress! I decided to go with Bridal Exclusives after talking with them at the Portland Bridal Show. Out of all of the vendors, they were the ones I connected with the most. I also liked the dresses they had on display the most. While shopping for my dress, the woman helping me was sooo fun and supportive. I am sad I can’t remember her name but she is small and tall has long dark hair and is known for getting measurements exact.. My bridesmaids who came with me also loved her. When you first get there, they ask you to try on one of every style of dress. Although I knew exactly what style I wanted, it was still fun to see myself in all of the different types. The lovely woman helping me listened very closely to what I shared as my dream dress, and after a few attempts to match it, she finally found the perfect one! Her measurements were also spot on and I did not need any alterations besides cups and a bustle! The alterations woman is also super sweet let me “have a moment alone” in my dress, which was super nice. I highly recommend Bridal Exclusives. And although I don’t have another reason to go back, I totally would choose them again.

One word. AMAZING! The staff is so happy and helpful and the woman who was trying dresses with me really cared about finding what I wanted and did not show me a single dress out of my price range! The seamstresses are so amazing and fast and the measures they took before ordering my dress were perfect and I needed no alterations other than a bustle! Would 100% recommend!!!

We had a terrible experience at another bridal salon and came here after. The staff were welcoming and very polite. They made sure we didn't have any question or needed help finding anything. All of the staff were attentive and made sure we were doing ok and offered us water or coffee. This is how bridal parties should be treated. They have a pretty good selection of bridesmaid dresses.

If another salon in the state of Oregon had sold my dream dress I would have gone there but I bought here because I had no other option. I knew exactly what dress I came in for and had previously looked at different dress styles. That being said the sales lady still had me pick out a dress from every style and try them one. I feel as though normally this would be fine but I have a disability that causes me to have a hard time trying clothes on. I tried on almost 15 dresses in 2 hours. Once I finally told her that I knew that I wanted the first dress and the dress I came in for on, she promptly said that she had another appointment and wouldn’t be able to complete the sale because we took so long trying on dresses. This type of customer service is why I will never recommend their sales floor. Their alterations team on the other hand is amazing!

I had a great experience at Bridal Exclusives. I had gone in with my sister in law when she was looking for her dress and felt it was the first place I wanted to try for my own wedding dress search. Everyone was pleasant and our consultant was cheerful and listened to my feedback. She helped us narrow down what it was I was looking for and made me feel as though I was in charge of my choice. The alterations process was smooth as well and I felt that the seamstress was very knowledgable. She was able to give good input. She worked with us, explaining what needed to be done and why - as well as being receptive to us wanting an extra bustle loop or two. I have been very glad to have gone to Bridal Exclusives, it's felt like a great choice every step of the way.

Bought a beautiful dress that was on their sales rack. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Very expensive!

I am a maid of honor, and my bride found her dress in an hour after trying on maybe 10. The girl was super helpful and we had a lot of fun!! I recommend this place to any bride for a fun and full experience!

I had found my dream dress at a boutique a few days ago, but it was way over my budget and I was so heartbroken. I went into Bridal Exclusives and Janiah was my consultant. I showed her a photo of the dress I fell in love with and she showed me to the racks with that same silhouette. I picked about 10-12 dresses to try on. I didn’t bring any friends or family with me on this trip since it was a last minute decision, but Janiah was so fun and it was basically like having a best friend with me. She was so encouraging and positive when I swear those mermaid dresses wouldn’t go over my hips, lol. As soon as I put on “the one” we both knew it. It is so much like the first dream dress I tried on, but even better and I’m so glad I came here for my dress.

I found my perfect, dream wedding dress through Bridal Exclusives. Their bridal sales staff is AMAZING, so helpful, and patient. I had no complaints of them. However, I did have minor issues with alterations. All that needed to be altered on my dress was the length. I live out of state so coming in for alterations is a bigger deal. I had to go in 4 times. Again, all that was needed to be altered was my length. My Mom was upset during one of my appointments and her and I were talking and the head seamstress walked away and did not come back. Another random worker was kind enough to finish up that alterations appointment. Having your dress perfect is a big deal so professionalism and patience with the bride and/or family goes a long way. In addition, the costs of alterations are very expensive regardless so you want to feel like you are treated well. Overall, my experience was while worth it. However, it would have been closer a 5-star review had my experience with alterations been better.

I have absolutely NO complaints about my experience with Bridal Exclusives! They all were so amazing through the entire planning process. When I went in, they had me try on a dress in every style and then narrowed my search from there. I picked my dress in the first appointment and the staff was so friendly and supportive. The alterations staff was fantastic as well. Anytime we needed a change, they executed it perfectly. Everyone should get their dress from here! Thank you for making this process so memorable and fun!

I had a great experience! It was the first place that I tried on wedding dresses and I found my dress there! I like how they had me try on multiple different styles of dresses on in the beginning to help narrow it down to which styles I liked best on me. The staff was so friendly and helpful!

Found my dress at Bridal Exclusives! My family came along we had one of the first appointments of the day. When you walk in the salon is set up so organized by style and the feel is bright and Bridal (without being too intimidating or over the top) Kaycee was the stylist assigned to me and she got right to work pulling the dresses I had wanted to take a look at and also pulling some she thought would work based on my vision! The whole time she made me feel comfortable, confident and beautiful. The dress I ended up picking was the second one I tried on and she could tell I felt the best in it but did not push me to make a pressured decision. I was too nervous to commit so I came back later in the day after I thought about it and tried on a couple dresses at other spots. Kaycee was already gone for the day but I was still helped out with such professionalism and enthusiasm by Patty. I ended up also buying a Beaded sash, cathedral veil and headpiece because the whole look was perfect. And it was all at the budget I wanted to spend just on the dress. I also took a She Said Yes picture with their cute shop in the background. I never felt rushed or pressured and couldn't have asked for a better experience. I didn't know I'd find my dress that quickly and I'm so happy I did. I highly recommend this salon, for their selection, staff and vibe!!

I absolutely loved this salon! From the phone call to book a last minute appointment the very next day to squeezing me in on Sunday evening so I could try on my dress one more time, they made me feel so comfortable, beautiful, and welcomed! I worked with Alyssa A and Shelly and both consultants had the expertise to think through every scenario of getting married on a mountain which helped to put all of my anxieties to rest and allowed me to truly feel like a princess bride!

I had an excellent experience at Bridal Exclusives - from scheduling appointments, choosing a dress and alterations, all of the people I came in contact with were patient, accommodating and extremely helpful. They had an excellent selection and I recommend this place to all of my newly engaged friends!

WORST experience of my life with a company!! They ordered the wrong size, completely ruined the dress during alterations, then double charged me to fix THEIR mistakes. They also ruined every bridesmaid dress they touched. We were all using safety pins to keep things together and attempting last minute alterations during the wedding day. DON'T EVER GO TO TO THEM!!!! They also deleted my negative review and others off their facebook (including comments of multiple stories demonstrating similar terrible behavior) If you want your dress to be the worst part of your special day, then this is the place for you!

Thank you Alyssa A for being a dream to work with. My entire bridal party was so impressed with her also. She really went above and beyond my expectations and still listened to and respected my budget. I love my dress!!

I am so happy I found my perfect dress at Bridal Exclusives!!! The consultants were amazing & the selection is awesome!!! (Especially for all sizes/plus sizes!) Lena was my favorite! She is so easy to talk to and started my initial appointment by putting me in a variety of styles to narrow down what silhouette I liked best. From there? So much easier to choose a gown!!! Sally in alterations did an amazing job at nipping and tucking and creating a beautiful bustle for my multi-layered dress! She even came in on her day off to accommodate my difficult schedule so I could could pick up my dress! I felt the pricing for the dress was in line with most other boutiques and the alterations were reasonably priced as well! Just A+++ all around! I cannot recommend Bridal Exclusives enough!

I loved my experience with purchasing my dress, especially with the over-the-phone customer service. The ladies were polite, and helpful. However, I wouldn't suggest getting alterations on your dress here (they're a bit overpriced). Other than that, the dresses are gorgeous and good quality for a moderate price.

Wedding dress shopping was one of the more stressful aspects of wedding planning for me. I visited one bridal shop for an appointment that lasted over 3 hours, and was completely overwhelmed & more confused than ever. My friend had a wonderful experience at Bridal Exclusives in Tigard and I figured I would visit. I loved the process of how you try on dresses! Instead of walking in with your 'idea,' they have you select one dress of every silhouette to see how it looks and feels on your body (I fell in love with pictures of dresses on Pinterest, and realized the styles I liked did not flatter me whatsoever). I also envisioned wearing a lace, spaghetti strap wedding gown (which can be difficult to find in a shop and not online). It turned out that one of the dresses I selected to try as a Mermaid silhouette was a Maggie Sottero dress I fell in LOVE with. I was nervous it would be way out of my price range, and it was not! I loved working with my consultant, and she made the whole experience stress-free and completely how I envisioned dress shopping would be with my mom & maid of honor. A great experience from purchase to alterations!

I went to the location in Clackamas to try on dresses and it was so much fun! It was like I was on "Say yes to the dress." The consultant I worked with was solely focused on me and my family and friends got to be a part of it while they drank wine. I got my alterations done at the Tigard location and this was a positive experience as well! My dress fit perfectly on my wedding day!

Best experience ever! Karmen was amazing, and really helped me, in a very organized and timely manner(which is how I have to shop!), to find my Dream dress! I felt like a princess the whole day! I felt like they had a wide range of prices, and the quality was so much better than other places I went. Check it out and ask for an appointment with Karmen!

I went to Bridal Exclusives first (I had set two appointments, one for David's Bridal too) After I left Bridal Exclusive - I cancelled my appointment with David's Bridal. I found a dress that I loved, and the woman helping me was extremely kind and was willing to work with me on anything I needed. She gave space when needed and was right back to help me step out of the dresses. I ended up purchasing the dress I fell in love with, but two days later, I realized I had changed my mind and wanted to go back and look again. I called BE and asked if there was any possible way, and they agreed right away that I could come back and see more dresses. They made an even exchange with no hassle and I found THE perfect dress for me (that I continued to stay happy with). They were on time with all alterations, and very helpful the week of picking up my dress. GREAT dress selection as well. Wouldn't have went with anyone else.

They have a great selection of dresses. Super friendly and helpful. The girls didn't make me feel pressured in any way. I loved everything about my dress and they did an awesome job on alterations as well.

The service was great at Bridal Exclusives! They were so accommodating and made great recommendations. I was living across the country, and they even let me store the dress there for months until I came back to Oregon. My dress was affordable and exactly what I wanted. Such a beautiful dress that worked perfectly in my summer garden wedding!

The sales staff was great. They were very friendly. Unfortunately they had a terrible selection of plus sized gowns. All their gowns over size 18 looked alike. If you are a plus sized girl like me, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

After looking at other stores with very limited I loved that Bridal Exclusives had so many dresses in every style to choose from. They had me try on every kind of dress, something I would never think to do, and I ended up going with one that I would never had tried on if they hadn't encouraged me to give every style a chance. They gave very personal attention and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. They also altered my dress for me and did a great job.

Bridal Exclusive is not a recommended place from my experience especially for brides that have a close wedding date. I have two reasons for why. I came in on a Friday and Kaycee was my consultant and she was amazing. She made me feel like a bride, she knew what she was doing and she made everything stress free. Once I found my dress that I loved that’s when everything started going downhill. First of all, if you plan on buying a dress off the rack, they only take of about $75 off, or so I was told. The only dress closest to my size was available in a 10 white. Exactly what I wanted, but they couldn’t see if the dress was a for sure in stock. They promised me that no later than Monday I would know if I had the dress or not. The manager Emily was also involved in this matter to help me. Mind you I paid for half of the dress that they don’t even know if it is in stock or not. Monday came around and I gave them a call. One of the other consultant answered and had no idea what was going on and told me I wouldn’t be able to know for sure until the following Monday, a week later. I told her I couldn’t wait that long. I have a short deadline to my wedding, I needed to know if the dress was in stock if anything I would need to order a new one as a rush if possible, but it would arrive a month before the wedding not including alteration. That’s when the girl had the manager from Tigard name penny call me back. She told me that she wasn’t able to see it because the place was doing inventory and would call me the following day to let me know. Well Tuesday came around and I called only to find out they were closed. Finally on Wednesday I came in because I was tired and wanted to return it only to find that they were closed for the next three days. After I came from my vacation, FYI Monday night, I told Emily I wanted to return the dress. She was confused and lost when I explained to her no one has been contacting me since I bought the dress. She returned it for me and the following day I got a call from Penny apologizing that she didn’t call me Monday, which should have been Tuesday like she said. The great part is that I found the SAME DRESS in Rosewood Bridal for nearly 200$ cheaper. They ordered the same exact dress that Bridal Exclusive could not follow through with. The staff at Rosewood Bridal in Tigard was great and took great care of me.

I had the best time picking out my dress with my consultant Shelly... however I was left less than impressed with my alterations :(

My dress was gorgeous, I was happy with the way it was tailored...but I think a few more practices at finding the bustle loops would have been good, as they were so well-done as to be....invisible in the low lighting of the venue. The only thing I would note is that they did show me dresses a little bit over my planned price range, but not by so much as to break the bank or be upsetting when I tried something on and knew that I couldn't stretch the budget so far.

Absolutely loved my dress!

This place was very average. Had dresses from 800-3000. I happen to find mine off the rack, and i loved it. Service is average, dresses are average. It didn't have very many styles. Everything had lace/tool/rhinestones. So look elsewhere if your looking for simple/elegant. Also alterations were inexpensive, but they didn't get it right the first time. So pros and cons.

I tried dresses at several shops in and around Portland and this one blew them all away. I did like Charlotte's a lot, but they didn't have the dresses I wound up choosing as my top three styles. Bridal Exclusives has hundreds to choose from, and their service was awesome. Some other shops in town had run down dressing areas, and dirty floors. Not bridal exclusives, they are clean, professional, and they made my shopping experience so good that I took my maid of honor and mother to try dresses for them. The sales staff was not pushy at all, and they did more than I expected to help us all find the right styles, colors, and prices. I bought my gown, the veil, and jewelry here, and I will encourage all brides to come here first.

Staff is overall friendly & very helpful. Alterations were spendy, but I am so glad I did everything they suggested (hem, sew in cups, steam clean), as my dress looked even more gorgeous than when I bought it. Feel free to bring in champagne & enjoy yourself! I found my perfect dress during our initial walk-through and haven't found one to compete with it since.

I went to the clackamas location. Lisa was my consultant. She was very knowledgeable and wonderful all the way around. I found the perfect dress and got a great deal on it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would definitely recommend them.

I've been in two weddings in the last 8 months, besides my own, and all 3 of us brides went to Bridal Exclusives and loved it! The reason why we all went there...THEY DO IT RIGHT! Your consultant will have you try on a dress in every style before you begin pulling the ones you Think you'll like. This was so great for me because it let me see which style of dress was most flattering on my body. Another of my favorite things about this place is that they let you bring in snacks and champagne...so fun! The consultants were kind and Very helpful, and the seamstresses were great to work with as well. I ordered my dress on the 30th of November for a May 25th wedding, so I chose to pay to have it done just a week or two early (not Rushed- that is pretty spendy). As soon as my dress arrived I scheduled my first fitting, then my second, and they were able to squeeze me in for a third fitting just a week and a half before my wedding when my dress still didn't fit quite right!

I worked with a wonderful employee at Bridal exclusives who made sure to give me ample time to try on each design of dress I was interested in. She was even patient with everyone's opinions including my own. Each time I went in for fittings and alterations they were beyond helpful and the price was fairly reasonable in comparison to all other bridal boutiques I looked at.

Loved my dress

I bought my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from bridal exclusives. Plus size brides; they have a pretty good selection of samples that you can actually try on! The store is big, rooms to get dresses in are nice, and everyone is so friendly. My consultant, Amber, was absolutely AMAZING! Each time I went in for fittings she remembered me and was always so great to talk to. Susie did a great job on alterations and it came out perfectly for all the girls!
