When I flew home for my first time out to look, my friend had come down with COVID and my mom and I had to head out alone. Feeling a little sorry for myself, Caley made me feel really special and brought a great selection of dresses to get me excited for the big day and put up with us having to Facetime the viewing experience for my sister to weigh in as well. Because I am very indecisive and always need to see what else is out there, I went to a few other places and tried on other things, but I would have saved tons of time and energy if I’d just gone with my first intuition. I called them that next week to go with a gown I never would have picked out on my own, but they really knew what would look fabulous on me and make me feel like the most beautiful woman in the world on my special day. I ended up getting my veil and accessories with them when I went back for my final fitting. Great experience, great selection, great everything. I highly recommend it!

in having an idea of what I wanted but Nicole really helped me narrow it down. I ended up liking the top of one dress and the bottom of another. She took the time to check with the designer that they could combine the two and ultimately it was my perfect dress. I had stored my dress at BE until the big day and the entire staff had been so kind and enjoyable to work with. I picked up my dress the day before the wedding and they walked me through some things and mentioned, "it's ok if it gets dirty!" Which, they are right, it gets very dirty, but enjoy your day! Love Bridal Extadorniate and though I won't be getting married again I would highly recommend them for your big day!

g, and they do everything they possibly can to make you feel special. I will recommend this place to EVERYONE for years to come! I didn't have a good idea of the type of dress I wanted before going here - I wanted to try on a lot of different styles so that I could see what looked best on me! I worked with Bizi and she was so patient and made me feel so special throughout the entire process. She brought out gowns in a lot of different styles and then listened to my feedback and narrowed in on a style I liked best. Bizi was so helpful, genuine, and kind - she was another cheerleader in the room! I also got my hair accessories (jeweled hair comb and veil) here - I loved all the different options available and suggestions from the stylist on pulling together the whole look.

that at all, I truly thought I would be going from appointment to appointment all day. Nope! Angie helped me find the dress and pulled different gowns based on what I had told her I was looking for. I knew I wanted off the shoulder straps but once I put the Pronovias gown on (without straps) she enlightened me that we could add straps on to any of the dresses. Well, holy cow, for me - the straps made it look EXACTLY like what I was looking for! I never felt rushed and I just felt really pretty and bridal, it was an amazing morning! Then, we popped champagne when I said yes to the dress (don't we all wait our whole lives for this moment!?) and we were all just so happy! Then, they helped with sizing and getting the dress ordered and I came back to pick the dress up. Even THAT appointment was an amazing experience! My stylist helped me put on my accessories and let me soak it all in. She gave me tips on how to sit down in my form-fitting dress which definitely came in handy. And I used one of their recommended vendors for alterations! Now, I am going through BE to clean and preserve my beautiful dress. What a great place, great people, great dresses, and I always left happy!

my other appointments but found myself comparing that experience to the amazing one I had at BE. I went back to officially choose my dress and they were so kind and excited for me! All the ladies are SUPERB and you will not be disappointed with their service.

She helped me find my vision of what I was wanting, was respectful of my budget and helped me with a customization on my gown that ended up being absolutely perfect! Colleen and all of the other staff at BE are so kind, energetic and make wedding dress shopping such a fun experience. I also got my alterations done with Tae, who was one of the tailors that BE recommended. Tae could not have done a better job on my dress! It was a tight fitting gown with a very particular fabric type and she tailored it to fit like a glove. I do not have enough good things to say about the BE team and Tae!

And I thought it was really weird that they don’t let you look at the selections of dresses, you tell your consultant what you like and *hope* they bring you what you’ve asked for, which Carol did not. At least not until I told her I was willing to spend more than she thought I would. The dresses she brought were beautiful, but not my style. And not only that, I am a plus size bride and even after the first couple dresses she gave me were too small, when she brought more they were still too small! I normally wear 16-18, which of course is different in bridal sizes but trying on dress after dress that was too small just made me feel awful and not beautiful in the least, which is not how any bride should feel.

that I would need to be strapped in, clipped on, etc to get that illusion of something fitting. Bridal Extrodinnaire actually had sample sizes that fit and were even roomy! I didn't think it was affecting my feelings at the other places, but once you have something on that fits, you just feel more beautiful, and more yourself than ever. It was so important seeing what dresses looked like from the back, which was not something that was able to happen at these other store. The team really listened to what I did and did not like, and went above and beyond helping me choose something that I didn't even know existed! You can try other places in the KC area, but Bridal Extrodinnaire will have everything you're looking for. Bless these women: they are miracle workers!

The helped me customize the dress I picked and it was delivered exactly how I wanted it! When COVID hit, I still needed a veil and accessories. The BE team met with me over Zoom to show me my options and then allowed me to come in upon reopening to purchase. Not only did the ladies at BE really listen to what I was wanting, they took my comments and helped find the perfect dress for me even though I had no idea what that was! I ended up getting something completely different from what I thought I wanted and that is all because the women at BE took the time to listen to my likes and dislikes of each dress I put on! I also had BE hold my dress after alterations for the steam package. After having to reschedule my wedding due to COVID they were completely flexible and happy to hold on to it for an extra 4 months. When I picked it up the day before my wedding they helped us place it in the car carefully and gave us detailed instructions for making sure it looked its best for the big day! BE is the place to shop for your wedding dress in KC!

I went to 3 different dress shops throughout the process, and she was by far the most helpful and genuine of all the stylists that helped me. They also had a great variety of quality dresses. I can't say enough good things about our experience! Very excited to have my dress delivered in the next few months!
