About this vendor
Based in San Francisco, CA, Bridal Fitness Coach is a fitness studio that helps soon-to-be-newlyweds look and feel beautiful ahead of their weddings. Owner Tammy Foxx has worked with dozens of clients and offers personalized exercise and meal plans based on each individual’s goals. Couples can train with Tammy one-on-one in her private studio or opt to work out over Zoom or Facetime. Originally from Texas, Tammy recruited and managed professional basketball players before relocating to San Francisco. A lover of all things fitness, health, and weddings, she founded Bridal Fitness Coach in 2009. When she’s not training clients, this coach can be found exercising, reading, watching movies, and traveling. Tammy loves to laugh and believes deeply in the importance of Southern hospitality.
Tammy offers three packages for your big day: the Busy Bride, the Buff Bride, and the Boss Bride. The popular Buff Bride comes with three personalized workouts, a four-week training program, meal planning and nutrition coaching, and a myofascial release and stretching routine. Throughout the process you will also get regular phone and video support, in-app messaging, access to a private community, and a custom calendar.

out. Tammy is able to have you work out, sweat and get sore with out yelling at you. She always took note of our injuries and/or body parts disabilities. We definitely book her again.

edding. She kept me accountable both in and out of the gym, and I lost almost 10 pounds and 2% body fat in about 10 weeks. Tammy makes each session fun and challenging, and she's very accommodating with her schedule to make it as easy as possible for her clients to get a great workout in. During this stressful pre-wedding time in my life, I couldn't be more thankful for Tammy's coaching and compassion. She is the BEST!

ng out enjoyable. I looked and felt like a million bucks on my wedding day.
But that’s not all, I decided I enjoyed my workouts and loved the results so much that when I came back from my honeymoon, I continued to see her as part of my regular health and wellness routine. Definitely great value for the money!

just all about losing weight, but really wanted to look fantastic for our weddings! Tammy keeps the sessions challenging and different every time. We do a variety of exercises - cardio, weights, lunges, TRX, kettlebell, jumprope, etc. She is great at assessing your fitness level and pushing you forward to get better. After working with Tammy, I could definitely see a change in my body and I was really happy with the results. I have continued to train with Tammy after my wedding and have for the past 7 years - through 2 pregnancies and beyond. Tammy understands all body types and how to modify to meet your goals and help you feel fit. I have also done virtual sessions with Tammy from home during Covid - she is flexible and does everything she can to meet your fitness goals!
Thanks to Tammy Foxx at Bridal Fitness Coach, I have lost over 65 pounds and have kept it off for more than a year now. I feel great! In-person sessions with Tammy were the best ...
I have had with any trainer. She cares about her clients and gives them the individual attention they need. For me, she pushed me to do more than I thought I could, all the while keeping our sessions fun and exhilarating. In addition to that, she created scheduled workouts on the BFC Fitness App that were varied and kept me motivated on the days I worked out on my own. As if that weren’t awesome enough, the BFC Fitness App has a food tracking tool that I used to make sure I stayed within my daily calorie goal. I still use the BFC Fitness App to track my food and workouts. That is the secret to my success. I can’t recommend Tammy Foxx and Bridal Fitness Coach highly enough.
