This is the only place you need to shop for a gown. Here's why. This was the fourth stop in my search for a wedding gown between Chicago and central Florida, and it was far and away the best experience I had. From the moment I walked in the door, Ellie was warm, welcoming, professional, and easy going. This shop provides 1-on-1 appointments so you have their full attention and you have full comfort without tons of strangers roaming around while you climb in and out of gowns. Their approach to selecting gowns was also great. I was able to hand select what appealed to me off the rack (great selection, by the way) and also was given professional suggestions. Ellie listened and observed so she could pull dresses that flattered my figure and matched the overall aesthetic of my wedding. She also wasn't afraid to suggest things I wouldn't necessarily have chosen myself, which I appreciated because it either pleasantly surprised me or further solidified my taste. Above everything else, she took her time to pin everything perfectly (sometimes multiple times!) so I could truly envision what each gown would look like. She explained ways that dresses could be altered to make them 100% what I was looking for or to flatter or hide problem areas. That's where Ellie's unique skills and 20+ years of experience really shined. Then, after about a dozen gowns, she helped me narrow it down to a top three and helped accessorize these top choices with veils etc. to make a final decision. She then helped my mom and grandma choose and try on dresses of their own. Through it all, Ellie respected my budget and did not press for decisions. You may think that some of these things are obvious or commonplace, but I assure you they aren't. Ellie's service was unmatched. The experience at Bridal Gallery Couture was phenomenal. Our bridal consultant Whitney was very attentive, professional and approachable. She was able to create an intimate and custom tailored experience for my fitting. We were welcomed as a walk in and the location couldn't be more perfect. Overall an elegant boutique, selection of bridal gowns and knowledgeable staff.

I had a really great experience at Bridal Gallery Couture! I'm plus size (street size 16) and was having a really had time finding things I could try on without feeling like I was squashed in. My stylist Annie was so helpful and really listened to what I was looking for. I didn't feel like she was judging me (which, unfortunately, had not always been my experience up until then), even though we had to maneuver some with the clips. I ended up finding a beautiful dress that made me smile from ear to ear! Of course I wish they had more plus size options to try on, but I'd say they were about average in the number of plus size samples. That being said, I still didn't feel too limited. Plus sizing aside, I really liked the dress styles they had...they had a good mix of the standard styles, but also some really unique dresses that I didn't feel like I'd seen a million times online or in other stores. my dress was from one of their new designers, Calla Blanche, and it was definitely more unique! Overall, I had a great experience, and I'm glad that it ended up being my last bridal salon shop!!

LaRai is my hero!! She got me my dream dress when no other salon would! I actually live in Los Angeles and had seen a Rosa Clara dress that I absolutely loved on their website. I’m super picky and just could not stop thinking about this dress. I called every single bridal salon in LA that carries Rosa Clara but no one would respond or help me see a sample of the dress. I guess they didn’t carry the gown and didn’t feel like helping me request a sample. I was desperate so I looked to bridal salons in Orlando (where my mother lives) to see if any of them would help me. Out of all the salons I contacted, LaRai at Bridal Gallery Couture was the ONLY person who answered my email. Not only did she respond, telling me the dress had been discontinued – BUT she went above and beyond and found out that Rosa Clara had one last dress of that style available to purchase in their warehouse! It was meant to be. I went for it and I couldn’t be happier with it! It’s my dream dress and it's absolutely stunning. My search had been super frustrating, but LaRai stepped up and made magic happen. She was also super sweet, detailed, and very responsive to my emails. Can’t recommend her enough.
