Chey Helped me today and she was wonderful! I had a great experience and said yes to a dress! I'll definitely recommend to any future bride looking for their perfect dress.
CJ, CJ, CJ! I absolutely loved my experience at this boutique. I was nervous and dead set that I "am not buying today". CJ was so kind, talked through what I did and did not like i...
n the dressing room, identified my style, and I found THE dress the same day. It literally felt like shopping with a best friend. I can't recommend her enough.
LAYOUT - this shop is quaint! You are in an open room with two areas to accommodate two appointments. The plus side is you get to see the other bride and the dress she's trying on. They alternate each bride; so as you are in the back getting into a dress, the other bride is in her area with her guests viewing a dress. At the end, they take you to the front part of the store to take pictures in a mirror with faux bouquets so you can take it all in.
PRICING- This is a $1500+ boutique. They have discounted dresses available for closer to $1000 but plan to spend about 2-3K here. CJ was transparent on pricing as we tried each on. I came in with a budget of $1000 and walked out with my dream dress for $1900 as a sample sale. I have no regrets and I'm really glad my mom encouraged me to try on dresses a little outside of budget.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: The owner, Demetri, handles all of the calls and emails coming into the store. But they are always pretty busy with first time visits, second time visits, or alteration appointments- at least in this time of the year (fall). My pro tip would be to keep it short and sweet over the phone, ask all the questions in person or send an email. Demetri responded within 10 minutes of an email I sent.

ere both my style and some that slightly broadened my idea for my wedding look without taking me out of my comfort zone. She was so perceptive and reassuring throughout the whole process. She picked up on my reactions to the wedding dresses and my entourages reactions and adjusted and communicated with warmth and gentleness. Sonthai was also present during both my shopping and alterations. Even though the store was busy, he took the time to check in with me and other brides. He gave insight on the look that each dress style evoked which was helpful in my dress decision. Julia took great care in altering my dress. When I was curious about making some small adjustments to the dress, she pinned the dress to help me envision the changes and gave me so much patience as I was making my decisions. She also took the time to take a video on how to do the bustle since I came alone to my alteration appointment. The full team at Bridal Gown Studio seemed to be so in tune with each other and genuine in helping brides feel beautiful for their special day.
