The day of the wedding was a pleasure. We had quite a handful of ladies who wanted their hair done (about 10). With all the chaos going on that day he really helped keep the nerves down. My hair lasted all night long after a windy photo shoot on the beach and inter coastal.
The only down fall was the price fluctuation. We had a few add-on people so the price fluctuated a bit and made it a little nutty to gather the funds. Besides that he was absolutely a doll and so professional.
I would defiantly recommend him for any event big or small as a solo artist he can really preform the works of many! He did a great job.

That night I met up with some girlfriends and they all said they agreed they didnt like how my hair came out. It was sloppy, loose, and pins were showing all over. By the end of the night my hair was an absolute disaster (and it was a very mellow night). I called him to tell him I was going to go in another direction and he immediately cashed the check. I would never recommend him and I'm SO GLAD I decided not to use him for my big day.

im do their hair.I continuously kept in contact with him and updated him on the timeline necessary - we added to flower girls and he opted to start an hour earlier - after the 2 flower girls - a friend of mine was placed in the chair. After an hour and a half - he was still working on her. At that point I asked for an update on the time line - by hair and makeup were to be completed by 1:30 - he looked at me as if I had two heads. My hair was rushed and did not come out anything looking like it was supposed to. He left without saying goodbye. About the most unprofessional individual I have ever encountered.
Stan was great, he did a great job on all of the bridal party.
Please do not make the same mistake that I did and have any interaction with Stan. He is not friendly, not easy to work with and will not be someone you want around on your wedding...
day. I spoke to Stan a couple of times on the phone before my wedding and set up a trial. Even on the phone, he was not easy to deal with. This should have been a red flag, but I went ahead and set up a trial with him. He made it sound like my date was filling up so pressured me into signing a contract with him and putting down a deposit. In retrospect, I should've waited until after the trial, but I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to find a hairstylist for my date. Stan came to my apartment to do my trial. IN person, he was just not very friendly and was very critical of my hair. I realize I'm no supermodel but he made multiple comments about how terrible my hair was. He is skilled in updo's and my updo came out looking nice. But it was nothing special and didn't really do anything for me. There was no offer to try any other styles. Hi equipment looked cheap and not well cared for. I almost felt obligated to continue with Stan but fortunately I wised up and realized that he was not someone I wanted around on my wedding day. Thank God I made this decision. I found another stylist who was fun, pleasant, patient and did an amazing job. I should have recognized all the red flags when I spoke with Stan on the phone and overall he just seemed like a very negative person. He was also not very professional (lost my contract, etc) and just not easy to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and do not even bother to book a trial with this guy (much less have him do your wedding). It is NOT worth it!!!

The hair guy Stan, was referred to me by Patricia's South Bridal. He was horrible!! I went in for two hair trials and loved my hair!! the day of the wedding he turned into an ASS! ...
He was so rude and mean!! and my hair looked better after the trials then on my wedding day. DO NOT use him, and tell everyone you know not use him! I am serious! He did my cousin's hair as well, and charged way to much for what he did. another bridesmaid had to fix her hair it was that bad. Please spare yourself!
