Samantha did an absolutely fantastic job with my dress! From the moment I walked in, she helped me find a gown that I fell in love with from the very beginning. Not only did she he...
lp me with my dress, but she also helped me pick my head piece and my veil. Through every fitting and alteration, she was so attentive and on top of everything. Having the designer herself help was definitely a special touch and something I bragged about when anyone asked about my dress.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Lane for being my personal hype woman (and photographer!) during my appointments. She has such a sweet soul and made the experience even more fun and memorable.
Bridal House by Woo truly made me feel like a bride from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough!
Samantha and her team totally saved the day. Long story short, but I originally bought another dress at a different shop that was sold to me by someone who did not know what they ...
were talking about and then the dress got destroyed in the alternations process. I found myself 2 weeks out from my wedding with a dress that made me want to cry for all the wrong reasons. I originally went to Samantha out of desperation hoping she could fix the dress but she ended up doing something even better. Samantha and her team took a dress she already had and tailored it into my dream dress IN EIGHT DAYS. I’m not recommending doing things this way at all, but I cannot praise Samantha and her team enough. Their set up is great because not only are they a dress shop, but Samantha is also a seamstress and creates many of her own dresses, so she really knows what she’s doing. The whole team clearly enjoy what they do, they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and their attention to detail is mind blowing. Plus they are kind, cheerful people who are fun to be around. They literally saved my wedding. I am so grateful for their work and I can’t recommend them enough. I am going to be telling people to go to them every time anyone I know gets engaged. If you are anywhere near Jackson, it’s worth the trip to go there and get your dress from someone who is excellent at what they do.
I would recommend Bridal House by Woo to anyone and everyone. I had a pretty hard time picking a dress, and I was looking for something more my style. I couldn't seem to find that ...
in other stores without going way over our budget. When I first went to bridal house, I found several dresses that were "my style". I was really impressed with their selection, and I found my dress that day. Samantha and her staff have been awesome. They walked me from purchase right up to my wedding, and at my last fitting I asked for a recommendation for dress cleaning and storing, and they do that too! My wedding is this Saturday, and I am very grateful to have had Bridal House walk me right up to the day. <3
Samantha Woo was absolutely AMAZING!! I picked my wedding dress at House of Woo around a year before my wedding. I ended up loosing a significant amount of weight prior to the wedd...
ing and my gown required 3 rounds of alteration and Samantha Woo did all of it. She was so lovely to work with and on my wedding day, I felt beautiful. I looked better than I could have imagined and my husband loved it! If you want your dress to fit as if it were made for you and work with the kindest and most patient people, I highly recommend the House of Woo for your gown.

leeveless and perfect! Then we changed our wedding date to January. A month before my wedding I asked them if there was a chance I could add sleeves to my wedding dress. And OH MY GOSH! It was so beautiful! They customized my wedding dress to be more than I ever dreamed possible. They were super nice, friendly, and helpful during the whole process! Don’t miss out on Bridal House by Woo!

It’s been almost 3 months since my wedding on May 31st and I am still getting “I freaking loved your wedding gown!” comments. Samantha, the fabulous owner of W...
oo Couture is more than sweet and amazing, she is bad-ass! I showed her my bridal Pinterest inspirations, she delivered and devoured it. I selected a L’amore vintage bohemian lace gown, that originally had straps. The finally creation was strapless, backless and paired with a custom veil that will make you bow down Honey!
Not only was my perfect gown created, so was my bridal party’s. The entire Bridal House by Woo Couture team is beyond exceptional. Their customer service and post wedding follow up is simply delightful. Definitely one of the best experiences of my life!
Had a wonderful experience finding my one and only wedding gown today. Joy who was my consultant was very experienced, professional, and easy to talk to. I enjoyed trying to find...
that one perfect dress for my big day. The boutique itself was very clean , elegant and had a very big variety to choose from. I would recommend any body looking for their dream dress to go to The Bridal House by Woo.
The worse. The bridesmaid dresses my girls tried on & ordered was NOT the dresses they received. Was a thinner material and lacked detail in the back. My matron of honor was suppos...
e to have a navy dress, in which the dress she received in the mail was yellow like the others, after clarifying multiple times that it was to be navy. By the time she received it (She lives in another state), it was too late to do anything about it (other than choose another style for her), because they initially sent it to the wrong address. She was issued a partial refund, however, that does not excuse the fact that she had the wrong colored dress! I do not recommend.
Had the BEST experience picking out dress. It was perfect. They were attentive and personable and made me feel comfortable and beautiful at the same time. The atmosphere was beau...
tiful and they also served wine! If you're looking for that perfect wedding dress shopping experience then this is the place to do it. I was able to walk away saying yes to the PERFECT dress.

t wedding as mother-of-the-bride, and I was unsure what to expect. Samantha put us at ease with her helpful and knowledgeable manner. We had many beautiful dresses to choose from, including originals designed by Samantha herself. My daughter enjoyed the process and found a dress that made her smile. On her wedding day, she will wear the perfect custom-made gown, and we could not be happier. I look forward to working with Samantha and hope to update this review one day with a report on what I know will be a great experience.
Very lovely! Very nice people and wonderful experience! Great selection of designers including some of her own!
