After a handful of dresses she told the bride to go back to the other store and buy that dress. She seemed annoyed. We left feeling like we were kicked out. Terrible feeling on a day that is suppose to be fun. My experience in the past there was with my niece. Her consultant was Ann. She was great. I don't know if she wasn't there, or sold her shop, but the girl we had, I would never let her help me again in the future. Her name escapes me, but she had long blonde hair with ringlets. Just terrible experience.

. My stylist Peyton was the sweetest girl ever and listened to everything I was saying. I almost bought a dress right then and there but wanted to look at one more place. But the staff were so nice and welcoming, the place had a huge selection of dresses. It was just an amazing experience!

She helped me into and out of every dress, ensuring they fit me as they were meant to. When I found “the one” she helped my parents and I imagine my wedding day. She added a veil that complimented my dress, gave me a bouquet of flowers, and had my dad and me “walk down the aisle” to the most perfect song. When my parents and I began to cry, Anne even started to tear up which goes to show how invested the Bridal House of Charleston is in you and making sure you feel absolutely beautiful on your wedding day. My parents and I had the most special day at BHC, and it was all thanks to Anne!!

en it comes to this experience. I SO appreciated their process! I gave them what I was looking for and they immediately went to work with me pulling dresses from the racks. They also like to throw in an "out of the box" type of dress aka a dress you don't THINK you would want. What I really appreciated was that any guests that came along stayed seated. This helped avoid confusion and kept me on track with my vision. Since this was so organized and streamlined, I found my dress in less than 30 minutes! Tierney and Brittani were incredibly personable and helped me comfortable stepping in and out of dress. They were incredibly accommodating and supportive of what I wanted that day. I planned on shopping a couple of stores, but I am so glad I went there first because there was truly no need to search elsewhere. I'd recommend going there just to be consulted by the best of the best!

was WAY out of my price range. I was almost ready to spend an outrageous amount of money when I decided to look here. And oh my goodness, I found my perfect dress for almost a third of all the other prices. WHAT?!?! And the service there is amazing. Tierney is one of the the kindest people I’ve ever met and she was so wonderful to work with. She even recommended the perfect person to me for alterations and they also provide dress cleaning and preservation after! So thankful I went to the Bridal House that day!
