On my very first day of dress shopping, I made two appointments and Bridal Image was one of them. The moment I walked through the doors I felt uncomfortable. A woman comes around the corner and asks if she can help us and when I said that I had...
an appointment her response was, “oh I forgot I had an appointment today.”
From that point on I felt uncomfortable. She was helpful and efficient, but didn’t do anything to put my mind at ease even though I was clearly anxious. The dresses felt very “off the rack” and were underwhelming. I liked bits and pieces of some dresses, but nothing gave me the “I could get married in this” feeling.
Overall it wasn’t a great experience, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was bad either.

t places don’t have a big selection available for size 14+, and they had so many I could try on. Every one I tried on was beautiful, and I found my perfect dress here! I told Lori exactly what I wanted, and she pulled the one I was envisioning and couldn’t find anywhere else. The best part is: the dress I ordered is supposed to come in a month earlier than any other place I’ve gone to. Thank you ladies for the best experience!
