BRIDAL IMAGE IS THE WORST! DO NOT GO HERE! My Fiancé went in for her wedding dress. The girl that helped her was super rude! Told her that her favorite dress for my fiancé was one that would zip up! Very unprofessional! I can’t even believe someone would comment on someone else’s size. None of the “plus size” dresses were true to size. What is supposed to be every girls dream to find the perfect dress for her wedding, then someone like this ruined that for my fiancé.

I recently tried on dresses with Valerie. She was wonderful and helpful. Made us feel welcome immediately! They had many great dresses to choose from in a great price range. I ultimately bought a different dress from another salon I still highly recommend you out Bridal Image on your list!

On my very first day of dress shopping, I made two appointments and Bridal Image was one of them. The moment I walked through the doors I felt uncomfortable. A woman comes around the corner and asks if she can help us and when I said that I had an appointment her response was, “oh I forgot I had an appointment today.” From that point on I felt uncomfortable. She was helpful and efficient, but didn’t do anything to put my mind at ease even though I was clearly anxious. The dresses felt very “off the rack” and were underwhelming. I liked bits and pieces of some dresses, but nothing gave me the “I could get married in this” feeling. Overall it wasn’t a great experience, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was bad either.

My experience here was AMAZING. Valerie and Lori were so sweet and very helpful. I have been dress shopping at multiple places, and was about to give up on finding the perfect dress. We called to see if they had any dresses in my size since most places don’t have a big selection available for size 14+, and they had so many I could try on. Every one I tried on was beautiful, and I found my perfect dress here! I told Lori exactly what I wanted, and she pulled the one I was envisioning and couldn’t find anywhere else. The best part is: the dress I ordered is supposed to come in a month earlier than any other place I’ve gone to. Thank you ladies for the best experience!
