I want to reiterate how great the customer service is. I literally hate shopping with a passion- finding a dress was the part I was looking the least forward to. I felt so beautiful and excited leaving my appointment. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!!

Savannah helped narrow down some great options based on my ideas, and I was surprised how quickly I found "the one!" I did have to make a few alterations, as I bought a long-sleeved dress with a fall wedding in mind, and ended up having a July wedding instead, but everything held up well and I was happy with the end result!

Very fast turnaround time as well. They offered us nice refreshments when we came in. Very flexible on payment plans. I visited the store 4-5 times because I was between two dresses and rather than rushing me to pick, they let me try both dresses on as many times as I needed to in order for me to make the choice I really wanted. Then, they let me store my dress there for three years! (It was a long engagement.) Peggy and her team showed me the same patience when I went to pick my bridesmaid dresses and MOB dress. They were always polite and never made me feel like I was just another bride. I was allowed to take pictures to help me with my decision (something neither of the other stores will let you do anymore.) I highly recommend Bridal Impressions. They are simply wonderful!!

owner is more than delightful. She happened to come in the door at the same time as me (let me mention that it was her day off) and helped me 100% of the way...suggested gowns, set up my dressing room, took dresses off mannequins, etc. Prices are great and quality is even better.

over the two days of shopping that I didn't even know which ones were my picks or my mom's picks. It turns out that the dress I loved the most was my consultant's pick! She listened to what I liked from the ones I tried on before and put it in the room. It turns out that the store was discontinuing the designer, so my dress was the sample dress and I got it for 50% off because of the discontinuation! Hooray!

o friendly and knows you by name each time you call. They also gave a discount on the bridesmaid dresses since I bought my wedding dress from there. The only concern I had is that my dress wasn't hemmed correctly and I struggled a little bit to walk down the aisle... but other than that it was great!
