I had the best experience! Savannah was super friendly and even reached out ahead of my appt to discuss my vision. She remained very supportive and super helpful throughout my appt...
as well! The store is small- but still offers a ton of variety! I love that because it’s not overwhelming like some shops can be! The fitting/ showing rooms are private. I really enjoyed that experience as I could just be there with my people and not other random shoppers coming in the store!
I want to reiterate how great the customer service is. I literally hate shopping with a passion- finding a dress was the part I was looking the least forward to. I felt so beautiful and excited leaving my appointment. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone shopping for a wedding dress!!
After two Covid postponements, I FINALLY got to wear my wedding gown! I said "yes" to my dress back in 2019, and the whole dress-hunting experience was easy, stress-free, and fun. ...
Savannah helped narrow down some great options based on my ideas, and I was surprised how quickly I found "the one!" I did have to make a few alterations, as I bought a long-sleeved dress with a fall wedding in mind, and ended up having a July wedding instead, but everything held up well and I was happy with the end result!
All ladies are extremely passionate about their work. Fell in love with the first dress I tried on! Absolutely no pressure to buy that day. Photos were allowed. Very big and open s...
alon with lots of space to change and spin around in your dress! Asked about a custom color and they were able to accommodate after they asked the designer, and they decided to make it in the color after because they loved it so much! Very fast turnaround time as well. They offered us nice refreshments when we came in. Very flexible on payment plans. Also got my dress altered by Deena who shocked me at the speed and quality of service from her too! Can’t imagine a better experience!!
Was not expecting to find my dress the first time I came into Bridal Impressions but I found the perfect wedding dress for me! Such a beautiful selection and the staff is so helpfu...

ch knew which dress would be mine when I saw it on the rack. But when I put it on, it was even better than I imagined it would look. On my wedding day, I wanted to put my dress on right away so I had a chance to wear it as long as possible that day. It fit perfectly and our wedding guests are STILL talking about how this dress was one of the best they have seen. Thank you for making my vision come true :)
I went into this place the first time thinking that I was just going to look around by myself. I happened to find a gorgeous dress that fit like a glove. They were nice enough to p...
ut it on hold for a few days until my mother, sister, and mother-in-law could come to see me in it. The staff were all so helpful, and being the week of black Friday I got a FANTASTIC deal on the dress as well. I just really could not have been happier with my purchase.
Bridal Impressions is the best wedding boutique in Harrisonburg! I visited all three bridal stores in the area before I selected my dress. The Bridal Impressions team was patient, ...
helpful, and eager to put me in a dress I loved. I visited the store 4-5 times because I was between two dresses and rather than rushing me to pick, they let me try both dresses on as many times as I needed to in order for me to make the choice I really wanted. Then, they let me store my dress there for three years! (It was a long engagement.) Peggy and her team showed me the same patience when I went to pick my bridesmaid dresses and MOB dress. They were always polite and never made me feel like I was just another bride. I was allowed to take pictures to help me with my decision (something neither of the other stores will let you do anymore.) I highly recommend Bridal Impressions. They are simply wonderful!!
I highly recommend Bridal Impressions to any bride looking for 'the' dress. The consultants are extremely sweet and helpful & it seems like this comes directly from the top. The ...
owner is more than delightful. She happened to come in the door at the same time as me (let me mention that it was her day off) and helped me 100% of the way...suggested gowns, set up my dressing room, took dresses off mannequins, etc. Prices are great and quality is even better.
As a budget bride, there were so many beautiful dresses at various shops I just couldn't try. Bridal Impressions was probably my 5th shop. I picked out so many dresses to try on ...
over the two days of shopping that I didn't even know which ones were my picks or my mom's picks. It turns out that the dress I loved the most was my consultant's pick! She listened to what I liked from the ones I tried on before and put it in the room. It turns out that the store was discontinuing the designer, so my dress was the sample dress and I got it for 50% off because of the discontinuation! Hooray!
I looked for dresses here originally and did not have the best experience, but ended up ordering one from here in the end. I found my dress at a different location, but Bridal Impr...
essions assisted me with ordering that dress since they were a convenient location and a local business.
The staff members at Bridal Impressions were very helpful but not pushy. I enjoyed my experience trying on dresses and choosing the perfect dress.

tyle- it was perfect! I had alterations issues (from a shop not connected to the bridal shop) and bridal impressions made sure that I got connected to someone who fixed it beautifully immediately and stayed behind me to get things straightened out. They were great!
The staff always willing to help and made you feel so great and gave honest opinions. Have to make an appointment though.
My dress was just beautiful. Thank yall so much. I found your shop while I was on vacation, and yall did a wonderful job working with me across the miles.

as beautiful and they even helped me wrap it up for the flight to Vegas where my wedding took place. The personal service and great products and prices make Bridal Impressions the only local place I would recommend for brides in the Shenandoah Valley!
I went looking for dresses here and the lady there did an excellent job helping me find the kind of dress that i wanted and knew my size just by looking at me and the dress!
Not only did I find the most beautiful dress known to MAN, the price was right and the service was perfect. They made me feel like THE bride, not simply A bride. I loved working ...

Loved my dress and got it for a great deal. The employees were great and made my family and me comfortable when trying on dresses.
We used them to press the wedding dress, and the did a fabulous job. The were quick, affordable, and made the dress "pop"!

Dresses delivered before they were promised. No mistakes, very friendly service.
Bridal Impressions was my first stop when searching for my dream dress. Julia was my assistant and she was a pleasure to work with. I went in the store knowing I had couture taste ...
but not the budget. I found a dress I liked, left and came back. I didn't have an appointment the second time but Julia was so willing to help. I loved my dress!
I didn't give them 5 stars in quality because I associate with top of the line dresses. But these dresses were so beautiful and well taken care of!
I loved Bridal Impressions and the small shop feel. I had great customer service and a huge selection of dresses. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is s...
o friendly and knows you by name each time you call. They also gave a discount on the bridesmaid dresses since I bought my wedding dress from there. The only concern I had is that my dress wasn't hemmed correctly and I struggled a little bit to walk down the aisle... but other than that it was great!
