Committed to sustainability and built for laid back brides looking for a special shopping experience, Bridal Maven offers a wide selection of gowns at a variety of price points, with 90% of our selection falling between $500- $2000. We have over 300 gowns in sizes from 00-28 and accept consignments year round from recent styles in all sizes! Our gowns are a mix of unworn sample gowns, consigned gowns that are new with tags or once-loved and dry cleaned. Shopping off the rack alleviates stress about ordering time lines and supply chains, differences in how the sample looks vs what comes in, and means you won't have to wonder how it will fit! You can find your dream dress at a great price and take it home the same day! Bridal Maven is by appointment only and located in Dormont, PA just south of Pittsburgh. g appointment. I originally anticipated just looking around to find an idea of what I wanted but didn't think I would find my wedding dress. As it turns out, the second dress I tried on was THE ONE and I fell head over heels in love with it. Sara offered her recommendations on alterations and gave me the number of a tailor which was also very helpful.
I also just love the concept of the store, wedding dresses can be so expensive for just wearing it one time, so I love that brides can buy their dresses at a more affordable price and can consign their dresses after the wedding. It saves us all money, it's better for the environment, and the dresses are just as beautiful as when they are brand new.
I highly recommend Bridal Maven for your wedding dress and accessory needs!!

at size dress I needed once, and she took care of finding dresses in the correct size for the rest of the appointment and I didn’t think about it again. She stayed in my price range and offered all different styles of dresses but quickly ruled out the ones that I wasn’t comfortable in or didn’t compliment my body type. The dresses were affordable as well. Overall I would suggest the bridal maven to any bride looking for a wedding dress.

llowing the Bridal Maven Instagram account for quite some time leading up to my appointment - I feel like I got to know the owner, Hannah, before I even got to meet her! She was so patient with me during the appointment as I went through the whole spectrum of gown options (from full ball gowns to sleek and fitted...lol). She helped guide me through all the beautiful dresses I tried on and decide on the one that perfectly fit my vision. She knew the exact moment to add a veil and flowers to pull it all together and that's when I knew!

Hi! My name is Hannah, and I am a bridal stylist with a decade of experience on multiple sides of the industry. I've worked for designers, managed large corporate shops, and styled in small indie shops, and my favorite place to be is in my shop helping a bride find her dream dress! I started Bridal Maven for practical brides who are being mindful of budget, for eco-conscious brides trying to minimize their environmental impact, and for the fashion-hunter brides who are addicted to the outright thrill of finding a special treasure in a second hand store.
