my appointment. You have the whole store to you and your guests. I felt like there were so many unique options to fit anyone’s vision, but not so many to the point where you felt decision fatigue. Our consultant was lovely and so so helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!

your budget! I found a dress they no longer had in stock and she specifically ordered it for me and did everything she could to get what I needed. She is amazing and I could not rave about my experience more!

ner on Pinterest which took me to the Bridal Parlour. Heather is the only shop that carries this amazing designer within 250 miles of St. Louis. She sent the look book prior which is genius! I was able to favorite 14 different dresses that she already had pulled for me when I arrived! I ended up trying on about 20 dresses as Heather thought of others along the way that she thought I would like. I liked and could have picked at least half of the ones I tried on!! She has the best designers, is so knowledgeable about options of each and every dress, and was an absolute pleasure to meet. She helped me find my perfect dress, veil, and accessories that go with the dress! 10/10 recommend Heather to any and all brides! She will find you EXACTLY what you’re looking for and your appointment will be so fun!

I was thrilled to find my dress!

minute we walked in, she was inviting and determined to help me find what I was looking for! I also had my 18 month old, very busy, daughter with me and she let her help her during the whole process. She made it such a special experience for me to always remember with my daughter! After trying on multiple dresses in the style I had thought I wanted, Heather suggested something a little different. The moment I put on this different style dress, I knew it was the one. She knew what I was looking for even when I didn’t! I will forever be grateful I found the Bridal Parlor and Heather to make my wedding dress dreams come to life!! 10/10!!!

I brought my mom and my sister, and even though the appointment was a few months ago, the three of us still regularly talk about how much fun we had at the Bridal Parlour with Heather. The pre-appointment questionnaire and virtual look-book were great, and Heather pulled out the dresses I mentioned liking. The dresses were all a little different from each other, but Heather really helped me figure out what shape/fabric/details I liked. Her guidance helped me find my dream dress!! She even pulled out the most fantastic veil that matched my dress perfectly. I cannot recommend the Bridal Parlour enough!!

the designer, Made With Love and was drawn to Bridal Parlour because of that. Little did I know it would end up being the best experience. As soon as we walked in the door, Heather welcomed me and my family/friends with open arms. She had dresses from my lookbook that I "liked" already pulled aside and she had gone through my Pinterest board to get a feel for what I liked and had pulled additional dresses based on that. She explained the process and was so helpful without being overbearing. The dress selection at Bridal Parlour is amazing and the dresses were such high quality. As I was trying on dresses, Heather would ask what I liked and didn't like and would pull additional dresses for me to try on based on that. As I tried on dresses and said parts I didn't like she would confirm in her notes, different changes we could make to the dress based on the designer. She never promised anything without double checking and I so appreciated that. I never once felt pressure from Heather to say yes to a dress (I knew I'd be a person that would want to think on it) and Heather even said that she's a big proponent of "sleeping on it," which I did for 1.5 weeks! The other bridal shop I went to I did not have this same experience at all which made me appreciate Heather and Bridal Parlour 100 times more! I ended up emailing and calling Heather after a couple times to confirm the fit of the dress I wanted and Heather was again, so helpful and came up with a solution to the issue I was having. Cannot recommend Bridal Parlour enough and am so thankful for Heather!

What really stood out is when I tried on a dress that I loved but was over budget (I had asked Heather to pull it anyway), she pulled a dress that's way under budget with a similar vibe. This ended up being the dress I picked! My friends were super impressed and made several comments afterwards about how great the experience was. Cannot recommend more!

all my favorites pulled and ready to go when we arrived. After she saw my style, she pulled one she thought I might like, and she was right! She has so many beautiful dresses that aren’t all the typical “bridal bridal” look. I wanted something classy but still have an edge to it. Since this was my first dress appt, I went to a few other places but compared them all to my experience and the dresses here. I went back the following week to purchase the one Heather picked out for me. I can’t wait for it to come in!

walking in, I could tell that this experience would be different. Heather was absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! I tried on SO many different styles and absolutely LOVED every single dress I tried on - which was a stark contrast to other bridal shops I’d been to. If I could give Bridal Parlour 10 stars, I would. Counting down the days until my dress arrives!!!

r July 4th weekend. We had a great experience at Bridal Parlour. The private appointment and being the only people in the store was extra special. Heather was extremely attentive and helpful in helping me find dresses that fit my style and giving constructive and honest feedback. She was friendly and positive. I purchased the Anais Annette Brie gown and Heather made sure all of the measurements and customization were correct. I was a bit nervous about having my gown and veil shipped (especially given COVID-related shipping delays) but Heather was in contact with me via email as soon as the dress and veil shipped, and checked in with me to ensure they arrived. If you live in Central or Southern Illinois and are contemplating driving to Chicago (we planned to do this) to dress shop, think again. We found many of the designers we would have found at Chicago salons at Bridal Parlour - and we didn't have to deal with traffic or the parking hassle of Chicago. Bridal Parlour is a hidden gem! Thank you Heather!
