My experience finding my dress was wonderful! Olivia was incredibly helpful and ensured I left with a dress I loved, even though I only had a vague idea of what I wanted. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate the effort put in by the team to make my experience special!

Where do I even begin lol, I cannot say anything but about how amazing this bridal store is! I received two referrals from friends who purchased their dresses from BSB. Both myself and my MIL bought our dresses here! The customer service is phenomenal, Liz, Alex, and Bella, helped me out a ton with the decision making process when it came to looking for a dress. Also, there were plenty of dresses that were within my budget! I probably tried on 20+ dresses before picking my dress! I am so happy with the dress that I chose. My dress is Lillian West by Justin Alexander #66176. I absolutely loved my matching veil! My alterations were done by Rosemary who was an amazing person to work with! I highly recommend this bridal store to any bride to be!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I recently came here for my wedding dress and got to work with Hannah, Bella, & Alex and had the most beautiful experience with them. They really make you feel like family and take the best care of you. I went to 6 wedding dress stores, Bridal Suite being my first appt, and I ultimately went back to Bridal Suite to get my dress, not only for the amazing dresses they had, but because of how the girls treated myself and family. No other appt I went to gave me the experience I had at bridal suite. Hannah, Alex, and Bella really listen to what you're looking for and go above and beyond for you. We will be back for my accessories and my mom wants to get her dress from here as well!

100/10. BSB was my one & only stop for finding a wedding dress. My stylist Hannah was an absolute GEM as well as the entire staff the BSB (I would give shout outs if I could remember everyone's name!). Everyone was so friendly, helpful & their customer service is superb! Hannah was patient, kind & made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. She could automatically tell when I didn't like a dress & kept things moving. I had a few dresses that I wanted to try on & Hannah additionally pulled a few dresses she thought I would like from the trunk show they had that day. Well, the first one I tried on that Hannah pulled was THE ONE. Jewel Lynn was my seamstress. She was patient, kind, friendly, professional & offered her opinions when it came to alterations. We altered the original straps to a much more thinner strap to my Martina Liana dress as I didn't like the way the original felt & I could not have been happier with her work! They did not budge the entire time as she added silicone & elastic to make it extremely comfortable on my shoulders. Her work & attention to detail is meticulous! I am so happy with the customer service I've received from BSB. The boutique is clean, inviting, modern, super cute & I love that there was a room for everyone to try on dresses. I had the best experience with BSB & I promise that you will too! I highly recommend!!

I heard about this boutique from a couple different people and figured I’d give it a shot. Hannah helped me through the whole experience and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and even brought in dresses I never even thought of trying and one of those ended up being my dress! She was so sweet and treated us like family the whole time. I’d recommend coming here!

I cannot say enough good things about BSB! The wedding dress I purchased through them was during a trunk show, so it is one-of-a-kind. BSB was extremely professional and timely with ordering the dress and receiving tailoring services in-house. Additionally, the dress and veil were fairly affordable.

Bridal Suite Boutique made shopping for a wedding gown absolutely magical. The stylists understood exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a dress I am truly excited to wear at my wedding. When I was torn between two dresses, they provided a variety of accessories to help me see the full vision. It made making the decision so much easier! I was also thrilled that the sample sizes were inclusive and I was able to actually try on every dress on my list.

I can’t rave enough about Bridal Suite Boutique! They were the second place I went to try on dresses and the whole experience was so fun and pressure-free. I ended up saying “yes” to the first dress I tried on here! My bridal consultant, Emily, was super respectful of my budget, pulled dresses that really helped me narrow down on what kind of dress I wanted, and made me feel so confident in my choice! I ended up also getting my veil here and doing alterations (their seamstress worked actual magic). Highly recommend BSB!

BSB was my first place that I booked to look for a wedding dress. I had so much fun trying on dresses and I did not go in expecting to find a dress. I am so happy that I was able to say yes to my dress here. there is a great selection of dresses and every single staff member makes it so easy to find the one that you are looking for.

I absolutely loved my experience at BSB. My bridal attendant, Tiyon, was very attentive and respectful of my budget. Her accurate measurements also saved me alteration costs in the future. BSB has a wonderful selection of dresses and I ultimately ended up choosing Maggie Sottero’s “Fiona” dress. I see so many posts about dress regrets and I’m so lucky to never have felt that. I also used BSB for my alterations, which were executed perfectly and reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved working with Bridal Suite Boutique. They were so professional and accommodating from the very beginning. Every single team member was so kind to me and all my bridal party, and we had a blast with the try ons and reveals (specific shoutouts to Amelia, Bella, Liv and Alex!). The owner, Tiffany, is also super present and hands on, and you can tell she’s incredibly passionate about her work. She personally checked in on each bride during the dress session that I was there. The whole staff remembered me every time I came in (and I saw this happen for each bride that walked in!), which was unreal because they have thousands of brides, and it was so appreciated- a testament to how they make you feel especially special during such a special time. They were also super on top of it when it came to actually measuring and ordering my dress. I chose a Maggie Sottero gown, and truly all the dresses they have at BSB are gorgeous. My dress even arrived early. Even before alterations, my dress was close to a perfect fit based on their measurement attention and suggestions. I also went with their alterations person for tailoring- Rosemary is the BEST. I was feeling really self-conscious leading up to such a high focus event, and she truly made me feel beautiful and helped me with all my questions. The alterations themselves were also perfect (raising the skirt, shortening the straps, adding veil cape loops). She steamed and pressed my dress and veil, and kept it perfectly for me so I could pick it up a few days before my wedding. I’m so grateful to everyone I worked with at BSB. I had a great experience with BSB from choosing my dress through the alterations process. I initially went dress shopping September 2022 for my wedding in October 2023. I had a very clear vision in mind of what I wanted, but they were also great at picking out other options for me to explore. I truly loved all the dresses I tried on, but was so happy with the one I chose. I did have some pretty significant alterations that I talked through with my stylist Amelia, and she helped us understand what would be possible. I ended up changing the straps on my original dress from spaghetti strap to a thicker strap and the slit to the thigh was also made more modest. Jewel my seamstress is contracted through the bridal salon and she was INCREDIBLE. She made the new straps look like they were always part of the dress and the way she shortened the slit was genius- she made it look couture by using hidden silk buttons which matched the back of my dress. She also made a very easy bustle that my bridal party was able to complete in 2-3 minutes. The extra touch of sewing my belt to the dress also made getting ready a breeze! I am so thankful for both Amelia and Jewel for making my dress feel tailor made for me! I felt so beautiful on my day with their help.

This was my 5th bridal shop I went to. I had probably tried on about 20 dresses before coming here. However, I told my attendant my vision and she found THE dress right away!!! I fell in love instantly and it was right in my price range. They were not pushy like other shops and were super affordable. They made the dress process so smooth and flawless, I had no issues!

So much so I brought my girls back for their bridesmaids dresses and requested to have her again! The shop is very welcoming and Sue made me feel so comfortable when I was extremely nervous! My experience here was the easiest and most enjoyable out of the whole wedding planning process. I called two months before my wedding, panicking! I needed a dress ASAP! Liv was super sweet, got me an appointment the same day and reassured me that she would help, and she did that and MORE! Liv listened to my likes, dislikes and budget. We found MY dress within a half hour tops! She picked such great options and even helped me in and out of the dresses since I came there alone. She made the whole experience so enjoyable and comfortable. We shared so many laughs and we clicked instantly. I even ended up inviting her to my wedding! I had a great experience at the Bridal Suite Boutique! I was able to get my ideal wedding dress in my budget, even though it typically retails for more. The women were very patient through my indecision (I stayed an hour over my appointment) and never applied any pressure for me to make a purchase or decide. The atmosphere was great and the selection was expansive. I enjoyed working with Sue and Bella. I would definitely recommend this shop to other brides!

There was a dress I knew I wanted to try on and my stylist, Amelia, had it already pulled and ready to go when we arrived. Each and every person was sweet and helpful, which was much appreciated after having a horrible experience elsewhere. They took what I believed was going to be a bad process and turned it into a memorable one that included my mom and sister as well. If I could give more stars for Bridal Suite Boutique I would. My experience was fantastic from my initial phone call to purchasing my gown and meeting with the seamstress. Bella stayed in touch with me and got me the first available appointment when I was frantically in search of a new dress after a terrible alterations experience. The women here were absolutely amazing, especially my consultant, Liv, who assured me that I'd find a beautiful dress less than 3 weeks before my wedding. That I did - I found a dress that is 100% me. Liv listened to what my dress dress looked like and totally delivered on it! Their seamstress was able to fit me in right away and had some really great ideas and really took her time explaining exactly what she was going to do. I never felt rushed either time I was at BSB and the girls there are so, so sweet!!! I cannot thank them all enough for saving the day and finding me an absolutely beautiful dress with little time to spare.

I had the best experience at Bridal Suite Boutique! Hannah and the rest of the team were so kind and helpful in guiding me to find my wedding dress. Not only did I never feel pushed to buy a dress, but rather to make sure the dress I found was the right one for me. I first came in with my mom who was visiting, and I narrowed it down between two dresses. Rather than feeling pressured to make a choice then and there, they were happy to let me sleep on it and bring a friend back with me the next day. I came back with my friend and chose the perfect dress for me. I felt so comfortable and had a wonderful experience. I can't wait to go back to pick out my veil, and try on my dress once it comes in! My mom will also be coming in to look at dresses to wear to my wedding because of the great experience we had. I highly recommend BSB!

I cannot recommend BSB enough ! Have you ever went somewhere and just felt like you’ve been there before even though it’s your first time? That is the feeling I had walking into BSB. Immediately the girls are all welcoming and happy help. My and mom and I went there to get an idea for what I would like and absolutely fell in love with my dress. All of the girls there were so helpful and sweet. I worked mostly with Serena and Bella and both gave great suggestions to help advise me in my choices and guide me in the right direction. Upon arrival the girls were all so friendly and made the experience so welcoming and comfortable. Meeting Serena and the other girls it was like we simply knew each other for years already and were old friends just catching up and chatting. We were able to get in on a day of a trunk show for a designer I liked and most of the dresses Serena and I picked out happened to be from that show. After trying on a few dresses we had found the ONE but kept seeing if there were any others that matched its perfection. But we all knew that was the ONE. Bella also helped out and gave us the ability to truly visualize the day of look. The girls truly made me feel so special. I think being a small ship makes it very personal and for all the girls to get to know their brides which is key. You truly feel like you’re with your friends while being there. After my appointment and saying “yes to the dress” it was so nice to receive a text message from BSB checking in and congratulating me. They really go above and beyond in making those connections with their brides. We are looking forward to returning to look at mothers dresses and for my fitting appointments. Not only do they have the dresses but they have everything a bride could need. I am looking forward to trying on some veils and accessories that they carry and also their jackets. They truly carry it all which makes the shopping experience and search so much easier !! I never would have guessed there are so many styles or things to know about a dress. I had a vision and style of what I liked and believed would fit our wedding style, without a doubt the girls at BSB surpassed all my hopes and dreams. Serena and Bella were able to make those visions come alive with such ease. I was truly stuck between two dresses but once I decided we all agreed it was the one they were rooting for. It truly fit ME and is exactly what the wedding style and my own personality fit so well. Being able to experience something that can, without a doubt, be stressful and disappointing with such ease made it all so much better. I cannot recommend BSB enough for all sizes and styles! I was so excited to find my dress and not have that stress anymore. I cannot wait to go back for my fitting ! I even suggested BSB to a few friends I know getting married soon as well. I went into wedding dress shopping looking for a boho inspired dress and BSB did not disappoint! My style pulled so many dresses and I loved every single one!!! When I was stuck between 2 I didn't feel rushed to make a decision, she suggested I come back another day to try them on again and when I did I finally said 'Yes'! Everyone at BSB was so helpful and accommodating and had so many beautiful dresses for all different brides. Thank you BSB!!

I went to BSB to try on two wedding dresses that I had loved from other shops because I wanted to try them on side-by-side. My stylist Serena pulled out additional dresses based on details I wanted, and then also pulled out a dress that she personally thought would look nice on me. It was not at all what I thought I wanted, but ended up being my favorite and is now my wedding dress! I can’t wait to return back for my try-on appointment.

Hannah was the best! She listened to my vision and helped me pull the dresses I was looking for. She was respectful of my budget and wasn't pushy at all! She surprised me by picking out a style I never would've picked myself, and it happened to be the dress I said "YES" to! She also helped my mom pick her mother of the bride dress that we LOVE! The service at BSB is unmatched! They make looking for your dress such a fun experience. I bought the first dress I tried on which my stylist (Serena) picked out for me, it was like she knew what I was looking for even better than I did. BSB was so helpful for me while picking out my wedding dress! They were the first shop I went to, so they gave me extra time to try TONS of dresses so I could figure out what I liked. They also made an effort to fit me in to try on again at the last minute while my mom was still in town! I went in nervous, but they put me at ease! My experience at BSB was nothing short of amazing, from the easy booking to the arriving day of, and throughout the entire appointment. I walked in and immediately felt so special. They were ready for me, and my name was even on the fitting room and my family was able to sit in there with me, with a grand curtain to open and close with each dress I tried on. My stylist, Allison, was amazing. She was kind and patient. As someone who is typically self-conscious, I felt absolutely none of that day of and I truly felt beautiful in each gown I tried on. We choose a few dresses to start based off my ideas and pictures. During our first browse through the dresses, I picked out something I thought looked pretty but wasn’t necessarily what I had in mind and she encouraged me every step of the way. It was the first dress I tried on and after trying on many, many more, it was the dress I ended up saying yes to. And not once did I feel bad for trying or not trying on some of the suggestions that were provided to me. I did get overwhelmed as I feel like a lot of brides do, and Alison noticed immediately and checked in to see if I was okay and what I needed. She truly wanted this experience to be special and fun. I had a few other stylists helping me throughout the day and each one truly made me feel special and like I was the only one there as they frequently popped in the cheer me on. They also made my family feel super welcome and a part of the day and even let my sister browse because they knew she knows me best. Would recommend BSB in a heartbeat. BSB was my first stop wedding dress shopping and I wish I could give it 100 stars. I was greeted at the door by my stylist Serena and she instantly knew what I was looking for. Serena helped me narrow down dresses and made sure to know what I liked and disliked. By the end of my appointment she was another friend cheering me on to find my dream dress. The rest of the BSB team stopped in during my appointment and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The salon was beautiful and had a ton of dresses to pick from. I did say yes to the first dress I tried on and will be returning for alterations and dresses for the rest of my bridal party.

I would recommend BSB and Liv to anyone who asks, I could not have hoped for a better experience finding my wedding dress!

I can't say enough about BSB. From the moment I walked in to shop for dresses, the vibes were immaculate. The staff were extremely welcoming and upbeat, the changing suites are spacious and private and my stylist Hannah was excellent. She paid attention when I went over what I was looking for and what I liked/disliked and picked my PERFECT dress, but saved it for last. I knew immediately when I put it on that it was the dress for me. It just so happened that there was a trunk show going on that weekend so I also got the dress at a discount. The seamstress who did the alterations was fantastic as well. I also got my earrings there from one of their new accessory collections and did my preservation there. Every single time I went in, I felt absolutely calm, welcome, and valued. I HIGHLY recommend this boutique to any brides in the Mercer County area!

I went to Bridal Suite Boutique in October 2021 to purchase my wedding dress for my December 2022 wedding. My best friend had an amazing experience for her wedding which is why I made an appointment. I had already went to a few other salons before going there. Bridal Suite was by far the best! During our first appointment, the attendants were super attentive. I was worried about dresses being my size (I am a size 14 in non-bridal dresses). However, it was not a problem at all. They were great at helping me navigate different styles and figure out what I really wanted. One aspect I love about Bridal Suite is their social media. Before the appointment, I was on their Instagram looking at some of the new dresses. There was a Martina Liana that I thought was beautiful and it ended up being the dress I purchased. The ONLY reason I tried this dress on was because of that IG post! They made me feel super special with a photo wall where I got to say Yes to the dress and take a cute picture commemorating the moment. The next appointment was also great. This is where we took my measurements and picked out a veil. I was able to bring people to the boutique for both appointments which was really nice. When I walked in the attendant said “Are you excited to see her?!” It got me so excited and, again, made the moment special. I decided to use a seamstress associated with Bridal Suite and I was not disappointed. My dress ended up being absolutely perfect and the process was so easy. They are great at being attentive, making you feel special, and being very helpful. Highly recommended!

Tiffany and Hannah were both amazing in helping me find my dress! I showed them the dress I was thinking about getting from a different bridal shop, and they exceeded my expectations with not 1, not 2, but 3 dresses that blew the previous dress out of the water! Everyone on staff was so nice and helpful, and I loved how they were all honest and such great hype women while trying on dresses. I had an amazing experience at Hamilton Bridal Boutique, and any bride with this store on their radar should feel confident in going in, having a good time, and finding their dress!

Dress shopping was the wedding to-do that made me the most anxious, but I'm so glad that I decided to go with BSB for my first appointment. From the beginning, Alex could tell I was nervous and did her best to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. We started by walking through the rows, discussing some likes and dislikes I had from browsing dresses on Pinterest, and choosing the first few to try on. I'm pretty picky about what I like, but I also didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted from a wedding gown. Alex was great at helping me pinpoint what I liked and disliked about each one that I tried on, and then applying that feedback when bringing in more dresses. BSB also lets you take photos, which was a huge help for me. They have a big golden mirror on one wall and a smaller mirror across the opposite wall so you can see the backs of the dresses, but they don't have a 360 or 180 mirror, so sometimes it was easier to see what a full dress looked like in the photos/videos my sister took. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious though. I was so worried that I would hate everything once it was on me - it's one thing to like a dress style on a Pinterest model and quite another to like it on your own body - but I actually fell in love with two dresses! Alex put a veil on me to try to help solidify the vision of seeing myself as a bride in each, but she could tell I was still indecisive about which I liked more. I know some brides will change into a different dress after the ceremony, but I only wanted one dress for my wedding. One of the two dresses happened to be from a trunk show that was shipping out the next day, so while I didn't feel any pressure from BSB to purchase during my appointment, the end of the trunk show added a tight deadline to my decision. I really didn't want to purchase a dress without my mom seeing it, and I was SO grateful when BSB was able to squeeze an extra appointment in for the next day so that she could see my top two gowns in person before the trunk show dress was shipped to its next destination. I spent almost all of the next morning looking at the photos my sister took of me in the two dresses, trying to decide which was more "me". It was also helpful to pull up photos of my venue on my laptop and hold up the photos of the dresses on my phone to see how each of the dresses would fit the vibe of the venue. I went back with my mom and sister the next day for a shortened appointment, and that's when I said yes to my dress! From there they took my measurements, and I appreciated that they didn't automatically tell you the numbers. They did confirm the final dress size at checkout, but reminded us that bridal sizing is very skewed. Alex wasn't working the second day, but she sent me a handwritten thank you note afterwards to congratulate me on choosing a dress. You can tell that BSB takes a lot of care to personalize the experience and make each bride feel special. I really didn't think I would find "the dress" during my first appointment, but I was so happy to be proved wrong. I loved my BSB experience and am so excited to for my dress to come in!

Let me start off by saying I knew dress shopping would be very emotional for me since I lost my mom when I was younger. When me and my guest arrived we were immediately greeted and taken to our bride suite. I advised them of my sensitive situation (my aunt who is like a mom to me was there for support filling that mom roll). They were so sweet and understanding. Amelia was my stylist and she was top tier! They are VERY transparent about pricing so you don’t end up in a situation where you fall in love with a dress that’s out of budget. Needless to say I found my dream dress (we ALL cried) and am officially a BSB bride! I’ve already recommended them to others and to top it off Amelia sent me the most wonderful thank you card!

I had a truly amazing experience at BSB. It was my first time shopping for my wedding dress, and I loved every second of it. My consultant, Amelia, was so knowledgeable and kind. She was the one who picked the dress I ended up buying. I would recommend BSB to all brides looking for their wedding dress.

I had the most wonderful dress shopping experience at the Bridal Suite Boutique! Tiyon, was absolutely amazing. She listened to every word I said on the style I was looking for and she saw my vision! I left there that day saying Yes to my dream wedding dress and I couldn’t be more happier with my decision to go to the bridal suite boutique!

Truly a wonderful experience! Everybody who works at the store is so kind. I purchased my wedding gown, mother of the bride, and bridesmaid dresses here. They truly make you feel comfortable and at ease.

She really helped me put my vision together and was amazing throughout the entire process. Tiffany and Bella were so helpful when it came down to alterations and getting settled on that end. I am a plus size bride and never felt as though it was even a thought when getting to try on gowns. The price was fair for the high-end quality you won't get at a chain store. Every single staff member was so kind in every interaction I couldn't be happier.

Brides… GO TO THIS BOUTIQUE FOR YOUR DRESS!!! The service was so professional - not only when recommending bodice styles and picking out the dress, but Bridal Suite Boutique supported me all the way up to my wedding day. Between purchasing my dream dress and going in for my fitting when it arrived, I lost 40 pounds and was freaking out because it was falling off of me. But the seamstress at Bridal Suite Boutique worked literal magic to hem the dress six sizes smaller and make it fit me like a glove! I hate clothes shopping altogether, but my experience with Bridal Suite Boutique truly made me feel so elegant and beautiful.

BSB was amazing. They have a great selection and handled everything perfectly. I was especially impressed by my tailor , Jewel . She was 10/10. Two weeks prior to my wedding my dress needed an adjustment and she was able to accommodate.

What a wonderful group here!! They treated me and my mom with respect and care. Loved that the owner came by to say hello and check in on us. I’m from out of state and they are absolutely worth the drive for me. It was a little sad picking up my dress because that would be my last time at their store. My only qualm is that the seamstress is pricey and for the price I feel the hemming could’ve been better. Otherwise, such a lovely group and so happy I got my dress here.

Had the most incredible experience at BSB! I had originally found them from when I was in my cousins wedding and we went there to try on bridesmaids dresses. Since then I knew when the time came I wanted to come back for my wedding dress! Hannah was absolutely incredible. She really listened to what I wanted and choose pieces off of that. I said yes to the third dress I tried on! Overall an amazing experience!
