Bridal Suite Boutique

tment. Liz was so kind and patient with me, really listening to how I felt in each dress and pulling new ones based on details I shared I liked or didn’t like as much. By the end of the appointment, I found the one, and I knew it immediately. I will never forget the feeling of turning around to show the dress to my mom and aunt with tears in my eyes and seeing tears in theirs. Liz brought in a beautiful veil for me to try with the dress and a bouquet to hold, and I looked in the mirror and suddenly felt like a bride. I found the perfect timeless dress at Bridal Suite Boutique and I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you so much!!!

y on dresses and she was the sweetest! While I had in my mind which dress I wanted because I attended a Justin Alexander fashion show at BSB the day prior to my first try on, she brought in tons of dresses that were very strong contenders. The seamstress at BSB also custom made my sleeves from the original sleeves my dress came with, and some of the train that was hemmed. It’s also nice that you get a private room so you don’t have to parade through the store in the dresses after putting them on!

dream dress.

t I was looking for. She ended up finding my perfect dress and helping us along the process for customizing it to make it truly me. I wasn’t stressed or overwhelmed trying dresses on, it was so much fun. After we bought the dress I still felt so well taken care of, everyone I interacted with was a true delight, and I got to try on some accessories when my dress came in and found a great match in a great pair of shoes! The seamstresses they work with are amazing, Jewel did a fantastic job making the rest of my vision come to life and building me amazing custom sleeves. I wish I could wear my dress every day it is so perfect!

budget. The vibe was warm and welcoming and I didn't feel rushed at all. Would 100% recommend to all brides!

really listening to what I was looking for. They also helped order extra lace and made sure I got the best possible price on my dress.

ere for sure (no hate to my salon, BSB is just much closer to where I live and I loved the vibe there). The ladies are super nice and down to earth; they listen to what you are looking for and stay within your budget. My mom’s alterations costs were also very reasonable. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase at any point in the three different shopping occasions. I also used BSB for my dress preservation.

ghed with me. It was an entirely different experience. Bekah stated she was new but you would never know that. She was an absolute expert and gave such honest and positive feedback. All of their dresses are STUNNING and the reception lighting is my favorite. The suites are comfortable and clean and allow you privacy. My last experience I was stripping down in front of my entire bridal party. They let everyone weigh in and really gave space for feedback.

ed my nerves. I worked with Hannah who was an absolute doll. They let me shop the floor to start, and I loved how they were very mindful of my budget, pausing me before taking something off the rack before telling me how much it was. Hannah asked all the right questions after trying on each dress to help me narrow down my choice and never once did I feel pressured into making a decision. All of the staff were extremely friendly and comforting. The place was clean, and the individual rooms made it private so only my guests were able to see me. They were super informative, especially when it came time for the post-saying-yes-steps such as sizing, timeline, costs, and alterations. My future mother-in-law even found her dress after my scheduled appointment and they had no issues with letting her try it on. We plan to go back for my mother‘s dress just because we loved the experience there so much. Highly, highly recommend making an appointment here!

ushed or pressured to make a decision at any point. I also got my alterations done here and the process could not have been easier. This Bridal Shop really helped kick start all of the fun to my wedding planning!

've bought my dress without her. Buying dresses has always been so hard for me and I felt so comfortable every second of the experience with her. My mom also bought her mother of the bride gown here and she had a great experience as well. Their entire staff is so welcoming and the boutique is adorable to take pictures in.

dress here, two bridesmaids got their dresses here, and my mom got her dress here. Highly recommend coming here!

I spoke with Allison, I immediately felt at ease. She genuinely listened to my preferences and pulled dresses that not only aligned with my vision, but made me feel beautiful. One of the things I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to say yes right away—something that meant a lot to this very indecisive bride! I'm so grateful for the thoughtful, supportive experience and so proud to say I found my dream wedding dress at Bridal Suite Boutique. Thank you for everything.

e to go there for their dress and bridal needs!

alk to. Following that, all of my bridesmaids got their dresses. We shopped with Liv. She handled all 7 of us with ease. My mom shopped with Allison and my mother-in-law and grandmother-in-law shopped with Laura. Both Allison and Laura knew exactly what would look good on everyone's figures and were able to pull dresses for each of their unique styles. Bridal Suite Boutique has something for everyone; whether you are 24 or 85 years old, plus size or petite, you can find something you'll love and you'll enjoy every minute of the experience, no matter who you work with!

SB. Thanks to Hannahs help I found my dream Justin Alexander Gown! I felt very comfortable and appreciated during my visit. The whole team is very nice and works with you in every way needed.

d into Bridal Suite Boutique. I had the pleasure of working with Hannah, and she was friendly, patient, understanding, and so accommodating. She made me feel completely at ease and truly listened to what I was looking for. After trying on several dresses, I finally found the one—the perfect combination of everything I had been searching for. It made me feel like an absolute princess bride! And the best part? My dress arrived in just three weeks! A huge thank you to Hannah and the entire team at Bridal Suite Boutique for making my wedding dress experience so special and stress-free. If you’re searching for your perfect dress, this is the place to go!

omfortable or having a limited selection -- not the case at BSB! They made me feel so welcome and not once was my dress size an issue. I am a size 16-18 regular and size 20-22 bridal and I was able to comfortably try on dresses that fit me and they have a large variety to choose from - I never felt limited. It is also a beautiful studio with large fitting rooms and plenty of seating for your dress shopping "entourage." Alex was my consultant and she was wonderful to work with - totally responsive to my needs and warm and friendly! She helped me to try on a variety of styles/silhouettes to narrow down exactly what I liked best in addition to asking for style inspiration beforehand to prepare for our appointment. She was so supportive of my vision and helped me find a dress I loved! As I made my final decision she was patient as I narrowed down my options and I did not feel rushed or pressured at all, just encouraged. The alterations process was also so simple and Rosemary is such an experienced seamstress, I knew I was in great hands. I highly recommend BSB to future brides!

ore surprised me and I found the dress! It wasn't what I thought I wanted at all, but I knew it was right when I put it on. They also altered the dress and were able to customize my straps exactly to my liking. So glad I tried this shop before resigning myself to buying something online! I also love that when you buy a dress you get a coupon for a free glass of champagne at the italian restaurant next door. That was a nice touch and the restaurant was also great 🙂

vision and my budget. The store itself is super cute, and I loved how all of the BSB team hyped me up as I tried the dresses! 10/10 experience.

re so dedicated to helping you find your dream dress and make it the most exciting stress free experience while you do. I didn’t say Yes to the Dress the first time I visited BSB but Serena knew of a brand new dress from Justin Alexander that was being delivered to the store soon and knew it was going to be exactly what I was looking for. Serena called me the day it arrived to the store so I could come back and try it on and when I did I was instantly in love. It was exactly what I was searching for and I knew immediately it was the one. They are truly dedicated to helping you find our dream dress. Highly highly recommend!!!

ll atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate the effort put in by the team to make my experience special!

and my MIL bought our dresses here! The customer service is phenomenal, Liz, Alex, and Bella, helped me out a ton with the decision making process when it came to looking for a dress. Also, there were plenty of dresses that were within my budget! I probably tried on 20+ dresses before picking my dress! I am so happy with the dress that I chose. My dress is Lillian West by Justin Alexander #66176. I absolutely loved my matching veil! My alterations were done by Rosemary who was an amazing person to work with! I highly recommend this bridal store to any bride to be!

l like family and take the best care of you. I went to 6 wedding dress stores, Bridal Suite being my first appt, and I ultimately went back to Bridal Suite to get my dress, not only for the amazing dresses they had, but because of how the girls treated myself and family. No other appt I went to gave me the experience I had at bridal suite. Hannah, Alex, and Bella really listen to what you're looking for and go above and beyond for you. We will be back for my accessories and my mom wants to get her dress from here as well!

accessories!

heir stunning collection of dresses with patience and expertise. The selection was incredible, with a variety of styles to suit every bride’s taste. I found my dream dress, and the fitting process was seamless. The team took meticulous care to ensure the dress fit perfectly, and their attention to detail was impeccable. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. The alterations were done flawlessly, and the dress was ready well ahead of schedule. I can’t thank Lori, Bella, and Bridal Suite Boutique enough for making my wedding dress shopping experience so special. I highly recommend them to any bride-to-be looking for a perfect dress and an unforgettable experience!

er everyone's name!). Everyone was so friendly, helpful & their customer service is superb! Hannah was patient, kind & made me feel so comfortable during my appointment. She could automatically tell when I didn't like a dress & kept things moving. I had a few dresses that I wanted to try on & Hannah additionally pulled a few dresses she thought I would like from the trunk show they had that day. Well, the first one I tried on that Hannah pulled was THE ONE. Jewel Lynn was my seamstress. She was patient, kind, friendly, professional & offered her opinions when it came to alterations. We altered the original straps to a much more thinner strap to my Martina Liana dress as I didn't like the way the original felt & I could not have been happier with her work! They did not budge the entire time as she added silicone & elastic to make it extremely comfortable on my shoulders. Her work & attention to detail is meticulous! I am so happy with the customer service I've received from BSB. The boutique is clean, inviting, modern, super cute & I love that there was a room for everyone to try on dresses. I had the best experience with BSB & I promise that you will too! I highly recommend!!

wanted and even brought in dresses I never even thought of trying and one of those ended up being my dress! She was so sweet and treated us like family the whole time. I’d recommend coming here!
