Lissa-Marie is AMAZING! Finding the right hair and makeup artist for my 10/14 wedding was the one aspect of wedding planning that I was most nervous about, but Lissa put me at ease from the very beginning. While my traditional makeup trial turned out excellent, she was kind enough to accommodate me for a second mini-trial so that I could try airbrush makeup as well - this was much appreciated, as I ended up going with the airbrush for my wedding day! Lissa did a phenomenal job the day of making my makeup (as well as the makeup for my bridesmaids and Mom) look natural and elegant - I received SO many compliments on how amazing it looked. She and her assistant chatted up a storm as they did our hair & makeup, and it was the perfect, calm start to the very full wedding day. I highly recommend Lissa and her team!

Lissa-Marie was INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend her. She did an amazing job of making sure my hair and makeup was exactly how I wanted it. The trial was really helpful- I ended up doing two and she was very accommodating. The day of the wedding ran perfectly, and she timed everything really well. Lissa-Marie is incredible! I hired her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding and I was so happy with her work! We did a trial several months ago and she was so patient and friendly. She spent lots of time trying different looks and really made me feel at ease. On my wedding day, she did my hair and makeup and also hair for two of my bridesmaids. She also had another assistant come to do makeup for them. We all looked great and were so happy! I got compliments all night long!!! She made me feel beautiful and I will be forever grateful. I went to Lisa for my sweet 16 hair and makeup. She is really great at what she does and cares about you and wants to make sure you look the best. She wanted me to come in before the actual party day to look at my skin and hair and just double check everything. When it did come time for the day she was really great she started off with my hair and it looked gorgeous. She curled it and then put it up and then put these little jewelry pieces on it. And then for the makeup I wanted something natural and the way she did it was great. After leaving the salon and going to the party I felt so great about everything and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do it.

Wedding planning can be so hard as we all know. I was lucky to have a "hands on" fiance who actually was the one who found Bridal Xperience. Since I trust him and his judgement, I decided to go forward with meeting with Lissa-Marie for a hair and makeup trial and couldn't be happier with the results. Booking her for my wedding was a no brainer! I not only was lucky to have my now husband's help, but equally as lucky to have met Lissa-marie. I hired Lissa Marie and her team to do makeup and hair for my wedding. Everything went perfect! Before my wedding day I had a hair and make up trial. I had some pictures of what I wanted and Lissa took it from there, she did exactly what I wanted and made the look even better to fit me. Lissa blocked out plenty of time so we could try different looks, but she nailed it on the first try, no need to try anything else! Leading up to my wedding I had a few changes to make as people kept adding/subtracting services, but Lissa took it all in stride and was super accommodating. On my actual wedding day Lissa brought two additional stylists with her - Natalie did hair and Shauna did makeup. They did a wonderful job and if someone was not 100% satisfied they were happy to make changes until everyone got the services they wanted. All the stylists showed up on time and when my ladies were running late and had not yet shown up to start getting ready Lissa was very conscious of the time and was firm without ever getting flustered. Very professional. In the end, I was so happy with how my hair and makeup turned out. I would highly recommend Lissa Marie and her staff to anyone. I hope to work with her again myself!

Lissa-Marie was a great person to talk to and really took the time at my hair and makeup trial to make sure I have everything that I envisioned. However, the days leading up to my wedding and on my actual wedding day were very different. She sent me a contract with the pricing listed out- I sent my deposit back along with the signed contract. About a week later she emailed me and let me know that she had miscalculated the travel fee and that I had to pay her more than the amount listed on the contract. I agreed to it, although I was a bit annoyed that I had already signed a contract and such a detail should have already been finalized by Lissa prior to her sending me the final contract. My wedding was to begin at 11:30am and we had to be ready for pictures by 8am. I had told Lissa this early on because I knew we would have to start very early to have myself, four bridesmaids and my mother all done by 8am. She initially said we would have to start at 6am, then changed it to 5am and a week or so later changed the time to even earlier at 4am. I was willing to wake up as early as needed to ensure that everyone would by ready by the time the photographer requested, so I accepted Lissa's request to start at 4am. A few days prior to the wedding she let me know that it would be just her and one other stylist doing our hair. I was hesitant that we would all by done by 8am, but I trusted Lissa's expertise and assured myself that she knew what she was doing timeline-wise. I couldn't have been more wrong. The morning of my wedding, Lissa and the other stylist started at 4am as planned. As the time crept closer and closer to 8am, I began to realize that they were not going to be done with all of us on time. I started to panic, but there was not much I could do. Sure enough, myself and the bridesmaids were 45minutes late to the venue and were very rushed during our pictures before the ceremony. My mother, was even later and Lissa was not finished with her hair for about an hour and a half later than planned. This was the primary source of stress for my wedding and I was very upset that this could have been avoided had Lissa planned better and brought a third stylist with her. In addition, I later found out that many of my bridesmaids were not happy with their hair. They had told the stylist specifically what they wanted, and showed her a picture, yet they still did not receive the hair style they had requested. One of my bridesmaids asked to have some hair down on the sides of her face (she got an updo); she told the stylist this four times and her final hair style did not have any hair hanging by her face. My matron of honor asked to have a side bun, and in the end, her updo was not even close to being on the side of her head. I am not sure where the confusion came in, but their requests were simple enough to carry out.

Lissa Marie has been cutting and styling my hair and my families hair for years. I would not go anywhere else. She recently styled all of our hair for my daughters sweet 16!! I feel very lucky to have her in our lives-- She is amazing!!!

My hair and makeup for my wedding was exactly what I wished for, beautiful and elegant! Both lasted all night long, believe it or not, into the next day (yes, I fell asleep with the makeup on, and woke up with it looking the way it did when it was fresh). The girls were very professional and friendly, they definitely made me feel like that was my day and it was all about me! They listened to everything I wanted my look to be and they made that happen. I will be requesting their services again for other events.

I was recently part of a bridal party and was blown away by my stylist's professionalism. Natalie was my stylist for both hair and makeup. She did a beautiful updo for me. I have very long thick hair, so getting my hair to stay in place can be quite the challange. Needless to say it looked classy, elegant and lasted all night even with all the dancing. I received numerous compliments. In addition, she also did my makeup. I knew that I wanted to look natural, yet still done up more than usual. Natalie listened to what I wanted and did not disappoint. My eye makeup was just right, not too heavy, and skin was flawless. I will definitely be using natalie in the future.

Lissa is a life saver! Lissa and her Bridal Xperience girls were accommodating to a quite large group of us. We also had some family who came in from out of town and they were able to accommodate them as well with hair and makeup. Our hair and makeup looked so beautiful and lasted all night. We hosted a breakfast/brunch with our family the next morning and my hair and eye makeup still looked great. I wish could take them home with me and have them make me up all the time. Lissa came highly recommended by my coworker who used her services for her wedding. We met first for the trial and we tried three different looks for my hair and makeup. We were married on a very hot a humid day and my hair does not hold a curl very well plus, my skin is oily and I was worried that I my makeup would melt off. I used Lissa for my hair and makeup as well as my mother and bridesmaids' hair and makeup on my wedding day. I did a trial a month before and I liked my hair, but I didn't love it. I told her what I wanted to change about it and she did it for my wedding. She was extremely helpful when giving beauty tips for hair and Makeup in general. She mentioned that I should look into getting extensions for my wedding day so my curls would stay longer. I went back and forth thinking about this and Lissa was extremely helpful and patient with me. I ended up getting the extensions and they worked just like Lissa said. She was extremely accommodating to my girls as well as my mom. She brought a two other women to help with our hair on my wedding day. Lissa only worked on me so she could take her time. Her and her ladies could be a bit unprofessional at times as they talk to each other and take phone calls while working on us (mainly during my trial), but for the most part they did what we asked and we were all happy with our hair. My makeup was also beautiful and she even gave me a lip gloss to keep.

I will hire Lissa and her crew !!!! They were all so amazing. So friendly and warm hearted. It felt like we know her for years. Her staff was just as friendly and warm hearted. Bridal Xperience was hired for the hair and makeup. When they said that our makeup would last well into the next day they were NOT lying! I woke up the next day with a full face of makeup on. Those are just a few of the words to describe Lissa. My task was to find a hairdresser for my sister/bride. I was the maid of honor and it was so hard to find to a stylist that was willing to work with us. Well she was great!!!!! We all looked great and our hair and makeup lasted through the night!!!!

I have short fine hair and was not sure if Lissa could be able to give me the hairstyle I wanted. She was so creative and suggested that I purchase hair extensions.
