pure talent. I booked through Alena (manager), and from the very first interaction, everything felt organized, smooth, and genuinely thoughtful. I was originally really nervous about the getting-ready portion of the wedding day. I’ve been in weddings where that part felt chaotic and stressful but BridalBloom completely changed that experience for me. They created such a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere that I was actually able to enjoy my morning. They also handled a BIG group flawlessly - I had 10 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and a flower girl and Alena created an incredibly organized timeline that handled all guests with more than enough time. My dream team included bridal hair by Alena, bridal makeup by Rozali, and wedding party hair & makeup by Elvira and Irina. I want to give a special shoutout to Rozali and Alena - they were truly exceptional. From my bridal trial to the wedding day, they listened carefully and executed everything perfectly. They seamlessly incorporated the tweaks I requested after the trial, and the final look was even better than I imagined! reason it wasn't 5 stars was due to having some issues during my initial trial which was fixed and also constantly having to follow up with the timeline for the day of too close to the wedding, which stressed me out. Overall, my hair and makeup lasted the whole night, Rozali and Irina were great to work with and I would definitely go back to them again if I had an event.

Alena and Adiee were incredibly open and receptive to exactly what I wanted, listening closely to my feedback and preferences. That trial was key—we were able to make thoughtful adjustments so everything felt perfect and long-lasting on the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, Alena and Adiee came to my childhood home and were such a joy to have there with my family. They were warm, gracious, and made the entire experience fun and relaxed for multiple generations. Their positivity truly helped set the tone for the day and allowed me to feel calm and present going into such an important moment. My hair and makeup lasted beautifully all day and night, and they even provided a thoughtful care kit for touch-ups. I genuinely felt the most stunning I’ve ever felt on my wedding day, and I have Alena and Adiee to thank for that. I can’t recommend Bridal Bloom highly enough.

Alena calmed all my anxieties and my artist Aliya was phenomenal. I brought many of my own skin and hair products, and the artist was happy to use my products and walk me through every step of the process to ensure that I was happy. We had a second secondary artist, Mai who did a phenomenal job on the mother of the bride who had incredibly thin hair, and also two other guests who had incredibly thick hair.
