My appointment was only focused on just me and no one else so having the appointment/store to myself made me feel that much more comfortable and allowed me to just focus on me. The fittings and alterations processes are also incredibly smooth. Cyndi offers in-house alterations, and Mira's work is just incredible. Lindsay was so great to work with, and I was so comfortable with her. It was like I was shopping with a friend, but one that is an EXPERT at picking out wedding gowns for me. When I found the one, Lindsay gave us some space to admire it and make some FaceTime calls that meant so much. I cannot recommend Bridals by Cyndi enough.

I thought shopping for a gown during the pandemic would not be as fun as it could be but they made sure it was here. Michelle truly wanted me to find a gown I loved and after trying on multiple gowns and her feeling as though I still wasn’t finding what I was looking for, Michelle and Cyndi went above and beyond. I had my heart set on a long sleeve gown and when I had tried on a gown without sleeves that I really liked but wanted sleeves, within minutes Cyndi had the gown designers manager on speakerphone to try and see if they could make what I was envisioning. After a brief phone call Cyndi was able to bring my dream gown to life. She even went as far as to make sure that she will get the custom gown in as soon as possible because she figured Id be anxious to see the finished product. I seriously cannot wait for my gown to come in now and even more excited for the big day. Thanks again Cyndi and Michelle for making the whole experience so magical!

They had different lighting so I could get the whole effect of the dress during the day and at a night reception. me feel welcomed. We talked about my style and I showed her some Pinterest inspiration. I felt like she immediately knew the look I was going for. I got to pick an ornament off of the tree which had a percentage off of my entire sale. (I picked 15% but apparently the 50% is still out there ladies!) we immediately began shopping. I tried a couple on that I was not in love with and Michelle was so honest about it. At no point did I feel like she was pushing a sale on me. She genuinely wanted to help me find the dress of my dreams. The third dress I tried on I immediately knew was the one! My sister was there with me and they were both taking photos so I could capture it. I did not want to take the dress off! She even suggested sitting down for a moment to make sure I could sit comfortably in it. I started to look at veils and Cyndi entered the store. She was just as sweet and welcoming as Michelle. Once we said yes to the dress they popped some champagne and we took some more photos! If you are a bride that is looking for a very special and heartfelt moment when you find your dress seriously look no further than Bridals by Cyndi. They will truly make you feel like an absolute princess and the collections they carry are absolutely stunning. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Her shop is also so beautifully decorated & chic! Fast forward to this past October 2020 although I ended up being a COVID rescheduled bride like many other. The store is adorable and inviting and caters strictly to brides. My appointment was with Michelle, and I cannot say enough about her. She is THE BEST! She listened to my style preferences and price point and immediately began choosing the most beautiful gowns for me to try on. She was so warm and personable and made us feel like we had known her forever. I tried on about 8-10 gowns until I found THE ONE! Michelle was so patient and kind through out the entire visit. I met the owner, Cyndi, towards the end of my appointment and she was so sweet and kind! I would definitely recommend this store and Michelle to any of my friends or fellow brides. Totally worth the 2 hour drive. Definitely check them out!

I went into my appointment not really knowing what I wanted in a dress as that was my first dress appointment, but Michelle used my feedback throughout the appointment and went above and beyond to make me feel special and help me find the perfect dress for my big day. She put me back in the dress I fell in love with earlier that day and at that moment, I knew it was the one. I want to once again give Michelle and Summer a huge thank you for all of their help. The other thing that I loved about Bridals by Cydni was that I was the only appointment in the store, which is how Cydni schedules them. This made all eyes and attention on me which is so special in such an important purchase. I normally do not write reviews but I just had to share this hidden gem that I wish I knew from the beginning of my wedding dress search.

I told Cyndi from the beginning that I would be willing to take a small penalty for cancelling this order. She said not to worry about this. I came in for an accessories appointment and saw a veil that matched my dress. After deciding on a veil to use with the credit, my mother asked Cyndi what the balance of my ($1,800) deposit was. I had planned to get my accessories, as I previously told her & to use the full credit as I was promised. Cyndi said I was lucky to even receive the veil ($160) and that I really did not deserve to be getting anything from her. She completely went back on her word. I have never experienced such bad business, and such a cold demeanor (especially in a business that is all about preparing individuals for the best day of their life.) I hesitated with writing this review because I really try to see the good in all people. Unfortunately, this experience has put such a toll on me. There was no good here to be found. I ended up telling Cyndi to keep the veil. In the end, with Cyndi, it is about money and not the bride. Looking back, I would not have wanted to have anything with me that day from this store and from this individual. My experience at Bridals by Cyndi was dishonest, unprofessional, and disheartening. To be honest, it’s hard to write this down in words because it still sickens me that I spent months of my planning negatively impacted by this shop and this owner. Not to mention, the financial loss that my mom experienced at the attempt of adding something memorable to my special day. In the end, Cyndi made almost two thousand dollars from my family, and I was left with nothing in exchange. I hope that the financial gain that Cyndi made from my family and I was worth what she took away from me and my day. That is something that I will not be able to get back. As a girl with many new engaged friends, I will provide them with my honest experience so that they do not make the same mistake that I did. I was fooled by the initial presentation and 5-star Knot reviews, and every experience after has been a nightmare. Such bad business practice.

fter being saddened for a dear friend who went through a long, disheartening and dishonest experience with Bridals by Cyndi. Weddings are a time for decisions - whether it's the venue, the dress, or all the little details. Cyndi's lack of professionalism and follow through resulted in the loss of a substantial amount of money that was promised as store credit. A wedding is supposed to be an exciting time. Being in the industry myself, I know the emotions that couples experience during this time. I know the feeling of wanting to do whatever it takes to ensure a couple is over the moon with every aspect of their big day. I know what it means to be passionate about your job and be in it for the right reasons. Unfortunately, I can't say Cyndi understands these sentiments as well. Cyndi kept the credit promised to my friend, went back on her word, and led her to believe something that was not true - all for a simple decision change (something that happens often for anyone planning a wedding for over a year). There is an appropriate way to work with couples when changes arise and Cyndi clearly missed that lecture during business ownership 101. There is a beautiful selection of gowns at this store, and your initial experience probably will be personable, as most bridal salon experiences are. However, at the end of the day, taking away the happiness and experience for a bride should never be the end result. I would encourage other brides and honest individuals to look elsewhere for a more sincere and caring experience overall. For my friend, this has been the worst aspect of her wedding planning and has negatively impacted so much financially and emotionally. Use caution when dealing with this business owner. I would hate to see this happen to another bride.

My family was offered champagne so we could toast to the special moment. I recommended one of my best friends to go to Cyndi, and she also got her dress there, along with her soon-to-be sister-in-law! Seriously could not be happier. Also, she has a seamstress who will alter the dress for you, and is very reasonably priced, in my opinion.
