Bridals by D

Very unique and gorgeous dresses for brides, bridesmaids and mothers! I got so many compliments on my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. My mother-in-law got her dress there and it was beautiful! If my mother was still here, she would have gotten her dress there as well since all of their dresses are great! Fantastic service too! The staff is awesome!

While my first appointment was great, the service afterwards was so-so. Their selection is great, I got to custom my dress and it was beautiful, but they can be a bit snobbish and trying to get a hold of anyone can be difficult. I showed up in sweat pants to sign off on the design for my dress and they seemed disgusted by my appearance.

My first experience at Bridals by D was great! We had made an appointment (which they didn't seem to have record of) but they fit us right in. I tried on several dresses and fell in LOVE with my dress. They told me it would come in in plenty of time for alterations, which they did for a flat fee. They would then keep it and press it for the wedding. Great! My mom went back for her dress, and got an off the rack dress at a great price. They told her to leave the dress there and pick it up when I went for my first fitting, and in the meantime they would look it over for loose beads and fix it up. My dress seemed to be taking a while to come in, but ended up coming in about a month before my wedding. When they called to tell me it was in and schedule a time to pick it up, they asked who I was going to have do my alterations. I said I thought they were going to do them, and was told "Oh honey, we don't do alterations." Now, a month before my wedding I am a stressed bride, with no one to alter my dress. They recommended Alterations by Candice, who ended up doing a wonderful job on my dress. I found out Bridals by D lost their tailor, and did not bother to tell me. The entire back of the receipt from my dress purchase is about the policies for alterations and fittings, and now suddenly I find out they don't do them - it didn't make sense. My mom called them to try to clear things up and expressed her frustrations. No one bothered to apologize or admit that they were at fault. When we went to pick up my dress, my mom picked up hers and found that there were some loose beads, and a small stain, that they did not seem to do any of the promised tasks. I picked up my dress, and tried it on and still loved it. The ladies there were polite, and we did not bother expressing our frustrations or complaining because at that point it didn't seem worth it. Overall, I love my dress and am happy I found it. A simple apology for their oversight and my inconvenience would have made my frustrating experience so much better.

the whole staff was super friendly and helpful. the dress I found was absolutely gorgeous. however I am a little disappointed with the measurements of the dress. I was told I needed to order a size up because I wouldnt fit in the next size down. but that was the size of the sample dress I tried on off the rack which fit me like a glove. when my dress came in it was way too big and too long and now needs a lot of alterations.

I had a very specific dress in mind. Elaine was so helpful in trying to get styles in my budget. In the end, her and the owner found exactly what I was looking for AND I got it for what I could afford.

The women were very kind and had me try on a dress that wasn't what I originally had in mind but I was very open... up until here I didn't try on any dresses with beading and when I did I fell in love and purchased my dress after trying on one covered in beading! Loved my dress!

good selection, make you feel special

i got my dress as well as the bridesmaids' dresses here. all the dresses were just beautiful. we did have a few mix ups with the girls' dresses (which were quite expensive, but very pretty), and their customer service was friendly, but the women did seem confused at times (Denise is the best to work - she was definitely on top of things, but sometimes she wasn't available). it was frustrating at times but i overlooked it as everyone was friendly and ultimately resolved the (several) issues that we had..

This bridal shop has upscale design and really offer good suggestions. After waiting 10 months for my dress, they had yet to order my bridal belt that went along with it-negative! But, really nice ladies!

After browsing around several bridal stores and trying on several dresses at Bridal by D, I finally found my dress! It was the last dress that I tried on that day and it was one that Elaine had selected for me. She was so helpful through my entire appointment and was able to help me decide which style dress may suit me best. I also purchased all 8 of my bridesmaid dresses from Bridal by D and my mom purchased her gown there. We stopped into the store several times after we purchased the dress(es)(whenever we were in the neighborhood really) and every time we stopped in everyone was so friendly and happy to help us! They have a great selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride gowns.
