I had such a great experience at Bridals by Rochelle! Sue, Laura and Carol were extremely helpful, from helping me pick out my dress, to scheduling (and being so flexible!) my dress fittings and even helping me decide on accessories. Someone was always there to pick up the phone when I called and they were able to answer all the questions I had. Really could not have asked for a better experience!

Bridals by Rochelle might seem little from the outside, but they have an amazing selection! I was brought dress after dress to try on until I narrowed down my selection. I never once felt rushed. The assistant was so helpful and kind. The shop is small so there aren't going to be more than 2 people trying on dresses there at once, so you really feel special. I truly got the bridal experience. I would certainly recommend coming here for a great selection and service. I actually recommended it to my sister, and she bought her dress there as well!

I had the best experience getting my dress here. My style isn't trending bridal and I was afraid I wouldn't have options or find what I like. My dress was perfect. I never thought I would wear a dress like I got but I was able to try on different styles and really see what looked good on me. Sue and the team here are amazing and I recommend them to every bride.

Sue and Carol at Bridals by Rochelle are so sweet and helpful and true wedding industry professionals. The store is beautiful and full of amazing gowns ranging in every size & shape and price. You are free to browse and look at all gowns and choose what you want to try on. Carol is amazing at the alterations, she pins you herself and does the alterations....she honestly cares how your gown feels and looks and makes sure it is perfect. One of the best choices I made for my wedding day was going to Bridals by Rochelle. I was very discouraged about a dress I had purchased elsewhere, the alterations were terrible and the shop did not care about how I felt in my dress. When I went to see Sue she helped me find the perfect dress that I loved and felt comfortable in ...and Carol did the alterations and made sure it was ready for me in less than 3 weeks. They genuinely cared and the result was me feeling like a beautiful bride on my wedding day. Sue & Carol....I can never thank you enough for everything!!!! Amanda

I just purchased my dress here and was so happy with everything. Firstly my Mom and I went in without and appointment and the owner was amazing. She was so attentive. She let us look around and helped me when I was ready to try on dresses. When I came out she was there assisting me with the whole look as well as taking pictures for me (because my mom couldn't figure out how to work my iPhone lol). I came back two days later with more friends and family and purchased the dress. I can not rave enough about them and how wonderful this store is. I cant wait to go in and find our bridesmaid dresses and start fittings with mine. See you soon :)

Having never tried on a wedding dress, I was nervous when I started shopping. I tried a local store first and my experience brought me to tears (not the good ones) within the first 10 minutes. At this other place, I considered getting a dress I didn't love just to check it off my list of a million things to do; thank God I went to Bridals by Rochelle. Once I had recovered from my first shopping experience, I went to Bridals by Rochelle at my friend's recommendation. My experience with Sue and her staff was exceptional. I didn't feel pressured and I wasn't put into a situation where I was uncomfortably changing in front of total strangers as I was at the last store. Bridals by Rochelle had a huge selection to choose from and believe it or not, they weren't all runway model sizes which is key if you're an average size woman. While the owners of both stores I went to were really nice, the difference is experience. Sue and her staff at Bridals by Rochelle have clearly been in the wedding business for a long time. A perfect example of why experience matters is at the first store, the owner picked out dresses that were clearly too small for me and attempted to squeeze me into them in ways that were physically uncomfortable, not to mention she didn't seem to hear anything I said about my style and preferences. I had the total opposite experience at Bridals by Rochelle with Sue and her staff. I picked dresses, they picked dresses and my family picked dresses. Sue picked a dress that she said would be beautiful on me and I was hesitant because I didn't like it on the hanger, but I trusted her expertise and tried it on (4th and final dress) and had that moment every bride-to-be dreams of when shopping for her dress; I teared up and glowed like a radioactive bride. My experience was so perfect that we bought all the bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dress there. Sue worked wonders with coordinating with all my bridesmaids that were all over the country; they even shipped dresses to Hawaii and California. The seamstress they recommended, Carol, was so sweet and talented beyond belief; we gave her some tricky alterations from some picky ladies, and she nailed it, first time. Overall, my experience at Bridals by Rochelle was amazing and I would recommend this store to everyone; even if it's a little drive, you have to go check it out and I'm willing to bet you will be as impressed as I was! I purchased my wedding dress here was was thrilled with not only the gown but also the experience. The gowns in store are beautiful and also reasonably priced so you don't have to worry about falling in love with a gown that is way out of your budget! The sales staff are super friendly and helpful and they have a seamstress ready and available for any alterations. Bridals by Rochelle is definitely worth checking out!

Sue, the owner of Bridals by Rochelle is amazing and loves what she does. I had brought a few pictures of dresses I liked and literally the first dress Sue picked out for me based on my ideas was THE ONE! Each time I tried it on I did not want to get out of the dress...and I still wish I could wear it again. The staff at Bridal by Rochelle makes it a fun and easy experience. They are in no way pushy like some other Bridal shops I had gone to. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received about my dress! If you are looking for a gown, I highly recommend Bridals by Rochelle; you won't be disappointed.

Bridals by Rochelle was going to get an excellent, 5 star rating to begin with. Sue Burke, the owner of the shop, and all of her employers have alway been going above and beyond making my wedding dress shopping smooth, scheduling alterations, and keeping me up to date if something had to be done to the dress. Very recently, although in a not-so-wonderful scenario, the workers at Bridals by Rochelle went over the top with their customer service. And I can't thank them enough!!! Just about 2 weeks before our wedding day, I received a notification that there was a 6-alarm fire in Uxbridge. "Oh no, that's too bad, I hope everyone is ok..." was what immediately went through my mind, and then I continued with my work. It wasn't until I received the next breaking news notification that they specified that the fire broke out at an old bank in downtown Uxbridge, housing apartments and a few business, one being Bridals by Rochelle. Fortunately the firefighters at the scene had reported that everyone that was in the building was able to get out safely. Some firefighters were taken to the local hospital due to the heat. (This happened right in the middle of New England's heat wave... kudos to those responders!) I also received a Facebook notification from Sue stating that "all of the sold dresses were safe. If there are any questions, concerns, etc. please call this number." EVERY SOLD DRESS WAS SAVED!!! Long story short, Sue, her employees, a bridal party that was trying on dresses at the shop, as well as people passing by, were able to gather every sold dress (bridal, bridesmaid, mother's dresses, etc.) and get them out before any flames or smoke could get to the dresses. I couldn't believe what all of those people did. They put their customers first and did anything that they could to make sure those dresses made it out in one piece. They now have a temporary location but were back up for business the next day! As I mentioned before, Bridals by Rochelle was going to get an excellent rating from the beginning, but this is just incredible! If you're in the Uxbridge area and want to find a bridal shop that will cater to your every needs (and then some!) please stop into Bridals by Rochelle. The temporary address is listed in the article. You WILL NOT regret shopping there, with a group of such brave, wonderful women guiding you through the wedding dress process. Again, I can't thank everyone enough for rescuing the dresses - AMAZING!!! Bridals by Rochelle - a bridal shop that REALLY puts their customers first!

Got my wedding dress and my sister's maid-of-honor dress here. The women in the shop were helpful every step of the way, from trying on (way too many) dresses to the alterations and sending the gown off for preservation after the big day.

I worked the Bridals By Rochelle on my wedding gown and I couldn't have found a better team! My wedding dress was stunning and Sue, Laura, and Carol made the entire process wonderful and easy! They are the best in the business and were so patient, kind, and professional. They treated me, my bridesmaids, and my friends and family like we were their top priority! Our dressing were stunning and each detail was perfect thanks to the amazing team at Bridals by Rochelle! I highly recommend them to EVERYONE!

I had a wonderful experience with Rochelle's. The sales team was very patient and helped me find the perfect look for my wedding day, even when I changed my mind several times! My guests raved about my dress and the veil that I purchased from the store was perfect.

I loved my dress for my wedding, it was so gorgeous. I had tried it on before at a trunk show so i had to order it to the store, they only charged me what it cost then to ship to the store and then applied that payment to my payment for the dress when i purchased it. i also had to order a custom length because i am six feet tall and they did not charge me any extra for that either. (the first dress shop i went to was going to charge more even though from what i have been told, the manufacturer does not charge more for extra length.) I currently live in NY and they were always available for me when i wanted to make appointments to try on the dress. My family tended to arrive late and extend my appointment by looking for dresses for themselves and they were so patient and nice to all of them too. my mom actually ended up getting her dress there too, three weeks before the wedding. I also had a custom made veil that i brought to the store that was not made there and they were gracious enough to hold on to it and press it for me with my dress until i picked everything up one week before the wedding. The seamstress who works there was also very patient with me since i could not stop losing weight and had three fittings, including one a week before the wedding. I will hopefully never need another wedding dress but i will keep them in mind if i ever need another special occasion dress.

Bridals by Rochelle has the most beautiful dresses and the best staff! My dress found me! I drove by it each morning on the way to work. I made an appointment, it was my size and because it was the last one I paid 1/2 price! They have beautiful, top of the line dresses and they sell them at affordable prices. My bridesmaids looked amazing, my alterations were perfect and my dress, tiara and veil were all beautiful. I recieved so many compliments including someone saying I looked like the cover of a magazine. You are missing out if you do not visit Bridals by Rochelle

Excellent service and really nice people to work with. They always knew who I was and which dresses I was interested in each time I called. Very accommodating for my schedule and fittings. Good dress selection with reasonable prices.

Everyone at Bridals by Rochelle was just amazing. They always made me feel welcome and let me come in and try on my dress or take pictures of it as often as I wanted (which is definitely not always the case at other places). Honestly, the ladies were all wonderful and helped me make the right choice. Their seamstress is also fantastic and totally customized my dress for me at a very reasonable price for alterations. I know some brides that have had really bad experiences with their dresses and I cant say one negative thing about Bridals by Rochelle! I only wish it was closer to where I live!
