Catherine was AMAZING!!!! I cannot say enough good things about her! I was walking by the store during a weekday and called and she immediately came over to let me in the shop. She helped me try on a bunch of different dresses and never tried to rush or pressure me. She clipped and unclipped me about 100 times because I couldn't decide and never without hesitation. She was so sweet and genuine! I would highly recommend having her help you! Dominique was also very helpful in giving me his honest opinion when I couldn't decide and was showing me what colors would look best with my dress as well as accessories.

I didn't end up getting my wedding dress here, but everything about this store was amazing. It was during the fair, so they gave me a call the day prior warning me about the traffic. There was free parking behind B.Ella and when I first stopped in, they told me their actual store had dresses in my budget so I tried some on there first, before heading to Bride & Joy. Everyone was so gracious and sweet. Denise was very patient with me since I completely changed my mind on what kind of dress I wanted. The "sample sale" store is full of brand new dresses, some that are just overflow from their main store, at amazing prices. I would recommend this boutique to anyone I know!

This was my first stop to try on wedding dresses. I wasn't expecting to find the dress I love!! With the help of Ana (who was amazing) she helped me every step of the way! And I got the dress for a steal!! I am so happy! Thank you!!!

I got the most beautiful dress for almost half off! It was one size too big, but I had it altered and no one knew that it originally didn't fit. The store doesn't always have a staff person, so I just called the phone number and an associate from the store came over to open it for me and helped me to find my perfect dress after describing what I was looking for. Highly recommended if you don't mind buying a dress that has been tried on before, but hey, if you're only wearing it for one day, who cares?

I popped into Bride and Joy on a whim, by myself. I had visited B. Ella Bridal the sister store and notices Bride and Joy on the next street. When I arrived, Z was sitting at the desk and welcomed me, gave me directives and let me explore on my own, while making productive small talk and guiding when I needed it. I did not find a gown I loved, but would expect their inventory is constantly changing. Z was one of the best bridal consultants I met in a long, LONG bridal gown journey!
