I was extremely apprehensive about dress shopping, and I could not have had a better experience at Brides Across America! Kyra was so pleasant and helpful, she really listened and helped me figure out what I was looking for, and made the whole experience feel so joyful. The mission of the store made finding my dress there even more special!

Heidi and her entire team at Brides Across America were so wonderful from start to finish. They have such a variety of gorgeous and unique dresses, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Another salon had cancelled my appointment with only a weeks notice, so I was scrambling to find an appointment elsewhere (my MIL lives out of town and could only come up that one weekend). After reaching out to BAA, they managed to fit us in that Sunday, and thank goodness they did because I ended up finding my dream dress! The dress I bought was actually pulled from the owner’s other boutique, Tulle, which is just across the hall, but they were still able to offer it to me at an incredibly reasonable markdown. They followed all COVID protocols to a T without having it impede upon the shopping experience, which was great. I can’t recommend BAA enough!

WOW!! Couldn't have felt more heard and understood. Thank you Hannah and your team for making my dress buying experience wonderful! Hannah was so personable, patient and truly listened to what I was aiming for. I am typically someone who tries on about 5 outfits to go out for the night, but Hannah had me in the dress of my dreams after about 3! I work as a first responder and Brides Across American GAVE me this stunning dress. I am absolutely speechless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything your organization is doing.

I had such a great experience at BAA! Meghan was wonderful and so helpful. I had beautiful choices to choose from at super reasonable price points. My mom and I were hoping for a gorgeous bargain and we found it! We also felt extremely safe shopping during COVID. I have already recommended that my engaged friends shop here! It also supports a great cause. Can't recommend enough.

I had such an amazing experience this last weekend at Brides Across America. They listened to all my wants and dont wants, and provide a wide selection of dresses. I was totally not expecting to find my dress this weekend but I did. All the staff was super nice and helpful. Even better the prices were extremely reasonable!

Brides Across America was by far the best experience I had shopping for my wedding dress. At BAA, they actually listened to what I wanted, and worked hard to find a dress that I loved. I went to a couple bridal salons before BAA, where I felt like they spent more time trying to convince me that I wanted what they were selling, rather then helping me find a dress I loved. Everyone who worked there was friendly and made me feel comfortable. And I got to leave with my dress that day, so I didn't have to worry about a dress getting ordered and coming in on time.

Hannah was so amazing from our first consultation over the phone to the photos she took of me and my bridesmaids at the end of our appointment. She offered great feedback, advice, and helped me feel confident and sure about my decisions. I tried on over 20 dresses and she was so patient, helpful, and fun while I found “the one”. The shop itself is so clean, has many beautiful styles and options, and the dressing rooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved their outdoor try on experience. This allowed me to bring along multiple people to my appointment safely and it was fun to get to walk outside and see their reactions. I feel so grateful to have been able to get this experience amidst Covid. I highly recommend BAA. It’s an amazing organization that I feel so lucky to have benefited from. I got my dream dress, matching veil, had a great experience, and made memories to last a lifetime. Thanks Hannah and BAA :)

BAA was great! They had a great selection of dresses! Hannah was so nice and helpful! The "outdoor ecperience" they offered allowed me to have my 4 daughters present to help me pick the wedding dress I loved!

What a great experience!! Once we found the style I wanted it was easy from there!!! Would absolutely recommend especially for those first responders like myself!

Such an AMAZING experience here! Due to COVID-19 my fiance and I have had to reschedule our wedding to September 2021, but are still getting married this September with a minimony. I had already bought my dress for the now 2021 wedding, but decided to have another dress for the minimony. Let me tell you, I wish I went here to buy my first dress. I had such a more personal and fantastic experience with BAA. I was one of the first customers after re-opening and had three amazing consultants (Hannah, Paige, and Sabrina) helping and supporting me. They gave me their undivided attention and were great stand ins for my bridesmaids who could only attend through video due to guidelines. They were so patient with me with my indecisiveness between two dresses and not being 100% sure of my vision. There is such a variety of dresses, sizes (I'm a plus size woman) and accessories (veils, belts, jewelry, hair pieces). I went in without knowing exactly what I wanted and confused because I already have a dress I fell in love with and left with the best experience wedding dress shopping and another beautiful dress that I love just as much! I will truly remember this experience, they made what is a trying and interesting time into such a memorable experience. I will recommend BAA to other brides for the cause and because of the people who work here that make this such a personal experience.

AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and helpful. This was my first and only stop for a wedding gown. The variety and expertise offered was phenomenal. So happy with my dress, could not be on cloud 9 anymore than I am right now. Their support for the troops is incredible, wouldn’t be able to pull of my dream wedding without their support.

I had the absolute best experience there. Everyone was so helpful it made me feel like it was already my day. I had to wait for a dressing room which means I ended up going past my appointment time, they were technically closed but they didn't rush me at all and let me take my time to decide on what dress I wanted. I recommend them for any bride who wants a personalized experience.

Oh my gosh! After searching high and low to find the perfect dress I found the perfect staff at Brides Across America! Trying to find the right dress for my second wedding to my husband, I just could not nail down the right look. I purchased a dress online that was all wrong when it arrived. I didn't pay much for it and didn't have the time to resell it. Looking for a place to donate it I stumbled across BAA. Since it was 5 minutes from my office I decided to stop in to inquire about my donation. In telling my story I was prompted to look at their selection and try a few items. Not at all prepared I thought I found the perfect dress, only to realize it was the exact dress my cousin wore at the last family wedding!! I went back to pick-up this dress, which I had on hold. Feeling rushed and defeated, Olivia stepped in and spent my entire lunch hour finding the perfect assortment of dresses in my size until I found a dress I LOVE. I couldn't be happier with my dress, or the kindness and high level of customer service I received! I was thrilled to be part of the BAA mission and I am thrilled for the benefit I received working with them!! XO

I cannot say enough good things about Brides Across America, and my stylist Emily! Coming in, I had no idea what I was looking for in a dress, and that led to some frustration. But, Emily kept me going and we were able to find a dress that fit my size and style! Emily made sure I was not settling for a dress to end my frustration and pulled some beautiful dresses for me. For each dress, she would clip it or show how straps would work or a bustle, each time getting a true look at what it would look like on my wedding day. The generosity and patience of the stylists and owner are unmatched. As a military bride, I was able to get a free dress! It immediately brought myself and those with me to tears from the kindness shown. It has been a long five years of a long distance relationship, and this organization is wonderful for recognizing military and first responder families as their charities’ mission.

My daughter found her perfect wedding dress with the excellent help and patience of Rachael. She was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. We were lucky to get her. It made our day!

Bought my dress today and had the most fantastic experience. Diana was so helpful, knowledgable and a great listener. She allowed me to walk around, look at dresses and pick ones that I would like to try. I ended up picking the dress that she found. Paid for the dress found a veil to match and walked out with both that day. Suggest this bridal outlet to everyone. Thank you Diana.

Bought a dress over the weekend as they were having the National Bridal Sale. Tried on 4 dresses and it was the first one I fell in love with. Great atmosphere and great selection. I ended up getting a dress that I could order and select my personal touch so it made me very happy. This place was relaxed and we could take photos. We even took a photo in front of their cool I found the one sign. 5 Stars from me!

Love this store! Had a wonderful experience, great service and unique dresses that I couldn't find anywhere else. I had been to over 15 salons and this one was the best! Found a fitted, sexy dress that still feels bridal. I wanted something different and love love love my dress!

I can not thank BAA and Tulle Bridal enough for what they did. About a month after getting engaged my then Fiance found out he'd be getting orders before our big day. We had to decide to either postpone for godknowshowlong or move it up 6 months. Not having to worry about a dress or having to "settle" due to budget constraints was honestly a life saver. My experience was wonderful! I registered online, set an appointment with Tulle, and waited for the day to arrive! We went to a few salons beforehand to figure out my "bridal" size. Knowing your size is definitely helpful going in as you can then focus on finding a style so I'd recommend test driving some first. However in order to get the most out of it, I would NOT go into your appointment set on getting a specific dress/style. Your selection will depend on your size, what's available, and the donations in store so you definitely need to be open-minded...however I have no doubt that you WILL find something AMAZING. Somehow, I had the fortune of getting Heidi as my assistant/stylist. Heidi is the founder, a sweet wonderful woman who is also a mind-reader. As a size 10/12 I was kind of nervous about finding something I'd like that would fit but she had my number from the start! I tried on about 8 dresses (I think some stores have a limit on the # of dresses you can try but Tulle didn't seem to) and I think the "one" was dress #6. She helped me try a few more but then I think even she knew which one my heart was set on and she helped my family 'see' it. Being short and having a chapel train pool around you is definitely not pretty, but Heidi bunched and pulled and helped beat the dress into submission and everybody fell in love. Heidi even helped me figure out how to attach my veil and offered some cute accessories to help!! She was basically my fairy godmother. I had such a fun, stress free day picking out a dress and in the end I felt like a princess. My dress was gorgeous and definitely not something I could have gotten on my own. Thank you whoever donated it!!! If you are ready to part with your own dress, definitely consider helping a military bride out.

Brides Across America is an amazing organization that gives back to military personnel and their loved ones. I am beyond blessed for receiving an amazing gown I otherwise would not have been able to get!
