My fiancée and I knew we had a tough tasks with finding two dresses, and I'm so glad this was our first stop! It was an accepting and low stakes situation that let us feel good about trying on dresses without pressure to buy. Sarah was amazing, and even when one of us found a dress and the other didn't, it was a great experience for both of us.

Today was my first time trying on dresses and I can’t lie I was really nervous. But I had no reason to be because it was honestly so much fun. Sarah helped size me and picked different types of dresses to see what I like. She also included everyone I brought so they had a great time as well. There were all different kinds of styles and sizes. I got to try on at least 10 different dresses and we took pictures of every one so I could see them after when deciding. I thought all the dresses were going to be used but most still had the tags on them. I 100% recommend checking this place out!

I came into Brides by Design last week and had a great experience working with Sarah! From the very beginning, she told me it was about finding the right dress for me, whether it was at her shop or somewhere else, and she was here to help me in anyway she could. She was so patient with me as I tried on nearly every dress in my size, and she gave me a lot of helpful advice throughout the process, including when to schedule dress alterations, when to order a dress by if I end up going with another store, etc. I also want to add that this store has a beautiful selection of dresses that are all very affordable, and it is the only one I could find like it in the surrounding St. Louis area. If you are considering shopping here for your wedding dress, I would highly recommend it and working with Sarah!

With no appointment, I showed up at Brides by Design and left with a GORGEOUS Willowby lace boho dress for an absolute steal (original $1400; down to $550). Trish actually picked it out (I wouldn't have picked it out myself), but I am in love with it now and will feel so much more confident on my wedding day. She even helped get the price down since I had already wasted money tailoring the first dress. Trish saved the day and I am so grateful!
