I also was able to add something from my dad since he passed away which was his military name tag. It's now part of my dress making it even more special. If you're looking for a place that is reasonable on dress pricing and has extremely good quality in selection as well as customer service this is the place to go. You won't regret it!

all the store for myself... multiple times. I also was displeased with the customer service. Speaking from personal experience, customer service should always be top priority of a business. Rather than feeling like a paying customer, the staff there made me feel bothersome. Not to mention, the owner Teresa told me that they can add my fiancé’s military name-strip to my dress, yet when I picked up the dress the name-strip was not added. It’s very disappointing and extremely frustrating to have to deal with this awful boutique. Ladies, your wedding planning is already stressful as is. Don’t let this bridal boutique make it even more so.

ore my wedding for alterations and Teresa acted as though she was doing me a favor for agreeing to alter my dress in such a “short time period” however she agreed to alter it for a RUSH FEE for a total of almost $800. 5 weeks later I get the dress and it was several inches too small despite the fact that I had lost 8 lbs!! I took the dress back and Teresa did not only not apologize and offer to correct the situation but instead she blamed it on me without remorse. She took my measurements AGAIN and unwillingly agreed to re-alter my dress. Finally, 2 weeks before the wedding I got the dress but this time it was about THREE SIZES TOO BIG. I was left to search frantically to find a wedding dress that I could buy off the rack. I had already invested so much time and money on the dress that Teresa ruined and here I was searching for a NEW dress that I would have to pay for out of pocket. This is a situation a bride should never have to be in. Luckily, I was able to find an amazing tailor that altered my dress perfectly in TWO DAYS for a small fraction of the cost that Teresa charged me (that again I had to pay out of pocket for). After the wedding Teresa ignored my calls/emails for a month and she finally gets back to me with an email basically saying, “TALK TO MY LAWYER.” Her “lawyer” said she would pay $150 so long as I signed a contract prohibiting me from sharing my horror story with anyone. To me, that amount is laughable and insulting given the hundreds of dollars Teresa stole from me along with the immeasurable amount of stress she put me through. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your wedding dress and alterations.

I've literally spent the last two months shopping the entire DFW market looking for that right dress, and ordering dresses online only to return them because they didn't fit or weren't the least bit flattering. So while on a business trip to San Antonio, I decided to look here. When I reached out by phone to various bridal stores describing what I needed, the owner Teresa was quick to call back and let me know that she did indeed have a number of dresses in my size and she would be willing to make any alterations necessary—from beadwork, to a new neckline, you name it—Teresa will make it work. Girls, don't waste your time going anywhere else but here, and girls who are plus-size like me looking for bridal gowns, formal gowns, bridesmaids' dresses, mother of bride/groom need to look no further! It will only make you frustrated over the fact that you aren't a size 6 if you go elsewhere. (And size 4/6 girls, definitely come here first too.) The selection is amazing, and the service is the best you will ever find. If you want your search for "the perfect dress" to be stress-free and you want a great selection with the best possible service imaginable, come here. Everyone at this store--all the way from the sweetest, kindest, patient, and most talented store owner ever to the seamstresses, and the other sweet store personnel--is amazing. Pictures will be added once I pick up my dress. Thanks again, Teresa @ Brides By Elizabeth!! I will be buying all of my formal gowns from here on out!

alterations and give a great price for the preservation (which I am excited to see completed). They will even hold the dress for you after you pick it out so you don't have to store it at home and risk your fiance peeking at it. It was a one stop shop and would highly recommend this shop.

They also have reasonable prices for alterations. Teresa (the owner) does many of the alterations herself and does not believe in charging outrageous amounts for alterations. She is a lovely woman who honestly believes that every bride is beautiful. This shop is filled with wonderful women and my day wouldn't have been as special without them.
